Lack of water resources in my society. water stops without warning for quite a while, even with so much rainfall there is water trouble. I need to get this solved because it affects our daily lifestyle. I hope water can be supplied 2 times a day in GN Residency b wing mira road (E)

The upstairs family seems to love to play mischief with those who are restfully sleeping at night or just relaxing. Today, they dragged the furniture fast again and again meaninglessly as usual during odd hours and thus, they thought they would not be giving me a chance to record their mischief but I have somehow managed to get hold of their nuisance which stopped after a while. This is absolutely not acceptable in a residential area, let alone a residential building. In the audio evidence, the screeching noises recorded and amplified to 47 decibels bears some slight screeching noises towards the end at around point 00.12 if I am not wrong, till which time, there have been slight thuds and more of weird screeching noises. The screeching actually happened within a few seconds at a time, proving even more strongly that there is a possibility of someone being mentally afflicted in their house since nobody else in our building or area behaves so weirdly and that too, so late at night.

Yesterday, there was absolutely no noise from upstairs at night before we went to sleep and after we went to sleep either. So, we did not face any problems. However, tonight at 23.46 pm IST onwards till later than 00.00 am IST, thudding noises and screeching noises were heard from upstairs, the audio evidences of which I am putting up enhanced to up to 45 decibels. This high volume of noise should not be tolerated and is not acceptable or permissible late every night and that too, in residential areas. So, here is an audio evidence that has noises from upstairs that begin at point 0.03 and go on till the irritating screeching noises are heard towards the end with lots of thudding noises throughout the audio evidence -

Even we go to sleep as quickly as possible and there are senior citizens in my house, who have their fun during the day without bothering anyone, not even our downstairs neighbors and particularly not at night but these upstairs people simply take it for granted that they are free to disturb people late every night at odd hours and any time during the day.

I understand that senior citizenship is like the second childhood of senior citizens, which is why I let them enjoy music and play the music they love the most for them and that too, only during the day because I do not want to disturb anyone at night, especially not my neighbors. I even cook for them as regularly as possible since they enjoy my cooking and I feel good about it. However I do not do much during my exams or whenever I have other commitments. But I am still always there for my senior citizen parents unlike most youth, who leave their homes for good and parents alone. This is not becoming of an Indian, especially a Brahmin, who follows the Vedic culture. I absolutely do not appreciate the late night noise making business that ruins our sleep and peace of mind, thereby rendering us helplessly tired the next morning and unable to function. I even joke harmlessly but the upstairs neighbors take offense to everything. I hope that someday their son will start helping senior citizens and helpless people instead of showing his arrogance on everyone. Even before the lockdown, I used to do my best to keep my parents happy.

Even today morning, the nuisance started at 6.30 am IST just above my bedroom and reverberated throughout our house. Imagine how my senior citizen parents must be feeling. Just because they do not say anything doesn't mean that they are okay with the noises from upstairs. This is too much.

Some weird screeching noises can be heard almost towards the end of this audio evidence and these are the noises that were also heard along with thudding noises from upstairs throughout yesterday night -

I am writing this letter to formally request you to help me in dealing with an issue with my neighbour.

The family I am complaining about - Lawangare,

New Giri Vihar CHS, Gokul Gully, Opposite NES International School, Nimbkar Society, and Pratiksha building, Mulund West, Mumbai 400082, Maharashtra, India

I have also enjoyed living in this colony for several years. However, for the past two years or so, I have been facing a lot of problems. My upstairs neighbours the Lawangares are making thudding and screeching noises every night and I have even sent the police audio recordings as evidences every night but the nuisance to me and my senior citizen parents just does not stop from upstairs even late at night and it causes me headaches, heartaches and even dizziness and more. Even during the day they wreak havoc. I have even sent the building secretary and chairman audio evidences regularly but nothing has been done about this since 2 years.

This type of daily late night disturbance is not allowed in the apartment and particularly when sensitive people such as women and senior citizens are residing in the house beneath that of the Lawangares or anyone else. We have even requested this family thrice in person not to make noise so late every night to which he gave rude back answers and replies with twisted words instead of simply complying to our polite requests that would have made living here harmonious. Nowadays, we feel helpless and have had to resort to drastic measures against this family because they are continuing to be a nuisance. I hope that we can find a resolution to this problem as soon as possible. I appreciate your attention and thank you for understanding and support. Also, please note that they even jog on their treadmill any time they want, wreaking havoc in our house, rendering us sleepless and tired. They even keep dragging their furniture day and night and make some weird screeching noises probably with their collapsible windows or make some noise or the other just to disturb us constantly.

