I ordered Ethnovogue Black and peach lehenga on dt.19/11/2021. I received parcel ethnovogue golden and black colour lehenga with duppatta on dt.26/11/2021. So I complaint myntra customer care On 26/11/2021 with ticket No. [Incident: IN[protected]]. But, still my complaint not solved. All customer care representative told to wait 24 hours from compliant generated but still today my issue is not resolved. Myntra customer support told me that will get back to you in 24/48 hours. But, after that magic can happen in these 24/48 hours, my ticket can be auto-closed by their CC support. Than i will call them again, and regenerate my ticket via customer care and they close the ticket again, this circus continues.
I chased it for really long, some 1 months, opening/reopening tickets. Finally they said that as per our system, Medam- your order is delivered that is fresh product and that’s why we will consider that only. Sorry we can’t do anything further.
So I have to write on this .Also I share images of my products with brand tags on Myntra customer care. I attached image which I ordered and which I received. It's clearly shows I received different Product. also I didn't like the wrong product which myntra deliverd to me. My 9702 rs is simply a waste and of no use. I already shared all images with tags And I wrote complaint on the same day whenever I received parcel though pickup is pending still date. I confirms that this product is unused and as same as I received the parcel. All tags are attached which it provides to me.
So, please do needful and solve my query as soon as possible.

        I am one of the routine costumer of Myntra who opted online shopping during covid.
        But recently while returning some stuff from Myntra Iinadverently retyrned money to Myntra wallet due to oversight.

        Post that I have been chanrged 150 as delivery against every order and during sale periods I have been barred for purchase.

        I am feeling harassed and when asked them to return my money back to source they also refused.
        Now they have blocked my account and I am not able to use money deposited in wallet.
        I tried calling tame several time but not in receipt of any response.
        In view of this I request to register a complaint and take appropriate actions for fraud and cheating against Myntra.com, Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. Buildings Alyssa Begonia and Clover situated in Embassy Tech Village, Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli Village, Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru – 560103.

          I have placed my order on 17 dec 21 and it got delivered on 22 dec 21, i was working outside at my office my mom received the order she didn't even open the box i came home at night and opened and saw the product box was totally damaged and the shoes were stained already at the back side of the shoes n quality was also not good so i requested return on the same day i didn't even try for more than a minute and then packed as it was n kept safely and the next day only pick up was done my mother only gave he didn't even took the outer myntra cover package only took the box of shoe it was already broken and at the night i got msg that the return is put on hold due to quality check...now i dont know if that man didn't took care of the broken shoe box and why it got on hold ...I'm very much disappointed, i haven't even used the product it ws already stained n the reason on putting hold was stained product...how can they do like this to their customers

              I placed two orders worth ₹3598 and ₹3571 on 10th December on Myntra app. Due to wrong address I had to cancel both orders except one item worth ₹2204. So now refund of ₹4965 is pending. Myntra’s refund policy says within 7-10 days refund is processed.

              But it has been 14 days I have no clue about my money. Myntra’s customer support is not helping either.
              I need a quick action.

                  Hi I'm Vikas I've ordered a highlander white solid sneaker through Myntra.
                  The size wasn't perfect so I just wanted to exchange the product.i just wore it and just kept it back in the cover. But the delivery guy said that the product was damaged ...but come on why would I damage the product or something there was a slight defect in finishing and he balmed me for that and put my exchange on pending
                  I don't know if I will get an exchange or not but the delivery guy is a mofo

                    The item that I had purchased from Myntra was not a fit for me (received it on 28th December). So had requested for a return, on 30th December which got cancelled and I have been placing for return request since then but the dates keep on changing on the app. The return request keeps on getting cancelled, it is 22nd December and the product has to be returned within 28th of December. I have brought the issue to the customer care support and did call them many times but all in vain. The issue is not resolved and it is almost a month now. The correspondences that I received are emails informing me that my requests has been accepted/ cancelled.

