I had ordered a men's trouser and instead I received a women's jeans on 6th Nov. Because of the wrong product delivery, I placed a return request and the order was picked up by ekart executive on 9th Nov. Still the order status shows delivered and after speaking so many times to the myntra customer care my complaint has not been resolved yet and I haven't received my refund too. I have also shared the pickup receipt.

    Hello sir/mam !!
    I have placed an order on[protected] for berrylush white printed maxi from myntra worth 879/- after canceling the order of same dress that I placed a day before for 1199/- because of price difference.. I got a refund for the canceled order..
    The issue is, my new order worth 879/- did not get placed, but the amount got debited from my account.. and I could not get in touch with customer executive of myntra to raise a complaint..
    When will I get my refund ???

      Hi,

      I bought tshirt and returned back due to fitting issue. I suppose to get a refund of Rs.269 latest by 10th November 2021, which not happened, so I called n they raised a ticket and told that latest by 22nd November it will be resolved, but yesterday they closed the ticket without any update shared to me. Now they telling that the refund initiated on 9th November, which will be credited in 7-10 days. Seems a big lie to me.

      When I am calling them they giving me round round answers and also no calls from any of the case manager or supervisor.

      They making fool of customers and using their money without any reason.

        I purchased the gift card on 11th November, 2021 and did not receive any coupon code. I raised the complain on same day and was told that within 72 hours it will receive an update. Later I was given 15th as an extension. Today it is 18th and I still don’t have any update.
        I am calling every single day and no one is helping me out. Few customer care executives even hung up on me.

        As a customer I have never felt so humiliated and insulted before.

        Kindly give me my money back. This is becoming intolerable now.

          Not able to use gift coupon

          I bought a gift coupon and 11th November and Myntra did not send me coupon code. I raised complaint on the same day and they asked me for different kind of proof. Which I sent and I was given 72 hours wait time. I called every single day to know about the status and no one gave any concrete answer. Some customer care executives even hung up my call. My money is blocked and I don’t know what to do. It has been 18th today and still there...

          I received a product with not-so-good packaging and the product was essentially crushed. I tried on the product to see if it was of the right size, the product was small in size and since there was no larger size available, I placed a return request within an hour with all the price tags intact. The product was shipped to me in a cardboard box and I put the suit in the same condition as it is and handed it over to the delivery guy. The guy picks up my product throwing away the cardboard box and essentially rolling that product in his bag. The product was picked up and I receive a message the next day that that product has failed the quality check and said I have used the product. The return request was placed within an hour of the product being delivered and all the price tags were intact. How could have I even used the product within 40 minutes, the delivery guy himself inspected the product and then accepted it? If it had been used at that moment, wouldn't the delivery guy would have rejected it.
          The pickup guy himself verified the tags and the condition of the product and then only took the product bak with him and how is it possible that I would have wore that 3-piece suit in 40 minutes and could have decided to return within this time window

            I purchased a myntra gift card worth Rs.1500 for my friend on November 7. Till date it is not reflected in my friend's account. I contacted myntra customer care and they told it will be refundable to my account, but it is not yet recieved. I waited for 10 days and still myntra customer care says to wait more. They haven't any surety that when the money will refund.
            What should I do now?

              Myntra sent me wrong product & also gave wrong self ship address for which I incurred courier charges. Now they r asking me to self ship @ another address and not refunding previous courier charges borne by me. Pls help get my money back fo the wrong product received and courier charges.                 This is regarding Myntra online shopping experience.
                I have ordered U.S polo olive green Jacket worth rs 4500 but I have recieved very ugly U.S polo T Shirt on Nov 11 and Same time I have raised request then Myntra create return request and schedule pick up of the product on Nov 12 but at the time of pick up myntra courier boy refuse to pick the product and said that he has information to recieve jacket not T Shirt. Its been 7 days I have called so many times but they register only complain not given any resolution.
                Worst experience with Myntra.

                  I had order Myntra e-gift card on 15th November, 2021
                  It was pre-paid payment and 800 INR was debited and received by Myntra instanatly.
                  A valid gift card was to be received through email which should contain gift card number, PIN and expiry date.
                  But till date I have not received any such email from Myntra.
                  Ideally, Gift Card number should also be updated under "My Profile", on Myntra website. But that is also not updated.

                  I have neither recieved any e-gift card with card number and PIN through email nor on Myntra Website/Application.

                  Please resolve this issue.

                    I purchased a gift coupon on 11th Nov and I did not receive any code nor did the person for whom I purchased the coupon. We are not been able to use it and my 3000/- are stuck. I repeatedly contacted customer care abs I was told that the query will be resolved by 13 later I was told it will be done by 16th. Today, it’s 17th abs yet I have not received any update. Every single day I call customer care abs yet nothing is done. I have never felt so humiliated as a customer. Please help me out.

