Return refund fraud by myntra

I had ordered a Athena top from Myntra, I raised a return request as I wasn't satisfied with its size . The return request was accepted and I got a message saying your order will be picked today. Then around 6:02 or 6:03 PM a guy came at my door asking, if I was Muskan and said "Myntra se pickup h aapka"....

    I had ordered 3 products from Myntra where just 1/3 products where delivered but I paid for all the three products. I immediately raised a complaint about it and it took two weeks and later the myntra team came up telling that the claims are declined and no refund can be provided about it.

      Not a complaint but just a suggestion that on your live website, there is a homepage banner which has space from the top, as a front end developer, I feel it's a wrong placement or margin from the top which disturbs the view.

        I bought few items and on return, I opted to keep the money as Myntra credit

        It was my hard-earned money from my bank account which was with Myntra.

        After 1 year they just said credit expired and kept that money in their pocket. How can a company so blatantly take customers' money? It was not their money to take.

        They should either put it back to the source bank or just keep it on Myntra, they have no right to take my money into their own pockets.

          This is like curse, within a week I got 2nd huge bad experience from online shopping, means like its unbelievable a shopping site myntra and there, standard, classic.
          Got product which is in -1 rating &star...
          I Was huge huge huge fond of myntra, I was addict to online shopping its because of 1 &Only myntra.com
          There service providers, there quality, there punctuality toward customer's.

          But I dont know its only happening with me or myntra has been curse by there rivalries.

          I have one free advise& Suggestion to myntra, plzz hire some good quality check team department with good product scanning devices.

          Otherwise im seriously thinking about, you will loose your customers and reputation because of such seller like indiflast mart etc.
          After reading customers experience and review on indiflast mart...im damn sure these will going to harmful for myntra.com's reputation.

          I lost my money but its ok.

          Coz last time you looked into my case which Im appreciating you from bottom my heart, coz amont was huge & Support team helped me in very good manner,
          But please give attention why? such things happening.

            Now you are doing fraud with your customers. We have booked a Peter England Casuals Men Green Solid Hooded Sweatshirt and wait a week for that product. But now we received wrong product. Color and Quality is totally different from booked product. Now you are loosing faith of customer. if you are not able to deliver the product. Why you received the order. you are wasted the time of customer.

              I have registered account on myntra with mobile number [protected] and email = [protected]@gmail.com
              I placed a new prepaid order on 07.10.21 with Order ID # 1185504 [protected] on mytra as a Wildcraft men Shoes its was my first order on this website. After 2 fake delivery attempts on 2 days i decided to pickup my parcel myself from nearly place. I called courier boy and ask him to meet there, when i reached i called but he didn't come front of me and was asking am someone around you and some time i received fake delivery of my order i was surprised by the way that guy. I tried to call him but he didn't reply anymore. Please look into this matter and provide me some solution as soon as possible i have loses my valuable time and money.

                I got a message on Sunday saying that the product would be delivered on 10/01/2021. Libas Women Green & White Printed Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta. We are at home only and no delivery person came home and contacted us. I was waiting for the package and today i could see that the status is updated as delivered. This is of prepaid order and Myntra cannot do this way with the customers. It should maintain the number of the delivery partners strictly. Please give the refund for the same or arrange to deliver the product correctly. Customer asks the whole story but no action point.

                I ordered a pigeon electronic kettle from a fraud site ( which I didn't earlier that it is a fraud site) and meet a fraud.I want to file complaint against leebaz.com and want my refund as soon as possible

                  From last few days i had been getting calls that I would get my parcel bt the guy was to lazy and kept saying I will give it tomorrow (yaarrrr kl dedunga main, order cancel thodi hojyega) This is my first bad experience with Myntra. Your delivery guy asked me to call him the next day to "remind" him to send a parcel and it is soo lame that in evening when he didn't show up again I called him thn he said he is not on duty and asked me to call someone else. Who was I suppose to call? I had got no number to call. This is rediculous. It was a gift for my sister and yea I bought it in sale and now sale is over and my order got cancelled on its own.
                  He kept saying that I will deliver your order and then the delivery boy blocked my number also

                    This is regarding the return regarding my 2 myntra returns with order ID - #118507801530070957301
                    I returned 2 of my orders because i wanted to actually replace them.
                    But the replacement policy was not valid for my area pincode.
                    So i made a return request within 1 hour, and the next day the order was picked back.
                    But I am seeing that, both of my orders have failed quality check. This isn't supposed to be this way. I returned the orders same as it was delivered to me.
                    The customer service says that the product is missing the tags and I did not detach the tags at all. It was same returned at it was delivered.

