Hello Sir/Mam,
I'm Ankit Dey from Khatra, Bankura, West Bengal. I have purchased 2 sets of Kurta Pyajamas of Benstoke Brand from Myntra.com on 12th September, 2021 . The order ID of the Green Colour Kurta with Churidar is 1183313 [protected] and The Order id of Purple Colour Kurta with Pyjama is 1183312 [protected].
Both of the Products didn't come with Any Price tag . Both of the Parcels contained only the Products and the Invoices, I have also seen that the products are low quality and not upto the Mark. So, I immediately placed exchange request on Myntra.com. As the products doesn't have any price tag the delivery boy refused to pickup the products . I have contacted customer care of Myntra several times they are only saying- Don't worry delivery will be attempted but every time the delivery boy refused and the delivery failed.
Then i have decided to return the products, Today is 30th September, 2021. 3rd attempt has been made by Ekart Courier. Same thing is happened. The Courier boy refused to pickup the products.
Sir, It's so much frustrating, Everytime I'm calling the customer care of Myntra and they are saying Don't worry, your products will be picked up. Neither they pick up nor they refunded me. Kindly Resolve this issue. I'm tired Sir.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have received a call from Myntra Escalation team +912067174800. They were asking about the problem that i have been suffering. They have accepted that it was there fault and asked to provide details to arrange another pick up for the products. I have refused because it's too late for me to again order and wait for another 7 days and for Refund process. Because After 4-5 days we Bengalis have Durga Puja Festival and If i agreed to pickup the products the. It will be too late for me. So i told them Not to arrange any pick up rather than i will give the products to my family members.
Thanks to the Consumer complaint Website to help me in this bad situation .
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
If the order was not placed, they should have initiated the refund immediately.
Mobikwik also has put the matter on Myntra itself.