                      Dear Sir,

                      It is very disappointed with the service facility from Myntra.

                      My item picked up by your delivery executive on dt. 07.11.2021 evening around 7 p.m and don't get any picked up message from your end after receiving return item and again next day on Dt.08.11.2021 another guy come to my adress for pick up of same return request item.
                      After return item taken from me while I am contacted with customer care executive and told them about this incident they told me within dt. 13.11.2021 they will be intimate me about the status but till date no one contact with me.
                      After that when I am contacting with the person who picked my return he gave a tracking id "MYNR[protected]" and told me to again contact with the Myntra customer care to know more about my return and refund of my return item amount but again customer care not gave any solution about my problem and gave me a message on there help center that as per there record still the item not picked up by any delivery person.

                      Then yesterday I am personally visit the local ekart office in Bhubaneswar center and asking them about my return and share them the tracking ID and they told me the item which return from me already reached at seller point and for your reference I am sharing you in attachment.
                      Hence, request you kindly check details and refund my money to my bank account.

                        I have ordered Nike green and cream coloured cosmic unity basketball shoes on 9th November and i got the delivery on 14th november .as i was busy i did not open the package on the very same day..i opened the packet on 15th november and to my horror it was completely different and cheap quality product..i instantly initiated a return process and called customer service twice but still my return got cancelled so i again raises a return process request.this time my return request got initiated and my pickup was successfully done..but after 4 5 hour i got a call from myntra courier partner..and they said they will see how i get the refund..i instantly called the customer care to report the issue..but to of no use they did listen to my issue..really i got fed up as my 13495 rs has been stuck and i dont knw what to do now..why the hell on this earth i have ordered from myntra ..looks like i have got cheated..please do some help

                          Debiting money from CUSTOMERs accounts in the pretence of delivering the order and then cancelling the order after few days and refunding the money few more days after that. Effectively keeping that money for a week or two. And I can’t imagine the scale at which Myntra is doing it. Because It happened for 12/13 orders that I placed in the last few months I.e 92% times for 1 CUSTOMER.

                          I placed an order on Myntra on Saturday Night and until today morning i was given updates that i will be delivered my order today and suddenly all of a sudden my orders get cancelled due to an internal issue and Myntra's CUSTOMER care service is soo ### that you cant even get an explanation.

                          Myntra's Successful Delivery rate is soo bad that i got 1 item delivered out of the 13 items i ordered in the past few months. In this process they put that money on hold for good no.of days.

                          Either they are very inefficient at doing their business but if it was inefficiency they would have rectified it within few days or a month. But it’s been happening since last few months.

                            I had received jacket of small size and applied for exchange. while picking the replaced product, first delivery boy refused to take back the product by saying it is defective and further misbehaved. When contacted customer care two times dealing person also misbehaved and used abusive language and further warned not to contact the customer care. Further my account at myntra was also locked

                                Recently i purchased a denim jacket from the brand Tokyo Talkies worth Rs 805/-
                                On opening the parcel, i was surprised to see a very different product from the same brand. For this reason i created a return request on the very same day itself. But after returning the product on 5th november i did not recieve my refund. On checking the refund status i got to know that they have rejected my return due to unexplainable reasons.
                                I request you to please look into this matter and help me . Such frauds are unacceptable from ecommerce sites.

                                  I am unable to raise a return for the product . The return is put on hold. When the pickup guy came to pick up the product, I was out of town and my mom gave the wrong pair of shoes. So pick up guy rejected the pick up failing quality check. But I have the correct pair of shoes so just need to return the same. also sending the image of the product. I am unable to initiate the return request from the app as it's on hold. I called customer care they said I can't reinitiate the return request. And I am stuck now. No one is helping.

                                    I have ordered a green dress of brand PANIT from Myntra.The dress was delivered on 28th October 2021.Refund of 5.71 ₹ was instantly credited to my Myntra credit but the amount of 1127..91 rupees is still not initiated from Myntra's end.It 16th November today and i have not got my refund. Every time I call on the Myntra customer care they dont provide me any details of my redund rather they only say we appreciate your patience please wait for 3 to 5 business days or (24 to 48 hrs) for the update.In these 21 days i have got only updates and not my refund.

                                      I ordered a pair of puma shoes! I received my order but it was a bigger size! I applied for a return request on the same day! My product was picked up the next day! But on the same I was informed that my product did not pass the quality check! Now what do I do! Nobody is answering the customer care! Highly disappointed with the product and the service! What the hell do you think expect now! And the shoes are in the best quality possible!
