I had ordered a birthday cake from dubai, uae on 07 aug 2019 to be delivered on 18 aug 2019 for my dad's birthday.

I never noticed that this is already a fraud company, its after placing the order & making the payment, customer support didn't seem to be helpful.

They do not answer calls, nor they respond to emails or the web chats. Attached is the screenshot of my booking details. It is really disappointing that we still have frauds in our country.

Before the order was placed they kept sending messages if we need any help or assistance & once the payment is through they just ignored my emails, messages & calls.

I would like to appeal for a full refund at the earliest. Never ever book with them.

Aagain this morning, which is on the day of delivery they have mentioned as the location is far there would be an additional charge of Rs. 400 for delivery.

If it was so why wasn't this information provided earlier when i had sent so many emails & messages. Appealing for a Full refund from the company.

    Ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday... They immediately come on chat on whatsapp and promise you it will be done... But... Once the payment is done they say all sorts to not make it... This is a spam... Stealing money... Do not go and order anything through this website... Its as good as ruining your special day by spending money yourself... Once you start talking about refund they immediately block you out... They are not even returning the money... They are like financiers cheating

      A govt servant made a lot of money in bribery and corruption, his brand new son-in-law disappeared overnight with rs.15 crore of his father-in-law's wealth, leaving his wife... The entire wealth earned in bribery or unlawful means gone with the wind...
      Likewise the profit u made by cheating me will also go to apollo hospital or miot hospital or through some other way one day...
      If a man is spending so much then you should give him quality worth his money, your aim is deceiving customers, so beware of what future has in store for you...

        I am writing in to complain about their scam, as they are doing it through online sale. We have ordered from their website- www.myflowergift.com for a bunch of white lilies and carnation flowers, with greeting card and 5 balloons. Instead what was delivered is 10 red roses and Cadbury chocolate with a small note, totally not worth for the large amount we paid. We even paid extra to make sure the delivery was at 10am as it was very important for us to reach on time. However, they only delivered in in the evening and when we contacted them for the delay, the reply we received was very rude. Attached together is all the details you would need to do cross check- if required. We demand for a full refund as not only they have failed to deliver it on time, they have also spoilt the entire event planned on the day due to the delay and no effort taken to even apologize. We sent a message to the watsapp number provided but no reply to our messages till now. I have also written to their email but also no reply till now. I hope you would do us justice as our recent order appears to be a complete scam, NOTHING WE PAID FOR WAS DELIVERED and we do not want others to fall in the same trap. Thank you.

            I placed an order in my flower gift website (https://www.myflowergift.com/) on 9th feb 2019 to be delivered on 14th feb 2019 and i confirmed with customer care by online chat and by call also. The order details are as given below: -

            Then again on 11th feb 2019 i called my flower gift customer care, and they informed me as the order is in process. But they didn't delivery the gift till now (16 feb 2019). I try to reach them for last two days and they didn't pick the phone.

            Now, they answered my call and behaved in rude manner explaining me that they don't have service to this area, so they can't able to delivery.

            Please take necessary action to return the money and also prevent the other people from this scam website.

              The subject line is all that comes up when I track my order status. I also paid extra for a midnight delivery service option but nothing. Tried reaching out to the number mentioned on their website - NOTHING. Always comes up busy anytime of the day - by any time I mean even during the mid of the night as well. No response on the mail I sent too - [protected]@myflowergift.com.
              I don't even understand why does it come up on Google even.

                The issue pertains to my order of a black forest cake, teddy bear and chocolates to my cousin on her birthday. The order was placed on 21.05.2018 for delivery on 26.05.2018.
                Even after 9 months of placing the order and paying the entire amount of Rs 1325/- upfront, the order has not be delivered till date.

                Repeated calls for delivery of the order or cancellation and re fund of the amount has not been heeded to.

                This online company should be blacklisted immediately for duping customers and causing unwanted inconvenience.

                  One of the very worst service i ever experienced. Beware of this cheaters dear customers. While making the payment they didnt informed abt the additional delivery charges. I ordered a cake and flowers for my mom's birthday, i was expecting the surprise delivery but nonsense when i called the customer support they told i need to make a additional payment of rs 400/- as delivery charges. If i would have not called and checked means they would have not delivered also non of them intimated about tis to me. And the other worst thing is they dont have a refund option, telling that you can utilise the payment somother time. If the service is worst means why the hell i'm using it again. Since there was no refund also i made the additional payment but somehow it got delivered by evening. One thing is happy atleast they delivered on same day.

