Very very bad service!!!
They seems Fraud.

I have ordered (Basket of 15 Red Roses with 1 Pound Fresh Cream chocolate cake and set of 3 pcs of full blown balloons) of rs 2750 including extra charges of mid night delivery on 13th Feb 2014

The order is not deliver yet.
The customer care no( mobile no: [protected]/[protected]) switched off in the night.

I call them in the morning, they talk rudely, they dnt even listen, don't even say sorry.

Its 4 pm order is still not deliver.
They spoil my day, my surprise, my whole emotions.
The way they talk i feel they are fraud.

Please please do something, i want justice.

    Hi, I did an online shopping on 13th feb for valentine's day from http://www.myflowergift.com order nubmer[protected] a flowers and cake were to be delivered by 14th feb.I have been calling them, messaged them, emailed them, left message on their chat on 14th and for many there was no response, if there was a response they said it would come but it never got delivered. On 15th feb when I asked them, they said various reasons number was not reachable, we had many orders, we can deliver it today, we can add cash credit, we cannot refund, we can refund in 3 days and we can refund in 15 days. and without answering the question and confirming anything they have dropped the phone. I am not sure which one to trust as my day was spoilt by them, I want my money back ASAP and I want an apology and compensation from them for ruining my day and listening to their non-sense.     i have order flowers basket and till now not delivered and no response from their side. i have called them several times & wasted my money & now i am fed up calling them. Since i ma not located in India they have cheated me easily. they have asked me to pay extra charges of Rs. 350 for delivery. but now lost double time of my order value for phone calls

    please dont order anything from them. they are the worst cheaters.

      I have ordered an arrangement of 20 roses, Cake, balloon and dry fruits basket for mid night delivery, i paid extra amount for this.This is not delivery yet, they are not picking my call.
      I called the customer care, it is just a mobile number (not a proper customer care unit) and they are not responding properly as well.
      To ask them to deliver what I ordered, I called them nearly 100 times but that a** holes disconnecting my call each time and finally i called from an other number to speak to them.

      Till now I didn't received the delivery. the entire occasion was spoiled because of this stupid.

      Pls dont believe this people based on the website, like me. Only they showcase in the website but they will not deliver the

        Hi there,

        My name is Amit Jain. I placed an online order for flowers, cake, chocolates and a soft toy for my wife on this valentines using this website. They called my wife at about 6 pm saying that the delivery would not be possible for another 2 hours. After about 3 hours my wife called to enquire and they said they are short of staff and can not deliver and if she wants she can come there and collect. Given that this is my first valentines after meeting my wife, she went to collect the stuff and when she reached at the address mentioned, no one answered the call and she waited there for 15 minutes before leaving with out collection.

        The order number is:[protected]. The payment was made using paypal portal and the receipt number is [protected].

        I request my money to be refunded and ask for a complaint procedure.

          I ordered a cake worth INR 2500(the money has already been paid to them) from www.myflowergift.com on 8th February, 2014. The cake was supposed to get delivered no 11:59pm of 8th February.
          I didn't get the cake. I called them several times from 11:30m to 12:30am. But their phone was switched off. The number(+[protected] is given on their website.
          Then I got a call on 9th February in the morning saying that they could not deliver the cake because their delivery man met an accident. I asked them to return the money as the birthday party was already spoiled, the refused to do so. When I said that I will file a complaint at Consumer Forum, they said 'do whatever you want to do, we can not help you'.
          Finally they agreed to deliver the cake on 9th February evening. But till now I have not got the cake and they have stopped answering my calls.
          I have attached the order receipt.

            The website has nowhere mentioned the locations which would be extra charged for delivery. After I have paid for the item, then they ask for the extra charges of 350 for delivery as the address which was mentioned is far. Why have they not mentioned the locations which could be extra chargeable. When I asked to cancel them my request and refund my amount back to my account, the customer care executive just directly said we cannot refund the amount as it has been processed. However, I do not understand the logic, the request has only been proceesed not the items are set for delivery. It's a direct way of cheating the person. Moreover, the customer care executive has no manners to handle customers. She just cut the phone call abruptly and talking in a very rude manner. Such sites should be banned when people are facing loss of money. The service is just not at all satisfactory. I would request forum to take action against it.

