On behalf of chitranjan nagar Ghatkopar resident, I am lodging complaint against unhygenic trash thrown on roads by chawl residents.
therr is corner of road where there is no dust bin to collect wet or any kind of trash by slum chawls.Due to that rhey throw all their trash on roads.The bmc vehicle should prpvide few tradh bins which can be collected daily or there shd be door to door service here It is so unhygenic that we have many rats i this area too.
Please resolve this issue and if needed put few trash bins in this area.
There are maby street vendors in this small lane selling veggies so they also throw trash n waste on roads only.
in Rains this will become such a disaster.

This is on behalf of Chitranjan Nagar, D Colony, Ghatkopar Mumbai -77.We have huge problem witb stray dogs in this area.It os difficult to walk around 9pm as dogs are barking continously and they attack in groups.They have been even biting people around this time.Moreover they are constantly barking for all night. We are afraid to step out at night and there aremany incidents of people taking injections due to bites.Please help us and take serious action to catch this dogs.There is pathway to Vidhyavihat station hence they keep barking all thr time.But main issue is even permanant residents also face same problem.There are around 7-8 dogs and always attacking in groups.
Please help.

Kids are not able to play in and around the Stone Building. We are not able to open the Main gate early morning and late night as these dogs sleep near the gate. One old lady fell down on the street and got severly hurt as these dogs were barking and chasing her. Our Society has two entry and exit gate to excess each and every member of the society.
As both of our society gate are next to the newly constructed RCC public road, Name as Lake road, which was constructed so well by Local government bodies., but there is no speed breaker constructed with in the radius of 600-800m, due to which the bikers, car drivers, and even transport drivers drive vehicles so rashly were each so many time accidents have taken place.

We the resident of the society are worried so much each day and it’s difficult to even cross the road,

So on behalf of my society and general public residing in that location request you to pls construct Speed breaker at the earliest.

Please take this request on urgent basis and we need your prompt action against this,

I am a resident of New Prem Vasundhara, Near Home for the Aged, Andheri East, Mahakali Caves Road, Mumbai-400093..

We the residents of the above society require your assistance in tackling the cat menace in our society premises. There are about 10-12 stray cats regularly littering and dirtying the society compounds and staircases. They also defecate in front of the main doors of our apartments making it literally impossible to walk through. There is a bad odour and unhygienic conditions in the society.

Also these cats continuously scream all throughout the night causing disturbance to one and all. There are many senior citizens, students and patients not getting proper rest due to this cat nuisance.
We have made many attempts to solve this problem and as a last resort we seek your assistance.Kindly look into the matter urgently.

They have made full illegal stalls on road near my shop they have completely covered my shop with illegal stalls i go against him so they r showing dadagiri and threatening us.. We r helpless here and don know what to do... Whenever i go for to complain to municipal but they get news from insider and they run away...

One hawker unknown person selling t-shirt and blocking my shop outside area and creating a menance. Plz take corrective steps as its a threat to us. As he says he will sell u do what ever u want to. I wont get out of here. A sort of dadagiri going on which should not be tolerated. A strict action should be taken against this illegal pheri wala. Standing in front of my shop. Causing it difficult for me and surrounding difficult to live in.br...

This is just to inform you that From 2-3 months we are facing a problem of drainage (Gutter overflow) in our Building 212-j located in Panjrapole compound Mumbai 400004, nobody takes an action for such a sewage issue.

As my room (16-A) is on the ground floor all the overflow dirt is entering our backside area of the room which is used as a washroom even our WC is overflowing as there is no way to waste to pass out due to drainage line getting blocked as there is an 80+ senior citizen residing my granny she is constantly falling ill because of it.

People who reside in our building are facing so many problems like dengue, and malaria. Most senior citizens are facing this problem who already heart patients.

This is a repeat complaint. Terrace of B wing Gambhir Industrial Estate Off Aarey Road Goregaon East P Ward is being encroached by illegal outsiders and a cricket turf is being erected. I have given all plans and necessary facts to Shri Amol Bomane who had visited the site and taken photographs as well. Work had stopped and it was assured that once the illegal work commences necessary action will be taken.
Need urgent action now. The erections need to be dismantled and the culprits Mr Kashyap Gambhir, Sahil Gambhir & Anirudh Gambhir need to be charged as per law.

Illegal parking by vegetable vendors & illegal vegetable vendors are seating in front of shop at Mathuradas road kandivali west

Illigal possesion of land on sheet no fac - 2015 april, expire it show a big failure if public property is grabbed and applicant of municipal corporation of grater mumbai d.O. And assistant commissioner should be held responsible and we appeal as per article 19 section 3 of indian constitution and wissle blower act to take be take immediate action in 7 working days as we observed there for tax payers

In front of Charkop Sector 7 Kirti Hospital, street dogs run to bite.
There are 6 to 7 dogs who follow everyone. Where to go at night or early morning, it becomes difficult to go.
Hope this problem is solved as soon as possible.

Dear sir sorry for this but really mumbai needs to be strict on rules regarding hawkers creating nuisance all over mumbai roads especially on areas like between marol naka and chakala metro station, goregaon bus depot and carnival theatre, Mohammed ali road and bhendi bazzar blocking 60% of the road which till date cannot be removed. Instead for shopkeepers who pay taxes and all kind of charges have to bear all kind of rules adding every year. New rules for vehicular transportation is come up but no rules for double or even triple parking on areas near asalpha station and Mohammed ali road and also areas like dharavi where roads should have no parking no standing and even no hawking zone compulsory.

