I ordered a urbano fashion jeans via myntra the delivery guy having phone number [protected] called and talked in very inappropriate manner then he reached my house and then i gave the money for the order he was not having the change to return me so i asked him to wait over there but inspite of waiting he went away i tried to call him, he first hung up my call and i tried again he used abuse language and hanged up on me … probably this is worst delivery i ever faced take urgent action against such staff or am doing a complaint in consumer court this is not the way to treat a costumer. And that guy took my order with him .!!!

    I am highly disappointed and furious with the behavior of myntra customer care team. For the past 15 days I have been raising a complaint daily.

    I had ordered a Chemistry Parka Jacket (Order ID # 1185857 [protected]) which was first declined on 18th Nov by delivery agent (Name: Aditya Bankar, mobile number: [protected]) stating quality issues. The delivery agent (Aditya Bankar) then came again on 19th or 20th and picked up the product. The quality check was put on hold, upon raising first complaint it was resolved. When I spoke to customer care he said he will initiate return from his end and asked me not to do so from the myntra app. I told him product was already picked up, he said they would send it back and create a return request from myntra end. The product was never sent back to me.

    Post that for 1 week everyday I received call stating pick up failed, how can I return something which was already returned?!?! When I spoke to your customer agent he said madam this will be resolved by 27th and we will initiate return internally to process your refund.

    I keep raising tickets daily and customer care executives keep putting it in resolved status stating item wasn't picked up so can't refund without even reading my issue or checking history.
    This is absolutely bizzare and horrible customer experience. When your own staff (Myntra agent - Aditya Bankar) and customer (me) has confirmed that I have returned the product then how can you lie stating it wasn't picked up?!?
    Your own agent said "by mistake I put product not available online as myntra team put your product in Hingna warehouse". Once the item is returned by the customer, it is not my fault if your process is flawed.

    I want the refund back as I had returned the item which your own agent is confirming if you don't trust the customer.

    If I don't receive a prompt response in 2 days (I have already spoken to min 10 customer care agents regarding this) I will have to take this to consumer court and other social media platforms such as twitter, linkedin etc.

      I ordered 4 headbands from myntra but the quality was so bad and it dint even look close to image. Rather one of them was broken.
      I returned those items and now the refund is on hold saying it failed quality check. One of product was already broken rest were as it is.
      Return them with same packing and box and everything. Its been more than a week that refund has not proccessed and now it has been put on hold. I order so much from myntra. Did not expect such bad quality product and such response on already broken product

              Hi Team,

              There has been a refund initiated to my account by myntra on 7th oct of amount 892, which has not been credited to my account yet.

              After enquiring about the same with myntra they shared the reference no[protected]. I have checked with the same id with my bank. They are unable to locat it. So, as per my understanding the transaction got failed. And myntra is not helping me here.

              Kindly help me out

              Reference no got generated doesn't mean the transaction was successful. Failed transactions also have reference no associated with that. So the transaction might got failed.

              Innitate the same again . Its been more than 20 days.

                  I was visiting India for 2 weeks and placed 2 orders worth more than 10K from Myntra for different items. A pair of flip flops that arrived slightly discoloured was returned because of the discolouration as well as a size issue. to my disappointment, Myntra rejected the return because of a quality issue which is the very reason I returned the product to them. I initiated the return within 24 hours of receiving the product.

                  The product is apparently being shipped back to me whereas I had told Myntra customer service when I spoke to them on 27 Oct that I will be travelling back and leaving India on 29 Oct.

                    I have raised the complaint for incomplete product received on 22 Oct promised date of resolution was 26 Oct .since then I am following up and it's 30 Today, they are pasting the same template saying please wait 24-48h after 26 Oct and yet I have not got any resolution I have tried to seek
                    help from Twitter and Facebook too but Myntra is fake app that's proven. From 26 everyday they are arranging supervisor priority call but no supervisor has contacted yet .Tell how you feel if this ### will happen with you I am so worried regarding my product I have raised the complaint on same time I have recieved the product on 22 Oct o have provided images and all other important too but myntra has disappointed me till death.from past 2 days I am suffering from High headache because of this only .this is the last option left for me.please do the needful.

                      Dear Sir,

                      Sorry to say that I am unhappy with myntra service and due to this I have got in depression.
                      Actually I have ordered from your myntra aap 25 sharee total amount rs 22k aprox and 14 shares I have received before 25 sep 2021.

