400610 is my order number... Myflowertree.com is showing the status delivered but i have not yet received the product... And i kept calling the customer care 100 times but nobody responded... And even when you chat with their agent... They keep increasing your queue number and respond in 2 hours for a single message. And that too it was a same day delivery product ordered for saturday and till now i have not got it. My occasion of rakshabandhan is also over for which i ordered it...

i ordered the rakhi and choclates on 26th of august inthe morning around 9am still they didnt deliverd the order even they didnt attend my calls..I want to to cancl my order nd get my refund immediately. my order no was 403506...Plz take serious action against this type of fake sites...

    I have placed an order for rakhi on 25th august and supposed to be delivered on 26th august. Now it is 26th august 8:00pm and the order has not been delivered till yet. There is noone from customer care who can take up my mail follow up or can pick up the call. Also they didn't even updated my order status from last 24hours. I do not have cancel option for my order also.

      I had ordered d same day delivery option on 23/08/18. I spoke to the customer care yesterday n they said it will be delivered by saturday.. Yesterday..200%..

      But the delivery has not yet taken place. We all know it's raksha bandhan today... D rakhis should be reaching today... If not plz refund the money...

      There is no point sending it after today...

      Ur call centre is not taking any calls... M really frustrated.. Have sent many msgs... But no response.

        I have ordered rakhi on 25/08/2018 and it supposed to deliver yesterday (25/08/2018). As of now i have not got any update and not responding. Status also same from yesterday. I tried to call customer care for 2 to 3 hr they are not responding at all. There is no alternative numbers and even help chat also not responding for hrs.

        I am requesting to refund my amount asap. I have attached the reference photo for order confirmation and paid amount (695/-)..
        Please help to get resolved this issue and please punish and band this kind of sites who are cheating customers.

          I booked one rakhi gift for delivery of the same on same day at the address of scf - d - 32, d - block, ranjit avenue, amritsar but no gift was delivered till today though the status is coming that the gift have been delivered. My order no. Is #400049 and i also got the message on 25th august 2018 at 1.47 p. M. That my order have been confirmed for delivery to supriya aggarwal.

            Online order no 397928 placed with myflowertree for special rakhi and combo rakhi with order confirmation of delivery on 25.08.18, still not received by beneficiary where delivery date confirmed for 25.08.18... Rakhi is on 26.8.18 and through customer care when enquired the bluedart track number was given which since morning shows assignement at ambala and now shows expected delivery 27.8.18. I. E. After the festival is over. The delivery from ambala tp yamuna nagar could be done in 3-4 hours but same not fulfilled. This is a flawed service and online looting in name of delivery of items on special occasions and running rakhi special campaigns for online delivery. Thereafter had to place another same day delivery order for rakhi so that festival don't go wasted without any rakhi being delivered to brother which costed another rs 436 apart from rs 597 for prebooked item for rakhi festival. Our own site... The site is running for delivery of flower and gifts on special occasions and if the product is not delivered on that very occasion the cost incurred on such expensive items loses importance. Additionally it cost to pocket and also mental agony and stress...

              I had ordered a rose flower bouquet and 16 pcs farrero rochers to be sent on the address mentioned and opted for a same day delivery. The same has still not been delivered despite the payments being made and no customer care executive answers the the phone call nor anyone replies for the messages. I tried contacting their customer care number over and over again but there was no response and as i was promised i will receive a delivery confirmation the same also was not sent and rather my item appeared to be delivered on their website whereas it was not delivered to the intended person. This appears to be a completely fraud website and it has to be taken down from the google search engine. Also there is no option on the site to claim a refund.

                I ordered 4 rakhi sets (Each containing 4 rakhis), each of rs.495. When i started tracking my order status that was not displayed. I thought it would get working in some time so i should wait. Next day i got a call from my cousin askinh whether you sent these rakhis. He told me it was handed over in cheap polythene bag and also a card with worst handwriting. These people from my flower tree are shameless, they not only send simple rakhis whereas i ordered pearl rakhi but they were delivered it in an orange cheap polythene bag. Inspite of complaining so many times, they are not bothered. Very cheap website.

                  I placed an order on 15th July to be delivered on 17th July in Gurgaon. My order id is 385095 which contains personalised cake, orchid and champagne. Cake and orchid were fine but instead of delivering champagne MFT delivered sula wine which is not excepted from such a renowned site. MFT spoiled the whole special moment which is unacceptable. However the price of wine is half the price of champagne. Either exchange that wine with champagne or refund the rest of amount.

                    I placed an order with my flower tree on father\’s day for same day delivery option.
                    I placed an order and made the payment.
                    I did not hear from anyone, the very next day i recived an email from their team stating the delivery will be attempted today.
                    Since no one was available there the order was declined.
                    I tried reaching to them regarding this but i hear nothing apart from \”that the order was declined by the recipient so nothing can be done now\”
                    My concern is i never received the goods and services as promised. The right expectations were not set, if they were having delays in getting order delivered it should have been mentioned on their website or someone should have dropped a text and an email or call to let me know within the time so that i can cancel my order right there.

                    They are frauding people by not providing goods and services and after that not refunding the amount and keeping it with themselves.

                    I want to file a complaint against them for defrauding people and keeping their money and not setting right expectations

                      Oreder number #360264. I have cancelled my order before the delivery day. I have chatted with customer care person and she asked me to drop a mail for cancellation. I have sent mail before delivery date. But the status was delivery attempt. It was said by the customer care peraon. To drop a mail for cancellatiin before one day of derivery. But why it is delivery attempted. I spoke with costomer care person snd he said since the money has been consumed they cannot send back the money but they can resend the cake. But i didnt get the cake delivered. My money has been consumed but i didnt get the item. Not responding for mail too.