              This complaint is in concern with the order : .[protected]. We had booked a combo "Bunch of 15 Red Roses with 1 Pound Fresh Cream Chocolate cake" on 03/01/2014 (Friday, jan 3, 2014) to be delivered on Jan 5th, 2014.
              Regret to say the services were not provided as per requested. The order consisted of special instructions saying to deliver the gift items before 7 am on jan 5th. An additional charges on 200 was also paid. So the total amount was 1300 rs-.

              But disappointingly, the delivery didn't happen on the time mentioned in the order. We were not informed about anything, whether the dispatch was done or not.. No information was passed to us. When continuously called on the number which the website had mentioned it was switched off. Almost after trying 4-5 hrs it rang around 10:40.. After expressing our concerns the representative guy was not ready to listen and was arrogant toned. he said Sunday was holiday and office works after 10:30.If that is the case, who is responsible for the deliveries made before 7:30. So unorganized and no one knows about the dispatched items. Should we keep waiting till the office opens and to know the status. The customer support is worse and the representatives spoke very harshly.

              Irrational reasons given for the mishaps. He mentioned he will refund the 200 rs by replacing a box of chocolates but didn't keep up his words when we mentioned the re-delivery to be done after 6:30. he gave a haphazard reply saying we cant do anything and this things keep happening. He didn't even agree for refund and said against rules and was not evening promising a proper delivery after 6:30. There was no apology made and finally we had to cancel the order which was really disappointing. The tone and behavior of your representative was far from politeness which is not acceptable at all.This incident ruined our whole day and the put all our surprising efforts in gutter.

              Is this the treatment given to a customer? Does this oblige on the company rules.Are they not responsible for proper delivery and inform the customer in case of any delays and hazards happened. After calling n number of times we get a bad replies saying this happens many times since company have 100's of deliveries daily. A single customer is also valuable and just not to be ignorant. this has affected the mental state of the receiver and the our's. Spoils the whole theme of celebration. Finally to cancel our order which makes no sense. Can the birthday be postponed because of your company's carelessness and irresponsible behavior?

              We need you to look into this matter immediately... We need complete justice in the matter

              This is not just a 1300 rs matter.. its the matter of Customer and responsibility.. .

              Hoping to receive proper response and refunds..

                I placed a midnight delivery order. It dint get delivered on time:

                They people didn't have courtesy to inform about not able to deliver the order.

                When I checked in the morning still they had no updates about it.

                When i requested to return my money back the lady put his supervisor or someone else on phone .He was literally shouting and he really does not had any manner to speak to the customer .

                When we spoke to the local vendor in Goa he told that we got the request from my flower gift in evening so we refused them that we cant deliver it in midnight.

                I was told that i don't have manners and i am very selfish because i asked for money back .

                I was told that i have an attitude problem and was told that the gentleman has no stamina to argue as i was stupid for him .

                No delivery boys was refused to enter from police nakabandi as the boy never started for delivery.

                They people did not say sorry for single time.

                Very Poor service. Very bad customer support .

                  I ordered the combo plus some other stuff from there site myflowergift.com (Mobile number : +[protected] ) under Fixed Time Delivery and the mentioned time was 0915 hours. These people are charging 200 rupees extra for fixed time delivery. while placing my order i was chatting to there executive via there chat service. I asked specially whether they will deliver my order on the given time, they said sure sir we will as you can see on our website we offer "100% GUARANTEED SATISFACTION" so dont worry and place your order. So I trusted and ordered. The time came.I called them at 9:20 to confirm the delivery but there phone number was switched off. After trying for like next one hour around 10:30 I was able to connect them and when asked about the status for my order which was supposed to be deliver at 9:15 and was not delivered till 10:30. they told me that they will let me know the status in 5 minutes but no communication from there side till next half our. i contacted them again but still no response. i dont know when it will get delivered. WORST WORST people. I think they dont care or know the meaning of fixed time when they are not able to follow that and charging 200 bucks extra. On phone also they were rude, not giving proper response also. Please if people re reading this complaint i will suggest you all NOT TO BUY anything from there site.

                  it has been resolved now on phone and they are ready to give my money back. there delivery guy took the order and they tried to contact him but his phone was switch off.
                  Same problem I faced today[protected], till know my order not placed. Fake promise and broke trust of their client, my mid night order of cake for my hubby birthday waited for 2:00 am. I called them but no answer one of there phone is off and to another number they no responding. These people never understand the value and time, that how precious that time was. Simply flop my party, my plan. No next time to this "My Flower Gift". Talk about "100% GUARANTEED SATISFACTION" but ridicules. They lied.

