The dress was small and i asked for return but it has not been picked up yet and it has passed more than 7 busiiness days

Please know my case history below,

# first i requested for exchange of my shoes Red Tape

# A courier partner reached at my door step early morning and asked for replacement. I went to him with the old shoes, he try to match the serial numbers and try to scan but the same was not happen and he declined for the exchange, first of all number mismatch or any other issue are not my fault.

# after that I raised complaint for the same on 12th January 1pm. And I got assured that my complaint will be resolved on 15th January 1pm.

# but unfortunately that was also not happen on 15th then i contacted with your customer service team again and the senior from escalation department talked with me and assured me the resolution.

#on 16th i got message from your team that I will receive the exchange on 20th and finally j was happy that after so many efforts i got resolution.

# today i again got message from your side that the exchange is not possible and all the possible action are blocked for that order.

Now please tell me is there ang fault of me rahter than onyl shopping with Myntra. I am feeling that I did a crime by shopping with Myntra by which I am getting lots of issues. I had never such worst customer service ever. Your team just forcing their decision on the customer. If they say exchange is not possible than there is no value of customers complaints, escalations, how much they try, your team will forcefully agree them to listen and accept their action.

    As I had placed an order with Order ID 119117019697656448503. I had received the original product with all brand tags and labels, As due to size fit issue tried for returning the product with all brand tags, unused and unwashed condition. But at return submission place it is showing as address not serviceable for pickup purpose. When product delivery is serviceable but return pickup is not possible. When tried to reach myntra customer care they said to self ship the product to warehouse then shipment expenses with reimbursed. But I hope why customer should go to courier office and waste his time for self shipping the product to warehouse. Please consider my problem and provide proper resolution.

      As I had placed an order with Order ID 119072937315087230101. I had received the original product with all brand tags and labels, As due to size fit issue tried for exchange but it was not possible as address is not eligible for exchange purposes, So I returned the original product with unused and unwashed condition. But after some days order status showed that the product failed on 15th Dec 2021 at quality checks so returned was rejected and re-shipped product delivered to me after 2 weeks of time. But as a customer I hope so it is customers right to know what was the actual issue with the product quality check details, why the product is rejected at quality checks, just saying quality checks failed means how customers should receive it when there is no fault from the customer end. Raised issue on 29th Dec2021 for Re-investigation, But there also said told same reason as quality checks failed.
      As I returned the original product with brand tags, unused and unwashed condition. I would like to request myntra team to provide a proper reason why it had been rejected when I sent the original product only. Kindly check the details and do the needful.

        I am really disappointed from Myntra.
        I received same product 6 times wrong.
        I have raised return request but they are not approving. Daily pickup person came and said did not get approval and when I call to customer care they said they are working on that from last 20days they are not able to solve my problem.

        Not providing approval or neither refund my money.

        40 to 50 times call and complain has been raised without any solution they close complain .

          They charges Convenience charges without customer knowledge and account debited. Post the debit of account they inform the surplus was these charges.
          Now they refuse to refund the same.

            I got used product and the fit is also not good. My return was rejected by the delivery boy and now I am unable to make a new request. Myntra is the worst app.

              Size: 37 and paid for it. The amount has been deducted from account and the order is not confirmed.

                I cancelled the order and Myntra haven't provided the refund even after 1 month.

                They have given a false reference number and asking me again and again to call my bank support team. It is your responsibility to refund me my money.

                Kindly refund my money.

                  For an order of boat headphones, the box inside the myntra package was already opened and torn off. Now, why is it already opened if the item itself is stated as not returnable. When I tried to contact customer service, they said they are sorry the item cannot be returned.
                  I would like to know what they do with the products before shipping it to the customers.

                    I have ordered cargo pants from Myntra with 6 pockets and received the same with 4 pockets, basically wrong product has been delivered to me

                    I have returned the product 2 times after they have reissued me and i have lodged complaint with product proof attached, that i have received product with 4 pockets.

                    They are not refunding my money amounting 959.

                      I ordered a product from Myntra on 17th December. Below mentioned are the product details.
                      order no :119161359761846173501

                      Return for this product was raised on
                      Return executive checked the product and mentioned that a tag is missing.
                      I told him that all the tags which were received with the item are present.
                      He suggested that you need to check with the customer care regarding the same.
                      I followed up with myntra customer care and they mentioned that the return executive has mentioned that the product in damaged category.
                      Customercare executive told me that they will start an enquiry on this and will share the response in couple of days.
                      Issue Created : IN[protected]
                      Again i called them in few days and they mentioned that as the product is damaged so you need to send a mail with pics of the item with all attached tags.
                      I sent a mail to [protected]@myntra.com on 2nd Jan with all images.
                      I called them again and still the response was same that the product is in damaged condition so it cannot be returned.
                      I requested them to send another return executive and get the item checked, they mentioned that it will not be possible.

                      I request to help me in resolving the issue.

                        Regarding above mentioned subject we have purchased product(Mast & Harbour Blazer) from myntra on dated 10th nov, 2021. But order was not placed and amount Rs.1649/- deducted from our Kotak bank account above mention Rs.1649/- is not created in my bank account. Contact personally 3 times with bank, bank manager told me that the amount Rs.1649 debited from my account and it is already credited to myntra on dated 12h nov, 2021.
                        And myntra, is saying payment is not received by us. We send them bank statement, but they refuse to pay refund ammount Rs.1649.

                              I made a purchase of worth ₹ 4856/- on 23rd December 2021 around 11:36 pm.
                              The issue is my payment was debited twice.
                              I made Queries twice already but haven’t received my refund yet. It has already been more than a week.
                              Refund the amount ₹4856/- to my registered Account number ASAP.

                                Nobody can expect this type of behavior from Myntra.

                                  I had ordered 2 PERFKT-U jackets. Received only 1 jacket today in order. Jacket PERFKT-U Men Navy Blue Size L was not delivered in the packet. Product was cash on delivery, paid the entire amount Rs. 2079 to the delivery guy.

                                    I ordered Daniel klein watch from myntra on 31st December 2021. On 6th January 2022 I got my parcel from myntra. When I opened the parcel I found a Daniel klein watch box and then I opened a box the box was empty there is no watch inside the box. I
                                    paid a cash from my card the price of watch is 2832/- . I complained to myntra customer care they complained register my files but the next 3 days they said company send the watch. There is no policy of your issue we can't help it. Now what gonna I do.

                                    There is no watch inside the box. They said they send me watch. But I got empty box. I'm highly disappointed by the service offered by myntra. Now I'm not gonna shop again from myntra. Please learn some honest business policy from Amazon and flipkart

                                      I ordered Daniel klein watch from myntra on 31st December 2021. On 6th of January 2022 I got my parcel. When I opened a package I found a watch box and then I opened a box the watch was missing there is no watch inside the box. I paid a cash from my card and the price of the watch 2832/-. I call customer care and they file my complain but the next 3 days the said there is no any policy of your issue. They said we can't help it.

                                        I’ve ordered a dress for my kid and received the dress with different colour, asked for replacement via Myntra portal.. but delivery agent said hez not accepting any returns and gave a personal advice to adjust with existing dress.. was shocked at his words and there by lost my interest to shop in Myntra. Very poor service n unworthy delivery agents.
