Today on 1st January 2022 I received my order of a wide leg blue high rise jeans of brand Tokyo Talkies around 10:30am. When I tried it the jeans was hugely oversized so immediately requested a return of the order and refund of my money back. On the same in the evening around 5:30-6pm the delivery agent came and took the order after checking tags intact in the jeans. At night I'm getting a message stating that I have used the jeans and the tags are missing. How is that possible and why will I wear those when those jeans don't fit me. And Myntra is trynna bluff me. I want my money back.

    First they said that o got ky parcel on 29th december 2021
    But today its 1st january 2022
    If you are nit able to deliver my parcel than cancel my order
    If someone asked about my experience i gave -5 to this site
    Its my frist time experience
    Nd i hate it
    I am not gonna shopping again from this site

      I have ordered one loafers but due to size mismatch I have requested for replacement with proper size and by today courier man came at my house and after checking of previous delivered item and refused to replace with reason that the Company Price Tag was not found on previous delivered item.

      I received previous delivered item without price tag I have also explain this to delivery man and he also spoken with his supervisor Mr.Chirag but both are not agree for exchange/replacement. I have much requested to this person that the company not provided price tag with delivered item. You can ask your company and take confirmation but they didn't heard my request and not delivered my item.

          I had ordered Inc. 5 footwear for me on 2nd week of Dec 2021 and a sweatshirt+boxers for my brother 10th December. It was already long time and I haven’t got any update on it but when I opened the app to check the status it was already cancelled with reasons stating: cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I am sure that’s not the case because I was getting my other orders delivered. My question is on integrity and reliability of Myntra. If they can’t provide the promised service then they should not be into the business. If I have decided to buy something which was available on the site how can they decide on cancelling it without my consent? How do they know that cancelling the order won’t impact my plans and preparations related to that product on particular occasion? It is highly unprofessional and irresponsible of them. There this attitude has impacted my planning for the event. I could have got them from near store if I wouldn’t have trusted their promise on delivery and availability. Is there any legal action we can take on Myntra for doing this?

                I have ordered the Decathalon women's jacket from Myntra on 18th December, and it was showing on the site that on 20th December the order has been shipped, and it will be delivered on 30th December. But neither has the order is not delivered yet nor has there been any update to date.

                  Had order Men Black Solid Reversible Puffer Jacket of size L. that didn't have price tag attached to that jacket but one "TAX INVOICE " was inside the parcel
                  I needed a larger size and hence raised an return request due to size issues on the same day of the delivery.

                  Myntra rejected return request and said that without a price tag they can't pick up the jacket. What will i do now?Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
                  Myntra should have verified the seller or the product before shipping it

                    I have received damaged and refurbished product which i have already informed your representative on call after unboxing of the product. Your representative open this complain and told him to please mention that i have received the damaged and refurbished product. This is not the good service gesture which I am receiving from Myntra with the help of Opening Sale/Discount and deliver the damaged + refurbished product.
                    Please look into the pictures and as there it is damaged and with so many scratches it is looking that it is refurbished product. I will acknowledge if you replace this with the NEW Watch. As i have paid for New product Not the REFURBISHED PRODUCT.

                        I was supposed to receive a refund amount of rs. 1214 from myntra which was initiated on 10th December 2021 but it has not been credited to my account till now (31st December 2021). Myntra has provided me a reference number and I contacted my bank support team with the same number but they informed me that there is nothing with that given reference number. After that I have contacted myntra again and they are saying the same thing again and again. Myntra also asked me for my bank statement which I sent them and then they said it was not asked it was a wrong information given to you. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. Now they are denying to resolve my issue.
                        Kindly help me in getting my refund money.

                          I have placed an order for a product (Safari trolley bag for Rs2249) on Myntra on 20th December 2021, it was expected to arrive on 4th Jan 2022, although it was a long time period but I ordered. The products was in the offer and I also applied a coupon. The order was placed successfully. On 27th December a message came that your order was cancelled, when I checked it states ' order was cancelled due to your request' even when I didn't cancelled that. I called customer care for this issue and they replied it cancelled from their side. So I told them about out of stock and price hike about 5 times but they didn't provide any solution. They asked me to order at that price (hiked price).
                          It was okay if there was some increase in the price. But the price went form around 2200 to 9500. There was no problem from my side so why should I pay that much.
                          If Myntra wanted to sell that product at the higher price then why showed a lower price and then cancelled it.

