I ordered a cake, flowers and gift on their same day delivery and got no update the whole day on whether its delivered or not.
Towards the end of day the delivery date changed to the next day. Tried to contact them on phone, chat, email, but no response.
And finally when they delivered it, they delivered the cake with a weong message. It looked like someone else's order. Such pathetic delivery and unprofessional service.
I am extremely disappointed and will never ever order from them. Will not recommend to anyone also.

My order was placed for 9th May 2021 and they did not deliver anything ! It was a birthday cake, plant and Terrarium. This is such a fraud company, on 13th May (5 DAYS after the scheduled delivery) they randomly messaged that they have delivered my order. Nothing, none of the items were delivered!
I have been writing to them and raising complaints for a month.
They even deleted my complaints from their facebook page. Pathetic company !
