I ordered cake for my mother on mothers day on 9th may around 10am, and they promised it to be delivered before 9pm, at 9 pm they updated that it will be delivered on 10th may.
There is no way you can connect to customer care, have sent multiple emails for my money refund but no reply.

ow they have updated that my order has been delivered, now i havent recieved the rder yet.

I placed an order for Mothers day for same day delivery and made my payment through Google Pay.
I have received an email saying no delivery was made or possible.

I have requested for call backs, tried to get in touch with the customer Service etc to no avail.
I'd like a refund for the order no. 809570 asap.

I had booked order number 807536 on 09 May for same-day delivery. However, the items were not delivered. The Track status has been showing on delivery.
At 1505 I raised my complaint on chat, which was attended by Mr Promod. After taking my complaint he asked me to be put on hold.
I kept waiting for 15 minutes, after which Mr Himanshu started the chat asking for the complaint again. I gave him all the details and he also did not respond for 15 minutes.
After that Ms Shivangi came in asking for my query once again.
I wasted 45 min to get a simple answer.
The chat was handled in a very unprofessional manner.

Ordered flowers on 9th May 2021 for INR 680. Made the payment via Google Pay. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th May 2021 itself but it has not gotten delivered. There is no number to call on to report this

Order no: 808510 on[protected]. I didn’t receive the order on same day and they mentioned like due to COVID we are not able to deliver on time. And on[protected] they are asking to take the order. In that case they should not accept the order. Even I checked for other sites they are not accepting the orders.

Please clarify and refund the money

Had given a order on 9th May not executed not delivered . Money taken in advance. No responses over phone as well . The single phone number given is [protected]. No responses on this phone number since yesterday

My Order id is 808766, They havent delivered my order at the given promised date and time and they are not even refunding the amount paid. There is no way to contact customer care. There is lot of incident and complains for this organisation.

I ordered one cake from flower tree costing 889/- rs. . When I received my order it was fully damaged . I need my amount back. Refund me the amount. And please respond to this on immediate basis.

Delivery of my gift NOT yet done. It has been more than 10 days since the order is booked and paid. I haven't been inform about what has happened to the delivery, and why it hasn't reached to the recipient.

My order id is 799753, I ordered a cake n paid extra for selected time slot, but they didn't provide me on time, my function over, I called several times on customer care but no response from the team they said your cake is our for delivery n reached u shortly, at 2 pm when I call again they said we are not b able to proceed your order two tier cake i[censored] want 1 tier we will, I said i[censored] will deliver by 3.30pm then ok otherwise cancel that n even giving them call again n again cancel my order they change my slot 4 - 5 pm, I got a call from delivery boy at 6.30pm, itz very bad, u people take money in advance n no response after taking money, kindly look into this matter otherwise I will go to consumer forum

Company has taken money in advance stating No cash on Delivery, Ordered Cake for occasion today. Very planned, they sent fake message, when called them, they intentionally put on hold for 45 minute s in two consequtive attempts.

Later on came to know in true caller that they are Frauds.

I asked them from where which shop they will deliver ? They are from Bengaluru, Karnataka, I am in Chattisgarh, also said if they have attempted a fraud I being a lawyer by profession will excercise my rights vested under section 11 of Consmer protection act and also will lodge criminal complaint of fraud u/s 420 aswell.

After long wait today for birthday cake to be delivered today when called they assured to call back but till now never.

We are middle class individual and with restricted funds., Cheated by these fraudsters also emotionally received a severe setback on birthday day.

In today's bad times no one have budget to purchase another cake, as already spent near to 600/ for such an order.

Please help else may be this money be less for sustaining complaint, I will lodge a Mental agony, mental set back complaint of harassment with damages being claimed suitably.

We had birthday celebration at our home today so ordered the cake from myflowertree but guess what I didn't get my cake till late night.
They say they deliver in the same day but never happens that.
Once I ordered rakhi for my brother. It got delivered after a month.
I regret for ordering today having been experienced their late delivery.
How can we celebrate birthday now without cake.

I have ordered sugar-free white forest beautiful looking cake but recieved a very ugly chocolate cake

I'm Abhirath Shetty I had paid extra for the cake too be delivered on 14th midnight. The cake was delivered at 9pm and the whole party was spoilt.
I have already sent a mail in this regard from my mail id [protected]@hotmail.com. I'm yet to hear from you. Is this the service that we get after charging for time slot delivery.

I placed the above order and an amount of Rs.1123.2 was debited from my account in Union bank of India but my flower tree said that this payment has failed and they didnt received the amount, however this payment was debited from my account. The executive said that it will be refunded in 24-48 hours and requested me to kindly make payment for this order again. I did so and paid Rs.1123.2 again .Now it is more than 48 hours and i havent received any payment back . I therefore request you to kindly raise the issue with your partner company IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd which has debited the amount and not refunded back the amount to me. I have paid twice for the same order.