                  I had ordered for the first time from my flower gift for my fiancee's birthday which is tomorrow 2nd Feb'14. I had ordered the below:

                  1. Bunch of lilies, gerberas, and carnations worth Rs 700: My fiancee actually received a set of only 6 roses.

                  2. 1/2 kg Pineapple eggless cake worth Rs 700 : The cake received was having a very hard base & the cream was also not fresh.

                  3. Midnight delivery for rs 250 extra: The bouquet & cake was actually received at 1.30 pm on 1st Feb'14 without any name, message card or notification while the same was promised to be delivered at 12 pm midnight on 1st Feb'14.

                  I feel completely cheated & have got the worst experience ever for online gifting. I will never use this website again & will strongly recommend all my friends to not use this. If the team has any courtesy left, pls refund my money.
                  Yesterday was my husband's birthday and i made an online delivery of item pfc1 order no[protected] through myflowergift.com to his office address.

                  I had made lot of other arrangements at office but I was very much disappointed when the delivery was not done on time. I had asked for a delivery before 3.30 PM and max 4.00 PM. I clearly told them that my husband will leave by 4.00 PM.

                  But when I call at 3.45 they say the delivery will be done by 5.30 PM. I requested them to do it at least by 4.30. They said they will try. I was continuously following up and they were saying it will take another 1 hr, 1/2 hour an hour but no concrete reply.

                  This company is operating from Bangalore and I made the order from Chennai. When i asked for the Chennai contact, they were not ready to give any number. After calling couple of times, they stopped picking my call. But if I try from a diff number they are picking. Is this a Professional Etiquette?

                  Excellent Customer Service must be the motto of online company but they were so un-professional. I have tried to call them at least 30 times but they didn't pick the call (some they didn't pick, some they cut after 4 to 5 rings, once they put the line on hold and didn't turn up and the call got disconnected automatically)

                  By the time they brought the delivery my husband had already left the company. We had lot of other dependencies. If they cannot do something, they should not commit to it.

                  People ordering through online will have lots of plans and expectations to surprise the receiver. Is this the way to spoil everything?
                  Atlast at 5.30 the delivery boy calls my husband and says I'm here. When u see that's a different address. He came back from half the way and he has asked him to come near tharamani station, the person has gone to thiruvanmayur station. My husband is waiting and waiting and then he calls up to say I'm waiting in a different place. It took 45 mins to coordinate and get the cake and bouquet.

                  After all these hurdle when u see the product delivered has no relevance with the picture posted in the site. Site said 25 roses, bouquet had only 20 roses that too not fresh ones. Picture had white and red roses and went i asked the agent Rhiya said yes white and red roses but it didn't have any white roses in the border.

                  Cake had a gift box picture and i was told that the cake will be packed in the gift box as shown in picture but it was from a local bakery in a normal cake box. There was no message written on the card. There was no card or even paper on the bouquet.
                  It was not at all worth for the money paid (Rs 1350).

                  When my husband called up the company number[protected], they are not responding well. Second time when he called up they are not picking the phone. When we called from a different number they are picking and when v asked y r u not picking when v call from other number, the lady agent who was speaking said we can't keep answering all your calls. We are not here for that. I really don't understand for what else are they their?

                  We really got annoyed. Knowing its my husband's birthday she was not talking were rudely to him. When my husband said, we are not happy with the delivery and we will raise a consumer complaint if they don't respond properly, she is saying u do whatever u can, v r not bothered. We cannot do anything. We can't refund the money or take back the products and she hung the phone.

                  Is this a way a company staff responds to the customer complaint? Total Un-Trustworthy company.

                  When I called up again, she is saying your husband said he will go to consumer court, y r u talking and wasting our time. You do what u can. I'm talking and she hung the phone. I have never seen such a worst company in my life. Company with such rude, arrogant and undisciplined workers.

                  Will never want even my deadliest enemy to undergo such experience. Worst online shopping company. No one should suffer like us using this site.

