You guys are fraud. It’s been 10+days but no one delivered the bday gift and customer support sucks.

I placed an order through WhatsApp on 21st July and they agreed the delivery date on 24th July, I paid Rs 3000 and still they are not delivering the item. I called them and did online chat but no one is responding.
Once the payment is made, the attitude of the salesperson woman will change.
They agreed that they will send the design format before printing, after payment the lady does not answer properly,

My husband has ordered as gift for my birthday from my flower gift and also paid 3950.
But I didn't get it....

I have booked online birthday cake and i have transferred the amount to the concerned account of there yesterday, and when i asked that lady she said she has not recieved the amount.and i waited for one day, again she said me same that amount is not been credited.

I had ordered a birthday combo which had a 750ml wine bottle, half kg cake, and 12 red roses. They delivered roses and cake (which was not even close to the picture of the cake in the ad) and the wine was missing. After sending them 30 emails they responded by saying that they will check with their branch and update. I ordered birthday cake for my mother on 11th May 2022 which has to deliver on 18th May for Rs 2175. I received an email on 18th May 2022 (today, on the day of my mom's bday), that we cannot deliver the product as your house far away hence you have to pay additional Rs 400. I ordered a floweral theme cake for mother’s day. First, they have not deliver on time. Second thing is the cake was such bad . It was not taste good and it was decorated so badly that was exactly different from pic that you have on your website. It was my bad experience to send something via ur website to loved ones. Even the message for mothers day you guys just wrote with pen . That was so cheap. Kindlly refund my order...

I can't give any STAR to this fraud company. As company cheat my friend. After confirming with customer service (through chatting) my friend ordered from Dubai on 19/4/22 in advance to deliever on 26April for her Sister birthday & paid Rs850 which showing free standard delivery but till today not delivered.
