I ordered a kurta set from libaas collection from myntra ORDER ID- 118789925586141873701 but due to some reasons i wanted to return that order so i applied for a return request on 17 november 2021 and the return was picked up from me on the same day and on that day only i received a message from myntra that the refund money will be reflected in my bank account within 3-5 business days. But after almost 5 days when i did'nt get my money back i put an query about that on the myntra app, and they replied me that my bank account details were incorrect due to which they unable to proceed the transaction and on that day only i gave then my correct bank account details to which they replied that the amount will be reflected to my correct bank account within 3-5 business days but its already been more than 7 days since i given my correct account details but no action has been taken till now . I gave my correct bank account details on 30 november but till now i have'nt received my refund money back. Kindly look into this matter and return my money as soon as possible as it is already been more than 15 days since i returned that order with order id -118789925586141873701. SHREYA GOSWAMI

    I was trying to do a first order from my new number. I was holding gift vouchers and I wanted to use these vouchers using my new account.
    I added both first order coupon, gift vouchers and went ahead with payments. On payment app, the payable amount was without gift vouchers amount. Because of that I have to decline payment. Now the order got confirmed with COD and gift vouchers got credited to Myntra credits.
    This way they have blocked the gift vouchers by putting under Myntra credits. I have to order again to use them and there first order coupon also got utilised 😃. Well played Myntra.
    This is really some sort of new fraud. The loss may not be that big, these are EOD unique ways of fooling customers.
    Never expected this from Myntra!!

      I have raised a return request for shoes as size was not correct and for exchange my size was not available. When I returned the product original tag was their on the product and also the invoice and the pick up boy opened the package and clicked the picture in front of me and said this is the procedure but today I received notification that quality check issue. I didn't use the product and original tag was how could this be the issue when I raise complain in help centre they update the issue status as resolved they are not accepting my issue. Please help me to get my refund the product is also with them only.

        I have ordered sandals from myntra and i received partial delivery on 1st Dec where 1 piece of sandal was missing and i have raised the request.

        I was informed that my issue will be look after before 4th December. But today is 9th December and no call has been received and issue is not yet resolved.

        I am making calls every 24hrs And they are giving excuse to wait for more 24 hrs. But no proper response.

          I would like to file a complaint as I have cheated by Myntra . They published an article on their app once I purchased it they did not deliver it and after raising the complaint they cancelled the product without my consent or advising me as to why the product was delayed . When I asked them to redeliver it they simply denied as the price for the product is increased and they can not do anything . Its BAIT and SWITCH . And their staff is very incompetent even the escalation team did not help me to resolve the issue.

          please take necessary action against them to protect customers .

              Product returned and refund is not credited in my bank account. I have shared a stamped bank statement as requested form there team waited for money for 10days but amount is not credited on there website it show's refunded. So irresponsible team whenever you call their team they will ask to visit bank I visited bank got statement for their record still no solution from their team highly highly disappointed worst customer support to deal with fraud Myntra

                  My order is delayed and Myntra provides no information about when it can be expected. The expected delivery date for the order on myntra.com is shown as yesterday and there is no update to this, the automated ivr does not have an option to know the status of the order beyond what is displayed on the website and there is no possibility to connect to a customer care professional as well. This is against the right to know the status of my order, if it will be delivered or not and when would it be delivered if does?

                  It is the wedding season and I am travelling which means I need to plan beforehand for the dresses that I need. I can go out shopping but it would be a waste if Myntra;com delivers the order right after that and hence my complaint is just against there system that does not provide sufficient information to me, a consumer.

                    I ordered a pair of shoes and I have got the delivery on the scheduled day. I have opened the package and noticed that it was somewhat used and not brand new. I have created a return request. The Myntra pickup person checked the product and claimed it to be used and kept the return request on hold. I have said the same thing to the pickup person that I have recieved the product in the same condition. I just don't understand why they do not believe the customers. I just want to return the product and get my money back

                      I have ordered an item from Myntra with Order ID # 1190502 [protected] received the product on 6 December 2021 requested to return the item on 6th December as well the delivery guy picked up the item and later I got to know that the item got rejected because of quality issue
                      ( The item was fully covered with tags intact no stains nothing but still rejected because of quality issues. Tried contacting the customer care but got no satisfying response.Poor ethics from Myntra

                        Placed an order with Myntra (order ID[protected]-2933101). The product delivered is worn out n damaged with the polishes scrapped off and I wanted to return it. When I tried doing that, I see the pick up facility is not available from the courier service Myntra has partnered with, though the product was delivered at the same location and address.
                        I heavily rely on online services so that I can manage without having to physically step out as I have personal limitations... Now a forced self ship requirement would need me to step out against all odds, or I lose the money for the product. Nowhere on the website was this mentioned that this product comes under the policy of ‘self shipping’ and will not be picked up by courier services incase of exchange/return requirements. If I had that information, I wouldn't have chosen this product...atleast I would have had a choice based on correct and complete information beforehand. Myntra nowhere shared the need for self-shipping information on the website for this product. Now I am stuck with a damaged product that needs to be self shipped and I don't hv the convenience to do that. Repeated request with customer care for reverse pick up but no resolution offered.
                        I m stuck with a damaged product n incur loss of the product value. It is a helpless feeling and feeling of being cheated as the website didn't mention anything about the self ship requirement in the specific product details. Very unfair, Myntra.

