They told order vl be delivered by 9pm on 14feb. But without informing me order was postponed to next day. Their consumer care number is not working.. They r not replying to chat.. Want to complain against this company and want to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. I have proof for everything. Check the delivery expected day. And their updated day in screen shots provided to you.

I have placed an order for valentine's day and paid Rs. Rs. 2, 995 via online payment. But the order has not delivered on time and the status shows its on HOLD and the valentine's day has over. I have tried calling their toll free number provided - +[protected], but the number says wrong number. Also i have send multiple emails to the support id "[protected]@myflowertree.com" but they have not responded till now

I want refund of the the amount I have paid and also compensation on cheating me by committing that my order will be deliver on time and failed to do it

I have ordered flowers from this site but the order was never delivered. After so many follow up with customer care thru email regarding my cancellation mail, they respond next day evening that order delivered. But it was never delivered. Now nobody is responding for the refund of money paid online. It is a fraud company. Never order from them.. Trust me really poor and pathetic service. I wont recommend it.. They switched off their all contacts numbers.. Never buy anything over! Not sure if they're gonna refund my money!

I have placed my order hello beautiful today morning same day delivery process, immediately i got the message stating 'product delivery is on hold". There are no proper tracking status updates. I am pissed off with the site. Since i have paid money for rs1, 1, 45. I need this product to get delivered on the expected delivery date of today (14.02.2019).

This is to inform you that i order a birthday cake against a order no.440322 on dated 1/jan/2019 from my flower tree & they not delivered the cake to my concern same day in shimla. Next day when i called them on the customer care no. They had replied to me due to some issue we lack to deliver the cake to your concern & after i requested them to refund my amount, but they replied to me this amount reserved in your wallet we are not able to refund same in your account.

After third day i ordered 441573 again a gift pack for the same concern to using the wallet amount. As per the my flower tree customer care person confirm me they order will deliver 4th day to you concern in shimla. But same has been again not delivered to my friend & they also update the delivery on the website. When i confirmed from them they replied it has been delivered & share the fake pod. Till date i am not getting any solution. Please help us.

Have ordered flowers for rose day. Their site mentioned same day delivery will be done. Product should have been delivered by 9 pm as per standard delivery but the sane has not been delivered yet. No pne has even contacted for the same. Neither anyone is picking customer care no. Tracking system says out for delivery since evening but flowers still not delivered. Pathetic experience. I placed an order today i was regularly in contact with their representatives for the order status haven’t got any resolutions then i tried to call their customer support i waited for more than 33 minutes on the call for someone to connect haven’t got anyone in the call so i hung up i wanted to cancel the order as the time and day the called off... So if it’s really a professional site or a registered e commerce business please refund me my money back on the same card i used to pay for the order, order#453151 or else i have to connect to business bureau and i have to register a complain against you people.

I had the worst of experience through my flower tree-i had ordered for a cake on my mother's birthday by looking at the picture o their website and what i got after full day follow up was very different in fact worst of the cake i have ever seen.
Not only it spoiled my mother's bday but also caused a lot of stress. Their customer service team is equally rude to the customers.
Will never order again and make sure that i raise this to highest level possible so that no other customer is impacted.

I ordered a blueberry cheesecake for my friend and they delivered only blueberry cake and were adamant at calling it a cheese cake...more over what i ordered from their site was nothing like the one which was received...their cake is filled with blueberry toppings while what i received is a disgrace..( Check pics and see for yourself )

You people are not at all professional and should close your pathetic services. The people from call center are also dumb and don't understand the question itself. You are delivering the order at any time if the customer will wait for you at home for the whole day. This was the first and the last time i will be using your services.

I placed an order for pink lilies in a glass vase with few chocolates for my sis in delhi, paying this rogue company an amount of rs 2750/-. The flowers got delivered wrapped in dirty newspaper and the chocolates had glass pieces scattered over them. Upon complaint instead of apologising and sending s fresh delivery they were asking to send the pictures to take action. Finally another delivery was made just for the broken glass vase... What utter rubbish and absolute cheats... Their website should be blocked. Beware.. Navin malik

First experience has been so pathetic.
I booked mid night delivery of a bouquet and a cake to deliver at my wife's place.
The midnight time is 11.30 pm to 12.30 am.
The guy called me around 10.45 to confirm address and i reminded him that it should not be delivered before 11.45 as a request.
The guy still delivered at 11.15 which was earlier than their defined time
And the guy is not even picking up the phone now.
This is very annoying. How arrogant and falsely the service is given.

