Worst online site ever got tricked into! Worst jus fake! Not delivered product no representative to respond all phone numbers are nonfunctional! Bloody fakers n cheaters ppl like them should never b allowed to mislead customers! I ordered for a heart cushion and flower bouquet for 14.2.18 and to be delivered on same day but till now it’s only processing! I have done online payment but have no clue about my ordered product and when i tried to call upon them on mentioned numbers, seems to be nonfunctional!

    1. I had booked a bouquet n a cake on 11 feb 18 for valentine's day with ref no. 335599 to be delivered on 14 feb 18 at bangalore. Company did not deliver the items. Customer care even not attending the call. Very unprofessional and callous attitude. Even if they deliver at a later date, the very purpose of sending gift for the occasion is defeated. Poor show n poor service. 2. Now the company should return my money back with penalty of rs 5000/- for harassing me by wasting my time, effort and causing mental agony.

      My order has not been delivered today as on expected destination nerul navi mumbai as u can see below:

      As it is not delivered today i want refund for the same as you have gievn false commitment. And nobody is picking my call also to give updates.

        I ordered a "teddy on top" product for valentine's day and i opted the delivery date as 14th feb 2018. My order id is (#[protected]. Now it's 9:39 pm and i have not received any information about the delivery. Customer care number is not connecting, no response from support, nothing. This is the worst website i have visited. My luck was so bad i ordered in this website. I am thinking of going to the consumer court to teach them a lesson.

Customer service is so poor they r not giving any delivery status or not receiving any of my call. What to do very disappointing website as i want to give surprise to my husband. How to ask them for refund. Or at least they must delivered it on next day.

                I have ordered rakhi for my brother to ahemdabad. I made the payment online through paytm of 495 rs order was confirmed from them. I received confirmtion mail order num is 298111. Delivery date was on same day 6-aug. After that i did not receive any call any mail regarding my order status. I send mails no reply from their side. I called on customer care nums many times no one picking up the call. Around 12:00am in night i received a sms that need more payment to proceed the delivery. I replied in mail but no reply. Now i understand that is a fake site they are making money. I want to canel that order and i want my whole money refund in my account. Please take a legal action agints these cheaters they are making people fool for money you can check on their facebook page also lots of customer facing same issue including me.

                  I ordered a cake on 05.08.2017 for 06.08.2017 with order id #297908 from myflowertree.com. The birthday is over and the cake is not delivered yet. This is the worst online service i have faced. The customer care service is not even working. Every time i tried to call a computerized voice instruct to wait and not even a single call of mine is answered. I need my amount to be refunded. Kindly resolve my problem and let me know.

                  Orderd flowers to reach for an occasion, its almost past afternoon now, still the flowers have not reached, day is almost over, customer complaints is unable to confirm the delivery time, am following up since 4 hours now.

                  Pathetic service, i need a refund min 50%, please work towards it.

                    Wanted to send a gift to mom and dad and ordered cupcakes. The cupcakes themselves were not bad but the guy who delivered them behaved like a rude fraudster. He insisted on coming inside the house and asked for extra money for the delivery. My parents are quiet people and his behaviour gave them lots o[censored]npleasant impressions. My present was spoiled because of the awful delivery guy! The online tracking was also invalid, not giving proper real-time delivery status.

                      Never go to my flower tree again in my life.. Worst experience ever... They are not delivering what i order in their website... And saying that it will be deliver within 3 - 4 working days... I requested all the customer don't ever book you order from this website since this website will play with sentiment and emotion, and when i try to cancel my order, they are not ready to refund my money...
                      They are not stand on their commitments and will promise you all before booking you order but once it placed they turn in different way will not answer your query properly... Worst website for ordering cake and gift item... My rating can be given in minus.

