Please do not Order from this Company...!

I Ordered for an Irish Coffee cake priced at Rs. 1625 on top of that I requested for a delivery at night and paid extra amount of Rs. 200, total Rs. 1825.

The Cake was not delivered on time, it was delivered two days later (some lame excuse of receiver phone not reachable on day 1, festival so shop closed on day 2, no current on day 3, finally delivered on day 4.

On top of all these, the cake delivered was a cheap cake with some white & green color on top, which would cost maximum around Rs.250

    Yesterday they need to deliver the cake but they did not...before order i already asked can they deliver to that destined location they said they can...after receiving the money they didnt deliver nor pickup the call...and today when i call they talk rudely..

        I had ordered a half kg mango delight cake for a birthday celebration.
        After hours of following up, they said they have only 2 flavors- black forest or white forest 1kg and asked me to pay the extra.
        I told them to cancel the order and arrange refund as I didnt like the flavors.
        Till now no proper response or refund. Its been more than a week.
        Worst service.

          I have made an order for a wedding anniversary surprise gift with www.myflowergift.com on Wed, Sep 9, 2020 at 11:18 AM, paid them in advance the amount they requested through invoice. (shared below for your scrutiny)
          I had provided them with all the information such as, date, LOCATION, address, etc to make the delivery on time. I also enquired numerous times with their sales agent Ms. Riya (webchat) regarding the possibility of delivery at the location I mentioned. She confirmed it as "200%" possible.
          I can share the chat transcript if required.
          But today morning I received an email from someone (Bouquet World) requesting an additional amount for delivery to the same location as mentioned in the invoice and also mentions that one of the items cannot be delivered.
          They told me that www.myflowergift.com had outsourced the delivery to these people, whom I have never contacted before.

          I had confirmed numerous times with their customer care through web chat on the 9th of September 2020, asking again and again whether the location is suitable for delivery of the items. They had confirmed "it is possible without any additional payment" over the web-chat.
          I have screen shots of the web chat transcript.

          I have been the victim of a phishing email scam and had money taken from my account over false gifts promised online.
          It is very pitiful to learn that such scams are being committed in our state, especially during this troublesome times (Covid-19) we have been going through.
          Now, they have denied any refund of money.

          I wish to receive my money in full from them as cash refund. I do not want to order anymore from this company, who cannot keep track of time and location of delivery, but are only there to collect money without doing work.

          Below is the invoice I have received after completing the payment.

            Dear All,

            I have made enough follow up with the people of my flower group on my order status and not received any proper response from their side. Clearly I stated my requirement on the Gift delivery and their customer support executive assured me the delivery will happen on[protected] and due to which only I have proceeded with the gift selection and payment.

            Now the date is[protected] and I have not received any confirmation from their end on the status of my delivery. Tracking system is not properly updated, Customer care executives (Online Chat, WhatsApp Chat and Customer care number) said they are not responsible and I have to send the query to the email ID " [protected]@myflowergift.com".

            Even After completing the query, I'm just receiving an auto generated response.

            I would like to request you to review my concerns and do the needful. The customer service executive is also not behaved properly with me.

                I have placed the order of 12 red roses with 6 inch teddy bear with half kg black forest cake for my niece which was planned to delivery at 6 PM as per india timing and later they have said the will deliver at 9 PM however still there is no delivery or refund and same
                Even after that they are not picking up the phone.

                  In general, I don't like to comment on social media, but I have had such a bad experience with this site that it forced me to this-hopefully it will help someone else.

                  I ordered cakes and flowers for my family's birthdays through this site. I was disappointed to see that what was delivered did not match what was on the site. I tried contacting them via whatsapp and made calls, but I received no response.
                  No response from email, so I sent a follow-up email, but no luck again.
                  I will no longer be using this site o[censored]nprofessional and fraudulent people who are not concerned with others hard earned money, time and emotions.

                  Don't trust them.

                      Later on they cancelled my order and now not refunding my money.

                        I places an order for a cake on 29 may for delivery on 6 june. Even after such a long prior notice, the cake was damaged and delivered. I placed a request for replacement and was promised that it will be delivered the next day 7 th june. Its 5 pm now till now the cake is not delivered after a thousand followups and calls. No answer to calls and msgs.

                        They have ruined someones birthday! Worthless !! Good for nothing! Pathetic service . Waste of money.

                            Worst service ever!!!

                            They have delivered rotten fruits and dry fruits containing insects...On complaining they are not responding...

                            On calling on their contact number: xxxxxxx619, a lady misbehaved very badly. I have recorded the calls too and taken the photgraph of their rotten fruits. My order amount was 4675 INR. They have looted us!

                            I will take this to as forward as possible so that no other customer faces this issue

                                  Myflowergift.com is a fraud site. They are good until you make the order online. No response to messages and emails after you make the payment. They are fraud. Only advise I can give you is please don’t order from them. You will loose money !! My order was for 27 March 6pm india time now it’s 10.30pm nothing received and myflowergift.com is not responding to the calls, emails & messages !!!

                                  I lost my Rs 2550 ordering through their website.

                                  Myflowergift.com is a cheating website. They answer the phones and emails until you make the order and pay the money. After making payment they will vanish. I made the ordered for delivery on 28 March till today the cake is not received

                                    Hi,
                                    I placed an order to deliver cake and flowers to my family on 13th February 2021. Prior to placing the order, I checked with the chat support and they promised to deliver the items on 14th February 2021 to Puzhakkal (Pin 680553) in Thrissur.

                                    They didnt deliver the items on 14th February, even till 17th February 2021, but when I requested for refund, they claiming that they can only deliver in Thrissur town. I can not own a place in town to meet the delivery requirements and they are asking me to check their policies. How can we place an order reading their entire policies and procedures. I do have chat transcript about asking their confirmation on delivery to Puzhakkal (Pin 680553).

                                    Please do the needful to refund my money amounts to Rs.2400/-

                                      After going through 1000s of customer feedbacks I understood that CCAvenue/Myflowersgift has cheated many other customers as like me. They looted many peoples money and never ever returned it to them. I too placed an order on 12/02/2021 and also made online payment as well. On 13/02/2021 they have sent me an extra invoice of Rs. 300/- to pay as delivery charges which I denied. I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money. But they denied to refund my money and informed they will issue a credit note which will be valid for a year. I have told them I won’t be using their service anymore and refund my money. But they are not at all ready to refund my money. I would like to get a refund from this dirty company asap.

                                        I placed an order on December 14, 2020 3:00:33 PM IST for 19th of December 2020. The order ID was #[protected]. The shipping method was done by Mid Night Delivery and they charged the amount of Rs 250 for it. But the cake was delivered 3 hours before the actual time and the delivery boy behavior was very rude towards the customer. Moreover, the total cost of the cake invoice is Rs 2, 175.00 ($0.01) that is shown in my mail but they charged Rs 50 extra and collected the amount of Rs 2, 225. So, it is my humble request to take a strict action for costing extra charge, the rude behavior of the delivery boy and for not delivering the cake at the given time
