These people are thieves...!!
These are liars...!!
For mother’s day i had ordered 2 lucky bamboo plants and two greeting cards for my mother and mother-in-law. My order no. Is 367405 & 367369 but they didn't delivered it on time and date. I called on the office extension many times, but no one raised the phone or answered the email! There can be no worse customer service than this! If you want to waste your money, time and your presious occation then only buy something from here, otherwise never buy! Otherwise you will only keep track of your order and will not be used because these people do not raise the phone! Whether you email them or chat online, no answer will be available! And if these people pick up the phone by mistake then they respond in such a useless and poor way that no one can say!
For enquiry i had mailed them but didn't recieved any response from them and no one bothers to reply to your email.
It's a trap, do not fall for it. You will loose money and end you ruining your day as well.
Very very poor service...!!
Highly unsatisfied...!!
This website is totally waste of time and money. It can hurt your emotions. It can ruin your surprise. Please don't shop from this website. It was my first order and i will never order from this website. I don't even want to give one star but i don't have any other option.

    I reside in the USA and placed an order for a cake for my father's birthday for May 14th ( order #361743 ). I paid extra 250 rupees for it to be delivered between 7am-9am. At 12 noon there was no delivery yet and I tried to get in touch with them and the phone numbers listed on the website do not work so had to start a chat and they lied saying the order is on the way but there was no cake even at 6pm! I tried to chat with them again (Like I mentioned, phone numbers are fake) and she said they'll refund the extra charges for morning delivery and I told I want the entire money back because there was no cake that was delivered! And the person on the other end just left the chat. I paid $18.64 for this horrible service! It is sad that they ruin birthdays like this! Please look into this before they start cheating other people.

Ultimately I had to buy her different flowers from some local place. I want an immediate refund. Thanks for ruining Mother's Day.

      I placed an order on 13 may, 2018 on the occassion of mother's day. It was clearly mentioned on the site that it will be delivered on the same day. Order no.[protected]love in the nature). I waited for the delivery till midnight and now its 14 may 2:00 pm i havnt received any delivery. It was mentioned that due to heavy rush it will not be able to reach within that time slot (i.e 6-9 pm) but still it has not been delivered. The product has been paid in advance. i tried calling the customer care no. But no one responds to it. Mobile no. Is also switched off. I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP.

        I have ordered 5 pink lillies combination with double the flowers add on 13th may 8.49 am. I got a mail at 10 that pink lillies are not available they are gonna compensate and make boquet with similar value flowers and make it beautiful and deliver it by 9pm on 13th may. They werent delivered on top of that they have delivered it on 14th may and stale flowers and i have received 5 lillies and 5 roses. I have paid 945 + 749 (total 1694) as my payment.             I had asked to send fresh pink roses but what was received on mother's day that is the 12th may, 2018 by my mom was withered flowers!!! It is very unprofessional on your company's part to send such flowers to any person!!! As this was a very special occasion, i expected atleast fresh flowers in the morning 8-12 slot!!!
            Very very disappointed!!!
            I will noy recommend any one to send flowrrs through this website/company!!!

              I have placed an order yesterday and paid at the very moment and still the flowers are not yet delivered. And no one in your customer care team talks properly or guide. While taking payment you need the money for sure then and there and while delivering you cheat people. Cheaters!! I want my money back asap. As fast as you guys took i paid for it. I have placed an order for women's day, what is the use if it gets delivered later and not the same day. Liars.. Do not mention on your website that you can deliver the same day when you cannot. Just let me know the status asap and refund at the earliest. I will make sure that i mention about your services on every social media.

                I had placed a order fro myflowertree.com wid order no 345037. While booking i was asked for time slot - where i selected 8am-12pm on 05 march. However, wen i chatted wid their agent sheena, she informs it was system glitch and order cannot be delivered between 8-12. Wen asked wer on website is it mentioned, she was unable to answer.

                I asked her to cancel d booking, she denied and says its ur opinion about the website.

                  My parents anniversary is over. The bouquet with vase had to reach by 3. The whole program is over. U people refund my money. 3 hrs back yr people texted that it is out for delivery. I shall move to consumer court seriously if refund is not provided. The customer care people snaps d line on their own will. The online order is changed without informing the customer. When this is mentioned i get no response.
                  They keep saying that d order is out for delivery but from 2.15 to 6.40 as d time is at present my old mother has not yet received the gift. What is the need for such companies when the senior citizens are not cared for???