                          I have ordered a butterscotch fantasy cake. However, the cake which was delivered was not the one which i ordered. This is very unfair activity made by myflowertree.com. They charged rs. 845 for my butterscotch cake. However, the quality of the cake delivered was for mere rs. 200.

                          Myflowertree is doing the fradulent activities. This online website must be closed.
                          We always order online for our loved once on some special occasions where we are not able to personally present and celebrate. This is a srious and wrongful, act on the part of myflowertree team. They should be penalised.

                            Order #379098 for a sugarfree cake + flower delivery worth rs. 1540 to allahabad. Chose standard delivery of 8 am-12 pm for 23rd june 2018. The order has not yet been delivered and there is no way to track the order.
                            - the customer care is not picking up the phone
                            - the complaint form on the website is returning some technical error
                            - the chatbot on the company's page says the following: "we apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly." even after i have told them that this is urgent and i will wait.

                            No response from any end whatsoever. Total cheats. Please deliver the order asap else refund my hard earned money.

                                Today is my mother's birthday and we expected some nice surprise for her and we had ordered "pink stars" displayed in your website.

                                Alas!!! It turned to be a disaster and truly shocking experience...

                                1) there was a delay in delivery of flowers, it was delivered after so many chat follow ups and calling the customer support since 11:00 am. The flowers were delivered at 1:00 pm.

                                2) we had ordered "pink stars" and we were delivered a bunch of red roses with pink carnations... Completely unexpected.

                                I want refund of money as you guys have cheated on us by not delivering the order we had placed. Also our day has been completely ruined by your unprofessionalism.

                                There was no card attached to it. And the person who had delivered the flowers did not have the courtesy to atleast inform us that your company did not deliver the flowers we had ordered.

                                He left from our place abruptly without any information or explanation. When i called back he very convininetly said its summer time and hence we couldnt deliver the flowers you ordered and upon asking why the card was missing he says the company hasnt sent it to me so what can i do, i mean this is aghast... What do u mean by summer time, no flowers, cards not sent... Am i dealing with a local shopkeeper here and bargaining for service that i need and i paid for... Why should i even compromise on something basic as this...

                                Its my moms brithday today and we wanted to surprise her with the flowers we ordered coz that happens to be her personal favourite too and now thanks to your shoddy service its all turned out to be a shocker beyond words i can think of. Further more just to let you know am not leaving this here, as a responsible citizen am gonna start a campaign on facebook tagging all of my friends on facebook across the world to let them know how you are cheating people in the name of spreading happiness with flowers and more. Also am filing a consumer complaint too with them with all the evidences i have collected since today morning.

                                The flowers you delievered instead are cheap and have no value at all and i was still charged the same amount, ridiculous aint it! I am going to post this letter on all of my social platforms too.

                                  On 20 may 2018 I ordered a cake for birthday which is to be delivered in Delhi. On 21 May 2018 the receiver received a cake at around 6:45 PM. Later I came to know that it is not the one which we ordered so called their contact no. And registered a complain. They asked me to send the images of the cake and box in which it came, so I did as asked. Now they say the box is not from their company so it's not their cake. They have ruined my loved ones special day.

                                  Have ordered cake nd flowers for valentine day. Their site mentioned same day delivery will be done. Product should have been delivered by 5 pm as per standard delivery but the sane has not been delivered yet. No pne has even contacted for the same. Not able to contact customer care no. Tracking system is like in process.

After so many follow up with customer care thru email regarding my cancellation mail, they respond next day evening that order delivered. But it was never delivered. Now nobody is responding for the refund of money paid online. It is a fraud company. Never order from them.. Trust me really poor and pathetic service. I wont recommend it.. They switched off their all contacts numbers.. Never buy anything over! Not sure if they're gonna refund my money!

                                      For mother’s day i had ordered 2 lucky bamboo plants and two greeting cards for my mother and mother-in-law. My order no. Is 367405 & 367369 but they didn't delivered it on time and date. I called on the office extension many times, but no one raised the phone or answered the email! There can be no worse customer service than this! If you want to waste your money, time and your presious occation then only buy something from here, otherwise never buy! Otherwise you will only keep track of your order and will not be used because these people do not raise the phone! Whether you email them or chat online, no answer will be available! And if these people pick up the phone by mistake then they respond in such a useless and poor way that no one can say!
                                      For enquiry i had mailed them but didn't recieved any response from them and no one bothers to reply to your email.
                                      It's a trap, do not fall for it. You will loose money and end you ruining your day as well.
                                      Very very poor service...!!
                                      Highly unsatisfied...!!
                                      This website is totally waste of time and money. It can hurt your emotions. It can ruin your surprise. Please don't shop from this website. It was my first order and i will never order from this website. I don't even want to give one star but i don't have any other option.

                                        I reside in the USA and placed an order for a cake for my father's birthday for May 14th ( order #361743 ). I paid extra 250 rupees for it to be delivered between 7am-9am. At 12 noon there was no delivery yet and I tried to get in touch with them and the phone numbers listed on the website do not work so had to start a chat and they lied saying the order is on the way but there was no cake even at 6pm! I tried to chat with them again (Like I mentioned, phone numbers are fake) and she said they'll refund the extra charges for morning delivery and I told I want the entire money back because there was no cake that was delivered! And the person on the other end just left the chat. I paid $18.64 for this horrible service! It is sad that they ruin birthdays like this! Please look into this before they start cheating other people.

                                        My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My order no. is 366911 and I had ordered a bouquet of orchids for my mother which was not delivered. I had told her it will reach her any moment and my mother kept waiting. Ultimately I had to buy her different flowers from some local place. I want an immediate refund. Thanks for ruining Mother's Day.
