Hello Team, Myntra Rejected Return for one of the Item out of three without proper justification. Would like to know the Reasons behind this. Could you please raise a case against Myntra Support Case IN[protected] why they have been cancelled my Return.

    I had self shipped the product with good condition along with the necessary tags. Though they refused my return. Very bad service by myntra. Kindly don't self ship any product in myntra because you will just be charged courier charges. You will not get any refund. If you call customer care you will get a reply that it hasn't passed the quality check even it should have been passed.

      On 29/10/21, customer ref. no.[protected], payment through upi, I made a purchase from myntra for inr 1538, though amount deducted from my sbi account, the product I paid for did not show up in order list and not delivered either till date. Just half an hour back I made another purchase for inr 1039, payment through upi, cust. ref. no.[protected], though amount has been deducted the product I ordered is again not showing up in my order list. Dont know what is going on. plz help.

          I bought Roadster Canvas shoes size 11 from Myntra. It is a brand under Myntra Originals. I had ordered the shoes on 30th Nazo 2021, 7:30pm and got it delivered the next day 1st December 2021 at 12:40pm.
          As soon as I wore the first shoe in, I realised that they are too narrow for me and I immediately removed them. Meaning, I didn't even touch the second shoe. I would have loved to exchange it for a bigger size but the last size available for that shoe is 11 and the size chart doesn't mention the width of the shoes, just the length. The tags, the paper it came in, the foam it had inside, even a leaflet which mentioned how to keep the shoe clean and safe in order to maximize it's usage, I kept everything back inside and initiated a return on 1st December 2021 at 1:16pm.
          The shoes were picked up at 4:19pm on 1st December 2021 itself, and the delivery partner checked for the shoes and tags and asked me about the issue.

          To my surprise, my return was declined citing failure in quality check process. When I read more about it, I feel I had fulfilled all the guidelines and every care that needed to be taken while returning this item.
          Not only this, but I have no other way for countering this bogus claim of failure of quality check, or put my side to it, or even ask what actually went wrong, I didn't get any contact details to get any help. The help button on the order redirects to a static page which says my return got declined.
          I demand that my order be returned and I get my refund back, since while showcasing the product, Myntra doesn't shy away from saying "Easy Returns, No questions asked"

          The item was reshipped to me and I again got the option of return on the Myntra app. This time the return was seamless and I got my refund amount. Myntra also contacted me in 2-3 days regarding my complaint here, which had been resolved by then.

            My order didn't get placed but my payment got debited from my account. I've put mail on the website and they said that they will refund the money back but still I have not received the refund yet.

              I have order a jeans myntra cancelled that and costumer executive say that product is lost during shipping and i have to re order that but it's price is now 2x two time why should i pay extra money it's myntra mistake they should pay

                I bought 7 products during Black Friday sale on discount and one day before delivery 4 of the products were cancelled by Myntra and they notified that the order got cancelled because of some unforeseen circumstances. This is highly unethical of Myntra . Now the price of those products have been increased . Myntra is cheating their consumers

                  The complaint is regarding my recent order no.[protected]-2404701.

                  I ordered 2 pairs of kids’ shoe brands- YK, the shoes were small in size, and therefore I placed a return request the same day, i.e. on 29th November 2021.

                  Both items were picked up successfully the next day on 30th Nov 2021 (Picked up messages are attached), their delivery agent checked both the products thoroughly, everything was just as I received from them - Tags were intact, and there was not a single mark on the soles of the shoes.

                  I checked the status of my refund, and I was shocked to see the status of the products, stating the return was put on hold due to a dusk mark on the sole. How pathetic and liar their existing system is??

                  The following day I was informed via messages and email that the “return is rejected”. So now the question is, where are my products gone and where is my refund???

                  I repeatedly asked for my refund, product updates, and details about "damaged product", but no response. So instead, I was asked to wait till Dec 3rd 2021, for an update. But the issue was closed with no follow-up.

                  The current status is showing ‘’Return is Rejected.’’ I don’t know what they did to my returned shoes and if they’re on the way to the seller, where is my refund??

                  I MUST SAY MYNTRA IS NO MORE A SAFE SHOPPING PLATFORM FOR END CUSTOMERS – THEIR LOGISTICS SYSTEM, THEIR EXISTING APP, EVERYTHING IS PATHETIC!!!

                    My Name is kusha vats (myntra uuser) Firstly they have started levying convenience fee of 149 stating that you have returned 8 out of 10 items in an year on every order(then why the hell you have mentioned flexible returns on your website) i didn't made any complaint about it then they have suspended my account on their own also i have created an exchange request for one urbanic sweater they have cancelled my exchange on their own what is their problem i don't know pathetic experience with myntra. Pls help me recover my account and do the needful. Take strict action against this fraud company.

                    also i have made so many calls to them they have promised that by 30th nov'21 you will get your account back now when it's 1st dec'21 they are saying pls wait for another 48 hours we have to go by procedure please take very very strict action against these frauds looting money in the name of flexible returns

                      I placed an order on 9th November 2021 on myntra of inr 3398, amount deducted from my bank of baroda account and order is not confirmed and myntra claims that they did not receive amount... I talked to phone pe support team and bank of baroda support team they said that transaction is successful with myntra... And myntra said that they didn't receive... I don't understand where to get my money back... Please be needful...

                        I ordered roadster jacket yesterday and paid from Google pay but after payment done, it showed that you order is not placed but you money is debited which will refund soon to you bank account...but money is not refunded till now and also that jacket had 60% discount and now it had only 45% ...so this is big loss for me ...now I have to pay 600 rs. Extra for that jacket..

                            I purchased a roadster jacket of size xl and myntra send me xs size jacket instead of that and when i put return delivery boy not accept the product and myntra customer support also not provide me support yo resolve this issue where as there is no problem with my product.                               I've recently ordered Levi's jeans from Myntra and its arrived on 29 Nov 2021. I've raised return request on same day as I received wrong product. Return was picked up on 30 Nov. Now it's showing as Quality Check Failed. How can even say that. It's ridiculous and they are duping people. Kindly help!!

                                    Hello Myntra,

                                    I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 26th November 2021, during when I did a payment of Rs. 1942 but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 1942 got deducted from my account two times.

                                    I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got no reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.

                                      I made an order in myntra on 20 nov2021. I got the order on 26 nov 2021. I made a return request immediately.The product was very low quality I checked the brand it's different . I ordered a different brand. So I place a return request. The return pickup person didn't come to pickup the dress twice. And third day the person came said it's different brand I can't take it raise compliant in the app. I raised compliant since then no response from the myntra team they just keep closing the compliant again n again without any information.

                                        This is regarding my exchanging a white shirt is kept on hold and from Myntra for returning a product. Order ID # 1189521 [protected]
                                        On 29th Nov, I had purchased Shaftesbury London white shirt and the shirt size is small for me and kept change, The shirt is tight and not good as described, I kept the return on 27th Nov and it got picked and failed the quality check for return, the reason is stain on the shirts but i haven't put the stain but i have received like that only from original product. Until now I have called many times Myntra asking for reason to kept on hold but I have not received any response so far, i am unable to contact them also.