                    This is a company of fraudsters, cheating innocent people. This company do not deliver items ordered and would sent you false mail that items have been delivered. How can this company run a fraud website so confidently for years without any fear of law. I had ordered a bouquet, cake n a gift item on the website. It was partially delivered and mail was sent that all items have been delivered. Customer care not reachable. Quality of the gift is ridiculously bad. Everybody should be careful of this site.                     It has been the worst experience so far with the online delivery.SHouldne have believed the Myflowertree site, as neither the delivery happened nor any repsonse from the customer care.
                    Pathetic website.Looking forward to go to the consumer court on file a case on this kind of fraud.

                      I placed an order on 14/02/2018 vide order no.#340476 and delivery was showing on 14/02/2018 and the concerned persons of my flower tree also committed me on e-mail and chat to deliver the product on 14/02/2018, based upon which i placed the order, but they didn't deliver the product on 14th. A call was received from his guwahati counterpart on 15.02.2018 at 10:45pminform that he was assigned the order by company on 15 feb and want to delivered. The same was not accotable as company committed to deliver on 14 feb nit on 15 feb. Also they not responding on call/msg/e-mail. Today i connect through msg ask him to refund my money. They denied to do so and refer his company rule. Even when i asked them to provide the contact number on which i can talk they left the chat. They are making people fool after receiving money.

                      Ordered a gift for valentines day for the product to be delivered on Feb 13th mid night. It has not been delivered even on 14th, so I was forced to buy a different gift. It does not serve the purpose anymore. I want this order to be canceled and a full refund to be provided to me at the earliest.
                      My Flower Tree seems to be a fake company where we odered a cake on 13th Feb and it shows Confirmed order on 14th Feb and when we checked online status it shows out of dilivery but it never dilivered now trying to reach there customer helpline no one responds.

                      It seems these guys are whole bunch of cheaters who took money and ran away.
                      I was placing the order of cake on myflowertree.Com nd payment was already deducted from my paytm wallet but the order was not confirmed . Then i talk with customer support they said . Payment is stuck in gateway path . But till now i did not get any refund . So poor customer care services, already too much delay
                      such a horrible experience, atleast they have to maintain their payment pathway atleast

                        I have ordered a cake on 13th feb and it was promised to deliver on 14 feb for my fiance's birthday that is totally got spoiled, now its 16th feb and i m still dont know where my order is, nither they are picking up the calls nor replying e-mails, just kept me on wait for 45 mins and than call get disconnected. I have lost more than 14-15 hours for connecting them via phone call. Now i feel my money is looted by them.

                          Customer care executives said they will deliver on time however it didn't get delivered yet and the occasion is over now. Very irresponsible as they don't even receive the phone calls, if you call them you will have to wait for an hour to speak this is the worst customer service i have ever received.                                 I ordered a surprise gift for my husband on valentine's day, but till now it has not been delivered. I have written so many emails but no body is replying on my emails. And their customer care number is also not connecting. Today i got a chance to talk to them on chat support with sheena, very easily she lied on my question. She told that they tried to deliver it by my husband didn't pickup the call and she has mentioned the time as 3:24 pm on 14th of february. But the fact is that i ordered that gift at 5:57 pm in evening. Before ordering they contacted my husband, i don't know how, i asked to cancel the order but that lady told if you cancel u will not be getting any refund. On the occasion of valentine day i paid 1145 rupees instead of 849 rupees, for that gift.

                                    I have ordered for bouquet, chocolates and one gift from the website and only one of them delivered (Bouquet) and even shamelessly sent the invoice of two items delivered and one is shipped. I wanted to get it deliver on valentine and completed messed up.

                                    No response for complaint registered from email and phone is switched-off/busy

                                    I want to get my refund.

                                      Since i am far, i ordered (Order id #340330) a flower bouquet for my girlfriend, it was our first valentine's day. Gave the office address of her which closes by 6 pm. Sent 7 mails, 120 calls, mostly unanswered, i was kept on wait for 3 hours in total, they don't even bother to reply you, seriously frustrating. Now it's 10 pm in night, i am still on call, to ask what happend to my order. I pitty myself for choosing their services. I can't track my order, feel helpless as i have no clue what happened to my order. Their services are worst i ever faced. God save me to face them for refund now.

                                        Worst online site ever got tricked into! Worst jus fake! Not delivered product no representative to respond all phone numbers are nonfunctional! Bloody fakers n cheaters ppl like them should never b allowed to mislead customers! I ordered for a heart cushion and flower bouquet for 14.2.18 and to be delivered on same day but till now it’s only processing! I have done online payment but have no clue about my ordered product and when i tried to call upon them on mentioned numbers, seems to be nonfunctional!...[protected]
