I had placed order on 13 Feb for delivery of flowers at varanasi on 14 Feb.Transaction ID-1145265.However, neither was the delivery made nor has the money been refunded....

Subject ordered no was placed on 12th and until now not delivered yet, this day being ruined by your company and it’s really [censored].

Hi, I placed order on 19/9/22, due to the receiver out of station, goods were not delivered, don’t ring the recipient, this is surprise and sorry gifts, just leave the goods at the doorsteps or leave with someone else at home, if not possible as per your company policy please do the refunds.
