I have ordered a product from myntra
Worth rs 710 they also have charged 99 rs as shipping charges total 809, after the delivery i returned the product due to low quality of the product
And also the product that i have recieved was different in colour as shown in the platform .
After successfull returning of the product they only transferred the product amount that is 710 they didn't transferred 99 rs I called them and asked for my rest amount now they are saying that we can't transfer shipping charges .

That is totally unfair when i returned the product they should must return the full amount that is taken from me
It is totally unfair they are taking customer money for unfair reasons.

I ordered a jacket online from myntra, i tried to pay for it from my uco bank account and the page showed an error bjt the amount from my bank account got deducted.

I have ordered a carpet in myntra. Last time also i I have faced worst experience. Now also it is the same. Never ever seen such a worst service. Only myntra website is such a nonsense and fraudulent. Too bad experience every time I order. Will raise a fraud complaint against the website if i didn’t receive my order

Myntra cancelled my order without my permission. I ordered jeans from black friday as a Christmas gift. I got these jeans on a good discount and now myntra just cancelled the order. I WANT MYNTRA TO PLACE MY ORDER AGAIN AT THE SAME DICOUNTED PRICE. Why put up sales. Consumers arent fools! Our time is valuable

I have received an incomplete shipment in the order ([protected])delivered to me and Myntra is resolving the complaint saying they did quality checks before shipping.
The original prepaid order was duplicated by Myntra and they shipped two different orders in same box (1 Original prepaid order and other duplicated order as COD) and I could not decline the COD order as both orders were in same box, on opening the Box i found only 3 articles instead of 4 and Myntra is not agreeing to refund me for the missing item.

First they force the customer to pay more by duplicating the order and now not even refunding for the missing item.

Customer Service is so bad that they are not even able to resolve one issue in 1 month. I have called them nearly 10 times and two tickets were created and haven't resolved the issue.

I purchased a nighty at sep 5th of Rs 1319 but the size is not suit for me so I returned the item on sep 12th still now iam not getting refund so kindly make necessary steps on it

Also, just to give you the background, I have been calling Myntra customer service team and spoken to them multiple times from the mid October but looks like they fail to understand the customer concern and only know how to talk flowery. It’s so irritating that inspite of explaining the issue multiple times the team fails to understand the concern. This has led a lot of hassle to my parents as myntra team called and bothered by parents for return even though I mentioned very clearly that I never received the item and I want to dispute it.

I have now left the country and can’t keep following up with the customer service team. I suggest that myntra team shouldc please go to the call logs, as I called immediately after seeing that the item status is incorrectly mentioned in the website.

This is the third time Myntra has done this to me . Whenever I purchase anything during the sale or any offer . They cancel the order right before the day delivery . This is unethical.

Refund for the order id#119034149752819412903 has still not been credited to my UPI. it is showing that it is credited instantly but it's not, money has not come to my account..

As a matter of fact i have raised the return request as soon as I have received the product and the very next day the product was picked up.

Myntra, Please do your check rightly and dont give this convenient answers to coax your customers to buy a product.

I ordered chemistry edition burgundy jacket from them in size small but they sent me wrong size which was large now they are not giving me my refund back and just to give the profit to the seller they are telking me the product will be reshipped to you beacause it was used ...i mean tbat is the height of lying we are spending money they are getting profit but there is a problem they are saying tjis is our policy u have to keep it...how unprofessional and cheap

As their was sale going on I had placed few orders and few ever not according to my expectations so I returned it but they blocked my account unable am stuck with these dress which I will never wear in my life Please help me unlock my account I don’t want to keep those products

I ordered a top on myntra and paid through phonepe and it shows the transaction is successful but on app it is showing failed and asking to pay on delivery

This is regarding my recent purchase women's Black love patent solid flatform sneakers.
Two times I tried to return it but my return is being rejected with a remark that it did not pass quality check. When I called customer care I seriously did not like the way the conversation went.
I was informed that my product has been rejected during quality check as there was a stain on shoes but soon after receiving them back I checked and there is "no stain at all".
Secondly, It was also told to me that the shoes where sent in sealed and pristine condition to me but still my return is being rejected though It was sent same way like how I had received them so "basically it claims that the product was not being sent to me in pristine condition because if it did than my return would have not been rejected".
Thirdly, when I spoke on customer care number they where giving different reasons for rejecting my return and confused with what reply to give me when I said there is no stain at all and I have uploaded photos as well. Later I was told my "shoes are being rejected as I did not return them within 3 days. Which policy on Myntra claims that return should be done within 3 days"??

There is no proper quality check done. Return items are being rejected without conducting proper check and customer service is very bad compared to other companies as team Myntra is not ready to help nor ready to talk.

It will be really kind enough if my voice is been understood and I'm granted with a return request as soon as as possible as I need immediate action on my return policy by picking it up.
