This complaint is regarding one of my Myntra order, i have purchased the us polo shoe of 1649 rs, which i later find out the quality of the product is not upto the price after receiving the product. So i have decided to return the product. I got the product in little crushed box but it is acceptable because the shoes condition is new with tag .
After initiating the return it got accepted by delivery executive but rejected by Myntra side in the quality check, I was getting the updates that product looks old and used . But it is completely new, I even shared the video of the shoes which shoes it's completely new and unused condition. They rejected my request for the product, I even try to talk with the customer support team but they cut the call in the middle. This is happening everytime I call for this product, I even mailed them, they told me the same information to call the support team, we are not able to help in this.
I hope my issues can resolve here . I have the video of the shoes with price tag . that it shows it is new, and unused.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have uploaded my complaint in twitter. They replied me and resolve my issue.
In my case it's their fault they updated a wrong information about the product.
So it is resolved after 1 month.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