The order (#421865) was placed as a diwali gift for same day delivery on 7th nov 2018 via myflowertree. This was for my inlaws and was much special for me. The order was put on hold on 7th evening with an email stating "your order #421865 has been successfully hold." without any reason or explanation. So, it was not delivered on diwali. On 8th afternoon, i got emails that the order is delivered, but nothing was actually delivered. This was illegal and and an act of fraud. I called up and lodged a complaint. If, i had not called up, they would have passed this order without delivery. I was assured of an action soon, however, the order was not delivered even on 9th (Bhai dooj, which was 2nd day after diwali). Meanwhile, the gifts sent by my inlaws via other gifting portals, were delivered twice at my door steps, putting my efforts via myflowertree to much of an embarrassment and shame. After my persistent follow up and complaints and calls, finally something was delivered on 10th evening (4th day). The guys come for delivery were totally unprofessional.

My order was 500gms kaju katli (Rs 899) and a basket full of health (Rs 1895), which constituted 200 gms each of cashews, raisin, almonds and pistachios. However, they product delivered was kaju katli less than 300 gms (Actually weighed in shop), and a small basket unprofessionally packed with a mix of cashew, raisins and almonds (Pistachio missing), altogether weighing less than 300 gms (Actually weighed in shop). This is ridiculous. After so much of time and money spent on this, and they promising to send a complimentary gift to compensate for the delay, what they delivered was way lesser than actual order itself. It was a total torture, getting this order executed. I would recommend people to stay away from this portal and save themselves from loss of time, effort, money and their reputation.

Desirable resolution : please re-deliver appropriately or refund my order.

I had ordered a cake on 1st october 18 for 2nd october 18 and paid the cake delivery charges-rs.799 online. As mentioned in their site delivery time will be between 8am to 12 pm but at 11am on the delivery date, when i called them for delivery status they told me they can only deliver the cake by late evening. So i asked them to cancel the order as there is no meaning of sending any gift/cake to the birthday girl as they are going out of the city at 1pm. So i asked my flower tree to refund the money back in my account. But as per them they cannot cancel the order and if the same got cancelled they will refund the money on their wallet only. When i am not satisfied with their service why should i order again. I want my money back

I ordered rakhi on 25 august for my two brothers.one of them lives in hyderabad and another one lives in bellary karnataka.

1.i ordered red rakhi for hyderabad and it should be delievered by 27 august. It got delievered on 27 BUT they sent a white pearl rakhi instead of red one white one was the cheaper one than red..so i called the customer and complained about the same they said they will resolve my problem within 24 hours..and i recieved a mail by their side that the problem was resolved..i called my brother and i asked him did u got any call from my flower tree he said no..i dont know how they resolved it.. They said due to heavy rakhi rush we had to deliever that item.#ORDER NUMBER:-400926

2..i ordered same red rakhi for bellary and it should be delievered by 29 august.and this was even WORSE than the above stated case till 6 september they didnot recieved rakhi.and i daily use to call them what had happened they said we didnot found your address i said note my number and call me they noted it and guess what they never called.on 6 september i called them to change my address they changed it and now they are saying they will deliever by 12 september and still they are not sure…i just fed up...and i want my money back..#ORDER NUMBER:-401322

Delivery of my flower tree order no. 394003 was scheduled on 22 august 2018 and haven't delivered it yet. Delivery was to kerala and order contained cakes, flowers and chocolates.

Received several mails saying "your order is running on time"; unfortunately nothing happened.

Customer service is poor and they haven't even tried to resolve the issue.

I have placed 2 orders for Rakhi same day delivery on 25th August 2018, it was supposed to reach on same day but its not yet delivered.
When I tried sending mail to the I'd provided in the site mail bounced back and the customer care number is a fake one, and by chance if it gets connected you will be in line only even it's an hour also.
I want my money back, it's no point in delivering it after Rakhi.
Request someone to take action on such websites.
My order numbers 401684 and 401821.
Refund back my total amount of Rs.1030/-.

I ordered a rakhi pack on 25th august 2018 at 19:19 pm and mistakenly I chose the date(25th august 2018) and time scheduled was 07:00 to 09:00 am.
Neither did I get the product delivered next day and nor I was able to contact help desk/customer care.
The amount of order was of 1090 INR which was paid by card.
I want my money back.
Otherwise I am gonna report it online evrywhere on social sites.

I have ordered a rakhi gift hamper worth rs.595/- from www.myflowertree.com on 25/08/2018 and i received a msg from bt-mftree that your order no. 400385 is confirmed for delivery to rajnish ghai brs nagar ludhiana on the same day but still the order is not delivered... I have also sent an email to [protected]@myfloweetree.com but the mail had returned and i called on their no. Provided on their website[protected] then i came to know that no such no. Exists.. Kindly look into the matter as i want my money back... Lkng for your favourable response