                      I had ordered a shoes (PUMA Hoops Unisex White &Red Clyde All-Pro Team Mid-Top Basketball Shoes, Size: 9) on 18th december from myntra. It arrived early (20th sept). I tried the shoes out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that same day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was done on next day 21st December 2021. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed.
                      Next day I got a message that failed in quality check. How it would be failed in quality check when I never use that product it means you send me a defective or damaged product. I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                        Date of Incident: 11.09.2021
                        I have purchased earring on 10.09.21 and on same day I requested for return. Next day the packet was picked up from my home by myntra executive and on same night I received call from him that the packet was misplaced from him and he will pay the amt. Call was received from myntra no only. He never contacted again hence I registered complaint to myntra against this issue. After N no of complaints and follow up myntra not responded and not refunded my money. I have shared call recording also but no response from myntra. With this issue I have spent lot of time and energy hence I also want compensation of that. I deserve more refund than purchase value of invoice. This is the question of ethics.

                          I placed an order on 22 December on myntra of amount 879, amount deducted from my sbi account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - sbi confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no.:IGAMRBLCB0. if ref no. has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. but they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. what is going on.. how can myntra cheat like this... they are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. I want my money back. Contact me asap

                              In my bag there is 2 product but once I am on the page of payment I am getting continuously this error (photo attached)
                              I have done all the best possible to make it functional like restart the phone, uninstall the app and again install it, even in website I am facing the same issue.

                                I have bought a gift card from Myntra to gift to my friend. I got the confirmation regarding the same. The money was deleted from the account and to my horror the gift card when opened there was no amount, not a friend can use it.
                                The company kept the complaint open for more than 72 hrs with the promise that it will get resolved. But keeps on increasing the deadline. There is no communication from the company.
                                This happened the second time. I have lost the faith

                                  I have placed order for "Women Charcoal Grey & Pink Colourblocked Hooded Sweatshirt" for XXL size on 11th Dec-21, which was delivered on 12th Dec-21. With this order i have purchased more three product also. Now while trying this product for size checking it found too small and not fit to the size, also there were wrinkles on the product but as a costumer point of view i tried for size check and raise a return request on 17th Dec-21. There were an option for selection of reason for return and that can be selected only one option at a time so i selected size issue only. The pickup was made on same day (17th Dec-21), while picking up the product there were original packaging with original tags (in same condition what i received) attached and given back with product. After one day of pickup i got a message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass quality check" and it got reshipped to me after a day. after re-shipped i once again checked and verified that there were not any issues except wrinkles on product, which was there from the beginning.                                   I called up the customer care and Myntra call support guys are repeatedly telling me same statements all the time that "i used this product" If product is not fitting in my size, how can i use this ? I am sincerely requesting myntra to please take this product back and give me refund of this product amount and settle my issue.

                                    I ordered a pantyhose on Myntra by the brand called SECRETS BY ZEROKAATA which cost ₹432. But the product I received is by a brand called Anfaana which is available in the store for ₹99. The quality is horrible. This is cheating.

                                      The delivery guy called me and threatened that he ll make sure nothing going to be delivered to me frm Myntra in future.
                                      Here is detailed case:
                                      I got an update as my order as delivered in the app which was not. same day at night the delivery guy called me and told me he is going to deliver it nxt day morning and not to worry abt the status. Nxt day I chase him like anything and finally it got delivered in the evening by some other guy. Post this the guy called me and threatened me nothing going to deliver to u and how dare me to complaint against him . My simple question is it not my rite to complaint if i dont receive my order on it ?
                                      Is it the way customer should treated ? who ll be responsible of the guy come and hit me or my family ?

                                        I have ordered a Aurelia dress on 17th December and received the same by 6.15pm December 20. After checking the product we came to know that that was completely dirty with black marks and also damaged. One side of rope is not there in the dress. Not only the dress the price tag was also damaged. i could see multiple holes put by someone to tie the price tag with dress. So i raised a return request by mentioned all these details.
                                        On December 21st the pickup person also has come. We explained the issue. But that person refused the take the item and put the status on hold. He asked us to connect with the customer care first so that they help us to return the item.
                                        We raised a issue on Myntra to help us on this. issue number is - IN[protected] but without even any solution they simply closed the ticket. I spent 1600 for the damaged product. Please help me to return that damaged product and get the refund.

                                        Also when i checked with customer care they closed IN[protected] saying the product was delivered in a good condition. I have raised return request with in 30 mins of the delivery. how can i make the product dirty and tear the price tag without any reason.
