I ordered a pair of HRX shoes on 3rd Dec 2021.
It was delivered in evening of 6th Dec 2021.
The shoe was displayed in the category of sports running shoes but when I recieved it, they were so heavy that it will be difficult to do any kind of exercise in them, neither they were comfortable. So on the same day i.e 6th Dec I raised a return request, just within couple of hours of delivery.
On 7th Dec evening a delivery guy shows up, picks up the parcel and on afternoon of 8th Dec I received an SMS stating my return request got declined due to quality issues. Even I didn't wore them for once also each and every paper, invoice, tags were intact properly.
This got me thinking products delivered by Myntra itself doesn't pass their own quality tests????
Just when I recieved this SMS I called customer care service, the guy on the other side listened me for 30seconds and told me to wait for 2 mins. I waited for more than that . My call was kept on hold and after few minutes he hung up on me.
I have all the proof for invoice and call recordings.
I request to get this resolved please.

Updated by J_Ani Still the complaint is as it is, no body took any action on this. Moreover now this issue is hampering my mental peace.
