On of my friend book a cake with flowers with greetings today for my birthday n delivery boy promised her to do delivery at mid night around 12 o clock but delivey boy come around 12:30 although i check he have only cake not any other like my flowers and greeting however i call him customers care UDIT pick my call and i tell him this is happend with my order number but delivery boy not on time although i said where my complete order to give you with flowers but he said your flowers bymistake give to other guest and i tell him to UDIT customer care pls take this order without any confession ok after that i check the cake and am shocked cake complete damage man i shouting on him means OVER UDIT in customer care whats is this you guys gives this types of service am from yatra.com as sr level am not accepting this poor service and although in midnight i purchase cake through my friend cake price around 4000 so who bear this amount because of your silly mistake guys today its my birthday and you did wrong. Boss tomorrow morning UDIT promis me to arrange a call back to team supervisor other vise i raise complain in consumer court for your service noted and dont take like a joke thank you

    they have played very well with the emotions of people. i am very unsatisfied with the service which they have "still failed to provide". i had ordered through order no. 200339 for mid night delivery for which they even charged me. but no delivery has been made till now. and even i have had no communication from their side. and when i call all my calls go unanswered. if it is not possible for them to provide any service they atleast they can mention it on their website and not charge for it. this is my first experience ordering through their website but unfortunately it was a very bad experience. people beware and dont use their service...

      sir i have order a cake on 29 july 2014 from website www.myflowertree.com for my sister at muradnagar, ghaziabad(kavita chauhan w/o nishant chauhan, gali no 21 brij vihar colony muradnagar up) on occassion of her birthday for 1 august 2014.my order number was mft17893 and product code was i d 843..while ordering first they declined order due to server error conectivity i netbanking ...i reordred cake then chaeck my balance my amount 723rs was deducted twice...i called their customer care they issue me credit point worth rs 723..to be used with in one year...then on day of delievery they mail me and ask for 290 rs for delivery..otherwise they will not deliver cakr only 2 hour before delivery...i asked thm to use use credit point but they deny to use them...these sites are making fool only ...cake was horrible...thay make customer fool and call them at last moment...sir i request you take some action against this types of sites

        I ordered flowers and cake on 11th May on mothers day for Jamshedpur. According to them they were supposed to deliver in day. but they even failed to deliver their end timing 8 PM.
        I kept on calling and checking status online. i wasted my entire day being restless and feeling cheated and feeling
        very bad that every hour i kept on calling my moM that did she received something.
        Its going to be 9: 30 and i lost hope.I mailed them by 9 not to deliver and refund my money.

        i seriously want them to get punished and compensate for spooling my whole day sunday and for my emotional loss that i could not send my gifts to my mom.

          I ordered through their website (order #MFT154011) which was scheduled for delivery on 13/02/14 and it has not been delivered today. It was a very special occasion of first anniversary of my sister and these people seem to have ruined it for me.

          There's no one picking up the phone on customer care service center either to help me know the status. Not even guys who should take new orders.

          I don't know what to do now.I was assured that the delivery will be on time.

            I have very bad experience with my order No - MFT156870 today . The receipt of this order called me back and said that the flowers were completely dad flower was about 2, and 3 days old.And worst part is no one will pick the call and another no is switch off.

            Highlight here is be paided 350 rs. Extra to deliver on 14th feb.

            Please let us know how to get my money back.

              I had a very bad experience with my order MFT119247 today. Ihave been a long time customer of MFT and this is the first time i am facing this issue in quality.The Recipient of this order called me back and said that the flowers were completely dead flowers as if it was about 2-3 days old and only 10 flowers were delivered instead of the 20 ordered.i am deeply embarrassed when i heard that since i always use your service and get fresh flowers delivered .i request you to refund my money back or redeliver the order to the same address

                I had placed an order at myflowertree.com for flower delivery to my mother for 12th May 2013. The order ID was MFT111102. This order was to be delivered before 12 pm. Till 3 o'clock nothing was delivered. I kept on calling the helpline but could not get through. When finally I gor through, I got a very unprofessional response from their executive who was not even keen to hear me out. She kept on saying that order would be delivered by 8 pm. I asked her why did they give an option of time and she did not answer. I was asking her something when she disconnected the line saying "Thank You".
                Its half an hour past 8 pm and the delivery still has not taken place. The order was for Rs 1400 and its a complete money wastage for me and my day is completely ruined as this was to be a surprise for my mom. I have been desperately trying to contact the helpline and no one is picking up.

