    I placed an order on myntra on 13th of Sep for which the amount was debited but the order was not placed, when i enquired about the issue they denied to receive the payment. They asked me to seek help from bank which i have already done and the amount is being transferred so why is Myntra not refunding my money.

      Myntra has come up with discount offers on "Big Fashion Festival" 03-10 Oct 2021, stating 10% instant discount on payments done through ICICI Bank Credit Card.
      Looking at the offer, I selected multiple products and made purchases through ICICI Bank Credit Card on the Myntra mobile application on 05 Oct 2021.

      However, On completion of the payment I was not offered the 10% instant discount that the site has claimed through its advertisement.
      On inquiring about the same from Myntra's customer Care service, I was told that the card which i used to make payment is not eligible for the discount.

      It is pertinent to mention that the Myntra app has not shown any disclaimer about any specific type of ICICI Bank Credit Cards which are not eligible for the said discount. It simply shows that discount available for ICICI Credit and Debit Card payment
      The Customer Care executive failed to address my query on why the site has not mentioned the details of the cards not eligible on the company's mobile app.

      This kind of activity clearly states the fraudulent marketing gimmicks that the online fashion apps like Myntra are employing and are thus fooling the customers.

      I feel cheated as I was tricked to buy more from Myntra app. It is a mental trauma to find out why such discrepancy has happened and to resolve the issue.

      It request that strict and severe actions should be taken against the company as they are fooling the customers by showing fraudulent offers and they should be heavily penalised for such crookery.
      I also appeal the company to compensate for the offer they have published and an apology for putting me through all this suffering.

        Respected sir/ma'am
        My product with Order ID # 1185248 [protected] is expected to be delivered on 14th oct 2020.

        But i'm going out to station on 12th of october due to some emergency and I have to take the product with me while travelling.

        I'll be grateful If you could please deliver the product by 11th of october.

              Since 2 months i’ve trying to resolve this with Myntra. They’ve been saying product’s quality check failed..then refund was declined as they said product is delivered to me..all this is lies..i never usrd the product and its not with me..i, ve trying to contact Myntra but no response from then at all..please help me out

                My return request was rejected. I had only tried the trousers(Peter England Men Black Textured Formal Trousers) once which were not the right size for my waist and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provide any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is.

                Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team.

                Date of incident 6th October.

                I also asked for a change of size but they didn't have the size available.

                  I recently ordered Dressberry silver-tonned Analogue watch from myntra. The product I received was damaged therefore I requested for return, and the delivery boy told me to complaint about it first.
                  I raised my issue twice lastly they replied that it was working before shipping.
                  Worst is its more than 30 days now.
                  I was regular from myntra, but this time I am really disappointed. I want my refund. Even the watch has 1...

                  I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . In last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items . Unfortunately some products don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations or many times size is not fit to us..In sch cases we have no other option other than returning the product.Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. And today only i received product that product are not as per my expectation and i have to return them.Bt i am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked.Plz help me in unlocking my account.

                      I had order nike shoe worth rupees 4995 on 29th September 2021, money got deducted from googlepay but the order was not placed, so i am concerned regarding the refund since its a huge money

                          Worst experience ever!poor customer service
                          I have order one dress and I got different one and the same product shows out of stock when I ordered it was in stock..They have given me wrong product and when I had returned back they have put my return request on hold..If the dress was not in stock they should cancel my order rather sending a cheap and totally different product...
                          Now I don't have the product to show eveyone about this fraud case.
                          This is totally unbearable.
                          I have connected with customer service but they are also not giving proper and satisfactory resolution

                                On 13th Sept 2021, I tried to placed an order, amount 2604. the money got debited from my ICICI paylater account but this order didn't get placed.
                                I lodged a complain, waited till 23rd Sept and then again called.
                                I have been informed that my money would be refunded back in next 7 business day (call received by Sagar & Pranali).

                                I waited and on 30th Sept, 9:29am, I received ab update on my application saying that, I need to connect with my bank as that amount payment failed and did not received /pass through Myntra gateway.

                                While connected with my Banking officer they asked me to share the written communication . Today I again called twice. One time it got disconnected by the representative and lastly again disconnected.

                                My query is, if that money did not received by Myntra, why I'm not receiving a written mail communication from them?
                                How long I have to wait to get my hard earn money back???

                                  23rd September I ordered a DOLCE CRUDO Jean ordered Id was[protected]. I had paid 1149/- through Phone pay. My transaction ID was[protected]. Then 26th September I had a return request and myntra agent pick up my return on 27th September. From that day to till now refund amount not reflect my account. Myntra team said refund process was successfully done. If return done by your end then give me the transaction details.

                                    I ordered a product from Myntra, due to size issues next day I placed a return request as per the T&C mentioned I can return within 30 days. Now when the pickup guy on behalf of Myntra comes who neither was wearing mask, nor any Id card anything just a mobile phone saying I am having a Myntra Pickup app.
                                    On handing the order to this guy he suddenly refuses to take the product saying it is damaged. But there is no single damage on the product. All tags everything is intact.

                                    Now during this whole scenario the attitude of this guy was so arrogant, loud, aggressive that it made my neighbours come out and see what is happening. What a shame for me that this is happening for a pair of shoes which I ordered from Myntra. I request a proper action to be taken against Myntra and the Pickup Guy.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      I have ordered an Indiya Basic Jumpsuit from Myntra. The expected delivery date was on 25th of September 2021. The order came on 21st September. The delivery person asked for PIN to handover the product. But I didn't get the PIN, so he took the order. Suddenly on 22nd of Sept it showed as delivered. I called to the customer support Team of Myntra nd informed this. They said The Myntra Logistic Team will look into it. Please wait till 1st of Oct. I followed up with the Team and on 27th they closed the ticket. I reopened the ticket as the issue was not solved. And placed a Return request so the delivery person can took the order to which it has been delivered. But it failed.
                                      The Return policy for the policy for the product was on 29th of Sept, Customer support Team of Myntra assured me that the issue will be resolved and extended wait till 5th of Oct. Now on 1st of Oct they closed the ticket that the product is delivered to the Customer. I denied that as it is not. After 1 day again thy closed the ticket by mentioning the same reason. Again I did reopen the ticket. On 3rd of Oct 2 times they closed the ticket by putting same reason though I am saying I haven't received.
                                      Could you please help me to solve the issue. As per the consumer rights they are not providing me the correct solution and closing the issue.

                                      Now the Myntra Team closed the ticket again by mentioning that I have the product with me and they are denying my request. Please support me to resolve this as I can't reopen this ticket.
