Really very disappointed with the service.. The products look good in there pictures only.. But in reality it is totally different than that.
I have ordered “lucky charm for mom”.
The product which i have received not at all similar with the product mentioned at there website for which i have paid more.
Neither they responded to the call or the chat. I want refund for this.

Ordered 2 mother’s day flowers from myflowertree. They updated delivery date from 12th may to 13th may without intimation despite me paying for special delivery charge (Rs.50 per order). Their customer care number was switched off, and all social media handles went silent. On 13th evening, 24 hours late, my mother received a drooping bouquet. My mother in law's flowers were worse (Order no 501467). The ’ma’ in the case design was replaced by a tattered ’m’. The flowers were old and ready to fall off. It was so hideous, my mother in law thought it was a cheap hurtful joke!! This new website is toying with emotions of so many mothers today, it needs to be taken down asap

Have ordered a delivery (Delivery no: 500920) via my flower tree for mother day on may 12, 2019. Today its may 13th, 2019 and it's still not delivered. Will the order be ever delivered. Customer support is a joke none of my calls attempts where answered.
I am going to take the same legal route and bring to light the cheaters who run this company.
I ordered a cake and a greeting card on 12 may 2019 around 10 am for same day delivery after confirmation from website. I paid 750 rs for this order. I got confirmation mail immediately.

Around 9:20 pm i received this message"
Dear customer, your order with myflowertree was attempted today at 17.22 hrs. We will re-attempt the delivery tomorrow."
Today also my order not delivered. I want immediate refund.

My order with order number 503061 has not been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered by 9pm on 12 may. I didn't have any response from ur staff. Neither the mails nor calls. I'm not at all satisfied with ur service. Whats the use of delivering the cake after the event. Very bad service and response. Did not expect this for u. Just let me know can do further

This is very sad that online site like flower tree takes a huge amount of money for 1 product and did not deliver the product on time.

I have placed Cake order for my little one nephew for Chandigarh and selected standard time 8am to 12pm but no has come up and delivered the cake .
Whole day passed my family were waiting for cake and I was about to give surprise to them and flower tree ruined that important moments.

In last minute my family person has to rush for Cake from bakery store because flower tree not even called and informed about delay and not shown up with product.

I have been calling whole day and checking the online status, send messages and email but no reply from this company.

This is highly irresponsible behaviour.

I am attaching some photos which shows the product is not even out for delivery.
They have not refunded my money and not delivered the cake.

I would request Consumer forum to take strict action against this company.

I would like to address this issue so that other citizen should not face such issues and tgey should not order product from this site.

Kindly take quick and strict action.
They have ruined someones birthday and surprise cake gift .

And they are highly irresponsible whole day passed no one has called and send courier person to my door.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service of my flower tree.com I ordered my parcel on the occasion of mother's day but till now it is not delivered my order no is 501178 and they have provided a wrong number so that we are unable to contact them kindly please help and do refund my money.i will thankful for such a support .

However, i will wait till today for the delivery, if not i am going to take the same legal route and bring to light the cheaters who run this company. This is online fraud. Who is going to compensate for the loss??

I had placed order to My tree for cake on Mother's day vide Order No./Type 499290 for amount of Rs.1000. Payment receipt confirmation is received but till now the order has not been delivered at the deisred location at Lucknow.

Since the order was not deilvered i want the amount paid for the order to be reimbursed to my card/ account...

I never expected this kind of behavior from flower tree, i am the user of this site and they are not respecting their customers.
Its little one's birthday and they are ruining it.

I have asked my family not to purchase cake from anywhere else, since i was ordering it online from my flower tree online site, but now see what happens. Today is her birthday and cake not reached.

This is how they serve their customers. Order still not reached.
I have asked them to deliver cake b/w 8.00am -12.00pm, time has already crossed and still no contacts.
I am calling in all the no. Provided in site but nobody is responding.

I will make sure that people around me should not use this site and will surely raise complaint to consumer court so that your company get sue asap.

Their is no response till now, i need my money as well as i will give my demands in consumer court.