                I want a complete refund of my money and compensation.

                Guys please dont ever use this fraudulent website ever. These guys wll just eat up your money.

                  I had placed an order no . MFT103523 to deliver on 08/03/2013 at Patna. I had ordered a Black forest eggless cake with a flower bouquet but I received a foul smelling cake which was not fresh and of inferior quality.
                  The cake was served from Ferns & Petals. My relative approached that shop to complaint regarding that. Instead of accept their fault they mid-behaved and threw the cake in dustbin.This is ridiculous. I would like to inform you that the very next day i.e on 10/03/2013 the bakery shop from which cake has been brought was seized by the regulatory authority for various complaints of that shop in Consumer Forum (print news in "Hindustan" came on 10/03/2013) I have complained about this to Myflowertree.com. But accept good words we didn't get anything.I have been given a complaint No. i.e. TRF 0001517
                  Hope a consequential and favorable solution from your side.The amount involve is of about Rs.1300/

                    I have placed an order on the website www.myflowertree.com, for valentine day gift delivery. I bought flowers for which site charged me extra Rs 300. But on valentine day they didnt deleivered the flower stating the reason that they have accepted too many orders to fulfull them. They tried to deliver flower on 15th Feb at 6 PM which my fiance refused to accept since it was not delivered on time. They charge premium for exact date delivery. This is their main business model.
                    Now neither they are replying to my mails nor picking my calls.
                    They ruined my valentine day.
                    On there website they changed the Status of flower to “Delivered” but actually till this date they have not delivered the flower.

                      I had booked a bouquet for delivery on an online portal called "My Flower Tree" on 13th Feb for delivery on 14th Feb. The portal promptly charged me for the goods and delivery of Rs.1525 and this product has still not got delivered Order No. MFT99429). I have since then, been calling them and sending emails relentlessly but there has been simply no response. I want a refund of the said charges for the company not fulfilling its promise. How can I do this?
                      Similar experience..

                      Unbelievably bad service. I made the order on 8th Feb for delivery on 13th Feb. I wanted to avoid valentines day traffic hence chose a day before for delivery of flowers to my husband in my absence.
                      After charging EXTRA for delivery on Valentines day, 900+ for bunch of 20 flowers & they got delivered after 4 days with a bunch of 15 flowers that too on constant follow ups.

                      Pathetic is the word !!

                      The worst is the customer case team, the girl talks as if they are doing some favor. Crap !!

                      Beware & never order from this site.

                        I had placed an order for deliver of a bouquet on MyFlowerTree. The order form on their website asks for a deliver date and gives options for time of delivery. I had selected for delivery in Mumbai on 15th before12noon and settled the payment using my credit card.
                        The order has not been delivered till now. Their website provides 2 contact numbers India:+[protected] or[protected]. Both numbers are either not reachable or ring unanswered. They also give the options of sending consumer complaints to [protected]@myflowertree.com or dropping queries via an online chat window. Despite sending emails and queries on the chat window, no response is received.
                        Order tracking mechanism on the website shows the order as delivered, but the bouquet of flowers has not been received.
                        I am beginning to think that this company is fraud and would like to alert all consumers to not use their services. Am happy to provide my order number and credit card statement as evidence if required.

                          My Flower Tree is a Worst and Fraud service. These guys are cheaters. Dont use this service and End up loosing your money and hopes. I ordered(MFT100044) roses and teddy for Feb14th and it was not delivered yet. I send complain mails and no one is there to respond. And Worst part is no one will pick the calls and another number is switch off.

                          High light here is we paided 450 Rs Extra to deliver on Feb14th.

                          Please let us know how to get the money

I ordered gift from Myflowertree and they didn't delivered the product and 8n tracking status its showing delivered.These type of company should be tracked and legal action should be done.They are simply making money by fooling people.This is stealing only

                            This online service is completely inadequate. I ordered flowers for Valentines Day and they NEVER arrived. I got a text the next day saying delivery was successful which was a complete LIE. The flowers were not delivered.

                            The website has a phone number which cannot be reached and the email contact has not replied.

                            I am recommending to all my friends to stay away from this service.

