It's been hours and no track of my order. Payment has gone through but no sign of delivery. How sad... That too on mothers day. I placed not one but two orders and you guys keep me on hold for hours... No one answers their calls, no one replies to complaints. Fraudulent companies like these need to shut. We all need to collectively take action else they will keep cheating people.

I placed not one but two orders on this website called my flower tree.com on Mothers day but no sign of the order. I am now unable to track my shipment, calls are being kept on hold for hours on end... Cheaters... Have to report this site to the police coz they take money and don't deliver. Several and numerous complaints... Action needs to be taken.

I have ordered two deliveries[protected] and not getting any response since yesterday it is saying preparing your order??? When will it be delivered after mothers day??? Its waste of money horrendous service i will never use or recomend this stupid website. You have only taken my hard earned money. You are losers.

I have been calling ur cc and on hold for 2 hours.

Do something before you lose all the credibility.

We have ordered cup cakes and they are very different from picture shown and quality is also not good, I spent 990 Rs but I don't think it worth for 100 Rs also.

Please refund my money and you can take the order back and even you can check what you have delivered and quality as well. I am trying to call there number also many times I have tried but no one is answering the call

Am order online 1 birthday cake rs.875/-.. Delivert timing my phone is not reachable within 15-20 min.. Bt meantime recd mail for urgent call +[protected] this number... Am trying 2-3 times bt not connect with representative finally am rply this eecd mail.. Right now he is asking me it my fault pay rs.150/-extra for re delivery chrgs.. N cancel order not pay refund... Am attached screen shot of calling n mailling... Still not rply this site

I have placed an order with myflowertree.com. Order number is 476025. I have order flowers and i wanted them to be delivered between 12-3 pm. But they have not delivered the product on time and i called them for the same they will deliver it around 6:00 pm, but if i have placed the order in between they should call and say that it will not be delivered on time would you still want this order to be delivered or you want to cancel. No calls were made. Very bad customer support team they have. Chat service responds after 15 -20 mins and the calls will be on hold for 15-20 minutes and still went answered, nobody responds on the emails. Can you please share the resolution for my query - either please refund the money or at least deliver the product. You can’t keep both the things with you. Kept on calling your customer support team but they will say you will get a call from our concerned team but nobody calls, i was suppos to get a call on last friday and now it was enough for me to handle the situation like this. Please do something about my order and close this.

I had placed an order on 8th march, 2019 and the same had been made. But still it was showing the payment was pending. I had spoken with mr. Tejas bhutani and i had also send the screenshot of my netbanking from where the money had been deducted from my bank. I didn't got the reply for the same.
This is the fraud case? I still haven't received my money back and not even my order was process.

A very disappointing experience i had with myflowertree. My hubby ordered for a kissing cuties, card, bouquet and a cake on the occasion of valentine’s day. I got the kissing cuties and the card as a surprise on the next day of the valentine day. We are married for 17yrs now… and the card which they sent had the message “ will you be mine”. The other two items didn't reach me and when my husband enquired about it they told that it is not in deliverable area. Items can be purchased only after we enter the pincode. Then how come it comes under non deliverable area.
After much followup they refund the money to the wallet. It was women’s day so my hubby thought to utilise the wallet money to buy something for me. He ordered for exotic butterscotch cake of rs 775 for 1/2 kilo and terrarium. The terrarium reached safetly but the cake was broken on the sides and nothing written on it. Still that was fine but the cake was not at all the same cake which we ordered. It didn't have at all the taste of butterscotch. It was more like a vanilla cake with buttercream.
I felt we were cheated and this was the first and the last time i had and will ever purchase from them.

I have placed an order with myflowertree.com. Order number is 476349. I have order flowers, chocolates and a greeting card and I wanted them to be delivered by 4 PM. For timely delivery I have paid 200 rupees extra for timely delivery. But they have not delivered the product on time and I called them for the same. They have told me that the product will be delivered by 5.30. When you can't deliver the product on time, why you give false promises. Such a horrible customer support team they have. Chat service responds after 15 mins and the calls will be on hold for 15-20 minutes which is so frustrating. This is my first experience and it was pathetic. I strongly suggest you guys to not to order anything from this ### site.

