As it is not delivered today i want refund for the same as you have gievn false commitment. And...

I ordered a "teddy on top" product for valentine's day and i opted the delivery date as 14th feb 2018. My order id is (#[protected]. Now it's 9:39 pm and i have not received any information about the delivery. Customer care number is not connecting, no response from support, nothing. This is the worst website i have visited. My luck was so bad i ordered in this website. I am thinking of going to the consumer court to teach them a lesson....

I ordered flowers on flower day from my flower tree.com on 7/02/2018 the product was not delivered. Customer service is so poor they r not giving any delivery status or not receiving any of my call. I ordered some flowers for mothers day. They promised to deliver during Mothers day. The flowers are still not delivered. To my surprise, I got a sms stating the flowers are delivered. When I looked the online portal, it does mention delivered.

I had placed an order - 275634 and it wasn't delivered. Initially they agreed to return the money but now they have showed their true colors. It was the recipients birthday and I had called her multiple times that day and so did many of my colleagues.
