Hi Team,

On 10th dec, i have recived one bag and i have shared only 1 otp but 2 bag marked as deliver on that day.

I have raised multiple complained for this but no resolution provided.

Team just reverted that you shared otp and bad delivered but i have not shared any otp and also no bag delivered.

    I had ordered Moda Rapido Women Navy Blue & off-white Striped kurta with palazzo size: S and since it was too tight for me I raised an exchange for the same. I received my exchange on 14th December 2021 but the product was missing palazzo so I raised a complaint for the same. Now Myntra says they'll return me the product price and I can buy the same product with L size but the price of the product has raised by Rs. 300.

    This is surely a case of scam since Myntra wants me to buy the product with extra cost

      I recently ordered a mojari flat from myntra which i received yesterday. Due to sizing issue i wanted to request an exchange but it showed that the courier services does not allow exchange in our area so i requested a return, literally within two hours of delivery. So today the same delivery agent comes and runs a quality check but denies it and returns me saying there is a white stain which is actually a stitch which is already in the back of the mojari. He told me to request a normal check.
      Upon calling the customer service of myntra, the first guy listens to the issue and puts me on hold saying he is asking what to do next. The call gets disconnected and within next two minutes he resolves it without even resolving my issue of normal check or return.

      I call again then the same thing happened. They even asked for pictures on this query, the link was broken and was redirecting to myntra homepage. So i sent the picture anyway saying there is no damage. I just want to return n refund, they resolve it again.On the third call, this time the agent helped me.. and then keeps the issue "open" on the website. He told me to wait till 17th dec and that they will contact me to tell me what to do next on my email, till then this issue no./ Registered complaint will be visible on the website until resolved .But when i check an hour later, that entire issue is either removed or deleted or not in records.
      I never expected such pathetic service from a reputed company like myntra. I don't even know what to do next?
      I have been a loyal customer of myntra since so many years but this what i get, its disheartening.

      I have all the call invoice recorded and pictures for proof. But myntra customer service is making me go nuts!

          I received my order no.[protected]-2937003..on 24 nov and request for return and on 25 nov it was picked up but i hvnt received the refund and on 26nov again came for pick up so i complained to myntra heline and they told it will take 24hour after that also i havnt received the refund so complained again and they told it may take 10 days and now myntra team is saying they cant do anything as its not showing in system..what kind of system they have. as i have proved of pick up..mytra has harrased me so much..return my money back

            And money present in my myntra credit account that is 47000 rs is also blocked by them
            Now customers care are saying they will not unblock account and money will also be not given to me by them
            Please help me

              I have bought Roadster Hugh top solid sneakers from Myntra on May 2021 which got faded in a short span of time and I contacted them during warranty period but they didn't given me the proper response and now this is December they are not returning the shoes and also not giving me the refund and they deleted my reviews from Reviews section

                I have placed an order on 1 Dec 2021. The Order was not placed but the amount (Rs. 5, 806) was debited from my Axis bank account.
                The payment was made through Google Pay and the UPI transaction ID is[protected].
                The Google transaction ID is CICAgODu2-irLg.
                It has been 14 days and I have mot received any kind of refund yet. Talked to Gpay team also, but they said payment was successful from their end.

                The Bank need a mail from Myntra that payment has not been received at Myntra's end so the can do the needful in this case.

                Let me know if you need any more details from my side.

                  Payment of Rs.5015 has been debited from my account on 18th of OCT 2021. Payment got failed but the amount debited. Awaited for 7days to get my refund but till now amount not reversed. On contacting Myntra Finance Team, they said amount not received from their end, so contacted bank and informed the issue, from the bank side they are requesting email confirmation from Myntra with Order Number, Order Date and Order amount.

                  Myntra is not sending the email confirmation ( email to email) confirmation .It has been nearly a month

                  Though continues call to Myntra CS I am not getting a proper response. Payment of Rs.5015 debited and struggling to get my money back

                  Need to look in to the the issues on priority / severity basis and send email to email confirmation of not receipt of payment or payback the debited amount of Rs.5015

                      When I bought a product cost (rs 2237)return window was 30 days when I raised a return request site showed 7 days return window and closed the return window, I called to customer care multiple time but not resolve my problem.i want to return this product because of its quality.

                          I have ordered a kurtha ( kvsfab) costing 2039 rupees on nov 29.. and it was loose fit for me.. so i decided to return it... but my return became late because i was in my quarantine days till dec 10... i returned it on dec 11. I guy picked it up... got a massege of refund initiated... then suddenly got a msg that refund is not applicable because i have entered wrong bank details... then i have entered another bank account... then also they are telling the same... they are just fooling... i want my money back

                            This complaint is regarding one of my Myntra order, i have purchased the us polo shoe of 1649 rs, which i later find out the quality of the product is not upto the price after receiving the product. So i have decided to return the product. I got the product in little crushed box but it is acceptable because the shoes condition is new with tag .
                            After initiating the return it got accepted by delivery executive but rejected by Myntra side in the quality check, I was getting the updates that product looks old and used . But it is completely new, I even shared the video of the shoes which shoes it's completely new and unused condition. They rejected my request for the product, I even try to talk with the customer support team but they cut the call in the middle. This is happening everytime I call for this product, I even mailed them, they told me the same information to call the support team, we are not able to help in this.
                            I hope my issues can resolve here . I have the video of the shoes with price tag . that it shows it is new, and unused.

