    Order was placed on 24.12.2023 for the time slot of 09.00 am to 03.00 pm and it’s 26th today and still there’s no glimpse of the order, neither any update nor any cancellation message . Asked them to cancel it multiple times but no update yet . Customer service number has a numb response to it and has no clue about any order details . They couldn’t even track down the order . Like, why do you guys still exist ??? Does it even count to anyone ?
    Cheap Frauds on rise !!!
    Get my stuff delivered or initiate a refund ASAP.

      Order cancelled due to not delivered on time. No proper reason, communication and response from MFT.
      Mentioned couple of times about refund directly to bank account. Not to MFT wallet.

        I have received a message stating my order is delivered.

        When cross checked it has not reached as per the time line given while placing my order

        And this is the second time happening with me.

            In 14th of may I order one cake in the occasion of mother day my order I’d is 1178925 and contact number is [protected] It’s been more the 4 days my order still not deliver now I want give me my return back in my bank account otherwise I’m going to take same serious action against my flower tree company because they don’t respond of my never delivering my order

              FAKE DELIVERY - MY ORDER NO #1178163, shows delivered on 15/May/2023, but actually NOT YET DELIVERED. several calls and complains made no action / response. very surprising and sad . it was booked for My mother for Mother's day to be delivered on 14th May 2023 -- SUNDAY

                Flowers and a bamboo tree was ordered on the 14th May at around 08:30am, after contacting the company they said the would resolve the issue but no assistance was give n. A fake delivery was showing on the delivery status and was marked as delivered . We have cameras in our property to prove that there was no delivery made.

                They keep updating me by an automated email stating that is been delivered and the ticket gets closed. No one contacts or asks about the issue.

                  Why the hell is the number given as customer service when no one is willing to answer the call

                  I have made almost multiple calls and one lady answered and mentioned she will take care of everything and cake was supposed to be delivered on 14th

                  I just did mistake ordering from u guys.

                  no one answers the call or have courtesy to call back or inform order is delayed
                  for past 3 days stuck at home awaiting for delivery as spend good amount on the cake ..

                    I have ordered cake on 13th May as surprise for my dad's birthday
                    its mentioned same day delivery
                    today is 15th night
                    birthday passed surprise gone
                    and all I get message is sit back and relax ur delivery will be by today before 9:00
                    PATHETIC WORSE SERVICE
                    i[censored] say same day delivery it should have been same day
                    or it should be mentioned 3 days
                    u guys are just playing with emotions of people
                    heartless people ..
                    wasting time, money behind calling u guys and chasing for order .
                    will never ever order from u guys and ruined all the birthday plans ..

                      I had ordered a bouquet of carnations on Mothers Day. The estimated time was 12-3. They dint deliver. Finally after lot of calls to support i received a bouquet of around 6-7 white roses and with rotten leaves and other small add on flowers. I received this at around 7:30 pm. I claimed for refund and they have been just giving discount coupons. I paid 655 Rs for the original order. This is fraud

                      They are not refunding and instead saying they will credit 100 Rs. to myflowertree wallet. I was charged 655 Rs. for the carnations bouquet, I received 6-7 roses with rotted side flowers how can it be charged the same.

                        I’m Harpreet Kaur my order I’d is 1178925 yesterday on 14 of may I order one cake in the occasion of Mother’s Day and provided me slot for 6pm to 21pm but mother did not receive any order as usual my flower tree did fraud. I never received any phone call from delivery service boy. Now I want as soon as possible delivered my order otherwise I took legal action against your company and my contact number is [protected] or resolve my issue as soon as possible

                          This order was for Photo Bomb Shell Combo to be delivered to my son Arjun S Ravi on 14th May for his birthday. There were no email or sms updates at all.

                          Filed a complaint with them at about 2230 hrs on 14th for refund as the occasion for which the order was placed 30 hours in advance was over.

                          Nothing heard from them even one day later. I called their contact number (call recorded). The rep haughtily disconnected call when I reminded her that "hullo" was not correct response for customer care reps.

                            I ordered flowers, they weren’t delivered. The calling customer care option doesn’t work. No idea how to get status update or refund. They’re deleting the comments on their Instagram posts which complain about them being fraud.

                                  Yesterday i have ordered one cake and one photo mug but they did not delivered photo mug and ask cake without name ...what is the purpose of delivering blank cake do they have minimum common sense ...and customer service also very bad not even bother any issue do not go for this site it's a fake site taking money from customer

                                    Order No. 1131654 was delivered with wrong product. Actually, there are 5 flowers + couple picture on the ordered Mug but there is no any flowers on the received Mug. Even colour of the received Mug was also completely different from the ordered Mug. The price of the ordered Mug is higher than the received Mug on their official website. Attachments are herewith for ordered Mug vs received Mug.

                                    When I raised complaint to My Flower Tree team to replace the Mug as per my order so they are simply replying that "as per their records, order has already been delivered". But they are not focusing on the wrong product delivery.

                                    Completely worst service from the My Flower Tree. Cheating to the customers. Charging higher amount and delivering cheaper quality products.

                                    I am expecting to get the correct Mug which I ordered.

                                      Order no. 1131654 was delivered wrong product. Actually, there are 5 flowers + couple picture on my ordered Mug but there is no any flowers on my received Mug. Even colour of the received Mug is also completely different from the ordered Mug. Price of the ordered Mug is higher than the received Mug on their official website.