I had ordered 12 yellow roses from my flower tree on 12 may, 2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 12 may itself. The amount i paid online was rs 495. The order was not delivered and in their site it is showing in preparation. They are neither picking up my phone so that i can know the proper status nor they mailed/msged me anything. They also did not cancel the order themselves neither there is option to do so now. They have just taken the money from me and are not responding at all. Please look into the matter and help me get my money back and also shut down such fraud companies. I am attaching my order screenshot.

I have ordered yesterday on dated 12/05/2019 on occasion of mother's day to make my mom feel special but you guys are very pathetic don't you have emotions. I wanted to wish mother's day to my mom but you guys charge it but didn't deliver it.
You guys didn't have picked my call no response from my mail, all time your customer care number goes busy. You people are cheated. If my product won't deliver i will complain against your wrong commitment to consumer court.

I ordered flowers for my mom 501673 for around 700 rupees but it was not delivered yet got message it is delivered at midnight. Such fraud you are. How dare you cheat me. Kindly refund my amount. Cheats this is how you cheat people. You ruined my mother's day. I am not gng to leave this. I need refund immediately. I would have ordered elsewhere. I, akansha gupta ordered a bamboo tree with order number 502069 on 12th may. The order i received is completely different from the image of the order shown in the website. On the website was mage the pot of the plant has mom word written in it but the pot of the plant which is deliverd has no such thing written in it and is very simple and cheap tahn shown in the image. So now i want either the same order as in the image or this website return the order and refund my rupees. This company is also not responding to any call, message and email. They are very unresponsive.

I have ordered flowers and cake on the mother's day occasion and i took the standard delivery. It has to be delivered by 9 pm on 12th may, 2019. They didn't deliver it and sent a message stating that "your order with my flowertree has been attempted at 7:54 pm. We will re-attempt the delivery tommorow."
I have given two numbers, they even didn't try to call at any number. Just for the sake of their solution they have sent this message.
I tried to call their customer care number and most of the time it comes out to be busy, mistakely one time my call get connected and for one hour the message was "my call was in a queue and will be answered shortly". I am having recording of it. Even after that i tried to see their email i'd which is not there at any place.
I am not sure if you can't deliver the things why your company take such orders which are specific to day and contains a great importance in someone's life. Now, there is no any benefit even if they are going to deliver it tommorow.
I want get my money 1293/- rs back and i want to say that your company's service is having the worst service i have ever used till today.

I had ordered heart shaped red valvet cake for my mother to be delivered on mothers' day 12 th may 2019, in rajkot gujrat. I had chosen heart shaped red valvet cake of 1244 rs. But they delivered us cheap choklate cake in place of our costly cake. The company is fraudlent.

I had chosen standard delivery.
The gift has not been delivered and no body is picking up the cc number. Holding up for long with no answer eventually.
Rs 899/- gone in drain and more so ruined this day for me n my mother.
The company is fraudulent and it’s a scam.
I am surprised that so many people have faced this issue today.
Never ever order from this site.
They just pay google to keep their site on top in search engine.
Fraudulent website claiming to deliver abroad, when can’t keep promise of doing that in india.

I have already paid 2120/- for both orders including delivery charges. Even they are not attending calls of customers.
Please help out of this.

I ordered cake and flowers to be delivered by 9pm. No way to contact! I tried call as well as text! Fraud company! Poor service! No way absolutely no way to contact.
If you can't fulfill your promises then don't make a promise in the first case.
If you can't gurantee a service then don't offer in the first place.
I would recommend people to refrain from using this app.

I live in los angeles and last year for mother's day had myflowertree deliver flowers to my mother in gurgaon, india - an alright experience. This year, thanks to persistent reminders from myflowertree i ended up making an order 4 days in advance and... Could i have been more disappointed. To start with the order placed for mother's day, may 12th, was delivered on the 11th. The bouquet itself - a beautiful "moon of roses", 25 red roses with rose petals stuck on the outside - was so shoddily made, it seemed like a child made it - nothing like what was shown on the website.. I was so ashamed at sending such a bouquet to my parents. This company does not care they have the ability to make or break people's special days. They never responded to my complaint.