                            I have uploaded my complaint in twitter. They replied me and resolve my issue. In my case it's their fault they updated a wrong information about the product. So it is resolved after 1 month.

                              I had ordered a formal suit but due to fitting issue I decided to return and raised a return request. The next day the courier person without even visiting my house have marked the return request on hold . Pathetic service by Myntra. From last 7 days i had been in touch with the customer care but no resolution have been provided to me. Pathetic service by Myntra..

                                I have ordered 2 jeans of all about you one is of blue colour and other one is of black colour from myntra, after receving the product i tried the size and size is large for me so i have raise return for the same ... initially it got approved than convered into hold for both products.. than black one got cleared and shows out for pickup and the blue one still shows product is on hold than i have called customer care to get it updated and they asked me for barcode of product which i guided them and on same call i jave mentioned the concern for black jean also that from 30th nov it shows out for pickup but never got updated till 3rd dec also and not till nowwhich is today 13th dec ... so moving forward blue jean concern got resolved and i raise return again it shows out for pickup from 11th dec to till date every mornibg i receive message about return pickup and every evening for pickup failed... than i have called again for better clearity because for me both the products are now due for pickup than customer care person is so rude that after completing his side he disconnected the call and said it will take time till 18th dec as it on reinventigation ... i was not satisfied with his answer and asked to transfer my call to his senior but he said senior will also do the same... it been a almost a month for me to take followup for my order and it is a matter of my stuck 3000 rupees with you people... and its my second time bad experience with myntra ... already earlier i have lost 900 rupees with you for not delivered product by myntra ... and myntra never accept their mistake for any problem and harassment caused by them to a customer and this will be my last purchase from myntra ...

                                  My recent order has not been delivered by delivery boy.He refused to deliver the product at my home.He told me to pick the product from the place other than delivery address or he will cancel the order by himself. He also said that if I can’t pick my order from that place then he will cancel the order and i need to re-order it. I’m really disappointed with your delivery services.

                                    On 11th December 2021 I received my package which was supposed to have three items in it(two clothing items and one body lotion)...however I received the package which only contained the clothes and not the body lotion but I already paid for the items including the missing body lotion... also i received a message from Myntra that the items have been delivered including the missing body lotion...so I called the delivery agent to check if there was any mistake but he claimed that there was only one package for me which he had already delivered...so than i filed a complaint and received a message by Myntra that they will update me about it however its been 3 days already and I have not yet received any update...Its a bit upsetting because I have been shopping items from Myntra for years now but the way they deal with costumers issues is very disappointing.

                                    The same happened with me. I have ordered 8 items but they delivered only 3 items and missed products worth almost 5k. They took 10 days to investigate and finally said they are not going to refund as they have already delivered and no mistake from their side. But I haven't received those products. Soon after I realised products were missing I called delivery boy and even he witnessed that products were missing and he asked me to complain. When I conveyed the same, they are not considering that. Myntra is a big fraud. Never ever shop from it. I am still fighting for my money. I request people who are suffering like this, we all can collaborate and do a campaign in social media(twitter, Facebook, insta, LinkedIn). Need your support. Let's make people aware and get our money back.

                                      I had ordered 2 sweatshirts of plusS in XXL size 10th Nov Friday I received the parcel. I tried one of the sweatshirt and came to know that it is pretty much tight for me .without even trying the 2nd piece I requested the return . The pick up was done next day on Saturday dated 11th Nov. Same day Evening I got refund of one product and got message that second products refund is on hold due to quality check. Next day on Monday I got update in my myntra app. -Return Rejected and The product shall be reshipped to you .
                                      I am unable to understand the product was with me hardly for some time and I immediately requested the return then when I got the chance to used and to damage your product. I returned it as it is I received. Why the quality check was was not done before delivering the product to me? Am I allowed to open and check the product before payment? We are accepting the delivery without checking any parameters of quality control.
                                      Same day I thought of discussing this whole scene with customer care but unfortunately both the times executive after listening to my complaint kept me on hold more 22 minutes and then disconnected my call and immediately sent me an Sms -Your query has been resolved.                                       I decided to return the product immediately on day I received it please let me know when did I got the chance to used it and not to fulfill your parameters of quality check
                                      Please arrange images for the same product before it got delivered to me...we can fairly compare what changes I made in the quality of the product in just few hours
                                      You people knows it better that u had sent me damaged and used product which you are not accepting back, you have no explanation for this. Just by showing apology matter will not get over. Your executive when she had called me today was unable to answer any of my questions. Lady was so unprofessional she just disconnected the call.if the call got disconnected due to some technical error its your duty to give a call back. Just by sending sms that your query is resolved actually not helping me. This is clear case of fraud, you people have cheated on me .Totally unacceptable and unfair

                                        Hi, I have received wrong product from Myntra, I had ordered Jockey Trunks but received ladies sweater..I requested for replacement but they are dening the request saying that product was delivered in sealed condition and was quality checked. I have been reopening issue, they simply closing this again and again.