                      I place an order to surprise my husband on his birthday one cake and bouquet of roses. I done the pyment after tht before deliver they ask me to pay additional pymnt as delivery chrged wil be there. I paid rs 99 more still they deliver to someone else my husband didnt received cake and flowers. Fraud

                        I ordered some flowers for mothers day. They promised to deliver during Mothers day. The flowers are still not delivered. To my surprise, I got a sms stating the flowers are delivered. When I looked the online portal, it does mention delivered.

                        I have been following up with the myflowerteam since yesterday and they kept promising on Chat (with a guy named Nitin) that it will be delivered on 14th.

                        Now ( few mins back - 4PM, 15th May) I get a call from the delivery boy to deliver the flower. When I mentioned this was for mothers day the delivery person is not cooperating and is abusive.

                        I have ordered few things from the site but this is by far the worst service.

                        The myflowerfree customer service is not answering the call for past 30 minutes. Would suggest no one buys from this site. Please beware.

                          I placed my order 289626 on 14th May around 1400 hours and immediately got an email too confirming same day delivery.

                          I am forced to write an email since none this was the least cooperative and most non responsive experience from a delivery website I have come across ever. I chased the Live Chat and registered numbers all day without any success besides getting standard messages of "out for delivery" or "in process" till 2300 hrs. You not only ruined my experience and arrangements for Mother's day but also didn't give me a choice to make alternate arrangements if the delivery was not happening in the first place. I want the refund as soon as possible most importantly cause you were all too inefficient to handle a simple request of delivery, failing which I will sue your company for breach of agreement against the confirmation shared and lack of any communication on reasons of delay.

                            The bouquet i received was not in proper condition, the flowers weren't fresh, no proper wrapping, and few flowers were missing. The picture shown on the website was completely different from what i received. When i complained about the same they seemed irresponsive, i had to send multiple mails in order to get their reply and they made me wait for 2 days without any proper information about the state of my complaint. When i tried reaching over phone even there i got no response.

                                  I had placed an order - 275634 and it wasn't delivered. Initially they agreed to return the money but now they have showed their true colors. It was the recipients birthday and I had called her multiple times that day and so did many of my colleagues. Myflowertree.com are cheaters, please do not but anything from their website instead go for a brand name. At least u wont be cheated.

I have placed an order with number 263658 and since then only trying to contact your representatives but no response yet! Not even a confirmation call! My order has not been dispatched yet!                                       I have placed an order of flowers, vase and one red wine bottle on 05-may-2016 to myflowertree site, order number was 253615 and the total amount deducted was inr 2894.
                                      Delivery was supposed to be done on 07-may-2016 and it was delivered also on the same day but not exactly same as what is was shown on their website and payment receipt. I am attaching my payment receipt and the flowers and vase which were delivered to me both the items are at extreme end and they claim slight difference will be there.

                                      Order id for all 3 items are following:
                                      Flower - product id: 1937 for inr 1195
                                      Vase - product id: 1503 for inr 200
                                      Red wine bottle - product id: 552 for inr 1499

                                      Delivered flower bouquet is having all liles in the middle and all rose out side and also not the full grown flowers were used as it is shown on the website also the shape of the vase is not same as what is shown in the website.

                                      When someone is doing online order these people should not take advantage o[censored]s and throw on us whatever they like. They are charging huge amounts so they should have dignity to be genuine with the people doing the ordering.

                                      I have emailed them but they are not replying.

                                      I feel cheated with what is delievered and the amount taken for it.

                                        Order Confirmation # 213703 Service Provider : MyFlowerTree Date of Order : 10th May Date of Delivery as agreed by Service Provider : 10th May 2015 Date of Delivery (Actual) : 11th May 2015 Problem Stmt : Since the Service Provider(SP), did not deliver the product on 10th May, i have sent an email to SP to cancel my order and return the amount but they did not hear and still they deliver the product next day and which is not requested/agreed. This is sheer anti customer care. Why the customer had to bear those challenges. Also, i have reached customer care multiple times but no response and which is not toll free too. I need my money back + cost involved for to call customer care more than 5 - 7 times + stress related issues.
