I've placed an order for a bouquet of 20 roses for Mother's day on 8th May 2022 with extra 99 charge for same day delivery.
First of all the order wasn't delivered that day secondly the status show delivered despite not delivering it. I cannot contact them since the number isn't in function and they are not replying to the mail

I regret not reading the reviews before placing order. They Took my money, and didn't deliver on the given date and time inspite of the fact that I choose to pay extra for delivery on the exact time. Worse still, they never responded/refunded/or delivered in any case . That's cheating! Now I Have no product and my money too is gone.

They never bothered calling or responding after umpteen no. of complaints I placed.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MYFLOWERTREE.

MOST inefficient, incompetent, unethical and unempathetic business.

Very Disappointed!

This is fraud app plz dont order anything from my flower tree app..this app has taken money and did nt delivered the product.infact sending msgs that they hv attempted and nobody found at home..
They are fooling the customers.
Plz take strict action against this application.

Had ordered a cake for delivery in Guwahati today.

Highly disappointed that the cake still not delivered on Mothers day.

Worst service ever. U charge for delivery but at least update the status.

Never ordering again and not going to recommend anyone else.

Sir on 05-may-2022 i order some item from your website order id is -1032343.

It suppose to deliver on 6th May 2022 but no delivery done same night I got mail what I have ordered is changed my cake flovour and flowers which I order was changed due to unavailability of item sir if it is unavailable then how durning it is accepted and again i received mail our delivery executive meet an accident hence order will deliver today, now today i received mail my order gets cancelled reason giving we are trying to call n attempted for delivery but sir no call was received and with my concern they cancel my order, sir my flower tree ruined birthday of my wife in front of all i faced embarrassment in front of my family and friends.

Sir I am requesting you being ceo of my flower tree pls take necessary action against your customer support already rasied complaint no reply was received from your end your customer support number -[protected] no one received call .

Sir i understand this is not the way of complaint but being accountable ceo i want u to pls check real review of your co on Google like me many people were there whose function were runied by the flower tree.

Sir looking postive resolution from your side before filing complaint in consumer forum i need to let you know the irregularities happened in your company.

I have ordered a birthday cake to deliver in jaipur today by my flower tree order no. 1033435 which is not yet delivered

I have brought a gift form myflowertree site for worth Rs 499 and then due to some unavoidable reasons I cancelled my order. Then they refunded my money but they transfer it to my myflowertree wallet only and due to this now I am bound to use that money on there site only in buying something. I asked them to transfer it to my bank account but they denied doing so. I discussed a lot with them but they are not ready to transfer my wallet money to my bank account and even they are telling that you can use that wallet money anytime on this site in buying anything. But I will never buy anything from there site again as they are fraudsters and have a very bad refund policy. So I want my money back in my bank account. Please help me with this and take the required action. For this I will be grateful to you.

I ordered a gift for my wife on her bday as we were having some issues .I was sure that will make her happy. Bday was on 19th and I ordered on 18 in advance so the gift will reach on 19th. It was saying 3 hour guarantee delivery.i gave her office address.but it was not delivered till 3.so I called them to deliver early but they didn't bothered. Office got closed at 6 so I requested them to deliver at home and changed the address still they didn't delivered it. At 1030 they called and said they are standing near office.i said who wud be there at 10 they refused to deliver it at home.so I requested to cancel and they went home.there was no use giving gift after the bday.next day I called them to refund the amount but they just lingered on my complaint.and now they are saying they can't refund as delivery was attempted. And there is no proof that delivery was attempted or not.still the delivery not returned but they r saying it can't be refunded.they have ruined my relationship and is harassing by continuously declining my refund.they have not delivered on time and now not refunding as well. They have taken advance payment and not delivered on time. Why wud I take the delivery after the bday was over. Now they are not responding to my calls and declining my refund request.

I had placed an order for flower delivery before 12 pm. Nobody delivered the order and Even bothered to inform . After calling them post 12 pm they said now they will deliver it post 4 pm . But the person I wanted to deliver the flowers too has already left and now her day is spoilt. Also they are not cancelling the order and giving my money back after scamming me.

We have ordered for cake and flower on 17.04.2022 to deliver it in Jind (Haryana) on 19.04.2022 on the occasion of my parent's marriage anniversary. but they didn't deliver it . after waiting for whole day, at the end of the day we have received email that they will deliver it on 20.04.2022. again the same story no-one came to delivered . i request for the refund . they are not paying me my money and now keep saying it that they will deliver it next day.
i ordered the cake for the occasion now the date has past, there. is no use for buying the cake no . so plz help me to get my refund.

I ordered a rose bouquet for my sister. It arrived a couple of hours late with no apology or communication. They didn’t attach the note I had written to be included with bouquet. Roses were of bad quality and full of bad smelling grass and dried up leaves. They looked stale and they were immediately put in water. All roses wilted the next day. I kept trying to reach them over call but they never pick up the phone. After following up for three days, they have sent 50 rupees gift voucher. As if I will ever do business with them again. Pathetic customer service and worst quality. Do not waste your money with them.

Photo was not of edible ink rather paper photo was pasted over it, disgusting.
I paid huge amount just to get a wrong cake wd chocolate flavor instead of black forest
People at party called it shameful they ate paper photo cake

Your chocolate cake is awesome. I order it for my friend on birthday and we loved it. Taste of chocolate cake is very good. We all eat it and love it.

Your photo mugs and photo frames are good in quality. I have received both in time and the photo printed on them are good. My husband loved my gifts.
