I just came to know, u guys are fake... don't know how I endup here.
It was my first valentines with Wife and ordered through a fake website... yeah was my mistake and phone no - [protected] no response.
I have purchased gift from outside, please refund my money, else will file a police complaint.
Email ID's are fake, tried [protected]@myflowertree.com and [protected]@myflowertree.com

ORDER ID #1152699, the delivery has to be done on 14.02.2023, but the order is not delivered yet i.e. on 15.02.2023. Please process to refund my amount.

They should stop taking orders when they can't deliver it on time. Go for other sites FNP & Winni etc. This is one of my pathetic experience with this site.

My order bearing order no. Which has been mentioned above has not been delivered even till date after waiting for more than 24hrs and the people involved in this are looting our hard earned money like anything. Nobody is giving any response, their customer service is so pathetic that they don't even bother to respond back also. Their customer contact number goes always busy. They are not having any email id also to which u can send the mail and raise your concern. When I tried reaching to them on Facebook messenger, there also they did not respond me back and I don't even know now where to track and when my order is going to be delivered. I will be raising the complaint in consumer court

I ordered on 12. 02.2023. bt the delivery was not processed till 15.02.2023. I want to cancel my order and refund my money

I had placed order on 13 Feb for delivery of flowers at varanasi on 14 Feb.Transaction ID-1145265.However, neither was the delivery made nor has the money been refunded.

Subject ordered no was placed on 12th and until now not delivered yet, this day being ruined by your company and it’s really [censored].

It’s happened to me 2nd Time…..

One of the worst compAny and service ever seen and received.

Another worst concern is Website as it does not have any complaint system 🤭🤭🤭

No customer care and service contact no, kept getting engaged on provided no, call never went through🤭🤭🤭

Until now, no Idea where is my order request, money was being deducted on 12th itself.

This company is Fraud as they deducting money upfront and not responding…. Company must be shutdown.

Bogus and pathetic delivery system. will never buy any gift again from them. customer care number is always busy.

I have ordered but my order was not delivered

I have ordered 1 bouquet, Order No. 1149766. The https://www.myflowertree.com/ appeared in Search and seemed legitimate. I have ordered and paid but Items are not delivered. However, the website shows Order Delivered. When I searched again about the website everyone is complaining about this fake website and company. There is no system available to block this fraud people. The website contains tracking system, option to register complaints, support contact and even chat support is available. However, the number +[protected] is always unreachable.

Have cheated me. I have ordered one chocolate with roses combo on 9th Feb 2023.
Your company showing me my order is delivery but i have not received any order till now. I am trying to contact with customer care but not responding. You guys have fraud with me.

Mujhe abhi tak mera product received nhi hua hai or daily yhi bola Jaa rha h ki 6 to 9pm deliver ho jayega. Ab to product se related kuch bhi feedback nhi nhi deh rahe . Mujhe mera product chahiye

The worst experiences I have had. First, do not order from this site, they are showing fake images online to attract the customer which we saw in the photo didn’t get it. I wasted my around 3k to for the [censored].
I ordered a black rose bouquet and red rose bouquet for personal use. It was not delivered in the specific time(7am-9am) duration and the vendor called me at 11.20am and said your roses reach around 4or5pm because he went that time to purchase and after that he wefast it, so it will take time. I have to travel with roses to surprise someone, but we get delivery at 3.30pm and black roses(Black roses are spray painted) . The conduction is very bad and smells like [censored] and red roses are delivered in pink colour.
They do not fulfill the customer expectation at all and due to company delay they are denied a refund or same day cancellation policy, they have to arrange a call one day before delivery so customers can think about it but no they want money only, not customer feedback or emotions.

Actually today I received my order but the item is broken inside

I have placed the order on 25th Dec 2022... it's been 10 days still the product is not received. I've called the customer care multiple times and No responsible answers. Either tell me where my product is or refund me. This is soo bad to make us wait for like 10 days now.

I have ordered flowers from the website (order id:1122235).
Customer care is non responsive. Also they have fake updates on their tracking system.
I lost the presious time so send some one flowers.

Want to make sure this site is closed or pay Penalties for misleading advertisement.

I didn't recieved my product nor my money

While I ordered product, it was showing will be delivered in 2 hrs and now it ihas been 2 days, no update

I haven’t received my order till now. They are not providing authentic information to me. Even they are not cancelling the order and not refund the amount. Please take stringent legal action for making fraud services to the customers.

I had placed an order to be delivered on 31st of December (Order ID 1120755). The customer care executive has not been helpful and the website isn't allowing me to cancel the order. I have received two responses from the team saying they attempted the delivery but I have not received any calls. I live in an apartment complex and I checked with the security team in case if anyone had come for the delivery but unfortunately no one from the team has come for delivery. The apartment complex can be searched easily from google maps. I do not want the order as it's of no point now. I want to cancel the order and a refund. I have been promised a call back from the team and till now I haven't gotten any calls as well.

I ordered a cake on 11th November, 2022 (Order No.1103687) to be delivered on 12th November, 2022 and also opted for a Happy Birthday tag. I opted for standard delivery between 8 am to 12 noon. On 12th Nov, around 11 am, I received a call from delivery boy, confirming my address and availaibility at the given address. At exactly 12 noon, I received an SMS and an Email that my product has been delivered, but it was not. When I called the delivery boy, he fumbled and said that he updated the app with delivered by mistake and the cake will be delivered soon. It was finally delivered around 1.15 pm., without the birthday tag ordered for and a shoddy presentation, minus a candle or a knife. Meanwhile, I wished to bring this unethical practice to the notice of customer support. I rang up their customer care no. [protected] twice on 12th Nov. On both occasions, my call was on hold for 5 minutes, without being answered.
I registered a complaint on their website and since then, have been receiving an auto-generated template response that they tried reaching out to me at my contact no but I did not answer the call, which is a blatant lie. There was no call from MyflowerTree whatsoever. And each time I respond back to this template response in the Message box provided, I receive the same auto-generated template as a response. I find this company to be a fraud, unethical and unprofessional in their approach
