I have bought a nike air max shoe worth 5046 from myntra recently and i got the product on 27th september yesterday. Since the size was small i had to return the product, the guy came in and opened the box and he said the price tag was not there, but the price tag was there on the box itself and he said myntra did this, they deliberately put a transparent sticker over the price tag, which makes the price tag not visible. So he gave me the product back and left and he marked it as damaged product, now iam unable to make a return through myntra and they are not even taking up calls. Blocked my number and iam not able to make a complaint.. This has to be reported because there is a fraudulent activity going on in trivandrum.

I have bought Nike shoes from Myntra recently like few days ago and i got the product yesterday, 27th septemeber, but the products size was small, so i made the return request and the delivery agent cam un today 28th september to pick up the product, but he diddnt pick it up and said thrle product has no price tag, but when he checked the box there was price tag on it and he said myntra put a sticker over it, so he is not able to return the product, he said that myntra is deliberately doing this and he will have to pay for the product if its returned like that. And i tried to contact myntra, but they are not giving me another option to return the product, they are just delaying the products return and also the delivery guy marked the product as damaged, so iam not able to make a return for it. And i paid 5046 for the product, now when i searched for it the product is marked as out of stock and iam unable to replace or return it. Totally there is a foul play going on with myntra and the delivery team in trivandrum kerala.

I had got a wrong product and after the return approval The picked was done on 25th sep at 2.30 pm, the Return Id [protected] the delivery agent number is[protected] ...Order ID # 1183327 [protected], as per i got a different product the approval i got on 24th sep and pick up for the same was done on 25th sep . now after pickup . past 3 days getting message that pick up failed, but by now i should have got my refund . kindly refund the same ASAP.

I ordered a woodland shoe from myntra . They send me an used and damaged product . from 24th of september am trying to return this product but every single time delivery agent deny to pick up. I called 6 times but myntra cant resolve my issue, every single time they said that we understand your problem and we left a note to the delivery partner that the customer received a damaged product so pick up this order. But in real this not happened . Myntra said that they sell product through the authorised seller, so who authorised them? myntra... if they send some damaged product to a customer who will be responsible for this?? this in one type of mental harassment for a customer.. I need a quick response from myntra..

I received a parcel which should have 2 products but I received only one product. I called the helpline number they told me by 28 September the issue will be updated but till now there was no progress need my money back or handover the product to me I have waited for too long. Take some immediate actions or I will filing a complain against you guys.

The trouser was picked up without verification by courier. It belongs to another company.
He was shown 2 products, both trousers, by my family member when he came for pick up. The courier person did not check and picked up a Fablestreet product, and no one wants to return it. The product is way more expensive than the Myntra product i had to return.

Myntra suddenly blocked my account and refuses to give me the credit on the account t . I get mails initially to uninstall app and after 13 calls I was told it’s blocked with no evidence of what blunder I have done. The credit stuck in the account is also not transferred nor refunded . The staff says it’s a temporary block ams shared no more details . What a shameful and unprofessional customer experience . I hope some one can teach them a lesson and help to get my account or have my refund back

Myntra delivered a wrong product without tags and is not picking up and refunding and 3 other sibstandard products return request is declined saying used products although all have price tags intact and are in original condition and UNUSED

Amount of 2048 was debited from account on 28th of Aug but not reversed yet. Had raised compliant again bank and bank is requesting the confirmation from Myntra with reference number stating the same was not credited to Myntra. To get this info, am following up with myntra customer care team and raised multiple ticket against the issue but the same is just being closed without resolution. No proper resolution yet for a month old issue.

I had ordered saree, the product didn't get delivered however the status is shown as delivered on Myntra app. No delivery person reached out for delivery

I am unable to use my gift coupon as its been assigned to some other user ID. when raised query with myntra no proper response from customer care. The complaint i raised in App is being closed asking me to raise a complaint in cyber cell and no further update on that. when i tried contacting customer support i have been told that my call will be kept on hold for 2 mint and call is being disconnected after 12 mins. same is been done 3 times in a row

I want to exchange my recently purchased jeans with a bigger size but product details are not showing in my myntra account

I bought 2 kurtis and prepaid for it. Myntra delivered only 1 kurti with a bill of both and app is also showing both have been delivered. I complained but they are not taking action.

My myntra account is locked since 3 weeks.. Everytime I call customer care they are asking to wait for 24 hours. I have so much of money there in myntra credit. This is really not the way to forfeit customer's money.. Atleast myntra should inform about the actual issue.. They can't fool their customers by saying everyday that we are looking into the issue

It’s been two months my orders always delayed and sometimes cancelled automatically.. talked many times with Myntra executives. Some are very careless. Don’t give proper response except sayingy sorry.

They keep my money for 20 days without reason. I need money back with interest.

Worst service ever. I ordered an item from myntra, an electronic item. And raised return the very next day because i didn't find that appropriate when i opened. I was not happy with a product as i found it was duplicate and the flaps were used. It is unused completely.
Its been more than 2 months they haven't picked up return yet and didn't get my refund. I have called myntra customer service several times they told me that they will get a supervisor call back within 24 hours and they called me after a month. For my return and refund issue They just ask me to wait for another hour to get an update but 24 hours passes and no update.
My money is stucked and i cannot use the product too. The return pickup date extends everyday. 2 months and product is kept packed. Atleast they should give my refund if they don't want to come for a pickup. They got worst customer service as well as products are not authenticated.
Also i wrote a review under this product but they did not post it. Customer reviews must be posted without there interference so that other customers can know the honest review of thier service. They mark my issue as "closed" and "resolved". without any communication. How they can close the issue from their side without any resolution given? It is the customer who decides that. I have placed the return immediately so they must accept my return and refund me. They say if it is unused you can hassle free return under 15 days. I did within few hours of arrival. And the product is unused.
I am fed up to call them again and again for the same thing. I hope my complaint get to them and resolved as soon as possible.
I want my refund.