We are legally domiciled in the state of Maharashtra and our family traces back to the early 1940s and have been here since that time but still, we have to face harassment and discrimination by the upstairs neighbours, who have recently moved into our building unlike us.

We would like to inform their is no water from past 5 days in our area. Peoples are facing many difficulties regarding it. Please do the needful.

There are alot of stray dogs in your area..they make area dirty they poop everywhere and bark unnecessarily.please come and take them away

i have visited as my relative was there for delivery i was very to shock when i came in contact with your security lady at maternity ward 3rd floor as wanted to shift the patient on stretcher complaint brief

1. Sleeping on duty and gate was locked with key have to give multiple voice to wake her up

2. Was very rude while opening the gate as she was been disturbed while sleeping

3.When asked her to talk in polite way and told her that i will complaint can i get your name she told noting will going to happen you do what ever you want so please look to the came nad do resolve and take necessary action

We have two stray dogs in Raheja Ridgewood society. One of them is ferocious and has attempted to bite a lot of residents including me.
Request to have them relocated to safe homes and make the residents of Raheja Ridgewood safe

In lockdown issue of stray dogs has increased, as people leave dogs in others locality, recently someone left the dog here and it barks and chases bikes resulting in accident, have attached video please check, it is happening daily.
The location is near Cng pump of Dahisar toll naka.
BMC dog cell is of no help, have spoke with them they said they can't remove the dog, due to animal lovers for whom dog's life is important than a human life.
I request you to help in this matter and do the needful, please help before it results in more accidents.

सर, मला 2013 मध्ये मोठ्या मुंबई महानगरपालिकेकडून एक पत्र मिळाले होते की हमारा शॉप रोड कटिंग में जा रहा है. उसके बाद हमेन नया जग पर शॉप मिलेगा जो की आज तक हमें शॉप नहीं मिला है। वर्ष 2018 में हमें महानगरपालिका महानगरपालिका नवीन पत्र आया की आपका आवंटन आया है पर मुझे आज तक महानगरपालिका महानगरपालिका से मालूम नही चल पया है की मेरा दुकान कहां आवंटन किया है. सर कोविड- १ ki की वाज से हमारा घर चलना बहोट जयादा मुस्कील हो गया है. maine 12 टाइम शिकायत किया है अभी अभी तक कोई सलाम नहीं मिला है. हमारा एक दुकान हे घर चलेका सहारा है. ये नही मिला तो में आत्महत्या कर लुंगा.

This is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sabera Durrani, a senior citizen aged 73 years, tenant of
B-Block Municipal Building, 2nd Floor, Room No. 25.

We are facing serious water leakage problems from the ceilings of inside room- Kitchen side ceiling, pillar & above the toilet area.

Due to these leakages, water is spreading over other sides of the walls. This resulted in cracks in the plaster of pillar wall, photos of which are attached for your kind attention. It requires immediate repair work to prevent incidents like parts of ceiling falling apart which can cause grave injuries to the members of my family.

I request you to take necessary action on priority basis and instruct the concerned personals to inspect the leakage problem & resolve the issue at the earliest.

We hope you will take immediate & useful action at the earliest.

I am living in Bhandup(W) in Utkarsh Nagar (Jeevan Anand Building) which is opposite to Yashwat Chandji Vidyalay. There is a lot of construction activity taking place. I believe, as a result of all this construction, the mosquito menace has considerably increased.

Dear Team, I Krupal Barchha Mobile no: [protected] is a regular commuter/Traveller from mira road east to Powai through Aarey colony. The condition of Aarey colony is very bad. An urgent repairing work is required to close the manholes available on the road. Due to such worst road condition traffic gets jammed daily and there are chances of road accidents also. To avoid such unwanted situation we request you to do this repairing work as soon as possible. We believe that as an part of government it is your responsibility the check the roads on regular basis and should get repaired before any civilian suffers from such a worst condition.

The road connecting Malad subway to Western express flyover has many small potholes and has developed depression due to you can even leveling of road it creates a lot of problem during rainy season the patch near the wholesale farsan walas leading up to the narrow lane after derasar.

AT Ananda Residency we observed impure water and when checked with Developer Admin Mr. Saurabh he told problem with Municipal connection and hence request BMC official Water Testing / Environment Department visit on priority and test all Ananda Residencies Water Tanks to avoid any health deceases

I have made a payment of Rs. 4374 toward on 30th Aug 2021for 2 property tax bills but the same was deducted from my account but the outstanding is still reflecting.