                              I placed an order with myflowertree on 13th November and wants the delivery til evening but did not happened. When called to their customer care team, the service provided by the agents were patheic. one of them named archana was down to earth. She dont even know how to deal with customers. She was so arrogant & not listening to anything. Spoke to their senoirs, ask him to call back but he never turned up..They assured me that delivery would be done till 10pm then after 11.30pm but not done. I asked them to cancel the order but on the next day they called up saying that order will be delivered today with some compliments...I already cancelled it but they were forcing for the delivery..I would request all of you, please do not place any order with flowertree as their customer care team dont know to interact with customer as they might getting very less salary so they are irritating customers..

                                I had booked your service for flower delivery yesterday mid-night which where supposed to be delivered yesterday only. These flowers are not yet delivered ! and to my surprise i have received confirmation delivery mail ! but in practical this assignment of flowers in not delivered to addressee! I have also completed formality of payment and same has been credited to MFT account. I tried calling there call center no but no response as of yet. Please look into this subject ASAP. I will never ever suggest n e one to go for this service .... there call center is useless and never answer the phone.. i am planing to take legal action against them. can n e one please help me in this context?

                                  They have comitted to deliver it on time, when i call them they say its chennai sir , we dont know sir but we will deliver sir. I lost hope with these people.

                                  I myself called customer service many times and there was not proper answer for each and every call. I am happy with the Flowers, however the Writing on the Cake was Pathetic, it looked like as if it was written by a Kinder Garden School Kid. I Checked with my Wife, She has been contacted only for Address Location and no feedback was taken. Chennai Elections happened on 17th and there was no Election conducted on 14th Oct and your customer service was bluffing around this and all irrelevant reasons. Customer Service - It was real mess, i never had such bad experience before in any online services. For all this trouble i have been offered 500 Gift Voucher which i haven't received it till today and i am not interested in receiving it also as i have decided not to do any transaction or discussion with myflowertree any more . I will STRONGLY RECOMMEND to my friends not do get deceived by My Flower Tree website or the commitments they have mentioned in the website.

                                  I have made a payment twice for an order to be delivered to Pune today. This happened because of transaction failures and I dint get an order number. But my account was debited twice with the amounts. I tried calling the 24 support number and also dropped an email to the support email mentioned. I tried using the Call Back facility, but it does not allow me to give my international number, since I am not in India. I spent 3800, and I am tense whether i will get my money back? I also want those flowers to be delivered, else it would be all in all a terrible experience. Can you please have someone call me back. My details are mentioned in the email i sent.

                                  1. Don't get deceived by the Site .

                                  4. Fake Site. Fake People.
                                  They have committed to deliver it on time, when i call them ."trust me its useless"...no one picks up the call.

                                  I have ordered flowers 1 days before, it has to be delivered today. They took Rs.500 Extra to deliver it on time.
                                  But my order has not been delivered. I have tried calling them more then 100 times..no one picks up the call.

                                  Ordered flowers on 12th Feb to be delivered on Feb 14th. The company didn't keep the agreement. I was waiting the whole day for delivery. No reply on customer care nos or mail id. Next day they call the recipient and pretends as if its her fault that delivery wasnt made. Send half dead flowers on 15th with my message barely visible on the note. Customer care not attending calls nor responding to mails

                                  I may not know how your operations work or who was actually responsible but I do know you cannot survive until you keep your customer happy. Will NEVER recommend "My Flower Tree" to anyone.

                                  Ordered heart shaped pillow to be delivered today.My Preferred delivery time was before 12:00 noon.Morning i got a call saying the gift will be delivered before 4:00 PM.

                                  I have called them more than 5 to 6 time to track my order.Atlast the gift has been delivered.

                                  When i saw the gift i can not imagine its not a pillow and its just a heart shaped some...

                                  I gave 995 for the pillow and an Archid card for 100 + i[censored] see the card delivered u will feel like why did u chosen someone like my flower tree to deliver a gift to whom u value so much.

                                  Beware and pls dont choose my flower tree at any point of time.
                                  I strongly feel that the MY FLOWER TREE should be spammed out, they are trust less and have very poor delivery. They send a cake from THE CAKE POINT in Chennai, the cake has caused food poisoning, pathetic cake wastage of rs 975. Hate the service, my bad luck to choose MFT.

