Please be informed that the order # [protected] was made on 7th Feb'22 to be delivered on 8th Feb...the order was for 'Chocolate Fantasy' birthday cake & Celebrations box of chocolates. I was contacted through chat when I was making the order and the sales agent had assured & confirmed to me that the same product was available to be delivered the next day. However, I was quite disappointed to see that it was a completely different cake and the it wasn't the same box of chocolates that I had ordered... I've attached the image of the received order and the order pictures that I had ordered, for your reference.

I had sent several emails & WhatsApp messages but all of it had been ignored by the company...please assist...

they did not placed my order neither they gave me refund they are giving me the reason that receiver phone was switched off ...they are doing this with every customer and not providing quality product also please do a proper investigation and catch them sir

Had ordered a basket arrangement of Pink lillies, pink gerebra and white roses.
What i received was 11 gerebra and 1 orchid. and that too wilted. AND THE NEXT DAY. Had to dish out an extra Rs 350 for delivery after having been told it would be delivered to the place i want, and after having made the payment. This is daylight robbery and making fools of customers. the worst service i’ve ever received.

I have ordered a flower bouquet on 2021 Valentine’s Day for my hubby. I paid online rs. 1000 for the same… the bouquet was not delivered on the day, and when I checked, I found I entered the wrong date… then I messaged them and they replied through email… and sent me an email saying that it is the credit note and I can do purchase using this for one year duration… so now on the next Valentine day I gave them the order and they replied like “ sorry not possible “ like that…. Now I know that they are fraud…. I want my money back…

I have ordered a gift from the mentioned site through online and it is not delivered . And I contacted the mentioned phone numbers but no response from anyone. I asked them to pay back the money which I paid, but no reply from them. And did not receive the money back and order also not delivered . It is been 2 days now after I ordered .

There is no option for refund or cancellation and also they are not responding on give phone and mail.

Was supposed to deliver flowers to my parents on their50 th wedding anniversary it’s not that every one makes it to their 50 years being married . since it’s Covid travel restrictions was not able to fly to India so I chose to send flowers and these people don’t even bother to answer and I even paid extra to deliver at particular time nothing. I don’t understand why these people are scamming so many customers

I have paid for one of my order on 12 th January via gpay at 6.06 pm but your team said they haven't received the amount and i repaid with a link through my card and immediately sent them an email for my concern.Later i checked with gpay team and they confirmed that my payment was successful and i need to check with merchant on refund.When i called customer care team to reply my concern email sent on 12 th, Aditi spoke to me very rudely and top of that blocked my number. I called from other no. Then she said do whatever you want to do i will see what gonna happen. i have all the call recording of that lady.Flower & gifts team should know how to take customer queries and concerns as our money is at stake.Very bad attitude of Aditi and way she spoke is really very bad . Kindly revert my email asap and resolve my concern.

I Have ordered a teddy bear and chocolates for my niece from their website.I gave my address they told me they can deliver. I made payment on 19/12/2021 . My niece waited for the surprise gift from me on her birthday But they blocked me on 29/12/2021 on the day of delivery. I contacted again in another number but no response at all.

The vanilla cake came to me from myflowertree, and the delivery driver listened to my problem carefully, as I was not available on the location het took it to another location and they still made it to deliver on the same day!

I ordered 1 kg plum cake on Christmas for my mother. They are asking about the message to be delivered along with the cake. They said they will pack it as gift and a card with the selected message. Unfortunately the cake was only 500gms and wrapped in an ordinary plastic bag. There was no greeting card along with this 1/2 kg ordinary plastic wrapped cake. I paid Rs. 1850/- ln future anybody going for any purchase from this website be Careful not get cheated.

Their website is very colourful and as soon as you log in some one pops on the chat window to help you but they just trap you to make the order by giving false promises and once you place the order and your money is debited they don't deliver the product or never refund.

We placed the order for next day delivery order and the next day after we followed up, we got the answer that the cake that we ordered is not available. And the item cannot be delivered. We called the number [protected] customer care, the lady does not know how to handle customers. We paid 2099 INR and never got what we ordered and she is shouting at us. What type of customer service is this ? this site is absolute scam, please never order from this site, they are cheating customers by some false testimonials on their website.

Order number [protected] wasn't delivered. I paid 4800 plus 250 for extra delivery. The company myflowergift.com didn't refund paid money.

1st Dec 2021, delivery requested between 7:00 am and 9:00 am and they charged Rs 200 for that

i would like to register the complaint against the organization - myflowergift - Call Us Now [protected]- i paid cas thru online to delivery some gift to my family in india thru their web site, i got the confirmation for payment received, but they didn't delivered the order on requested date on 26th November before 6 pm. while i try to call them they are responding very rudely and no giving the proper answer and they cut the phone call immediately . then i tried so many times not picking call, after some time they picked the call and answer to me on unprofessional manner and rudely.
so kindly requesting you to take a legal action against this firm and get back my money i paid to them.
