I had ordered d same day delivery option on 23/08/18. I spoke to the customer care yesterday n they said it will be delivered by saturday.. Yesterday..200%..

But the delivery has not yet taken place. We all know it's raksha bandhan today... D rakhis should be reaching today... If not plz refund the money...

There is no point sending it after today...

I have ordered rakhi on 25/08/2018 and it supposed to deliver yesterday (25/08/2018). As of now i have not got any update and not responding. Status also same from yesterday. I tried to call customer care for 2 to 3 hr they are not responding at all. There is no alternative numbers and even help chat also not responding for hrs.

I am requesting to refund my amount asap. I have attached the reference photo for order confirmation...

On 20 may 2018 I ordered a cake for birthday which is to be delivered in Delhi. On 21 May 2018 the receiver received a cake at around 6:45 PM. Later I came to know that it is not the one which we ordered so called their contact no. And registered a complain. They asked me to send the images of the cake and box in which it came, so I did as asked. Now they say the box is not from their company so it's not their cake....

After so many follow up with customer care thru email regarding my cancellation mail, they respond next day evening that order delivered. But it was never delivered.