                                  I have been a regular customer of Ferns n Petals. To try MFT, I had ordered once earlier on the occasion of my anniversary and was pretty satisfied.. So I decided to their services this time for Valentines too. However I am highly disappointed and I will not order from MFT again and will surely tell my colleagues and friends the same. Whether Valentine rush or not..atleast deliver a decent product for the amount to money you are charging. Atleast FNP delivers good quality irrespective of the occasion based rush.

                                  I ordered a bunch of 20 red roses on 11th Feb to be delivered to on 12th Feb. I got a call from my husband telling me that they were in a very poor condition. When my husband got the roses home, I could see his point.

                                  -The bunch of 20 flowers were packed in material that would normally be fine for 12 roses and they were so tightly packed that most of the flowers had broken from their stems
                                  -The presentation was pathetic...there was no arrangement at all and it was cheap packing material which was used
                                  -Also most of the flower petals had already fallen...i don't know how old the flowers were...if not 2-3 days...at least they should have been ok till the end of the day...its winter time right now...
                                  - and there were many spoilt roses in it

                                  It made me so angry and I was so disappointed to see the crap which I received for Rs 675. Please refund my amount and I am sure I'm never ordering from MFT again. Also I did put in my comments on their Facebook page and they deleted the same and wouldn't let me post any more comments.Also nobody picks up their phone at the call center...

                                  idiotic company looks like a totaly fake organisation. My consignment of flowers had to be delivered on the 14 th before noon and for that they had charged extra money of 300 rs and the result is that the flowers have not yet delivered and the date is 16 today. what a poor state affair. if people cannot do the things properly why the hell do they exist.
                                  I placed an order (Order ID: MFT97044) on the 11th of February for a bunch of roses to be delivered in a Vellore address on the 14th of February. But even when the date of delivery is over, the flowers are yet to be delivered at the specific address. I was charged with extra money for delivery on Valentine's day but it was of no use since due to your pathetic service, the flowers are not delivered. I have requested the Support team to refund my money immediately. If the refund is not initiated, I shall be forced to find the help from the Consumer Affair Department, Govt of West Bengal. The customer service of MyFlowerTree is horrible and I shall ask all my friends and colleagues to refrain from placing any order using this fake website.
                                  How come I haven't seen above complaints & ordered from the site. My order was MFT96189

                                  Unbelievably bad service. After charging EXTRA for delivery on Valentines day, 900+ fpr bunch of 20 flowers & they got delivered after 4 days with a bunch of 15 flowers that too on constant follow ups.

                                  Pathetic is the word !!

                                  The worst is the customer case team, the girl talks as if they are doing some favor. Crap !!

                                  This site is so deceiving! The order is first of all delivered late. If you have issues about courier service etc, U SHOULD mention in advance that it will niot be delivered on the required date.
                                  Moreover, The customer service people are extremely rude.. They don't know how to talk and they act like they own the world.

Jeez, Ordering from this site was the greatest mistake in my entire life. Whipped cream just in the name of cheesecake, seriously it ruined the whole thing. My order was cheesecake at first they deliver some ordinary cake which is not worth of 100rs but took 900 rs for it and after complaining for more than 20 times. but before when I called them to replace they started to say cheese is on the base as if! Badly liars! Someone try to help I thought at least the cake will come so that we can enjoy at least after our birthday. But more worst than before, all cake was filled with some cheap whipped cream that made us puke and sick. After all that complaining more than 20 times and mood got ruined, what person can do more, they took the money already and I came to know this site is fake totally. Please don't get anything from this site! Even you guys can have a look at the photos that they deliver me a cheesecake. I am very much disappointed with these people they make fool out of innocent people. VERY WORST!!!

                                    The company is very accommodating when you call them and try and very prompt with text messages but the service and the quality of the product was terrible.
                                    I had ordered flowers and cake combo for chennai and mumbai . The flowers shown and delivered were very different and the message I asked them to write on the cake which was extremely dry was not written .
                                    Mumbai flowers were not delivered till 5 pm .....
                                    The company looks and sounds very professional but terrible service.

                                    I also had very bad experience with their customer Service. They have spoiled my day and they dont understand the meaning on gift and how important for us. They just do service as it they are delivering newspaper, milk etc. they dont have that extra touch to understand what is gift and what it actually means for us.

