My Myntra gift card was used by someone else who bought it for 3000/- which is worth 5000/-. Myntra didnt help in finding the user, it's only me who traced the user and found all the details. The user purchased the gift card from other person who is selling gift cards at discounted rates.

The user who used my gift card: [protected]@gmail.com.
The user who sold it to krishnagarwal is: Sachin([protected]).

I am providing the evidences like Transaction report which contain transaction details of my gift card. Using this report we found the user who used it and after talking to him we found the person who sold it to him.

    By mistake my amount was been refunded to mytra credit
    I want refund back to my bank account
    Mynta is forcing me to buy something from the platform itself
    Witty of mytra as yoy can't do anything from that amount rather than buying something from mytra
    Literal force.

      This is very pathetic moment and I feel so harassed to write this complaint today.
      I ordered this puma shoes (order id mentioned in subject) with Myntra.
      When the fact is, I received a WRONG PAIR OF SHOES with a BROKEN BOX in a NON MYNTRA PACKGE.
      I complained regarding the different product the very same day and requested return & refund. Where I was denied the refund 3 times.
      Now tell me what is my fault?
      Ordering from myntra? Trusting myntra? Or being a loyal customer to myntra?
      I complained and explained the complete thing but still I am being compelled to keep whatever that has been sent to me. Now why? I have paid you from my hard earned money, I do not grow money at home.

      I feel very much harassed and mentally tortured now that myntra support insults me everyday and is not accepting my return and neither refunding me my money.

      Now after complaining over social media, they just logged me out of my myntra account and when called, said that sorry your account doesn’t exist anymore and it has been LOCKED due to security reasons.

      I hereby am complaining to you in a hope that justice will be served and you’ll not disappoint me and get me my account back with honour and get my full money refunded to my source account at the earliest.

        FYI - I have been a regular customer of Myntra since 2012 ( never changed my account)

        I had ordered a ARROW SINGLE BREASTED SUIT of INR 5357 on 25 Oct 2021 and I got delivery of the same on 30 Oct 2021.
        Suit was badly wrapped in a paper package without any proper shelf inside (please consider you have ordered a formal Suit). It looked old piece and it was also missing the trouser. I requested for return on 2 Nov 2021.
        Pickup person came to my address on 3 Nov 2021 (same address where the delivery was made) and said he cannot pick it because the trouser is missing from the package.
        I described the problem to Myntra support through Help Center and shared all the product images with price tags, brand tags and packaging etc. I got an email on 10 Nov 2021 saying the return request has been approved and the pickup will be done on 10 Nov 2021 itself. Pickup person came to my home on 11 Nov 2021 (same address as before) and said he need to send email to his manager about this trouser missing case in order to get appproval and he cannot pick the product right now. He also asked me to send photos of product on his mobile number (whatsapp) which I had shared.
        Since then, every single day I am receiving an email saying 'Your return is out for pickup' and after a few hours, I am receiving another email 'Return failed' and we will try again. This is happening on every single day. I have raised several complaints to Myntra about delays in return pickup but nothing happened ( i have all call recordings). I had also talked to pickup associate and he kept saying he is waiting for his manager's approval on email (i have all call recordings). Suddenly my account got 'blacklisted' on 17 Nov 2021 for which I never received a clear reason (there was a list of possible reasons) [Incident: IN[protected]]. I can suspect that pickup executive kept entering reason of return failure as 'Wrong Address' which caused my account to get blacklisted. I had also informed this problem to Myntra helpcenter. Now they are saying they cannot process any return, refund for a blacklisted account. I am left with an old formal suit which I cannot wear or even return. It is a loss of INR 5357.
        I don't want to transact with Myntra anymore but this is purely unethical to deliver a bad product and then Blacklisting the account. Or may be it is purely the pickup associate's fault that he entered wrong reason while marking as 'return failed'

          Hi,

          we usually order from myntra on COD, but this time it was not a pleasant experience.
          It was my sister's order and she wasn't home and i asked the delivery person to come the next day but he was not leaving and when i tried to reject the parcel as canceled. He very rudely and in bad tone said " why would you people buy stuff for which u cannot pay" .
          Latter when i asked him to watch his tone he started abusing in low tone and also threatening to meet somewhere outside.
          This is not something we as a customer are ready to take. Please take care of this matter and avoid hiring such people.

              My myntra account got restricted all of a sudden and I had myntra credit in it. I'm shopping with myntra from past 8 years and being an icon member of myntra I don't really expect this kind of behavior from myntra. Kindly help me out

                Amount deducted but order not placed

                Hi team,

                I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 20th November 2021, during when I did a payment of Rs. 1099but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 1099 got deducted from my flexipay account.

                I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got no reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not...

