I have made online payment for MCGM water bills via official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on[protected], through SBI EPAY. Once the payment was completed, it was directed to another web page with error message "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later"

However, the payment has been debited from my account and the MCGM water bills are still showing outstanding.

My water connection no is [protected]@0500208

Please check if possible either refund or consider as water bill payment for outstanding amount

Hi Nishan, It will be cleared after 4-5 working days. The same thing happened to me. I made a payment on 05 Feb and it was cleared on 09 Feb. I think there is an issue going with the MCGM portal.

    I paid mcgm water bill of amount rs 765/- using sbi net banking. Amount got deducted and post that i got an internal server error "contact with administrator". Receipt is not generated. Kindly check from your end and reverse the amount to my account.

      My name is Pranil Patekar Residing at Shivkrupa chs mithaghar road mulund east 400081

      I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of mithaghar road mulund as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as I moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While I moved a step backwards, there was a stone kept there as a result of which I slipped and the ankle of one of my legs twisted. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

      So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

        I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 918/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my credit card.
        The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
        Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

              Respected sir,

              There are multiple stray dogs in our housing society. They have started getting aggressive on visitors as well as children. My daughter was recently (30/01/2021) attacked by dogs which she was able to escape safely .

              Same day the dogs attacked the society watchman and also hurt him with byte.

              I have personally seen multiple people being attacked more frequently and it is increasing every passing day.

                This is to inform you that there are lots of street dogs increased in our locality now and they are very dangerous and harmful they bark all night and in day they don’t let you go out freely from your place.
                Please help us from those dogs they also don’t let us even sleep at night peacefully they come to our society building and bark in front of your doors it is now became impossible to live in our area we are all tired of this and want you to please take some action and help us with the same.

                    I had made payment for MCGM water bills through saraswat bank on 30 September 2020. The payment was made for water bills (29/01/2020 to 28/4/2020 ) amount of rs (743) because of lockdown physical copy of bill received late
                    The money was debited from my account. But when I go to MCGM office bill is still showing 'Outstanding'.

                      I was paying MCGM water bill of amount Rs. 5, 221/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my UPI payment system.
                      The amount got deducted from my bank account but transaction got failed. I paid again (2nd time) with my credit card & transaction completed but amount deducted during first transaction is not refunded yet.
                      please refund the amount in my account.

                        Employees (collectiong parking fees), are misbehaving with common people. They are abusing with bad language. This is just disgussing when we deal in the "smart city". This is a complete failure of Odisha Govt and BMC.

                        Solve it with utmost priority. otherwise it will be a cmoplete disaster for the Govt.

                            I am complaining about stray dogs in my vicinity. I am living in Kalina Kolovery Village Santacruz (East). Stray dogs are roaming in groups specially at nights and barking at passerby . They keep barking whole night disturbing our sleep. I have senior citizen (87) yrs old.

                            Kindly ask BMC to take them away.

                                I had made payment for MCGM water bills through Canara bank NEFT on 22 January 2021. The payment was made for 6 water bills (FROM 27 SEP 2019 TO 12 JAN 2021) amounting to rs 47286.
                                The money was debited from my account. But when I go to MCGM's site and enter my ccn number, it shows 6 bills that are 'Outstanding'.
                                When I click on the 'Pay' button to see what happens, the following message shows - "Sorry, unable to process your request, Please contact the administrator or try again later".
                                This is happening since I made NEFT payment. They are not giving me any receipt.
                                My Water connection number (CCN number) is HWG1320002.
                                Customer name is "SHRI MOHAMED HUSSEIN LOOKMANJI"
                                I have attached photos of NEFT payment details.
                                Please help.

                                MCGM Emailed me stating that they received my payment successfully. The company has also updated the bill details on their website and uploaded all the receipts.                                   I am complaining about stary dogs in my vicinity. I am living in CGS colony Antop hill sector 7 ACP office building . The incidences of dog attacks here rapidly grown, residence are in fear. Dogs are roaming in large groups. We are in trouble plz help to secure our child and old age peoples from this dangerous dog attacks.

                                    There are many street dogs in this area, and they bark all day and all night, and charge at residents as they walk by. Please come and capture these stray dogs as they are nuisance and we are senior citizens. It is dangerous to walk in the back street

However I got an Error Message soon after entering OTP but the bill amount has already been debited from my Canara bank account.

                                      Kindly arrange for the Refund as my Bill status still shows unpaid.

                                      Note: There having some technical issues with site, after online payment receipt will not generate at that time or amount will deduct from bank account but on payment page message appears like payment failed or any other . So don’t worry and don’t pay again for the same bill, wait for 5–7 working days. you will get receipt of your payment after 5–7 days on above mention site using above steps.

                                      You can download duplicate receipt and bill from above site.

                                      Citizen Login page→ Enter our login credentials like email/mobile, password then submit → after login Click on Menu → Citizen helpdek option→Enter your consumer no & select radio button(for recipt :duplicate receipt /for bill: duplicate bill) then click on view → click on +Receipt Details → to download receipt click on print symbol given in action column.
