I had made a payment on 2nd September to Myntra for an amount of 1006 rupees. The payment shows confirmed from my end however, Myntra/merchant confirms that they haven’t received the payment. I have already spoke to Bank and they have confirmed the same. Please help me in filing a complaint against these frauds

On 15th August 2021, I purchased a gift card on Myntra, which is not working. I raised concern with them, they asking me to go to cyber crime, as gift card is already used by someone else. They have all the details of who used the card. Still they say they cannot do anything. I feel cheated by them. I bought card from them, they should look into this and refund me my amount. Hi. I have been a customer of myntra and so far I liked it. But today it was disappointing when the delivery guy refused to exchange the product because of no.price tag.
