I have ordered AHIKA women blue and pink floral printed A-line kurta and got delivered on 11th Oct along with I have ordered few more but due to size issue I had to return the product and I remember on or before 14th the product has been picked up also I don't have those messages either of delivery or the returns due to the multiple orders I have been deleting those but It didn't get updated on the app that my return has been picked up and I was out of station for few days hoping this would get updated and will be refunded but when I returned back I still would see the same thing and many messages for the pickup. Later I have raised a complaint and even called the customer care many times they would ask me the details and end up closing the ticket stating that product hasn't been received at their desk, I wanted to escalate that and no one was helping me out always they would mention the same thing and close the ticket. Everytime I call I will have to explain from the beginning they would open a ticket and close it. Its been a month now and no resolution has been provided they are not even providing the escalation number. I don't know where my product is now already I have returned it but it hasn't reached and it's not even with me.

As the customer care executives are not helping me in this regard and so I am writing this to you in a hope that I would get some resolution on this, earlier it was not about the refund but now yes I do worry about it thinking that what if I order the product of big amounts and it would also end up in same way if there is a issue. The customer care executives neither they are helping nor taking it forward when it is not in their hand but they would close the ticket when they know the product hasn't even reached their desk when I have returned it. This is so rediculious I have been wasting my time on this repeatedly doing the same things there is no proper channel for escalation. More of if I had to cheat I would have done it for all the products that I purchased and I would have had a repeated history of doing it since the time I started using Myntra and this is the first time I am facing this kind of issue.

Everytime I call customer care I have repeatedly mentioned that I don't have any messages on this and the executive will open a ticket and within 7-8 hours my ticket will get closed with the same update saying that there is no proof. If the resolution is that simple why do we need customer support even automation will also do the same job if there is proof issue will get resolved or else ticket will be closed. I was even said that supervisor will call I haven't received any call except one. There is no hope left out expecting the resolution. If I don't get any update on this I would like to hight it to consumers court.

Kindly provide solutions rather than closing the ticket this is not the ethics as when there is fault from your end need to investigate on that you have to provide the receipt for the return pickup not just the message atleast OTP should be provided how can a pickup agent cannot cheat, when his verbal statment are considered why not mine

    Myntra is closing the return pickup with incorrect status as wrong address.

    I have raised the complaint twice over past 2 weeks and no action has been made, twice i have been told that their supervisor will call back. the customer care just apologizes and says they cant do anything

      This is regarding Myntra Packet Number - [protected].

      I had ordered Raymond Men Beige Solid Single-Breasted Formal Suit (Rs 6145) but the seller scammed me and he sent me a Colorplus Tshirt worth Rs 1500.

      I then placed a return request in the Myntra app after which the return was approved (Return ID Number - [protected]).

      The return order was to be picked up on 4th November. The pickup guy came but he denied picking up the order since his manager didn't allow him to pick up the wrong product because, in their app, it was showing to pickup Raymond Suit and not Colorplus Tshirt.

      The pickup guy's attitude was so rude. I asked him to give the number of his manager but he said that he cannot share his number. He just threw away the package and said "Jaake Myntra Support mein baat karo na" in a very rude manner.

      He again came on 5th November but he again denied to pick up the wrong product.

      He asked me to contact Myntra Customer Support and ask Customer Support to send an email to Kota Myntra Office asking them to pick up the order.

      I don't expect this kind of experience from Myntra. This was my first Myntra order and the experience turned into a nightmare.

      If I don't receive my refund with the next 7 days, I shall file a legal complaint in the Consumer Court.

        I have raised concerns in Myntra..but without resolving issue the are closing..pickup agent has picked up the product but Myntra is saying we have not received the product when I raise the concern they are asking for delivery agent mobile number, name receipt which is given on puckep..I have been shopping on Myntra from past 5 years I never got delivery agent name and never received a receipt when I returned the products..they should have tracking for every who delivered and who picked up items..they are asking customers to share those details which is not possible..even mobile number also not possible as I got call as company call which I couldn't call back ..this isuue is closed without any investigation IN[protected]

          Dear Concern
          order was booked as prepaid Order ID # 1185592 [protected] & Myntra sent as COD and 1233/- charged by delivery boy by the receiver.
          Had co-ordinating from last 9 days and now they are denying for refund.
          Please look into and resolve ASAP....

