Ordered Here and Now Shirt from Myntra which was small in size for my 8 years old kid. My kid did not even try the shirt as we matched the size with his old shirt and realized it was small. The return was raised and the same happened on 7 Dec 2021. My return executive properly checked the items and tags and took the product in a good condition. Next day I received a message that my return is failed due to Quality check failure. I fail to understand that once the product has been checked by delivery guy and taken with him, how is the customer responsible for anything that has happened in the return transit process back to vendor.

I constantly followed up with Myntra customer care for the same after which they wrongly categorised my complain under " product received looks old and used'. They are closing my complain stating that the product received is new. My concern was never the quality of the product. The shirt was nice and in good condition and it was taken from me back in the same manner. The customer care representatives expected me to accept the reshipped item back, which I denied because all this marketing and selling gimmick just did not make any sense. Y should i accept a product when it was not even my fault on what happened during delivery.

The customer care never followed up with me. I tried explaining the whole situation everytime to atleast a dozen customer executives and one Senior executive Mr. Tarun, who was suppose to get back to me by 18th Dec. Height o[censored]nprofessional behavior and mismanagement got reflected, when they themselves had no idea on where exactly the product is. The same seems to be have been misplaced by them and they are putting the whole blame on customer and harassing me for it.

Now, i don't have the product and i don't even have my refund. Moreover, from almost a month, the company does not even concern to call the customer and try to understand the issue. This has been my most pathetic customer service experience. I urge someone to please help me resolve my concern or atleast guide me with suitable course of action.

    This is Niranjan Singh. I make two times UPI payment for Myntra which is 376 +376 on 15th December. But Myntra app shows cod. I make 376Rs. cod at the time of delivery.i have camplent so many times with Myntra about my deducted money Which total is 752rs. But Myntra can't refunded my money till date.please sir help me.I also added screenshot of my deducted money.

      There was no return pickup facility for this product. When I called the customer care they asked me to do the following -

      1) To raise a self-ship return request on myntra to get a return id
      2) Pack the item in a packet and inside the same packet to put a white paper where the order id and return id is written properly along with the product
      3) Self Ship the product to this address 430, Pashupati bhattacharjee Road, PS-Behala, PO-Paschim putiary, Kolkata - 700041
      Also they mentioned any courier partner except for DTDC will do. India post is also fine.

      Raised the Return Request On: 14th November 2021

      Return Id: [protected]

      I sent the courier as was told by the customer care personnel on 16th November 2021, sent it via India post and it took me Rs. 30 to self-ship the same.

      After that i waited i received an update that the item delivery has been refused and the item was re-delivered to me.

      When i received the item again i called the customer care executive they asked me to do the following -

      1) Their Return Facility Address has changed now and now the address is
      **East

      Plot no.5&6, Arrjavv Industrial Park, Durgapur expressway, near coal India ltd, Dankunibil, West Bengal - 712310 (Packages sent through courier company “DTDC courier” are not accepted, please refrain from shipping your product through them)

      and the remaining process remains the same as before
      2) They mentioned they will refund me the courier charges for both the courier charges as that is the fault on their end via Myntra Credits and for the product to my original payment method which was Google Pay.

      I again reshipped the product as was told by the customer care personnel on 23rd November 2021, sent it via India post and it took me Rs. 41 to self-ship the same.

      After that, I waited for my refund but nothing came.
      I called customer care multiple times but nobody could give me a solution. I only faced harassment and stress regarding my refund.

      My last conversion was with Shreyas the Case Manager from the Escalation Desk on 18th December 2021.
      That day itself Shreyas also canceled my return request raised.

      He wrote me that they have received the item and that they will refund the amount for my product within 22nd December 2021. Once i receive the refund for the product then they will refund both of my courier charges.

      Till Date i haven't received my refund. (As of today it is 26th December 2021)

      I want the following
      Product Refund: Rs. 587
      Courier Charges Refund: Rs. 30 + Rs. 41

      Please help and I am sick of talking to customer care and everytime explaining the same to a new person again and again.