                Dear Team,

                I have ordered home blanket of quantity 4 and same day I ha e requested return for all of the 4 items. First time a courier boy came and he told me that you have 4 items ans I don't have that size of bag so he told another guy will pick these items.

                Very next day another courier boy came and he picked all 4 items from my home(I have attached his photo to the email). The courier boy picked all 4 items of blanket and received refund for only one blanket. After 2-3 days again message started from Myntra saying pick-up arranged for your return. Now, if I have already returned all 4 items then what should I do now? Also my amount is blocked and don't have any items for return.

                Multiple times I called Myntra customer care and that person told me to wait till 16 th November and you'll get refund in your account. Today morning again I got message that pick-up scheduled for your items. What he'll is going on, really frustrated with the service now also, communicated with delivery partner and he also told me that we got request from Myntra even if the items were picked from customer, your delivery partner also got frustrated.

                Please see the attached photos where courier boy picked all 4 items and another is Myntra status in my mobile app which clearly says that items picked on 7th November and didn't get refund yet.

                I want to escalate this issue to the higher level abd wanted to fix it ASAP.

Please 🙏 I want my money back chor h Myntra I'll never oder anything from this app I ordered biotique facial kit which damaged my face skin it came pimples acne on my face and my skin shrink and got irritation 😠😠😠 haraamkhor h Myntra haram ka paisa kha jata customer ka I'll abuse everytime.😠😠😠😠

                    I placed 2 products on Myntra by paying online through upi I’d . After 2 days both my products got cancelled by giving message as “ your products has been cancelled because of some internal error “ . And message as refund has been initiated in source account. I checked my bank statement there was no refund . I contacted customer care they said 24 hours lator refund will be initiated. It has been 5 days already, refund has not come . Help centre I have sent several message there is no response coming

                        After multiple attempts of talking to your customer service and after raising complaints 2-3 times I am writing this with full disappointment from myntra.

                        PROBLEM : The product has been picked up after placing return request and still in my profile it is showing as delivered. Though I have mentioned in my each call about this issue, it was not logged properly from none of your support team members.

                        Everytime I have been told that issue is from your side, but it was logged as item is not being picked up in the issue resolved details.

                        I claimed for myntra credits thinking I would get refund instatnly after picking up the product but issue itself has not been resolved and support team gives ambigous answer.

                        Hope my issue gets resolved soon and I get my refund

                          I have not recieved three items and in app the status is delivered... costumer care response is so bad and they are not doing anything to resolve the issue.
                          They should refund the money.

                            The 2 products that i returned bearing the return id’s [protected] & [protected] with amount of 989 & 608. While filling my credentials for the refund process i made a mistake while entering my account number and according to myntra the refund has been initiated to that particular account successfully. While speaking to several myntra executives i was been instructed to contact my bank and raise a dispute at the gateway end, and according i did that but the bank is asking for the method of payment that Myntra made through the gateway so that we can start the recovery process. Also, the account number that I entered does not even exist so iam unable to understand how is the refund been successful and if in any case the deee has been done, i need to get the detail mentioned above so that i can recover my money. Kindly reach out to me asap.

                                I had ordered a men's trouser and instead I received a women's jeans on 6th Nov. Because of the wrong product delivery, I placed a return request and the order was picked up by ekart executive on 9th Nov. Still the order status shows delivered and after speaking so many times to the myntra customer care my complaint has not been resolved yet and I haven't received my refund too. I have also shared the pickup receipt.

                                  Hello sir/mam !!
                                  I have placed an order on[protected] for berrylush white printed maxi from myntra worth 879/- after canceling the order of same dress that I placed a day before for 1199/- because of price difference.. I got a refund for the canceled order..
                                  The issue is, my new order worth 879/- did not get placed, but the amount got debited from my account.. and I could not get in touch with customer executive of myntra to raise a complaint..
                                  When will I get my refund ???

                                    Hi,

                                    I bought tshirt and returned back due to fitting issue. I suppose to get a refund of Rs.269 latest by 10th November 2021, which not happened, so I called n they raised a ticket and told that latest by 22nd November it will be resolved, but yesterday they closed the ticket without any update shared to me. Now they telling that the refund initiated on 9th November, which will be credited in 7-10 days. Seems a big lie to me.

                                    When I am calling them they giving me round round answers and also no calls from any of the case manager or supervisor.

                                    They making fool of customers and using their money without any reason.

                                      I purchased the gift card on 11th November, 2021 and did not receive any coupon code. I raised the complain on same day and was told that within 72 hours it will receive an update. Later I was given 15th as an extension. Today it is 18th and I still don’t have any update.
                                      I am calling every single day and no one is helping me out. Few customer care executives even hung up on me.

                                      As a customer I have never felt so humiliated and insulted before.

                                      Kindly give me my money back. This is becoming intolerable now.