                      And 11 shares prices of these shares is 7k approx Which date of delivery was 25 sept 2021 which detail is following 3 combo sarees and 5 seprate sarees means 8 packets total no of sarees is 11 but on sept I have received I wrong product which I have never order from your aap and AWB no[protected] .
                      On this single AWB no[protected] my products means my all sarees delivery status have shows delivered but I have not received any single saree. And in stead of my sarees I have Received a different and wrong product salwar, Kurti and dupata which I have never ordered and my 11 sarees is missing.
                      And for product I have so many times complaining to your customer service support from 25 september 2021 to 17 October 2021 but still I am waiting for your reply or solution.

                      When told to them regarding my problem from 25 September 2021 to still date they told me that I promise you to resolve your problem and they take 5 days on each complain and at last they close the case from them self without providing me any solution.
                      I think Myntra team cheat to customer like me they have no any right process to solve any problem of customer.
                      Please find the attachment of wrong product pics and detail and I have also meet with your courier patner regarding same problem they also give me prove. They told me if required they provide me video clips for prove.
                      Please the detail which I am sharing you right now and same prove I have a already shared to you team.

                      And your team told me that I am 5 days late how its possible because I have proper prove and I am sharing you also please see carefully .
                      I need justices if you donot gave me justices or refunds my money.
                      If this problem not solve by you then I have to go complained on Myntra and Myntra process in consumer court.

                      Again today I am complaining to you because you all do not my problem is that I have received wrong product in stead of my 11 sarees and the price of my ordered items is approx 7k still my amount is pending.

                      Why you all play with me and nobody call me still I am waiting for my refund.

                            But I received girls school black shoes.

                            I immediately raised a return request on 22nd October the same day I got the parcel. Myntra has ever since been cancelling my return and have not refunded my money or given me credits either.

                            I spent 3697 on the product and feel fully cheated. They are saying the barcode on the box is correct so they cannot help me. I am absolutely helpless and do not know how to get back my money.

                            Their customer support is not at all helpful. They claim to me be doing some investigation but I have no idea how they are investigating because clearly my issue is not resolved. They keep closing my tickets.

                            Their bag and box were in bad condition when I received it and I even shared images but they are refusing to help me!!

                              Hope you are well.

                              I akhila I writing this email regards your services was literally wrost and irrelevant answers from your customer care.I wasted huge amount of time for my refundable amount i.e 1162 in July 2021to till date .But I haven't been received my amount from your side.
                              It's really not good to test the customer patience and valuable time .I sincerely return my refunded amount as earliest as possible.
                              Note.This is last time if myntra management couldn't respond this mail I will posted all groups in social media platforms.

                                My number is [protected].. I had booked a tshirt which I wanted to return… I spoke to the customer service executive Shekhar … requested him to have the same returned as I had gifted it to someone but the size was too big .. since it was a gift the price tag had to be cut .. pls note I told him the price tag was cut ONLY and the rest tag with the bar code and everything was there .. he refused to listen and kept repeating only one thing that the price tag cannot be cut .. now if I’m gifting a product to someone even if I buy from a store the price tag we need to cut and gift .. n if it’s such a issue why doesn’t it come as a pop up while booking … the CSE was absolutely rude, refused to connect me to a senior, had the audacity to put me on mute and went off and refused to provide any help .. this is absolutely ridiculous .. I need a callback and need the tshirt exchanged

                                      I ordered a product -mojri (types of footwear )from myntra by seller NR by nidhi

                                      The product when I received I opened it very same day and observed it was defective with one design on left pair was different than the right pair
                                      The footwear had no tags already looked worn out and was dirty
                                      Now when I filed for a complain for bad quality of product and ask for a return then myntra refuses and denies my reasoning and rejects my return in turn blaming me for removing tags and using and wearing the footwear
                                      Which makes no sense
                                      I filed for a return complaint the very same day I got the courier
                                      The product was already in a bad condition and I am being told by myntra that I have used it worn it and I am returning it
                                      They have no proper answer and reasoning for my complaint it’s been a day and they are unnecessary asking me to pay for something that I don’t want and I have not used at all
                                      I have been loyal customer to myntra for sometime now and have no bad record as such and they behave like this with people customers like us

                                        I received an order no[protected] 3855601 in which Anouk women yellow striped cotton kurta with trousers is EXTREMELY poor quality looks very thin transparent and shabby. When I wanted to register a return request the customer service man is very manipulative. He is insisting that I claim that the product is already used and damaged. But I never said so. He acts as if he is either deaf to my return request or he doesn't seem to understand English...acting too smart in registering a false complaint and says he will request an investigation, which I don't need. I want to register a RETURN And REFUND of that product.
