I have ordered flower as a gift to my niece on May 19th 2023, the team of my flower gift has failed. they are not responding when i call on their number which they shown in their website [protected]
and i contact them via their whatsapp number [protected]

"I ordered flowers and chocolates as a surprise for my Mother, but ended as a surprise for me. The order never showed up and they never thought to inform the customer. When texted via WhatsApp they direct us to write an email, their WhatsApp service is just for a name sake, never enquires what, when, why we have reached out them. We have to write email inorder to get updates about the order. They just have Lame excuses, like cannot deliver...

I have ordered a cake and they canceled the order but it's been one week there is no update and I haven't received my refund yet...

It is fraud app..
Didn't trust...

These guys are terrible and they are just ripping off your money.

Three things:

1) I ordered for a Mango cake but instead red velvet was delivered. This wasn’t updated nor they gave me an update

2) Along with flowers the vase is also ordered, which wasn’t delivered. For which I was charged

3) I paid 200/- for fixed delivery between 6-7pm and it was delivered not at home but...

My husband ordered birthday cake and bouquet worth 3500 for me and didn't get the item.Didnt get refund and they are not even responding to mails and phone calls...

I had ordered a bouquet on 14th February but it's not delivered.i tried contacting them complaining about non delivery and also asked for refund, there is no response of the phone calls, noone picks up till date neither they are responding to the mails.

I had ordered with myflowergift.com on 27th February 2023 for Rs 8900 to deliver it on 02nd March 2023 in advance and i told them to deliver it in morning shift they said okay. after paying the money there was no response. No one is responding to the Customer care number given on the website. I even emailed the email Id given there but I received failure with a message 'this email doesn't exist'. then i email again to other e-mail address...

Wanted to surprise my Wife for this years Valentines Day; but however it was ruined due to the fact that the delivery was not made on the day (14th February 2023).

Before making the order I spoke to someone over WhatsApp call and then after the order was made I had to change my mobile number (via email) before the delivery was going to be made; no one replied meaning I was ignored!.

I then tried calling them...

I want my refund of 750/-. Kindly find the receipt as attached file with this complaint....

I ordered a flower through this web, the product is not delivered and no response from customer support, no response for mail, what's app, chat option, also mob no provided is switched

Seems this is a fake company and similar kind of sites should be banned....

I made an order on 13th Feb 2023 No. [protected] around Rs 3000. It was supposed to deliver on 14th Feb. The order was not delivered and no one answered my calls, email or messages. Only one time they answered the call and asked for additional Rs 800 as delivery charge.
Surprised that this company having so many complaints with them are still operating in our country.
This should be considered as a case of fraud and the persons...

I have ordered flowers as valentine gift to my husband and they don’t deliver the item. When I tried to call them their numbers are not reachable....

Ordered cake for 1100 and 200 delivery. They promised to deliver in 2 hrs but it hasn't been delivered even after 2 days. No response from the support.

I ordered 1 KG Birthday cake with flowers and a customized mug woth Rs.3500 on 17th Jan 2023 and given the delivery date on 22nd of Jan 2023. On 22nd when we contacted them, they told you need to pay delivery charges Rs500. We told them we will collect. We received the collection address. when contacted the delivery person, they told they just recived the order to prepare cake, a simpe cake. When we collected the cake it was a 500 grams cake...

once you place the order and your money is debited they don't deliver the product or never refund.