                  The whole day was spoiled because of them and their customer service. I wanted things to be a surprise for my husband but unfortunately even he had to get involved and he was also totally upset with the service.

                  Definitely some action has to be taken. I have seen several similar complaints posted in this website and several other complaint websites.
                  I feel some action has to be taken rather than just being a repository of complaints.

                  Sincerely hope something will be done for suffering consumers like us.

                  The level of disappointment can be judged with the details complaint and the time taken by me to write this complaint.
                  My husband had ordered a soft toy big one, and a bouquet, from Japan, and it was to deliver, on 1st october, which came on that day, but was a very small one, and boquet too was pathetic. This is the kind of service, what the hell and now that persons mobile is switched, feel like sueing him,
                  From Shantanu and Ashwini Deo.
                  I am basically from Mumbai and not Hyderabad, i can royallly scold him, ultimately that was my bday gift and my mood was spoilt, is still getting coz that concerned person does not have a courtesy of answering calls also.

                    We had placed an order with MyFlowerGift.com for Rakhi order on Rakhi on 20th August, order # 6077. While placing the order we had taken a confirmation that the order will be received by the recipient by next day i.e. the day after the order was placed. The same instructions were given in writing also in the website saying that if the order is not received the on the day, the order will be considered cancelled and full money will be refunded. Needless to say that order was not received. After enquiring about it, we got one line reply on Aug 24th that the "order was received by the mother of receiver". The mother of receiver, in fact, was not even present at the address in Ludhiana as she had gone to Delhi. The same was conveyed to the company on August 28th via email. No reply was given. On 29th Aug, again I called and emailed and asked for the proof of receipt, i.e. the signature of the receipient, no reply was given. After that I called on Sept 2nd, first my phone wasn't received, then after 3-4 repeated calls, somebody picked up the phone. After I had informed them of my plight, the person on the other end just hung up and didn't pick up the phone again. An email to this regard was again sent to them on Sept 2nd for which no reply was given. . I believe the company should return all our money plus Rs. 10,000 as punitive damages for the loss of face we had to suffer in front of my Wife's family, also so that they may not do this to any other person.                     As a lawyer I am pretty aware of these issue.. I have registered a complaint in the nearest police station for online forgery (Section 468, Section 464, Section 469), spoiling customer loyalty (Section 420, Section 417)


                    I will highly appreciate, if someone avoid MY FLOWER GIFT

                      Very much disappointed!!!! I have ordered a cake and flower bouquet for my first wedding anniversary. I payed 1000 rs for cake and flowers and 200 extra for 9 am delivery. I had a message to be written on top of the cake. I confirmed with the customer care person about the delivery time and date before placing the order. - On the day of occasion I called them at 8.20 AM ,but the customer care number was switched off. The website chatbot was also offline. No reply for my sms as well. After repeated call, quarrels and arguments I got my cake delivered at 3.15 PM that is 6 hrs late. - There was no writing on top of the cake , instead the message was written badly on a paper. - The customer care representative was not at all supportive,was rude and arrogant ,in fact when i said our friends are waiting she said "It is up to you, your problem". - When I asked to refund the extra 200rs which was for fixed time delivery, they refused to do. - When I asked the reason for not delivering the cake on time they said they called at 6.30AM and my phone was not reachable. But my phone was always on and i was checking from 5.30 AM. - I asked the delivery person and he said the cake was made just 10 minutes before he started (2 PM) from koramangala. In Short the whole occasion was spoiled because I had to quarrel with these people from morning and above all it was supposed to be a surprise gift for my husband, but unfortunately my husband also had to get involve in all these.

                      Cheap and worst service, booked an order for 14th Feb which is not delivered until 15th Feb. Done many follow ups, response is so poor, careless and useless people with no proper updates.
                      Never ever try to place any order.
                      Very appreciable Raghuramji, that you've filled the complaint, such online frauds are cheating the public anything.

                      People ignore such frauds and tolerate to encourage these people.

                      Since you know the sections of law against to particular misuse, please teach a big lesson to them.

