I placed an order through WhatsApp on 15th June. To send a gift to our newly wed colleague. They have sent an entirely different arrangement and wine. I have asked for white wrapping as I thought it would look better for a wedding congratulations. I have asked them and informed them many times, to which they confirmed, that we need to see the picture first before they send. They confirmed so I made the payment. They did not send me any update regarding delivery even after i have called and sent WhatsApp message. Morning came and sent another follow up and they informed me that it was already delivered. To my surprise, they have sent an absolutely horrendous arrangement. I complained to their WhatsApp number and they told me that there is something wrong about my mentality, wanting to get things free. Paid INR 3450 for all of it. They were implying that I do not have the right to complain as I paid only a "little" amount of money for it. They sent a picture of a Sula wine which they said they were going to send but instead, they sent an even cheaper one. The flower arrangement looked like it was made by a preschooler, definitely unpresentable. What a shame. This company doesn't know a thing about gifting and only want to make money.