                    Worst service experienced so far. You guys should be ashamed of the service provided for this order. I have emailed post which it was confirmed that flowers are not available which is replaced by a teddy bear!!!. How frustrating it was and order not even delivered on time.
                    Ms arpita whom you have handed as the contact person is a rude woman who doesn't understand customer sentiment.

                      I ordered flowers to be delivered to rohtak. They didn't delivered the flowers. Upon calling them, a lady picked up the phone and told me that they don't have flowers and she tried calling me to ask for delivery of cake as a substitute of flowers.
                      Whereas i never received a call. When i told that i never received a call, she told that phone was not reachable.
                      Then i asked her that she should have sent a sms or email. She told that they don't do that.
                      Upon asking for refund she told a credit note will be issued. Because, i was not happy with their service, i asked them to refund the money which she denied and was absolutely rude.

                      Never ever order anything from this company.

                        Pathetic service! These guys are big time liars.
                        They charged me fixed time delivery charges but did not deliver the cake and now they are not refunding me the amount and giving a lame excuse that the cake was damaged. If the cake was damaged who will take the responsibility. Of course not me!

                            This is online cheating site, after making payments, they comeup with new terms conditions for delivery, according to them customer customer is obliged to do addl payments and to listen whatever they say due to their negligence. Shown least interest to delivery, sales team not responded on time and disconnected international calls (Cus service [protected]) if we followup, also very unacceptable behavior.

                            I placed order (No.[protected] from dubai on 13/09/2018 to trivandrum district.
                            After accepting complete address, payment has been done. But no delivery no cash refund to account.

                            They were supposed to deliver today, and send email for addl payments saying location is far. Then i contacted them and ask why all these not informed prior payment, but the customer service lady (Mob [protected]) want me to listen to her new term's and conditions, no refund or we need to go and collect from their shop etc.. 2-3 times i made international calls and she picked the call, but not responded, just picking calls and disconnecting. Here customer's money is going by online payment for order and international calls, dont know how she can behave such way, also i given many options through whatsup, such us cash refund to account but she refused, thus finally i accept for addl payment upon delivery, but this lady wasted my half day without responding on time. Now no money and no delivery.

                              I ordered a cake on my mothers occasion as i stay overseas. The person over the chat promised me they will deliver in an hr. They didn't deliver it on day of birthday but came up with a statement saying "we tried to reach over the number we provided and we couldn't", as there is no record of them reaching over the provided number and when we tried to reach on the mobile that was given on the website it was switched off.

                              When we asked for refund, they said its not possible to refund as we couldn't reach you which is a lie. These kind of sites should not be spared. This is way of cheating people. This site should be taken down and cancel their license in any future business. As they are playing with money and emotions of people. This is not acceptable.

                                I had ordered a birthday gift through my flower gift website on 19 may 2018 which need to be delivered on 1st june 2018. I had cleared all the payments on 19 may 2018 itself with my flower gift website. On the time of ordering or later there was no intimation regarding the extra charges for delivery from the supplier side. On the delivery day after noon we received a call from the supplier demanding an extra amount of rs.400 for delivering the gift, it sounds like a clear case of cheating by demanding extra amount on the last moment. When we asked the reason for not informing earlier the supplier was so arrogant to us also they are refusing to pay back on cancellation of the order. I feel so embarrassed as i couldn’t deliver the birthday gift to my mother. Hope you could find some solution in this regards as the supplier should not continue the same to other customers also.

                                    I hv ordered a cake for my mom's birthday on 10th may. I hv even done payment but the status was showing pending. Tried to contact them it was switched off and even send mail, the only reply you get is will get back to you shortly. Today when i tried the mobile number a lady picked up my call and to my surprise she was so so rude and was shouting on me. On asking her why are shouting like that she replied don't call me again. Fraud they r. I don't want my money back but i want action to be taken on them.

                                      I ordered 12 mix roses bunch from myflowergift on 21/02/2018. It was supposed to be delivered on my mother's birthday (22/02/2018). But neither they delivered the product nor they refunded my money. I tried to contact them on phone. But there was no response from them. Kindly help me to get my money back.
