Ref order no 730786.
I ordered for a pink Lily Posy online on myflowertree website on 04/12/2020 for my wife on her bday by paying Rs 1143.25. The flowers were to be delivered in Chennai between 8 am to 12 noon on 05 Dec 2020. I got a mail at 7 am on 05/12/2020 and also a message that the flowers running on schedule and will be delivered accordingly. They of course were not delivered as per schedule. At 1.30 pm on 05/12:2020, I got a message that the flowers were delivered which actually were not delivered. However, the flowers were delivered only at 3.13 pm after I raised a complaint. I have video of the same showing delivery at 3.13 pm on 05/12/2010 even though completion message of delivery was sent at 12.30h on 05/12/2020 itself. The flowers delivered were pathetic, wilted already and dried. I presume these flowers are many days old. There was no card also. I feel cheated by MyFlowerTree as far as the money is concerned and my wife understandably is very upset and disappointed with the kind of flowers delivered by you. The packing s poor and there is no card also, which are quite shameful. I want an apology from myflowertree and REFUND OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT as the flowers sent by myflowertree were utterly useless. In fact the company should pay a penalty for having spoilt my wife's birthday. I have pictures and videos of this shameful bunch of dry spoilt flowers which perhaps many days ago was a Pink Lily Posy.
I already raised this issue with feedback team as well as complaints, but as usual they just copy paste standard readymade answers. They have not given any complaint number. Their complaint mechanism is nonexistent. The given phone numbers are not attended to. The given email ids are nonexistent. They call within 2 minutes, at the time of booking, but no response at a time like this.
I expect a refund for the amount spent. Naturally the company cannot compensate the disappointment and bitterness on the day of birthday of my wife. I should stay away from this company in future to avoid such tragedies.