        I have ordered this jeans on 21st November2021, I had processed the return request and next morning when courier boy came to me for pick the product then we had noticed price was not mentioned on the box or product. I informed them price tag was not mentioned at the time of delivery but due to poor fitting I wanted to return this product. Next day I had received the call that due to price tag issue we are not able to refund the product, I had clearly informed them that was missing at the of delivery, but they are stucked on their statement and force me to go with particular product. I had clarify that price tag was missing because I have not received the same at time of delivery also. Today again they (customer service person) said we need the barcode sticker, which unfortunately didnt had, So customer service people told me there is nothing can be done on this and hung up on me..which was very rude..a pathetic service you provide..Didnt expect this from myntra..till today they are dening to refund process due to the price tag
        I HAD BEEN LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER FOR LONG TIME AND FREQUENT SHOPPER TOO.. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE..THEY CHEAT U ..THE PRODUCT WHICH I GOT WAS NOT EVEN WORTH 1000 rs...THINK MILLION TIMES BEFORE YOU SHOP

          Myntra delivered wrong product to me hoodie instead of jacket i ordered and now the prices of jacket is increased and i am asking them to deliver the product what i ordered but they created return without my consent and telling me to have refund.

              I purchased a roadster jeans of size 34 as recommended by Myntra as per their methods of measurement and I trusted the company but I found size is large . Then I want to exchange the product but first they show product is out of stock but today when I checked the product is available for rs 2499 and I purchased the same for rs 560 with 70% discount but still they are showing that product is out of stock

                I have returned some clothes and account showing 3141 Rs credits. Now am unable to see the credit amount in my account. I have contacted the customer care they are saying Credit lapsed as you don't used. Who give them right to take the customer money? Atleast They have to return it to bank I want my money back. I didn't get any call as credit will lapse use it.

                  Myntra Credit amount not showing

                  I have returned some cloths. And got credit of 3141 Rs. Now It's showing 0 amount in credit. I have checked with customer care they are saying credit valid for one year. Why they are not calling person to use it other wise it will lapse. At least they should credit it in account. This is worst policy in Myntra. Who give you rights to take the customers money....

                  Myntra credit is showing nil balance...I was having 3351 ..suddenly my balance is showing zero ..
                  Myntra is cheating the customer i got my refund amount on May 2021 Rs 2592 and 759Rs on jun 2021...now they are telling it got expired...I lost 3351 in myntra..please help me regarding this.

                  In my complaint I read myntra credit policy..they have mentioned they will inform 45days prior to the expiry date the intimation will be sent through mail...I checked my mail I didn't get any mail from. Myntra about expiry..and I didn't get any call from myntra..so please help 3351Rs

                      I received the product on 23rd of Dec 202 for HRX shoes . I came home and tried the produce late night at home on the same day and it was not in proper fitting as per my feet. So the next day morning it self i placed the request to return it on 24th and the same day the guy came i showed him the product and returned it they way I had received it with the bill.

                      Since they picked up the product on 24th I placed another shoes of Sketchers the same day and now they are saying I have returned the used product. I am saying how can I use the product when I received it late night and next day the picked up the product. I also spoken with Mr. Saddam Hussain from customer service regarding the same. However he is asking for me to wait and take the product at my place again and then call us back

                      I wanted Myntra to take the return for my HRX shoes as I already ordered another one for my self

                        I received a faulty mochi beige slippers (both slippers are for the right leg) and would like to return it and get a refund. I had previously raised a complaint regarding the product. A return request was made but the courier agent is asking for a serial number in order to return the product. Please help me with the same.                           I ordered my Allen solley white colour jacket they sended me wrong product .immediately I called them and Asked them for return .there delivery boy knows nothing he checked the jacket and gone .after that msg pop up that my item is quality checked failed .my money is gone they have done fraud to me .the jacket is gone money too.I have been hold on call for 1 hour atleast I called there manage there supervisor everybody but they all say lie .they have no solution. Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                              I have placed return for my 4 products(In around 20 days duration as order received at different different time) which is not suitable for me from myntra and delivery persons are not taking the return back and updating the fake status from there end.

                              I raised the same concern with myntra support and they are not responding back and there support members closing the ticket saying we will come back but the status for ticket is resolved, So at the end they are not updating end user properly and not sure they are dealing with this issue or not.
                              For calling also they are not allowing any direct call for support, they are using callback functionality and I am currently outside india and I ordered for my parents.

                              **Concern*
                              This is regarding the return of the product. It is pending from a long time and delivery person not coming and updating wrong status. This is happening with everyone(near to my area) from last 20-30 days. Looks like myntra delivery warehouse persons are not taking care for this. This is a very big problem for us as our money is stuck.
                              Apart from that myntra order system also behaving weird as there return request automatically canceling and in app it will show just last status as delivered and nothing more. So at the end no one is considering/helping for our request and our orders are stuck and once time reached for returning the product we will not be able to raise the request in system.