                            With due respect i would like to state that I bought this jacket online from myntra for Rs 1389 size medium, the cost price of this product was 4399/- but a massive discount was given on it. This product was delivered to me on 24.12.2021, at 12:50 PM, I tried the product for me it was extra loose, so i packed it and generated a return request on the very same day that is on 24.12.2021, at 6:03 PM. The very next day pickup boy from myntra courier service called me up and said he cannot find the address so he did not came. On Sunday that is on 26.12.2021, he came opened the product checked it and took it. The courier guy always checks the product and then takes it. Now I received a message from myntra that my returned item has failed the quality check because the returned product was damaged, used or tags were missing. but the product that i returned had the tags on, it was not damaged, neither it was used because it was not possible for me to use the product and return it the very same day and that also when the product is extra loose to wear. This is a very cheap trick played by myntra because firstly the item was on a massive discount this clearly shows that there was already something wrong in the product quality and this is not the first time but many a times myntra has delivered used and dirty products of very poor quality but somehow in their case they don't see it .Also talking about using the product if i was using it then why would i return it on the same day, I would have kept the product with me for two atleast two three days and then generated the return request. When i tried to contact the customer care they very sweetly fooled me and said you receive the return product and then we will see what we can do about it. But the truth is the don't provide any help they simply extend the time period or linger on and close the matter. This is not the first time i have face this situation from myntra twice they have delivered me defective masks of puma and once declined my return request of a top for no reason. Now they have reshipped the jacket to me which is still with me with all the tags on it, not used and not damaged. This is a very cheap trick from myntra!

                              Myntra was supposed to deliver me 8 products in one packet, all products are prepaid.

                              But I have received only 3 products, and for all 8 products they have marked as delivered in their APP.

                              After delivery I checked the product and talk to the delivery boy that I have not received my all products 5 are missing, he told me that whatever he had with him he has delivered it.

                              Within delivery of 15 min I raised complaint to myntra about my undelivered 5 products.

                                On 30 November 2021, Myntra Delivery agent brought opened package thus, had tampered with our product. When we refused to accept, he snatched the package, ran away yelling verbal abuses. This is regarding complaint no. IN[protected]. Case managers Sumaiya and Surya Prakash said on call that action (suspension etc.) will be taken against delivery agent due to his rude and illegal behaviour, however, in final written resolution of complaint, there's no action against delivery agent. Myntra blatantly ignores illegal practice and behavior against a CUSTOMER by an employee (delivery agent) of their company/business. If company is not interested in taking a strict action, then don't lie that they will.
                                After this, I called and raised multiple tickets over the course of 2 weeks but all were closed without reading and without any resolution.
                                This company employs criminals who sell opened, used products and try to loot from CUSTOMERs their hard earned money. This company is engaged in fraud and malpractice. Mine is one of the many cases where it's clear Myntra treats its customers horribly. No one should purchase from a company which has become the subject of infamy.

                                Update - Got a call from company (case manager Mohammed) who said he closed the case with no action.
                                Don't trust that all other resolved cases posted here have had any action.

                                    Hi Myntra Team,

                                    My Name is Ashish and I have placed an order with Myntra for Arrow Shirt Blue and White Strip in Order ID # 1192250 [protected].

                                    Here I have placed an Order for Arrow Shirt Blue and White Stripe and I have received the wrong shirt with yellow and white stripes.

                                    I have placed a return for this order and the delivery person has informed me that this can not be returned and I need to reach customer support. I have reached customer support and received communication that I need to share images, price tags of the product.

                                    Now I just checked that the price tag has not been attached with the shirt. Looks like Myntra intentionally sent me the wrong product removing the price tags, so that I can't return the product and I have to keep the wrong item only.

                                    This product was for Rs1, 199/-. This amount is not that huge, I can bear the loss of this amount, but as a precautionary measure I have canceled all the other orders that I have placed with Myntra.

                                    Going forward I'll not purchase anything from Myntra, also will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from Myntra.

                                    Also I would suggest you to become professional and learn at least something from your competitor "FLIPKART"; in regards to the customer satisfaction.

                                        I ordered a sasafras dress order no[protected]-9655101
                                        On 19 December 2021. I received the dress but i found my order a little defective with a red mark over it.
                                        I order A lot from Myntra and found it one of the best online Shopping app .But this time I put the dress over return policy. When the delivery agent came he refused to take the order back.it is absolutely ridiculous since this never happened to me earlier
                                        It is the responsibility of the company to provide best of product and maintain a trust among its costomer
                                        I want Myntra to take some action since all the tags are intact and I haven't used the product when I found it already inappropriate.
                                        All my bills and invoice are with me and I want MYNTRA TO INITIATE MY REQUEST SINCE I AM A FREQUENT COSTUMER OF MYNTRA AND I THINK IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN MYNTRA WILL LOSE ITS REPUTATION IN ASPECT TO THE TRUST OF CUSTOMER.
