On 13th Sept 2021, I tried to placed an order, amount 2604. the money got debited from my ICICI paylater account but this order didn't get placed.
I lodged a complain, waited till 23rd Sept and then again called.
I have been informed that my money would be refunded back in next 7 business day (call received by Sagar & Pranali).

I waited and on 30th Sept, 9:29am, I received ab update on my application saying that, I need to connect with my bank as that amount payment failed and did not received /pass through Myntra gateway.

While connected with my Banking officer they asked me to share the written communication . Today I again called twice. One time it got disconnected by the representative and lastly again disconnected.

My query is, if that money did not received by Myntra, why I'm not receiving a written mail communication from them?
How long I have to wait to get my hard earn money back???

23rd September I ordered a DOLCE CRUDO Jean ordered Id was[protected]. I had paid 1149/- through Phone pay. My transaction ID was[protected]. Then 26th September I had a return request and myntra agent pick up my return on 27th September. From that day to till now refund amount not reflect my account. Myntra team said refund process was successfully done. If return done by your end then give me the transaction details.

I ordered a product from Myntra, due to size issues next day I placed a return request as per the T&C mentioned I can return within 30 days. Now when the pickup guy on behalf of Myntra comes who neither was wearing mask, nor any Id card anything just a mobile phone saying I am having a Myntra Pickup app.
On handing the order to this guy he suddenly refuses to take the product saying it is damaged. But there is no single damage on the product. All tags everything is intact.

Now during this whole scenario the attitude of this guy was so arrogant, loud, aggressive that it made my neighbours come out and see what is happening. What a shame for me that this is happening for a pair of shoes which I ordered from Myntra. I request a proper action to be taken against Myntra and the Pickup Guy.

I have ordered an Indiya Basic Jumpsuit from Myntra. The expected delivery date was on 25th of September 2021. The order came on 21st September. The delivery person asked for PIN to handover the product. But I didn't get the PIN, so he took the order. Suddenly on 22nd of Sept it showed as delivered. I called to the customer support Team of Myntra nd informed this. They said The Myntra Logistic Team will look into it. Please wait till 1st of Oct. I followed up with the Team and on 27th they closed the ticket. I reopened the ticket as the issue was not solved. And placed a Return request so the delivery person can took the order to which it has been delivered. But it failed.
The Return policy for the policy for the product was on 29th of Sept, Customer support Team of Myntra assured me that the issue will be resolved and extended wait till 5th of Oct. Now on 1st of Oct they closed the ticket that the product is delivered to the Customer. I denied that as it is not. After 1 day again thy closed the ticket by mentioning the same reason. Again I did reopen the ticket. On 3rd of Oct 2 times they closed the ticket by putting same reason though I am saying I haven't received.
Could you please help me to solve the issue. As per the consumer rights they are not providing me the correct solution and closing the issue.

My account was LOCKED after I tried to log in. I have already ordered many items from myntra and I'm afraid that I will lose money. Those items are meant to be gifts and I can't afford to buy more.
I contacted Myntra customer care and it was unhelpful.
I really need to access my account.
Please help me.

I had a made transaction on Sep 29 2021, for which order id was generated by the Site but it was not successful may be and no invoice was generated out or not success /failed message issue by the system.

When i contact the customer support team, they are reluctant to consider my case and push for the refund as they are saying that issue is with the Payment gateway (Google pay).

I have checked with the GPAY customer support team also and they say that if order id is generated out and no confirmation given after the amount get deducted out then it is from MYNTRA system fault.

Attached the details in the snapshot.

Hope myntra will look into this matter and if not then i have no choice other then raise it will other grievance (gov) cell.

I wanted to cancel my order as suggested by Myntra customer service at the time of delivery the delivery executive head called me and abused me and forced me to take the order and said if you don't want to take the order then why you ordered.

Customer reviews are not visible for any of the products on my Myntra app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still doesn't work.
Note: I was able to see customer reviews earlier. But now they are not visible to me

I ordered a gift card for my friends with their email ID in recipient's address. When they try to redeem it, they got the error as this card is already added to some other account. The myntra support team is not ready to share the info as which account it got added....

I had ordered an electronic product from Myntra and I contacted customer service for cancel of the order as suggested by the customer service I denied to take the order at the time of delivery but the delivery guy forced me to take the order and was saying please take the order it will be loss for me please take and he forcefully handed me the order

I paid the money for my order from Myntra through mobikwik wallet but my order haven't placed yet. My money is been deducted but no order has been placed.

Myntra Customer Support is a bunch of fraudsters who are eager to bluff the customer

1. Customer orders item [ Address Correct + wrong phone number due to a technical glitch ]
2. Talks to customer team to open an alternate OTP recieving phone number.
3. After 13 days the customer raises a cancellation request due to a customer team not able to help him further
4. Supervisor calls and assures to resolve the issue in 2 days.
5. The same day one of the item is moved to caneclled state.
6. When asked for reason and to contact the same supervisor team who claimed to support, the customer team just closes the ticket.
Also Myntra has a ticketing system which cannot reopen resolved tickets.

Note::
1. No received refund.
2. Not received Item.
3. Fed up with fraud calls from customer team and their arrogant and stubborn answers.
4. My money for no reason is with Myntra still.

Clear cause of conspired fraudulant incident as per IPC 120A and 420.

I ordered few items a week back and i have not returned any of it . Suddenly my myntra account got locked as confirmed by customer care. With no notice they have locked my account . i have not done many exchange as well.

I had purchased hrx track pants from myntra the items returned by me (returned 🆔 [protected][protected] for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 984 respectively but till date 3.010.21myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

Received damaged wallet from lino perros ordered from Myntra. Put an return request but it is kept on hold. Instead of keeping the issue on priority the return is kept on hold. Very disappointing and worst experience. I request to solve this issue and return should be done as earliest as possible.

I have placed an order in Myntra using icici credit card, and while placing the order it got failed in payment section showing as webpage not available and Myntra order haven't got placed, but money got deducted from my credit card and I haven't received it back.
Please help.