My Property Tax Account number is LX[protected]. I had made a payment of Rs. 78041 /- online on 11/04/2022. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the screen showed ‘internal server error’ after the transaction.
Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

I am concerned and worried for the illegalities carrying out by the ongoing under construction redevelopment project by the DEVELOPER KNOWN AS EKTA TRINITY project file no. CHE/WS/1331/H/337(NEW), situated at 2nd Hasnabad Road, santacruz (west), mumbai-400054. Next to GHIYA COMPOUND.

ADJOINING OUR PLOT KNOWN AS GHIYA COMPOUND ACCESS ROAD IS ENCROACHED BY EKTA TRINITY., AFTER ILLEGALLY DEMOLISHING OUR OLD EXISTING GHIYA COMPOUND BOUNDARY WALL WITHOUT OUR CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE.

EKTA TRINITY HAVE DONE FILLING OF EARTH ON THEIR LAND AND EXTENDED THEIR LAND INTO GHIYA COMPOUND LAND ACCESS ROAD AND HAVE ENCROACHED GHIYA COMPOUND LAND BY CONSTRUCTING LOAD BEARING ILLEGAL WALL ON GHIYA COMPOUND LAND TO TAKE THE LOAD OF EKTA TRINITY LAND EARTH FILLING AFTER DEMOLISHING OUR OLD EXISTING BOUNDARY WALL ILLEGALLY.

THEREFORE I REQUEST ALL AUTHORITIES FOR THE WORK SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY ATLEAST ILLEGAL BOUNDARY WORK AND SANCTIONED SHOULD BE CANCELLED BY THE E.E.(B.P.) AND OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE (OC) & BUILDING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE (BCC) SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED SINCE EKTA TRINITY HAVE VIOLATED VARIOUS MMC ACT AND MRTP ACT AND ALSO IN VIOLATION OF VARIOUS MCGM RULES AND GUIDELINES BY DEMOLISHING ADJOINING PLOT GHIYA COMPOUND BOUNDARY WALL AND CONSTRUCTING ILLEGAL LOAD BEARING WALL ON GHIYA COMPOUND LAND TO TAKE LOAD OF THEIR EKTA TRINITY LAND SINCE THEY HAVE INCREASED HEIGHT OF THEIR LAND BY FILLING OF EARTH UPTO 3 feet.

KINDLY TAKE STERN ACTION SINCE IF EKTA TRINITY IS ALLOWED AND NOT STOPPED immediately GHIYA COMPOUND CTS NO h/395, h/396, h/397 & h/398 WILL BE IN IRREPARABLE HUGE LOSS SINCE ACCESS ROAD OF GHIYA COMPOUND WAS ALREADY VERY NARROW AND EKTA TRINITY DEVELOPER HAVE ABOVE ENCROACHED MAKING ACCESS ROAD MORE NARROW AND ALSO VERY DIFFICULT FOR FIRE ENGINE TO ENTER INCASE OF ANY EMERGENCY WHERE 300 PEOPLE ARE STAYING IN 62 flats/rooms.

Also REQUESTING TO ALL AUTHORITIES TO GIVE ME INFORMATION AS PER MAHARASHTRA STATE AND MCGM RULES AND GUIDELINES REGARDING ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE EKTA TRINITY PROJECT FILE NO. CHE/WS/1331/H/337(NEW). SINCE ILLEGAL LOAD BEARING WALL ENCROACHING OUR MAIN ENTRANCE GATE “I CHANNEL” and ACCESS ROAD IS STILL STANDING AND NOT YET DEMOLISHED.

Illegally constructed load bearing wall should be demolished immediately and concerned authorities should kindly come and give marking of the each respective plot/land and thereafter Ghiya Compound land boundary wall should be reconstructed by 8 to 9 inches or 200 to 230mm thick brick boundary wall with proper plastering which was in existence before EKTA TRINITY demolished illegally.

I have been informing and complaining regarding illegalities to H/west ward Building and Factory department since more than a year but unfortunately H/west ward have not yet demolished illegal structures. I further say H/west ward Mcgm had sent notices under MMC and MRTP ACT to the owners/occupiers/tenants of the said illegal structures but with no intention to demolish the said illegal structures reason best known to the concerned authorities. Recently I have noticed that many or most of my online complaints regarding illegalities to H/west ward Building and Factory Department are now started showing remark for citizen “FALSE COMPLAINT” I don’t know what is the reason If not error than what is the intention to show “FALSE COMPLAINT” since the complaints are all correct and kindly note chief fire officer have also filed criminal cases against the owner/occupier of the said illegal structures and Mcgm H/west ward have also sent notices since the structures are on compulsory open space without plan sanctioned and fire brigade permission. I have to say that with regret that instead of taking stern action against the Responsible person and illegal structures how can online status give remark saying false complaint for the absolute true information and complaints have been filed by me. My complaint is against the online portal giving miss information to the citizens and H/west ward Building and Factory Department is not taking action result oriented to that effect.