                          I ordered a pair of HRX shoes on 3rd Dec 2021.
                          It was delivered in evening of 6th Dec 2021.
                          The shoe was displayed in the category of sports running shoes but when I recieved it, they were so heavy that it will be difficult to do any kind of exercise in them, neither they were comfortable. So on the same day i.e 6th Dec I raised a return request, just within couple of hours of delivery.
                          On 7th Dec evening a delivery guy shows up, picks up the parcel and on afternoon of 8th Dec I received an SMS stating my return request got declined due to quality issues. Even I didn't wore them for once also each and every paper, invoice, tags were intact properly.
                          This got me thinking products delivered by Myntra itself doesn't pass their own quality tests????
                          Just when I recieved this SMS I called customer care service, the guy on the other side listened me for 30seconds and told me to wait for 2 mins. I waited for more than that . My call was kept on hold and after few minutes he hung up on me.
                          I have all the proof for invoice and call recordings.
                          I request to get this resolved please.

                          Still the complaint is as it is, no body took any action on this. Moreover now this issue is hampering my mental peace.
                          This just happened with me today.. i don't really know what to do... My return request was declined by the delivery agent who came yo pick up up my return request.. with literally no issues and i too haven't worn them even once

                            I purchased Wrogn unisex winter cap, Myntra charged Rs 299+ delivery chg 49= 348, I given Rs 400 to the delivery boy. I got only Rs 2 from him nd he assured that balance of Rs 50 he'll refund me after 1 hour. But till I unable to connect him. This has been terrible experience for me. Rs 50 is nothing to me but the experience withdelivery boys was horrible. Need your action on urgent basis.

                              This is the product which i ordered. And on 5th Dec 2021 i got the message that the product is delivered. But i didn't received it and neither someone whom i know has received the product.
                              It was delivered to someone else, of whom i have no knowledge of.
                              Delivery guy doesn't verify my Name or Address. then i saw contacts number is wrong. I contacted with myntra but they didn't help me with that.
                              Please look into the matter.

                                I am unable to login in my account and I filed a complain to Myntra on 20th nov 2021, but they didn't resolved my query. I called them daily, everytime new person came on the line.. I am unable to return my products.

                                  Hello,

                                  This email is regarding my experience with Myntra for Recent order for HRX
                                  shoes. This is really disappointing that the team doesnot even bothers to
                                  reply back to customer after getting in touch so many times. Really
                                  unprofessional behaviour.

                                  1. The order delivered was a size large so i requested for return within 15
                                  minutes of receiving the order. Even the order sandals were replaced as
                                  they were also a size bigger
                                  2. The pickup happened the same day within few hours. The pickup guy
                                  checked the shoes very well and I had returned the same in its
                                  original condition with the plastics and paper support
                                  3. The return was rejected and the product was delivered back to me
                                  4 the same delivery guy came and I opened the box in front of him. The
                                  package was not the same as I sent it. It was not in plastics as I had sent
                                  back. So I think this was mishandled by the quality check team
                                  5 i didnt accept the return order and sent him back on Tuesday
                                  6. I didn't got a call back or response from myntra since last 5 days
                                  7. I called customer support on Sunday and the executive put me on hold for
                                  24 minutes and the call ended
                                  8. I didnot get a call back with the resolution yet

                                  This is highly unprofessional from a reputed store like Myntra

                                  There is no update on my refund yet

                                    This is regarding the current issue that I am facing regarding my order. None of your customer representative are able to understand and give me a solution. Please connect me with any of your manager who can actually understood the whole situation.
                                    I ordered the product - Sztori reversible jacket. Which when I tried was very big for me. So, I placed a return request.
                                    The guy from ekart came to pick he examined the jacket all the tags were intact and taken the jacket. Later after like 2 hours I got the msg that my product is mismatched and cancelled the pickup. When I called the guy on the following no.
                                    [protected] .
                                    He said since it doesn't have any brand tag inside the lining of jacket hence my senior rejected your product. However, the jacket is reversible, it doesn't have tag on the inside lining of the Jacket.
                                    Now since 2 days jacket is lying there with the pickup guy. I don't know what he will do with it. He might have crumbled the tags or the cloth. Tell me how I am responsible for it?
                                    He shouldn't have picked up in the first place if he didn't understand the product. He picked it up and after 2 hours he is saying not matched.
                                    Right now I don't have product and also showing that product didn't picked up. It is lying with the pick up guy who God knows what he is doing with it

                                      I humbly request to restock my favourite product in myntra. I had already wishlisted it and i am constantly checking its availability. All the larger sizes are available, not the small one. I know the stocking will be done. But it’s been a lot of days since this is unavailable. I hope customer satisfaction is one of the objective of myntra. And consider this as serious because, I had wished to make it mine many weeks back. This is a kind of fault from myntra. Do the restocking as Early as possible. I here by attach the picture of the product too
