I have ordered 3 items from MyFlowerTree online .which includes 1 Cake, 1 Gift Card and 1 mix rose bouquet on occasion of valentine day 14th Feb 2019 and suppose to be delivered on same day. But even today while I am writing this to you at 8.56 PM 15th Feb 2019 my order still not delivered. I am I have email to their customer support but got no response. Even the customer care number is invalid and some numbers are not reachable.
Kindly help me . It harassed me mentally . I need my money back and strict action against them.

I had ordered one product on 14 Feb 2019 due to valentines day, still not received. And also they changed the delivery date to the next day without my concern. No response at all from the customer care members. All the numbers are invalid. Never ever believe this website and waste your money.

I really don't expect that these people refund our money. Just playing with the public emotions.

I had ordered gifts on 12th feb. Order was supposed to be delivered on 14th. But it has still not arrived. I am so disappointed with your service. Not even being able to call and get to know what is the status. Please either give money back and cancel the order or deliver it asap.
I am no more interested in your product.
You people seriously spoiled your day.

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers on 13th feb to be delivered on 14th feb. Today is 15th feb and the order is still not delivered. It was supposed to be a valentine's day gift and has lost all meaning now. My flower tree is the worst ever online shopping website. Zero reliability, zero customer care, zero responsibility. Zero company. Completely pathetic pieces of #. Spoilt my valentine's day. Bloody fraudsters. I even asked if cash on delivery could be done but they refused and took online payment and now they're gone with no response.

The order was for same day on 14feb i ordered it at morning 7am of 14feb it, was not delivered. Whats the use of same day order very bad experience and more over the customer cafe numbers are not valid as well. One of the feldbett boy call me by 4pm but he said the order is not with him mistakenly he dialed my number and he assure it that he will deliver the order before 9pm but still its not deliver yet i want my money back. Please update a valid nummer that customer can contact

I placed an order for gift orderno:464205 to be delivered on 14th feb 2019.
Paid rs 400 for the delivery charge alone as the company above stated assured delivery on the said date. I contacted the customer care through chat, but their reply for nearly 4 times were will be delivered on time asap.

But the delivery did not happen and tried calling them on phone and the number says invalid.

At late moment they messaged me that delivery is postponed to 15th feb due to unavailability of recipients.

This attitude from the said company is not acceptable at all when we pay huge delivery charges and the delivery did not happen.

The above said incident ruined my whole day and worsened a good occasion. I need a possible compensation for this.

It is disheartening that i could not surprise my love on the ocassion of valentine day because of your poor service.
I have ordered some gifts from my flower tree and they confirmed and payment done. I could not track my order as it showed out for delivery everytime i checked but undeliverd yet. Now i don't want it to be delivered now and refund my money back. Order no.467756. I am very annoyed with this pathetic service. Also there was nobody to take your complaint as the contact number given by them are wrong. I shall never order from them.

On 14th feb 2019 i have done shopping on myflowertree in which i have selected bunch of flower to gift and payment mode was credit card and its was successful till date i haven’t received anything or heard from the compnay. Order tracking mechanism is fail and number which is there in website is wrong.

The badest experience ever.. I have ordered 1 bookey and 2 chocolates order no. 408627. I choose standard delivery which was showing that the product will get delivered maximum by 9 pm which is not delivered yet. It is 1 am now. I am writing this to you people... Your customer care number which is mentioned over the website is wrong number. I m unable to contact your customer care. Money is already paid. And it's not a out money it's all about you people spoil my day my surprise and my mood. I need a solution for the same...in ur track order status it is showing out for delivery since i have made the order. We trust you people that your company will help us to make our day more special if you can't fulfill the expectations of your customer than shut the site. Please i am literally feeling cheated.

I hope a revert from your side because it's not a matter of 2000 rs it's all about ur brand ur customer service experience.

I ordered a cake (464374) for delivery on 14th feb. They confirmed payment and order. They had a 15 hour window to deliver it today. All phone number shared in their website are false. You wont be able to connect. They have a useless bot in their website. I have send across a mail to their support but no response. Now i don't know whether they will give back my money

I placed an order on 12th feb 2019, for a birthday cake and chocolate for 13th feb 2019 midnight delivery. They even charged extra rs. 260 for midnight delivery. The item did not got delivered on that day. I am calling the customer care number nobody is picking up that call and nobody is responding. What the hell is this. If you all are not responsible enough to deliver the order, you should not have taken the order on the first hand. I want my full refund back and please this time no excuses. Very bad experience. I want an answer by your team and the concerned person soon.

I had ordered a couple of items and was allotted the standard delivery slot. The items were to be delivered today but now the slot has been changed to tomorrow without any intimation.

What use is a valentine’s day gift if not received on the same day?? I expect a complete refund.

I had also tried reaching the support lines and all them are either busy or not reachable. Why are they in place if this is the case?

With order id 463864 on 13 Feb 2019.It must be delivered on 14 Feb, but they have taken my money and didn't delivered the order. The order was done from Pune and delivery was supposed to done in Ranchi.
They have just cheated our hard earned money.

I ordered a bouquet along with a greeting card order#463146 .But there is no response .I tried communicating online chat people as there was no customer care support from there end .This is a clear cheating and online fraud going on .

I want my money back or else do something immediately in my favor .

P.S- Please don't cheat people with with your cheap online tricks .I may or may not receive the amount but the amount you people are digesting by cheating .It will definitely bring you a big loss in your life .It's a curse .

I order today flowers at 25th anniversary of my aunty and they didn't deliver it. I highly disappointed by this. All customers care numbers are fake and wrong. Kindly help me out, I spent around some rs.700 on those flowers and I want my money back.My order number is 468561.please help me out!!!From evening, it is showing, it is out of delivery but my aunty didn't receive it!

My name is amar kanade. I m ordering two products to deliver on time on special valentine day. But it couldn't deliver on time and also i am suggested that the products should be deliver on 14th february but it couldn't. On valentine day the products are also having much price that i buyed but it couldnot deliver on time on valentine day that it thought the money waste problem was arised out whether i have paid extra fees such as standard fees (Rs.300-/) and no progress in given tracking orders.

My order no. Is 466550 where the hell is my order? It was supposed to be delivered by 9pm and there isnno response from your end. No one replies or picks up the call. I want full redund of my order.
It was supposed to be delivered in the given time slot only. What about my money i want it full back. This is such carelessness, the company is just a fraud shall never order again.

Hi have ordered flowers which was to be delivered on 14th of feb 2019. Now they msgd me flowers will be delivered on 15th and reason they give recipient not available bt we didn't get any call from the company delivery guy. I don't need the delivery anymore kindly refund the amount. And the costumer care number when dial says wrong number.. Pathetic service

I had ordered Chocolate hamper in mrng with order id 467835.
It was of Rs 678/- which I paid online. Ordered containted 5 dairy milk 5 pcs 5 star 4 kitkat.

Ordered is delivered at 9.00pm which includes online 4 dairy milk costing 10rs each and one dairy milk silk with worst packing. All u do is cheating with customer. Bloody service of My Flower tree. Disgusting