                    I after returning the orders after sometime, ordered the products again with the smaller size which you may confirm with my order history.

                    Previously also. the same has happened with my brother, that the order was sent back again.

                    This is not tolerable at all. I beaing a regular customer at myntra request you to check and resolve the matter as soon as possible and process the refund as early as possible.

                    Also I did take a pic of the tag that was in the orders (so I have the proof of that), which you claim that was detached, which actually was not.

                    Please do refund the total amount back, else you might lose a regular customer which further will use other online platforms

                      I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . In last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items... Unfortunately I have asked for exchanged for one item as size is not as per expectations...Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. And today only i received products worth 5000 in which some products are not as per my expectation and i have to return them...Myntra cancelled my other purchased items as well which already paid...I am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked.Plz help me in unlocking my account...I have complaint to customer care but no response till now...pathetic service by Myntra...why they r putting sale if not able to handle it better to close their site instead of cheating people like this...please help to get back.my account so I can file return or exchange of my items.Thanks

                        I ordered 2 items of "Varanga
                        Women Black & Golden Ethnic Foil Print Sequinned Pleated A-Line Kurta" one with "S" size and other is "XL" size. After receiving package I observed there was only one XL size item present in package. Package weight is about 400-500 gms. I have ordered these 2 items with full prepaid amount. The Date of order : 4 oct 2021

                        App also showing 2 items delivered but in actual there is only one item

                        I am a regular Myntra user.I have not expected this kind of experience with Myntra . Completely disappointed

                        I checked on App for raising complaint of missing item there is not a single option to do so. Then I checked locally at delivery office they also asked to raise complaint. Then I checked with KESHVI FASHION LLP vendor, he also asked to raise complaint. Raising complaint for your own paid money has become really difficult in case of MYNTRA. Completely disappointed . I have mentioned this complaint in feedback link provided in delivery message

                            While placing the order ’Myntra’ asked the whole history, like complete shipping address, number, billing address and the number in case of issue. I have given all the numbers like contact number of shipping address, my contact number but I was not knowing that phone calls are so costly that MYNTRA and BLUE DART cannot effort it.

                            However, my experience with MYNTRA was very very bad. Since Myntra took the money from me and didn’t deliver the product at ALL

                              Hi I placed an order on 6th of October an it was confirmed as well, However my product delivery date was on 11th and i have tried reaching you guys multiple times, and i was so pissed off from your IVRS, and its 12th today still i haven't received my product, when you cannot deliver the product on the confirmed date, y do u guys brag so much good about CUSTOMER Service.                                 I ordered this watch during the recent sale on MYNTRA which was from Oct 3rd to Oct 10th 2021. I was soo suprised to see an empty box. when i received the package. Also when i received the package it was fulling intact and was not broken or opened and sealed back. When i receved the package it was soo light. the packaging was done properly but when i opened the watch box it was empty. This was not expected.

                                  I purchased a giftcard from Myntra and the updates were sent to some random number by Myntra. When I tried to redeem the gift card, I was unable to as it had already been redeemed.

                                  When I contacted Myntra regarding this issue I didn't get any response from them for many days and ultimately they asked me to contact cyber crime

                                  It was a defect in their process. I don't know whether I received an already used giftcard from Myntra or they sent the same giftcard to multiple users.

                                  After giving all the proofs I didn't get any help from the team. I asked them to check if it has been sent to some other user, they couldn't assist me in that too.
                                  It's really disappointing

                                    I lost there barcode, but i have brand tag, brand packing and main pursel packeting..i return this 3 items, but delivery agent did not acept return this items, , he said if barcode is not availabel he could not scan the barcode number and not complete the return process.

                                      I'm not able to log in into my myntra account, it has been a month now of me struggling and calling their customer care executive and they just tell me to wait and wait everyday.
                                      I have sent my govt id that is THE VOTER ID to the cc manager long back, they have told me to wait till 3 business days and now what???
                                      How much more time do you all need???
                                      This is the kind of service Myntra provides to its customers???
                                      This is really getting illtolerable
                                      I am a very old customer of myntra and they are treating me like this!!!
                                      I'm really getting depressed by their action now

                                      Please help!!!
