I returned my order as i received from Myntra with all the tags intact without using the product, later they sent mail to me that my refund won't be processed as it failed in quality check.
The person who collected the return didn't said anything about the product that it isn't correct or bad in quality.
What quality check parameters the product failed in i have no idea, they haven't even mentioned anything. And they stated that issue is resolved.

I want my refund for the Product.

    So i ordered a pink tokyo talkies dress from myntra few days back. I have been a regular buyer and I never faced any problem but this time when I received my product it was defective. Immediately i placed a return but the delivery boy isn't accepting it he says that myntra needs to approve the product first. I tried to speak to their customer care service but haven't got any problem resolved till date. This is very bad. I need my refund back. I didn't pay for a defective product. Also to mention all the tags are intact and the dress is unused.

      I had returned the sweater as I did not like the fit of the product and had size issues on trail. But a while after the return pickup was done I got a message from Myntra saying that the return was kept on hold as it failed the quality check. Now I was surprised with that because as soon as I opened the product I did the trail and place the return request then how come it failed the quality check when I returned the product as it came to me. Customer service of Myntra was of no help and later I got the message saying that the product will be reshipped to me. Now I did not do any quality check when the product arrived so now as per their saying I have no option but to think that they sent me a used product and now wants to throw it on my face in the name of failed quality check. I want my money back and I am never going to shop with Myntra because I have shopped with many e-commerce websites but never faced such problem. I am not going to come under your blame game and shut my mouth when there's no fault on my side.

        I had ordered football shoes (adidas men yellow xghosted football shoes) from myntra for 3k approx.
        I didn't use them ever. They had just been sitting idly in my hostel room for a few days as i was home.
        When i got back, i decided to return them as i found even better shoes on myntra itself.
        I requested a return within the return window.
        The delivery person came the following day to pick up the order.
        He refused to take them even when they had been opened for the first time in front of him.
        Even the sole of the shoes had not been scratched or rubbed (pictures have been attached for everyone to see).
        The delivery person asked me to talk to the customer care.
        I have talked to about more than 5 customer care executives, none of them seem to understand the issue but after the call disconnects, there is a message from myntra that your query has been resolved.
        It is very frustrating as neither can i use the shoes now nor can return it.
        This is happening with me, although of the fact that i am a regular customer from myntra.
        I have also registered a written complaint but to that also the same reply i have received that your query has been resolved when actually it's the same as it was the day before.
        Please myntra help me with this.
        Please don't break the trust of your loyal customers.

          I ordered a white dress on Myntra on December 12th, 2021 and I received the product on December 16th, 2021 and I tried the dress once and the fit wasn't good. So, I applied for return of the dress on the same day(December 16th, 2021) and the return was picked up on 17th December, 2021 morning and that night itself I got a mail stating that the return is "put on hold" because of quality check and I was so shocked. So, I called the customer executive on 18th December, 2021(today) and he told he will raise a complaint regarding this and cut the call. Within few minutes, I am getting a mail that the "Return is Rejected". I am so shocked and no one is giving a proper explanation. The product was applied for return on the same day it delivered and I just tried it once and because of fit issues I raised for return immediately and how can they classify such product has used/damaged.

          Please help me on this refund of this unfair rejection done by Myntra

          I have ordered few thing's from myntra and while returning 2 products went on rejection stage where in the product was all in new unused and in taged condition then how can you guy's say that we can't process the refund

            I bought a roadster Jean from Myntra. The size ordered ended up by being too large. I di not even open it fully as it appeared too large. I returned the package the very next day. The delivery agent who came to pick up the package verified that tags were present and took the package.

            The claim was immediately denied sighting tag was not present. How am I responsible for tag getting lost on their side. I returned in the pristine condition as delivered. However Myntra has failed to recognise a genuine fault on their side. They are shipping back the product to me. What do I do with such a large Jean. I have purchased so many products from Myntra. I will refrain from making any more purchases. Fraudsters

              Hi team,

              I had placed order on 15th and while making payment faced some technical issue.. due to which payment was debited from my account.

              I also spk to CC team but they asked to to make payment again and I will receive the refund of the first payment in 72 hours.

              But I hve not received the refund yet.

