I had ordered sugarfree cake and special bouquets of flowers . Made extra payment for sugarfree cake. Order no 1095808. And selected delivery time 8-12 pm. Order was confirmed after full payment only.They delivered sugar rich cake, poor quality cake and wilted flowers at 5:00 pm. Flowers bouquets was not same as ordered. Above all, next day delivery person called and demanded money from my the guest itself to whom I had sent the gift. I immediately complaint to Myflower tree but didn't do anything

The photo is not properly there on the cup and received as damaged
And I recieved the cup very late as it should be delivered 19 I could even give to my friend as she already flyed to other country

Hi, I placed order on 19/9/22, due to the receiver out of station, goods were not delivered, don’t ring the recipient, this is surprise and sorry gifts, just leave the goods at the doorsteps or leave with someone else at home, if not possible as per your company policy please do the refunds.

Ref order number 1087890. Sent for my aunt diamond birthday. Chosen the brightest color orange and u have sent white. Without asking. Not even pink or yellow. White!!!

I order gift with filter product shown same day delivery...and while ordering it shown the same delivery with slot booking...now i didn't get my order and ehile complaining to customer care they said its your mistake we can't do anything, we can't promise of same day delivery.and talking rudely...but wgile ordering they do fake promise and now i didn't get my order ...fake company fake promise they do

It's abt 14th aug booked waleet nit yet received

I have ordered 2 flowers booke on 16th aug to be delivered by express delivery with in 2 hours time. I have paid a tea fo express delivery
Instead of calling 10 times customer care I have not received any proper response until 8 pm on 16th aug I was hearing that it will be delivered.
Regardless of my feelings that y I have ordered express delivery cause I wanted flowers to reach on time as one of the family member was leaving to USA for studies.
But unfortunately I have to say gudbye without any flower or gift.
I am disappointed as I was not able to cancel the order and get back the refund in my account.
I need justice as these companies are playing with people feelings and making money.

I paid online for a get well soon cushion. When placing the order the expected date of delivery was shown as 3 days from .placing the order. After placing the order they moved the date of delivery further. Now the date has crossed. The customer service has no idea what's going on except to say sorry for inconvenience in a robotic manner.

I placed an order on[protected]. I want my order same day but not received yet. We are calling them continuously no one is receiving a call and also not responding our mails. This is so rude. Worst ever service

Date ordered: 9/8/2022 for delivery on 10/8/2022 (before 9:00pm)

On tracking my order it showed out for delivery.
Started calling the company to check when I can expect the cake, the number we not reachable.. continuously busy. Finally after 9:00pm I got through the line but was put on hold “as my call was important”…. After 19 mins the call automatically dropped. By then a disappointed 5 year old went to sleep without a birthday cake 😡.

Today when tracking the order it said the delivery is rescheduled for today (11/8) due to exception in contacting the recipient!! When ordering I indicated an alternate number. I did not get the call on either numbers. I then called the customer care to inform I don’t want the cake today. I was told yay the delivery agent met with an accident hence the cake was not delivered!! If this was the case why didn’t MYFLOWERTREE call me and inform me.

I DEMAND FULL REFUND FOR T HE CAKE THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED

The cake was to be delivered between 10:am - 09:00 pm.
Tried calling to check on the status from 8:00 pm but the line was continuously busy. Then at 9:30pm the call got connected and I was put on hold saying “your call was important to us”.

Today when I checked order tracking its say “the order has been rescheduled for today (11/8) because of a delivery exception in Contacting the recipient”. There were two numbers mentions in the order. Why didn’t they call the alternate number.

Today when I spoke to the customer care I was told the driver met with an accident! Why wasn’t I told about it yesterday.

A 5 year old child went to to bed disappointed of not having a cake to cut.

I WANT MY FULL REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I was selected slot for 8-12pm but still gift is not delivered yet.
what is the meaning of ordering gift for specific slot?
if that person Leaves after 12 pm, what make sense Ordering for slot wise?

The product was a planter and the one which was ordered looked completely different from what I’ve received.
I paid Rs. 650 for a very small plant just because it’s decor looked nice. There vase was covered with thread work.
Whereas the one I received had oil paint on it.

I have placed an order of chocolate cake and red flower to be delivered by 9 to 10 am today. I have paid extra as well to delivery on fixed time. But I have not received my order yet. Trying to track order and its only showing as out for delivery. Tried calling on this number [protected]. No one is receiving. This is really disappointing
