Ref order no 730786.
I ordered for a pink Lily Posy online on myflowertree website on 04/12/2020 for my wife on her bday by paying Rs 1143.25. The flowers were to be delivered in Chennai between 8 am to 12 noon on 05 Dec 2020. I got a mail at 7 am on 05/12/2020 and also a message that the flowers running on schedule and will be delivered accordingly. They of course were not delivered as per schedule. At 1.30 pm on 05/12:2020, I got a message that the flowers were delivered which actually were not delivered. However, the flowers were delivered only at 3.13 pm after I raised a complaint. I have video of the same showing delivery at 3.13 pm on 05/12/2010 even though completion message of delivery was sent at 12.30h on 05/12/2020 itself. The flowers delivered were pathetic, wilted already and dried. I presume these flowers are many days old. There was no card also. I feel cheated by MyFlowerTree as far as the money is concerned and my wife understandably is very upset and disappointed with the kind of flowers delivered by you. The packing s poor and there is no card also, which are quite shameful. I want an apology from myflowertree and REFUND OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT as the flowers sent by myflowertree were utterly useless. In fact the company should pay a penalty for having spoilt my wife's birthday. I have pictures and videos of this shameful bunch of dry spoilt flowers which perhaps many days ago was a Pink Lily Posy.
I already raised this issue with feedback team as well as complaints, but as usual they just copy paste standard readymade answers. They have not given any complaint number. Their complaint mechanism is nonexistent. The given phone numbers are not attended to. The given email ids are nonexistent. They call within 2 minutes, at the time of booking, but no response at a time like this.
I expect a refund for the amount spent. Naturally the company cannot compensate the disappointment and bitterness on the day of birthday of my wife. I should stay away from this company in future to avoid such tragedies.

The cake I recieved is exactly opposite to what I ordered. Worst service it was. It was around 400 when I paid 1045 for the same . It's a fake site. Google should remove this

The oder was placed on 8th November with confirmed delivery date 11th November.
The order was not delivered on time.
On follow up, customer service executive called on 15th November and mentioned, the items were broken and the will reorder.
I wanted him to cancel the order since it was not fulfilled as Diwali gifts.
He didn't cancel but sent the parcel.
The parcel did not contain the complete quantity. Out of 3 gift boxes only 1 quantity was inside.
I am still following up but no response or action yet.

I ordered 2 prooducts Cage of love and cadbury dairy milk 5 pcs on November 13 with an order id 721729 with an estimated delivery on 16th november. However the items haven't been delivered yet. Need the items to be delivered within today 19th november if not need a full refund of rs875 that was paid for the order

My Order ID is this 720488, they first called me and said, the order cannot be delivered to my location. Then, today I got a message, your order is delivered.

No email support, no picks the calls, no reply from customer representative.

Perfect set up to spam and fraud people.

Reporting to cyber police of my area today about the site.

My order no 722308 is not delivered and show delivered... what is this...

Everytime i register a complaint with the site they say that expert will contact soon but nobody has contacted me yet

Even if they can't deliver the product they are supposed to inform the customer but nothing has happened. I am totally disappointed
It's like harassing a customer
First of all not delivering the product on time and secondly not responding to mails at all
I wouldn't recommend your site to anyone nor will i myself resort to purchase from your site in the future

I ordered something for rakhi occasion for my brother which cost around rs. 2000 & that time it was showing expected delivery time 04-aug-2020. I tracked my parcel today with the order id: 686480 its showing as delivered, however i have not received anything yet.
Please do the needful.

We placed an order a week ago on 3rd august and it still hasnt reached it. The customer care hasnt picked up the phone. All i get is aytomated responses on text. I went as far as dming them on instagram and they have completely ghosted us..

I ordered for a Rakhi with cake and chocolates. Order id: #691032t. It was supposed to be delivered on 7th August. But still it’s not delivered. I am continuously trying to chat with them and requesting for a call back, as no number is available to contact, they keep showing that my order is running on time and it will be delivered, but nothing has been delivered. The status as scheduled to be delivered is still showing. So disappointing, they ruined Rakhi celebration this year. Due to the pandemic, we can't even step out of the house, so we rely on their service, only to be scammed.

Order id 685473 still not delivered as on 8th august was supposed to be delivered on 3rd august. This is horrible from their end as they do not provide any live tracking and they do not give any customer support. They are not bothered to pick up calls also. How the hell such website is allowed to run. Extremely disappointed.

My name is smita i, ordered a rakhi on 2nd of august and now it's 7th but still my rakhi is not delivered they commit for same day delivery but they fail to deliver my order i'd is 681374. And took the charges of rs 699. I was trying to contact them since six days but no one is there to attend the concern, this shows the company standard that they want to loot the customer money, rakhi is the bond of siblings but they take in a very casual way and make fun of public emotions i want to clear the company that it's not about the money but it's about the commitment, for making some small amount you guys are losing our image, u can make people fool for one time but god punish you lifetime, keep it up carry your work one day u will get your karmas.

I ordered for a rakhi gift hamper for my sister (Order id: 688649).. It was supposed to be delivered on same day (3rd august). But still it’s not delivered. I am continuously trying to chat with them as no number is available to contact, got two messages that they are trying, now today 7th august, they are saying that it’s delivered on same date, whereas nothing has been delivered and still i can see the status as scheduled to be delivered today.. So pathetic experience with them

Dear sir,
I had ordered a rakhi with good luck plant to delivered to my brother from myflowertree online service. Total cost 699. I had paid it through online banking. The item is cancelled by myflowertree customer service on the date of deliver and money is not refunded. My order number 675959. Order date 30/07/2020.
Kindly help to refund my money and block this fraud site