                      Very bad Service. Their service will be good till you make the payment and you will see their real face after that. They wont even answer your call and even if they answer they wont listen what you are talking disconnected the call in between..Very poor service. I dont think they are seriously doing this business.Very bad customer service. If you are checking their site u will see beautiful feedbacks and I believe they are writing it by themselves.
                      It is the worst service I have ever come across. Ordered rs 2500 worth and received things worth 600. Customer care guy is extremely rude. Ordered for a chocolate bouquet and received 5 chocolates in a cheap looking plastic tub. Deorder was supposed to be delivered in the eve but delivered at midnight. I feel cheated. Hopeless guys...every one please avoid them. Such cheats should be stopped from doing any business.totally hopeless and rude.when I asked about the chocolate bouquet he says I am showing attitude. Worst experience.. Can't streS's enough.. Please avoid

                      I have ordered bunch of flowers to my Mother to wish her on retirement day. As per My Flower Gift commitment the are supposed to deliver flowers with in 3 to 4 hours for which I paid extra money for on time delivery but till now they have not delivered the flowers. I tried to call them from yesterday but there number is not switched off. Hope they deliver it today I am going to file case in Consumer court.

                      pathetic people...bunch of scamsters...they took money infact i paid for shipping as well they didnt deliver my order and neither are giving me a refund...plzzz dont buy anything from these guys as these guys would not entertain when u call thm for any concern its jst a mobile number mention on website...bunch of b... a...
                      Very poor service ... Had ordered beautiful bouquet from the website but the bouquet was delivered was much inferior and completely different from the website and when I spoke to refund the amount then he refused . Also after receiving the payment they do not give even proper response . I was so much disappointed by the rude behavior on the no. available on website.

                      Would not suggest to buy anything from this fraud company.

                      I would suggest DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ever from this site.
                      The contact number that is given on website is either switched off or does not receive calls.
                      Finally, when once he picked my phone, he used abusive language and clearly said that he wont return me money nor he ll check for cake. Only cause i called i called him many times. But, as he didnot deliver the cake on time, i was supposed to call and check with him about status. He didnot receive my calls and so i called him so manytimes. But, that does that give me authority to use slang words and shout at me? The person was not at all ready to come up with a solution for this.

                        I have never seen a worst cake than the one these people have delivered me today. The cake I ordered was a heart-shaped pineapple cake with code# hrt1 worth RS.1000(+250RS midnight delivery). It was too shocking to see a simple plain cake with no decoration except a single cherry on it. It's not about the money that I'm very much worried about but the disappointment of not getting delivered a nice cake on my husband's first birthday after our marriage. IT IS NOT WORTH.....

                        I have a horrified experience with this site. Atleast Kranthi, you have got your cake deliver i didnt get my cake n flower delivered. The owner one lady and a guy akram was abusive and they threatened me. They charged and extra 250 for midnight delivery by gave excuse it was raining.The next day also when i asked aabout my product and the money back of 250, they started abusing me and they said i need to collect it from their showroom, which i never found. So my 1450 rs gone. Request evryone this is a fraud site so dnt buy anythn from them
                        I had a similar experience. My cake and flowers never got delivered. They spoke badly and said that " we are not bothered about such petty amount". Its Abhishek and Riya's unapologetic attitude which is disgusting, unprofessional and pathetic. Its a scam.
                        Even though my amount was Rs900/- but its their horrible behavior which is UNACCEPTABLE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK as I neither got my order, nor another option or redelivery, and shameless behavior. Infact Abhishek insults his customers by saying" dont call on this number again, i do not want to talk to you kind of people will"

                        Hi, today i too have such bad experience with this site. actually i had ordered Red 12 ROSES WITH HEART SHAPE CAKE TO be delivered on 16th sept but it never got delivered on that day and after repeated calls and mails the item got delivered on 19th evening by 3pm. The cake was spoiled and it ws not heart shape no roses no wordings nothing. Very bad response the people who attend the phone calls.Thy nvr reply for the mails too.

                        So please be careful with this site in future. I dnt want others also to get cheated like me. Paying rs. 1550/- for no use. This the pic of cake what was delivered.

                        it was most disappointing.The cake was very bad, sour, bad smell is coming from cake.no one can ate a single bite i ordered one of my relative for his birthday. After looking so forward to cutting into this fairly high price cake 1900, guys i suggest you not to buy from flowergift.com very baddddddddddddddddddddddddd...plz dont order any product from this company
