I live in los angeles and last year for mother's day had myflowertree deliver flowers to my mother in gurgaon, india - an alright experience. This year, thanks to persistent reminders from myflowertree i ended up making an order 4 days in advance and... Could i have been more disappointed. To start with the order placed for mother's day, may 12th, was delivered on the 11th. The bouquet itself - a beautiful "moon of roses", 25 red roses with rose petals stuck on the outside - was so shoddily made, it seemed like a child made it - nothing like what was shown on the website.. I was so ashamed at sending such a bouquet to my parents. This company does not care they have the ability to make or break people's special days. They never responded to my complaint.

My order was placed for 9th May 2021 and they did not deliver anything ! It was a birthday cake, plant and Terrarium. This is such a fraud company, on 13th May (5 DAYS after the scheduled delivery) they randomly messaged that they have delivered my order. Nothing, none of the items were delivered!
I have been writing to them and raising complaints for a month.
They even deleted my complaints from their facebook page. Pathetic company !
