This is the third time Myntra has done this to me . Whenever I purchase anything during the sale or any offer . They cancel the order right before the day delivery . This is unethical.

    Refund for the order id#119034149752819412903 has still not been credited to my UPI. it is showing that it is credited instantly but it's not, money has not come to my account..

      As a matter of fact i have raised the return request as soon as I have received the product and the very next day the product was picked up.

      Myntra, Please do your check rightly and dont give this convenient answers to coax your customers to buy a product.

      reason given was that the tag was missing, but the delivery boy himself checked it infront of me, it was there... I even asked him if he needs bill, he said this is fine and took it...

        I ordered chemistry edition burgundy jacket from them in size small but they sent me wrong size which was large now they are not giving me my refund back and just to give the profit to the seller they are telking me the product will be reshipped to you beacause it was used ...i mean tbat is the height of lying we are spending money they are getting profit but there is a problem they are saying tjis is our policy u have to keep it...how unprofessional and cheap

              I ordered a top on myntra and paid through phonepe and it shows the transaction is successful but on app it is showing failed and asking to pay on delivery

                This is regarding my recent purchase women's Black love patent solid flatform sneakers.
                Two times I tried to return it but my return is being rejected with a remark that it did not pass quality check. When I called customer care I seriously did not like the way the conversation went.
                I was informed that my product has been rejected during quality check as there was a stain on shoes but soon after receiving them back I checked and there is "no stain at all".
                Secondly, It was also told to me that the shoes where sent in sealed and pristine condition to me but still my return is being rejected though It was sent same way like how I had received them so "basically it claims that the product was not being sent to me in pristine condition because if it did than my return would have not been rejected".
                Thirdly, when I spoke on customer care number they where giving different reasons for rejecting my return and confused with what reply to give me when I said there is no stain at all and I have uploaded photos as well. Later I was told my "shoes are being rejected as I did not return them within 3 days. Which policy on Myntra claims that return should be done within 3 days"??

                There is no proper quality check done. Return items are being rejected without conducting proper check and customer service is very bad compared to other companies as team Myntra is not ready to help nor ready to talk.

                It will be really kind enough if my voice is been understood and I'm granted with a return request as soon as as possible as I need immediate action on my return policy by picking it up.

                    I have ordered a boot cut jeans and its delivery date was before 6 days and the delivery boy is delaying the order. he is really introvert and doesn't listen neither he attempts the call. i am really losing my patience now this thing is continuously going from past 2 months. i request you to deliver my order as soon as possible and please change the Delivery boy he is really rude and delays order without any reason.

                      I have ordered h&m jeans worth 1314 and I got wrong product. And I have complain this for several times(3-4 times). But have declined my request to return the product. And not taking my complain band telling me that from our side we have send you right product.

                          I had self shipped the product with good condition along with the necessary tags. Though they refused my return. Very bad service by myntra. Kindly don't self ship any product in myntra because you will just be charged courier charges. You will not get any refund. If you call customer care you will get a reply that it hasn't passed the quality check even it should have been passed.

                            On 29/10/21, customer ref. no.[protected], payment through upi, I made a purchase from myntra for inr 1538, though amount deducted from my sbi account, the product I paid for did not show up in order list and not delivered either till date. Just half an hour back I made another purchase for inr 1039, payment through upi, cust. ref. no.[protected], though amount has been deducted the product I ordered is again not showing up in my order list. Dont know what is going on. plz help.

                                I bought Roadster Canvas shoes size 11 from Myntra. It is a brand under Myntra Originals. I had ordered the shoes on 30th Nazo 2021, 7:30pm and got it delivered the next day 1st December 2021 at 12:40pm.
                                As soon as I wore the first shoe in, I realised that they are too narrow for me and I immediately removed them. Meaning, I didn't even touch the second shoe. I would have loved to exchange it for a bigger size but the last size available for that shoe is 11 and the size chart doesn't mention the width of the shoes, just the length. The tags, the paper it came in, the foam it had inside, even a leaflet which mentioned how to keep the shoe clean and safe in order to maximize it's usage, I kept everything back inside and initiated a return on 1st December 2021 at 1:16pm.
                                The shoes were picked up at 4:19pm on 1st December 2021 itself, and the delivery partner checked for the shoes and tags and asked me about the issue.

                                To my surprise, my return was declined citing failure in quality check process. When I read more about it, I feel I had fulfilled all the guidelines and every care that needed to be taken while returning this item.
                                Not only this, but I have no other way for countering this bogus claim of failure of quality check, or put my side to it, or even ask what actually went wrong, I didn't get any contact details to get any help. The help button on the order redirects to a static page which says my return got declined.
                                I demand that my order be returned and I get my refund back, since while showcasing the product, Myntra doesn't shy away from saying "Easy Returns, No questions asked"

                                The item was reshipped to me and I again got the option of return on the Myntra app. This time the return was seamless and I got my refund amount. Myntra also contacted me in 2-3 days regarding my complaint here, which had been resolved by then.

                                  My order didn't get placed but my payment got debited from my account. I've put mail on the website and they said that they will refund the money back but still I have not received the refund yet.

                                      I bought 7 products during Black Friday sale on discount and one day before delivery 4 of the products were cancelled by Myntra and they notified that the order got cancelled because of some unforeseen circumstances. This is highly unethical of Myntra . Now the price of those products have been increased . Myntra is cheating their consumers

                                        The complaint is regarding my recent order no.[protected]-2404701.

                                        I ordered 2 pairs of kids’ shoe brands- YK, the shoes were small in size, and therefore I placed a return request the same day, i.e. on 29th November 2021.

                                        Both items were picked up successfully the next day on 30th Nov 2021 (Picked up messages are attached), their delivery agent checked both the products thoroughly, everything was just as I received from them - Tags were intact, and there was not a single mark on the soles of the shoes.

                                        I checked the status of my refund, and I was shocked to see the status of the products, stating the return was put on hold due to a dusk mark on the sole. How pathetic and liar their existing system is??

                                        The following day I was informed via messages and email that the “return is rejected”. So now the question is, where are my products gone and where is my refund???

                                        I repeatedly asked for my refund, product updates, and details about "damaged product", but no response. So instead, I was asked to wait till Dec 3rd 2021, for an update. But the issue was closed with no follow-up.

                                        The current status is showing ‘’Return is Rejected.’’ I don’t know what they did to my returned shoes and if they’re on the way to the seller, where is my refund??

                                        I MUST SAY MYNTRA IS NO MORE A SAFE SHOPPING PLATFORM FOR END CUSTOMERS – THEIR LOGISTICS SYSTEM, THEIR EXISTING APP, EVERYTHING IS PATHETIC!!!
