1. The order no[protected] was ordered on 15 November 23 and was to be delivered on the same day which has not been delivered till date, so request for the Refund.
2. The customer care executive is highly unprofessional.

Double Payment: My primary concern is the double payment that was deducted from my account for a single transaction. This not only causes financial inconvenience but also raises questions about the efficiency and reliability of your payment system.

Product Discrepancy: In addition, I received a product that significantly differs from what was advertised on their website. While I understand minor discrepancies can occur, the substantial difference between the product I received and the one described on the platform is unacceptable and misleading to your customers.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service: I would like to highlight that my interactions with the customer service have been extremely unsatisfactory. It appears that their team only responds promptly when a new order is being placed, but once issues arise, the communication becomes rude, or there is no response at all. This level of service is detrimental and no customer satisfaction.

Two of the email address on there website is wrong and they talk very rudely to people. On raising a compliant via email they said the product cant be exact and about payment they said that they have recived only one when it is clearly twice deducted

I booked a condolences flow bouquet with the customer care confirmation only but it was not delivered to my friends place so, I want to cancel the order need refund to my mode of payment I don't want in credit

I have ordered a cake for my dad’s birthday, and even paid additional charge to make the delivery as as standard delivery ( means they will delivery it on same day the specified time) However, because of rain they couldn’t deliver it the same day, the surprising fact is that they didn’t inform me until I ask the updates.I just leave this matter and told them to deliver the cake on the next day. "I ordered flowers and chocolates as a surprise for my Mother, but ended as a surprise for me. The order never showed up and they never thought to inform the customer. When texted via WhatsApp they direct us to write an email, their WhatsApp service is just for a name sake, never enquires what, when, why we have reached out them. We have to write email inorder to get updates about the order. They just have Lame excuses, like cannot deliver to remote places which they never mentioned, with the help of pincode the order gets processed and when enquired remote place it seems. When asked about the refund they do not have refund policy they can only issue credit note. which is their technique to get us back to them. Why should I order again with them if I already have a bad experience. Beware of online orders like these. Absolutely terrible service and a waste of money. I would strongly advise against using this company."

I have ordered a cake and they canceled the order but it's been one week there is no update and I haven't received my refund yet...

These guys are terrible and they are just ripping off your money.

Three things:

1) I ordered for a Mango cake but instead red velvet was delivered. This wasn’t updated nor they gave me an update

2) Along with flowers the vase is also ordered, which wasn’t delivered. For which I was charged

3) I paid 200/- for fixed delivery between 6-7pm and it was delivered not at home but at nearest junction at 8pm.

The website has all wrong information. The support option is waste - phone number is invalid number, chat nobody responds and WhatsApp service is of no use. And they just over charge a customer.

My husband ordered birthday cake and bouquet worth 3500 for me and didn't get the item.Didnt get refund and they are not even responding to mails and phone calls

I had ordered a bouquet on 14th February but it's not delivered.i tried contacting them complaining about non delivery and also asked for refund, there is no response of the phone calls, noone picks up till date neither they are responding to the mails.

They took my order, I did payment but did not deliver item. They did this with lot of people

I had ordered with myflowergift.com on 27th February 2023 for Rs 8900 to deliver it on 02nd March 2023 in advance and i told them to deliver it in morning shift they said okay. after paying the money there was no response. No one is responding to the Customer care number given on the website. I even emailed the email Id given there but I received failure with a message 'this email doesn't exist'. then i email again to other e-mail address of theirs there was no response. Then on 02nd March 2023 i reminded them again to deliver the products then at around 01:00 p.m i received e-mail from them asking for additional Rs 800 for delivery i replied back to them why i should pay extra as i have already paid in full what was mentioned on website and my order should have reach today and i refused the pay the Rs 800 extra. then they sent me e-mail saying the order is cancelled and will refund the money but till now they did not paid the money back and no one is responding. Also mobile is switched off. I lost my money and time.
Seems this is a fake company and similar kind of sites should be banned. They are fraud, scammers, looting people.
i am surprised that this company having so many complaints with them are still operating in our country.
This should be considered as a case of fraud and the persons responsible should be penalised and stopped/blocked from the internet.
I request people not to buy any product from myflowergift.com.

Wanted to surprise my Wife for this years Valentines Day; but however it was ruined due to the fact that the delivery was not made on the day (14th February 2023).

Before making the order I spoke to someone over WhatsApp call and then after the order was made I had to change my mobile number (via email) before the delivery was going to be made; no one replied meaning I was ignored!.

I then tried calling them on WhatsApp again, but no answer or either no replies back. My Dad also tried ring them directly, their phone number was switched off, but where as it should be on for their customers and not for their needs.

Due to this particular reason I highly suggest no one orders from them; as they ruin your day and the surprise too. I will now take them to tue court - IF I DON’T GET FULL REFUND!.