I had ordered flowers on occasion of valentine’s day (14th february 2019) from your website as same day delivery was available and confirmed.

I paid 648 rs for it via netbanking.

I did not get the delivery on 14th february and the status was showing as the flowers will be delivered next day i. E. 15th february which did not make sense to me.

Then delivery boy called up on 16th that he needs to deliver flowers which we denied and asked to cancel the order, it has been 2 weeks since we cancelled the order but no refund has been processed yet.

I had dropped multiple emails to there support mail id asking for refund but no luck.

Please treat this complaint seriously.

So we ordered a cake from the company. The time given for the delivery was between 9-10 pm whereas the cake didnt got delivered. I tried to call the incharge but the calls were not replied neither did they refund the money.
The experience was really very bad. I was like this service to get my money back from the company. The amount paid was rs 1240.

I have ordered couple of things from this online site in 14 feb 2019 in standard delivery which they say that will be deliver up to 9:00 pm. But it is disheartening that they couldn't delivered my order on time.
Also it is to inform you that i have got a fake message on 15 feb that your order is delivered. I haven't got my gifts yet and this is a fake online site. I am very disappointed with their pathetic service and also want my money back as i spend rs 2088 (Order no.467756) as soon as possible unless i have to complain at consumer court about this fraud.

I ordered a cake, flowers and gift on their same day delivery and got no update the whole day on whether its delivered or not.

Towards the end of day the delivery date changed to the next day. Tried to contact them on phone, chat, email, but no response.

And finally when they delivered it, they delivered the cake with a weong message. It looked like someone else's order. Such pathetic delivery and unprofessional service.

I am extremely disappointed and will never ever order from them. Will not recommend to anyone also.

Ordered 4 items but only 2 items are delivered. Opted for midnight delivery on 14th but 2 of the main items are not de delivered and charged rs 295 extra for midnight delivery.
Fraud service.
These companies should be penalised and banned from doing business.
No customer care number working and no reply for emails.
If they can not deliver an order why they are accepting the order by cheating customers.

This is ankita mittal bajaj writing from jaipur and my order no. Is 459215. I sent cupcakes flowers and gulabjamun box to my husband in mumbai. It was utter disappointment and sadness that

1. They havent delievered cupcakes.
2. Rasgulla was delivered instead of gulabjamun (Disgusting..!!!)
3. Roses were dead!! (#)

I have been charges for the entire thing!

This was my first and definitely the last experience with flower tree. But you need to answer back and justify all my 3 complaints. I want to escalate it to highest committe and bring out to people i know so that next time atleast someones special day and moments is not spoiled...!! Do you guys understand the damage of emotions you caused??

My gift is not delivered.
Companie's customer care number is also wrong.
No any kind of response
In google search engine this website is also in priority number
So people thought that it is official trusted website

Please sir reply for this and take action.

Fake company. No response from this site. All customer care numbers are not working. Let's unite together and raise a voice. Since because we leave it as the amount is very less, these people are growing up very smartly to cheat us. We should never give up. I have ordered flowers on 14th feb paid additional charges for same day delivery. But the product is not yet delivered also cash is not refunded yet. Please assist me with this.

I had ordered cake on 05th feb. Order was supposed to be delivered on 15th. But it has still not arrived. I am so disappointed with your service. Not even being able to call and get to know what is the status. Please either give money back and cancel the order

I have ordered 3 items from MyFlowerTree online .which includes 1 Cake, 1 Gift Card and 1 mix rose bouquet on occasion of valentine day 14th Feb 2019 and suppose to be delivered on same day. But even today while I am writing this to you at 8.56 PM 15th Feb 2019 my order still not delivered. I am I have email to their customer support but got no response. Even the customer care number is invalid and some numbers are not reachable.
Kindly help me . It harassed me mentally . I need my money back and strict action against them.

I had ordered one product on 14 Feb 2019 due to valentines day, still not received. And also they changed the delivery date to the next day without my concern. No response at all from the customer care members. All the numbers are invalid. Never ever believe this website and waste your money.

I really don't expect that these people refund our money. Just playing with the public emotions.