                                    Check this Link and image at bottom, they have sent some doll instead of Teddy. This shows how much importance they give for our customers.
                                    I also faced problems. They have many flaws.
                                    I had placed an order 3 days before but the delivery was not done on the delivery date, even the next day as well.
                                    I am very unhappy with it.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had done online shopping for gifts, chocolates and flowers from myflowertree.com and they had ensured that they will do prompt delivery and had also assured me of the quality. Thus, I went ahead and made payments to them 10 days in advance so that the delivery is smooth. But they cheated me, just few hours before the delivery had to be made, they called me and said that the Ferrero Rocher chocolates (Priced at Rs.899) are out of stock but ensured that chocolates of equally good quality and price will be delivered. But instead it was compensated by 1 pack of Cadbury celebrations (Rs.125)+1 pack of Nestle selections (Rs.100) + 1 pack of Eclairs toffee (Rs.50). This was neither of equal value as a Ferrero Rocher nor of that standard.
                                      Same thing was repeated with flowers and gifts. I have also attached images showing what I had ordered and what was actually delivered. Please refer to the images attached herewith.

                                      Kindly help me in claiming compensation from them. I have attached the entire mail trail below for your better understanding.

                                      For regular cities the charges includes delivery. However for tier 3 cities (Dhanbad) we have Rs.250 extra delivery charges. + Rs.150 for distance from Dhanbad.

                                      As communicated yesterday I am very disappointed by the way my order was handled. There was a vast difference between the actual order that i made and what was delivered. I have attached the images of what I ordered and what was delivered for your reference.

                                      I would like you to duly compensate me for the goo[censored]p done by your team.

                                      Just to give a small introduction about myself, I head the western region for an online marketing company and I have expertise in building brands online. The way you all have handled my order has really irritated me and if don't receive a compensation for this within the next few days then I will even go to the extent of getting Myflowertree.com blacklisted on Google. Please do not try my patience on this.

                                      Details of how my order was messed up and the trauma that i had to go through in the last few days is as follows:
                                      1. I made the payment 10 days in advance and had been asking your team to try and get it delivered in the morning. To this the MFT team replied saying that early morning was not possible but they will get it delivered before noon. But the order was actually delivered at 5 PM.

                                      2. Even after giving MFT 10 days to process my order, MFT team called me on 18th August, at late evening around 6.30 PM saying Ferrero Rocher chocolates are out of order and they will compensate by giving the next best chocolate of equal value.

                                      3. Ferrero Rocher chocolates have been priced as Rs.899 for 24 pieces. This is the one that I had ordered and it was compensated by 1 pack of Cadbury celebrations (Rs.125)+1 pack of Nestle selections (Rs.100) + 1 pack of Eclairs toffee (Rs.50). I hope you understand that this is niether of equal value as a Ferrero Rocher nor of that standard. I would have never gone for MFT if I knew these chocolates would be delivered.This was disguisting.

                                      4.I had ordered for a teddy and instead of this a doll was sent. Images attached.

                                      5. You had said that the quality and presentation will be good then I cannot understand how the "3 Tier Red Rose arrangement" was delivered as a bunch o[censored]ntidy flowers. Refer to the image.

                                      6. Also the glass flower vase that was ordered changed into a road side vase when delivered.

                                      I am very angry with the way you all had crushed my feelings and spoiled my reputation. I will now not take it any more and will take severe actions against this if I don't receive a reply ASAP.

                                      thsi site is awful!!! ppl read this and stop using this site!!! once you place your order you are at the mercy of the call center fellows as the manager doesn't dare to come into picture... so be careful, they won't listen to any of your complains.

                                      I agree with you all.. I had booked a delivery in Bangalore and the same was delivered...

                                      They shoudl rename it to Mother [censored]ing Tree instead of My flwer tree...MFT, the name suits them...

                                      Or if they want another name, then they can use Death Flower Tree... No life in those flowers... Crap gifts...

                                      They have good support if we have any problems in making payment, but looking at the doll they delivered, i feel like slapping the person who decided to deliver such a doll for someones birthday...

                                      i wish i had seen this before placing the order. i ordered for 2 bouqets to be deliver at mid night and they even charged extra for it. But unfortunately they have not yet delivered it. not communication from them and they are not receiving calls also. fraud company and fraud website... my order number is 200339