          Of Late, Myntra is delivering items to Customers without price tags. Myntra doesn't have quality checks with Sellers, they are accepting items with out items tags and delivering the sub-standard products to customers.
          For examples: Return IDs [protected], [protected], [protected]. Exchange ID:[protected]-2497801
          All these items when delivered, there was no price tag. Also, the quality is bad in few. It seems the sellers are getting rid of the old stocks.

          The problem arises when these are put for exchange or return, the return pickup person denies the pick up because there is no price tag, even though all other things are present, the brand name, brand box etc.

          This is not making sense. Myntra is delivering items without price tags, customers are accepting them. While Myntra is not picking up the same for exchange, returns.

          Moreover, the genuineness of products by Myntra is in doubt when they are delivering products without price tags. This is unacceptable.
          While accepting the delivery, shall customers check and take the delivery only when there is a price tag? Then introduce such measures to help customers.

            Of late Myntra has been delivering products with out price tags. Myntra doesn't have quality checks with sellers, and sellers are getting rid of old stocks.
            The problems arise when these items are put up for return or exchange.
            The return pickups are getting denied in such cases. Customers are at loss.
            Moreover, the genuineness of products by Myntra is in doubt when they are delivering products without price tags

                  Gift card Scam or Fraud

                  My friend gifted me a Myntra gift card on 29th June, 2021 of worth 5000. When I tried to use it, it's saying the Gift card has already been added to another user. Then when I tried to reach Myntra, then assured me that they will resolve the issue and will reach out with in 5-7days.                   I ordered pink and orange saree but they delivered totally different saree, received purple saree. Now they are neither giving me return nor exchange. While I am an old customer. Myntra do not trust the customer. Whenever I call, give a new date. Please help me... I want to refund my money... They feel that the customer has no work except to follow them..This is not acceptable very frustrating

                    Gift card related issue

                    I received a gift card from my friend on October 1st 2021. Upon using the gift card I found out that it says it's been used by an email id that is not mine. I reported this issue to Myntra customer care with a screenshot and all gift card details. On two occasions the customer care executive closed the query without solving the issue, on the third occasion I got on a phone call with a customer service representative they said 'hello' then...

                    I got two similar products (Kurta sets of Manyavar) of different size as don't have enough time to wait for exchange size if one goes wrong.
                    But Myntra has set that to only size exhangable and not returnable where all of the products in this category are returnable. So I haven't looked for its policy of which I got trapped of their gimmick of selling.
                    I have lost Rs 6000 due to it and they are not agreeing to return even a single one.

                      Hello,

                      This is to inform you that I placed a return request of my t-shirt 2 weeks ago and handed over the t-shirt to delivery person last week. But at the end of the day they refused to update this on myntra website and stating that not able to pickup due to customer and cancel the pickup request.

                      This is my 4th time return request I placed. But I already handed over the product to delivery person

                        I have ordered a roadster jacket from Myntra along with three jeans and one top. One of the delivery agent came and delivered me three jeans and one top but when I went through my app. It's showing that the roadster jacket had also been delivered, and I have never received that product. I have raised this issue with Myntra and the team asked me to wait till 2nd Nov, instead of resolving my issue again they are saying to wait 48 more hrs. I need help on this. Kindly escalate this issue further so that they cannot fraud people this way

                          I ordered a blue maxi dress from myntra on october first week and they mentioned that they delivered on october 15 . And now the date was november 2 still they didn't delivered it to me. Now the myntra says the november 7 th day they should delivered ... I didn't expect this from myntra... I can't accept it if the product didn't reach within november 7 ... I'll return it if more days have taken

                            I call myntra customer and said that i order a levis jeans pant, but recived a used old another brand product, and then they creact a return request. When courier boy came to pickup my return product, they reject my product and cancel my return request, he said 'this is used product, i cant acept this' Plz help me return this..

                              Related to Order ID # 1186714 [protected]. I have not received ear pods in the case, which was delivered. The case was empty and I did not find the ear pods in them. when complaint was raise, its not been looked into properly and I dont have a solution yet.

                                I ordered a urbano fashion jeans via myntra order id #118730362769515378601 the delivery guy having phone number [protected] called and talked in very inappropriate manner then he reached my house and then i gave the money for the order he was not having the change to return me so i asked him to wait over there but inspite of waiting he went away i tried to call him, he first hung up my call and i tried again he used abuse language and hanged up on me … probably this is worst delivery i ever faced take urgent action against such staff or am doing a complaint in consumer court this is not the way to treat a costumer. And that guy took my order with him .!!!
