      This is the second time that I'm facing a very uncomfortable experience with Myntra. The product ordered and the product delivered is completely different. The previous product was also not accepted and no refund was initiated too. Which is completely UNACCEPETED AND INTOLERABLE.

      This is a very suspicious behavior, as the wrong product which was delivered had MAGNETIC TAGS still present for the products while it had the CORRECT invoice . Please see that I get my refund ASAP.

      The return agent has arrived and marked it with STATUS ON HOLD, inspite of clearly explaining the problem to them, I donot understand why it is so difficult for Myntra to solve the simplest concerns.

        I placed an exchange request for my Mango jeans on 8 December 2021 from Myntra. It arrived on (11th December). I decided to return it because it was a used pair of jeans. I requested for the return on 13th December. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was next day. I told courier guy that these are used jeans then he refused to take it and told me to file a complaint. I filed a complaint. After that a message was sent on my mobile saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
        I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the product didn't pass quality check. Now why the hell would I do that? Remove the tags? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. It's you people who had sent a defective product. I should have opened the packet in front of the delivery guy, is it? If the product was undamaged when it left your warehouse, then why on earth am I not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

        I haven't heard from myntra regarding my refund for the damaged product received. Can we please expedite this. This has been my most pathetic customer service experience from myntra.

          I ordered 5 jewellery accesories worth Rs 4000 and 4 of them were completely damaged and unusable on arrival. I placed return request the next day and the same was accepted by the seller. However, 2 days later, the pickup agent refused to pickup the damaged item and rejected the return. Since then, I have been chasing Myntra over the last 2 weeks for return, however they keep telling my query will be resolved in 24 hours and now they are saying the return window is over. Completely unexpected & absolutely shocking from Myntra.

              I have placed an order from myntra on 17th dec 2021, which is expected to deliver on 4th Jan 2022, which is too late.
              I request for an early delivery of the above, I need it on or before 30th Dec 2021, as it is very very urgent for me.

                I placed my order on 4th Dec and was expecting delivery by 18th Dec. It was shipped after 6 days of placing order and is stuck on shipped status since then. It is now showing order is delayed. It has already been 15 days since I placed my order. I used to get my order within 7days. 15 days are too much and still I don't know whether they will deliver it not. Plus there's no cancel option in it.

                    I returned my order as i received from Myntra with all the tags intact without using the product, later they sent mail to me that my refund won't be processed as it failed in quality check.
                    The person who collected the return didn't said anything about the product that it isn't correct or bad in quality.
                    What quality check parameters the product failed in i have no idea, they haven't even mentioned anything. And they stated that issue is resolved.

                      So i ordered a pink tokyo talkies dress from myntra few days back. I have been a regular buyer and I never faced any problem but this time when I received my product it was defective. Immediately i placed a return but the delivery boy isn't accepting it he says that myntra needs to approve the product first. I tried to speak to their customer care service but haven't got any problem resolved till date. This is very bad. I need my refund back. I didn't pay for a defective product. Also to mention all the tags are intact and the dress is unused.

                        I had returned the sweater as I did not like the fit of the product and had size issues on trail. But a while after the return pickup was done I got a message from Myntra saying that the return was kept on hold as it failed the quality check. Now I was surprised with that because as soon as I opened the product I did the trail and place the return request then how come it failed the quality check when I returned the product as it came to me. Customer service of Myntra was of no help and later I got the message saying that the product will be reshipped to me. Now I did not do any quality check when the product arrived so now as per their saying I have no option but to think that they sent me a used product and now wants to throw it on my face in the name of failed quality check. I want my money back and I am never going to shop with Myntra because I have shopped with many e-commerce websites but never faced such problem. I am not going to come under your blame game and shut my mouth when there's no fault on my side.

                          I had ordered football shoes (adidas men yellow xghosted football shoes) from myntra for 3k approx.
                          I didn't use them ever. They had just been sitting idly in my hostel room for a few days as i was home.
                          When i got back, i decided to return them as i found even better shoes on myntra itself.
                          I requested a return within the return window.
                          The delivery person came the following day to pick up the order.
                          He refused to take them even when they had been opened for the first time in front of him.
                          Even the sole of the shoes had not been scratched or rubbed (pictures have been attached for everyone to see).
                          The delivery person asked me to talk to the customer care.
                          I have talked to about more than 5 customer care executives, none of them seem to understand the issue but after the call disconnects, there is a message from myntra that your query has been resolved.
                          It is very frustrating as neither can i use the shoes now nor can return it.
                          This is happening with me, although of the fact that i am a regular customer from myntra.
                          I have also registered a written complaint but to that also the same reply i have received that your query has been resolved when actually it's the same as it was the day before.
                          Please myntra help me with this.
                          Please don't break the trust of your loyal customers.

                            I ordered a white dress on Myntra on December 12th, 2021 and I received the product on December 16th, 2021 and I tried the dress once and the fit wasn't good. So, I applied for return of the dress on the same day(December 16th, 2021) and the return was picked up on 17th December, 2021 morning and that night itself I got a mail stating that the return is "put on hold" because of quality check and I was so shocked. So, I called the customer executive on 18th December, 2021(today) and he told he will raise a complaint regarding this and cut the call. Within few minutes, I am getting a mail that the "Return is Rejected". I am so shocked and no one is giving a proper explanation. The product was applied for return on the same day it delivered and I just tried it once and because of fit issues I raised for return immediately and how can they classify such product has used/damaged.

                            Please help me on this refund of this unfair rejection done by Myntra

                              I bought a roadster Jean from Myntra. The size ordered ended up by being too large. I di not even open it fully as it appeared too large. I returned the package the very next day. The delivery agent who came to pick up the package verified that tags were present and took the package.

                              The claim was immediately denied sighting tag was not present. How am I responsible for tag getting lost on their side. I returned in the pristine condition as delivered. However Myntra has failed to recognise a genuine fault on their side. They are shipping back the product to me. What do I do with such a large Jean. I have purchased so many products from Myntra. I will refrain from making any more purchases. Fraudsters

                                I had placed order on 15th and while making payment faced some technical issue.. due to which payment was debited from my account.

                                I also spk to CC team but they asked to to make payment again and I will receive the refund of the first payment in 72 hours.

                                But I hve not received the refund yet.

                                      A Pickup Agent from Shadowfax took the clothe from my adress at 9th December 2021
                                      Around 1 O'CLOCK and went.
                                      At 2:44 I got a call from the same agent.
                                      Ha asked me for pickup code.
                                      I gave him the code and phone disconnected. And just after that I got a message that "Pickup from Myntra has been cancelled "
                                      In this way I lost my clothe and the refund both.

                                        I needed the invoice for my Order#1171416 [protected]

                                        I have drafted multiple emails and made so many calls but still I am unable to get the invoice to claim my warranty.

                                        I think this is not helping me. This is not the way to treat a customer. I am so pissed off and will never ever recommend Myntra to someone.