                  My myntra credit of 1100/- got expired and i didn't get my money back. I didn't get any notification prior to expiration. I request them to extend my expiry date so that i can redeem that amount

                    A Pickup Agent from Shadowfax took the clothe from my adress at 9th December 2021
                    Around 1 O'CLOCK and went.
                    At 2:44 I got a call from the same agent.
                    Ha asked me for pickup code.
                    I gave him the code and phone disconnected. And just after that I got a message that "Pickup from Myntra has been cancelled "
                    In this way I lost my clothe and the refund both.

                      I needed the invoice for my Order#1171416 [protected]

                      I have drafted multiple emails and made so many calls but still I am unable to get the invoice to claim my warranty.

                      I think this is not helping me. This is not the way to treat a customer. I am so pissed off and will never ever recommend Myntra to someone.

                        I had placed an order# 119049553796564297601 of Dressberry sweater from Myntra. Delivery person did not contacted me and I got status as delivery attempt failed in my orders history of Myntra app. It was not delivered to me till given date of delivery by them after which I contacted Myntra customer support. Two days later they cancelled order mentioning internal issue as reason. Just because I had ordered at a discounted price, my order was cancelled. I feel cheated and when contacted they said that they can do nothing about it! Is this the way customers should be treated? I was very disappointed and angry at the same time. I will take this issue across platforms and even to the court if they do not come up with a proper resolution.

                          When I order the product it has mentioned hassle free return but when I placed return order, serial code is not matching so service guy refused to pick up the order. I placed return request again.

                            .I had ordered Deyann kurta from myntra whose order number 119006808992657891301, price 1436/- but myntra gave very wrong item when i wanted to return it myntra didn't return me the same for many days but when date 13/ Same return from same xpressbess Curiar on 12/2021, .But myntra did not refund me, after all, I have done myntra's fraud camplain in national consumer grevance, whose docket number is 3160680, please myntra customer care if you are a little ashamed, then give me a refund of Rs.1436/-, myntra fraud with me.

                              1. There is no price tag
                              But now we have found price tag so we want exchange.

                                I have raised this complaint multiple times and every time new person come and tell me your problem will be resolved within 48 hours.
                                But the problem is still not resolve and it's continuing from October 1st week.
                                Now they are saying my account will never be recoverable I need to create new account and they will not do anything for it.
                                I was the Elite member and they are not giving me any benefits. Fake promises and fake benefits.

                                  I received the product but shoe fit is not good so I returned. They rejected the review saying product quality is not good. I just tried it once and not event stepped out of my home.

                                    On 30 November 2021, Myntra Delivery agent brought opened package thus, had tampered with our product. When we refused to accept, he snatched the package, ran away yelling verbal abuses. This is regarding complaint no. IN[protected]. Case managers Sumaiya and Surya Prakash said on call that action (suspension etc.) will be taken against delivery agent due to his rude and illegal behaviour, however, in final written resolution of complaint, there's no action against delivery agent. Myntra blatantly ignores illegal practice and behavior against a CUSTOMER by an employee (delivery agent) of their company/business. If company is not interested in taking a strict action, then don't lie that they will.
                                    After this, I called and raised multiple tickets over the course of 2 weeks but all were closed without reading and without any resolution.
                                    This company employs criminals who sell opened, used products and try to loot from CUSTOMERs their hard earned money. This company is engaged in fraud and malpractice. Mine is one of the many cases where it's clear Myntra treats its CUSTOMERs like ###. No one should purchase from a company which has become the subject of infamy.

                                    They shirked all responsibility and said the delivery centre will do as it deems fit. No strict action taken. And Myntra will probably resolve this complaint, lying that they did something useful. Don't believe any of their false claims.
                                    Case manager called and said no action taken even though he admitted that open packaging was sent and policy violated. The company has no policies in place and is run by hooligans.

                                      I received my shoes on the same expected date with poor packing and they are large size so I request for return on the same day I received them. I got confirmation for returning the same and I called the delivery boy within 1hr for return. He checked out shoes and tags everything was good nothing was missing but later on the next day my refund was declined because of a quality check.

                                        Yesterday I got a call from +[protected] this no. And he's saying that "Sir I've your product with me and also he confirmed me that there is no defects found also they found price tag which they claimed for.
                                        And after some time he told me that he's sending a new notification in my Myntra account In which I've to select return option (without any product) and then they provide my refund.
                                        So I followed all those process and today I'm getting a call from delevery person who's asking me to return the product.

                                        Afterall I just wanted to say that these things are happening and we customer are suffering with this.
