I purchased a gift from them on 14th February (order number - 769424) and paid extra surge price for same day delivery.
No delivery made in 72 hours. No support provided by anyone. No emails or follow ups. They duped hundreds of innocent people with this scam.

Ordered two items on this year's valentine's day, i.e., 14 Feb 2021. While ordering, it shows a delivery promised within 3 hours. Later, once I ordered it was showing that the order would be delivered latest by 9 pm today. For reference, order ID is #770986. As they simply mentioned 9 pm, so I tried to contact their customer care representatives, but all in vain. No reply. Simply, tailor-made replies posted by bots, then I tried their given contact no., but again no response. Then, I emailed them on the ID which they have mentioned that they would consider complaint through that ID, but instead I received a response saying that the email is not monitored now. Thereafter, waiting for another two days considering busy valentine's day, I called them on the Customer Care No, again, the call is received and they hear at the start and then call drops automatically. Really tried calling them for at least 8-9 times, but now, the call doesn't connect at all.
So, their delivery guy calls in the midnight at 11:30 pm on 14 Feb 2021 when our day ends and we were resting. We refused to accept the order as it doesn't make sense to accept the order in the midnight. Moreover, we arranged the items from local shop. These guys wasted our beautiful day keeping us waited for the whole day.
Highly unethical and unprofessional team/company. I don't know how they are still functioning.
I have all the correspondences where they keep saying that delivery attempt was made so they are not at fault.
I now need a full refund of order amount at the earliest.

Its a fake website with worst worst worst CUSTOMER service. they have faked the entire order. marked delivered even without delivering the actual items.
tired calling multiple times but they put u in block list and what should i say about the chat. extremely poor. no one co-operates. fake mail ID. There is absolute no way to contact them

I ordered(order number : 773448) from this website on 14th Feb 2021 for same day delivery. They failed to deliver, not refunding money and no update from customer care.

I ordered gifts for my wife. Delivered only 2 items out of 4, they said a greeting card but just written on a paper n sent ..

I have booked cake on 13 feb 2021 and to be delivered on 14 feb 2021 from 6 am to 9 pm but it is not delivered ...I paid money on 13 feb 2021. So please help me

With complete disappointment and worst experience, would like to highlight that I have not received the product yet but you have updated me as product is being delivered. How on the earth you can do like this to a customer. At the afternoon also gave an update stating yesterday delivery attempt is being made but there wasn't. Moreover you advertised to deliver within 3 hours and free shipping but now it's more than 37 hours with shipping charge of Rs. 150. A pathetic service.

My order number 773582 have not been delivered as per order. Do u have any responsibilities towards ur customer or not . Person is ordering something for dear ones and paying you as per the rates but u guys r so irresponsible that u don’t care about ur customers. Please update me on my order because only flowers are delivered. Rest other items not yet delivered, I want refund .

I had booked a delivery of cake for my relative on his birthday strictly stating delivery date. I was assured it would be delivered in that day. Booking was made on 13 th giving enough time. Much to my disappointment I waited till midnight but no delivery and NO ONE from your company picked up the phone.and to top iti gor a message that the cake has been delievered even though it was fake message. I demand that you give me a refund. Waiting to hear from you

Today around 1000 a sakes guy called saying yesterday he was stuck in traffic so could not delivery. That is hogwash. Weather was fine and no traffic on roads. I demand that you give me a refund. I will never recommend anyone to buy with this guys unless you are able to contact before your purchase. No calls from yesterday from this guys and sent fake email saying we tried calling you at 7.52pm on 14th Feb 2021 but unable to connect, which is wrong statement. I was at home with my family waiting for this order but we didn't heard anything so far even after multiple message in chat and tried calling no one answering our call. I feel this is a fake company trying to fool people.

They have taken money but not responding now, they have not delivered flowers which were supposed to be delivered till 9pm on 14th Feb. All there contact no. Are not working and there is no reply on chat option. When I wrote on fb and Instagram about my concern they do not reply . The delete thise comments on there posts. There are a lot of people who have same complaints, they are commenting on fb and Instagram but after sometime all such comments are deleted. These people have the nerve to delete all such comments and leave the positive comments. That means someone from there company is reading these posts but they don't bother to attend to such complaints, this shows that they are doing this deliberately, taking peoples money and not responding. This is a fraud business going on.

I have order Cute Little Rosy Combo and select delivery date 14th Fab 2021, I have not received my order and they did not pick phone and not replying on online helpdesk chat. today morning have received email "our order was attempted for delivery on 14th Feb at 7.52 pm but was not successful. The rider tried connecting with the recipient with no response.
We have therefore rescheduled the delivery for today.

I have not received any call call from them .

Can you pleas help on this

Today I have Placed order on 14 February 2021 Order id 773507 paid the amount Rs. 563 order status shows out for delivery past 4 hours and never delivered they are cheating thr customer no one pick up the call customer care number provided [protected] not responding in chat they never respond. They must be cheating all customer and legal action should be taken and owner of E Commerce Company should be behind the bar and the company should be deregistered from hosting their website.
