I am unable to login in my Myntra account since July. I am an icon member on Myntra, which is the Highest privileged user in Myntra loyalty program.
I shop alot from Myntra.
How such things happened to my account?
I lodged complaints for so many times but no response is there from its side.
I am really really disappointed with Myntra now.
An email that I received from Myntra is that we have restricted your account after I reported complaints so many times.
When I am trying to login it is showing a message that this account doesn't exist.

They are not picking the defective products, earlier I order on 12/09/21.

Hello Sir/Mam,
I'm Ankit Dey from Khatra, Bankura, West Bengal. I have purchased 2 sets of Kurta Pyajamas of Benstoke Brand from Myntra.com on 12th September, 2021 . The order ID of the Green Colour Kurta with Churidar is 1183313 [protected] and The Order id of Purple Colour Kurta with Pyjama is 1183312 [protected].
Both of the Products didn't come with Any Price tag . Both of the Parcels contained only the Products and the Invoices, I have also seen that the products are low quality and not upto the Mark. So, I immediately placed exchange request on Myntra.com. As the products doesn't have any price tag the delivery boy refused to pickup the products . I have contacted customer care of Myntra several times they are only saying- Don't worry delivery will be attempted but every time the delivery boy refused and the delivery failed.
Then i have decided to return the products, Today is 30th September, 2021. 3rd attempt has been made by Ekart Courier. Same thing is happened. The Courier boy refused to pickup the products.

Sir, It's so much frustrating, Everytime I'm calling the customer care of Myntra and they are saying Don't worry, your products will be picked up. Neither they pick up nor they refunded me. Kindly Resolve this issue. I'm tired Sir.

When I am writing this email not satisfying of your services

Please be informed that, I have placed return order #R[protected]MY however the delivery come to pickup he was not coming to my place and he was argument with me and even he not pick up my product.

Still that return product in my hand only, could you please help me to get this product return.

Note: please improve your services and train your delivery boys to speck with nice language with costumers

I am not sure what is happening at Myntra but why exactly my account has been suspended?

It says due to the violation...

I shop once in 6months as per my need. Is that the violation.

I dont understand what has happened but seems as we place an order dey are blocking the account.

I dont have any issue... Good for me only dat now i dont have to go these scumsters for shopping.

But still need to know the clear picture of the violation which a customer does immediately after placing the order.

Delivery guy asks for feedback but how to give those poor souls feedback even after a good job ??

I placed order for HRX shoes on Myntra along with many other items. I received multiple packages in a span of 2-3 days, sometimes multiple things in one package and sometimes individual multiple packages from 2-3 different delivery guys.

Obviously no one opens the packets on the spot to check the contents of package.
I was not delivered these particular shoes so when I opened app to check the delivery status on 29...

1.I purchased Wrogn Men Black Slim Fit Mid-Rise Clean Look Jeans from myntra for Rs.1028 and due to the size issue i returned my order .Order was picked up on 10/09/21 and they said that refund was initiated too on same day by paytm UPI(same source) .But it is been 20 days now i didnt get my refund. They provided me a reference no. but it is invalid when i checked with my bank.

2.I purchased Wrogn Men Navy Blue And Green Printed Espadrilles from myntra for Rs.923 and due to the some issue is returned my order .Order was picked up on 12/09/21 and they said that refund was initiated too on same day by paytm UPI(same source) .But it i been 18 days now i didnt get my refund. They provided me a reference no. but it is invalid when i checked with my bank.

Please help me with these two payments mentioned above.
Everytime i call them they ask to contact bank with this invalid reference no. they have given.
A reference no. is a combination of digits only.
But they have provided me this 50ef8695-ba91-4f66-b95f-3b7287fac2cf for Rs.1028 order.
Please Help!

Hello sir, my name is abhijeet.my account has been suspended on Myntra without any prime notice. I am contacting to Myntra from 45 days but they didn't provide any valid reason and tell that I had told them to suspend my account. I have approx 700rs in my Myntra credit. Then why I will ask them to suspend my account. Myntra is making so much fraud. I had ordered product on Myntra on 10 July 2021.but they give wrong parcel on 13 aug2021.After compain they take that product and promised to give full refund but they didn't provide full refund. On asking they told that some refund is missing and solved by 11 sept but they suspend my account on 9th sep 2021 without any notice. I had contacted them at least 30-40 times but they didn't solve my problem yet.

I tried to place an order from Myntra. Payment was done via Mobikwik. The entire amount got deducted from my bank account and from Mobikwik the amount was sent to Myntra. But Myntra didn’t place the order.
Now they are not refunding or reverting my money and not giving any concrete answer to my complaint.

I returned one product to myntra wherein the order has been showing that the refund is processed. But when I checked the account number it was wholly different. For verification, I again checked the bank account details that I have added in myntra. But everything was right (Bank details that are added to myntra account).
This was the worst experience from myntra. And I was shopping from myntra for the past 6 to 7 years

I order a product in Myntra on 23rd sep rs 2792 and payment done but order not confirmed then I order one more time and order confirmed..

I called to Myntra customer care . Customer executive told me wait for 72hrs u will get your money back else u call me.. 72hra pass but nothing happen then I call one more time that time customer executive told me Myntra isn't received any amount from your end contact to bank..

But bank refuse me

Bought a Realme white buds from Myntra App on 18th September for gifting purpose and received the delivery of same on 22nd September. On unwrapping the product it was found that charger and extra earbuds are missing. Ear bud is not working at all. On reaching back to Myntra App noted that my account has been restricted and I am not able to login. Customer Care Executive denied to lodge complain against defective product since account login issue need to be resolved first. Raised a complain for account login on 28th September and got a message from Myntra on 29th September that issue has been resolved but we're not able to login after that as well. Again customer care executive raised another compliant on 29th September and asked to wait till it get resolved. Had placed multiple orders prior to this but never faced such issue. Myntra was a trusted app but after facing such experience perception has changed completely, it sells re-used product to customers on his app.

I was trying to place an order on Myntra on 15/09/2021. The item details are as follows
Item details:
1. Maniac boys black and white printed slim fit pure cotton joggers ( Size 15-16 year)
2. Max Boys Navy Blue Solid Pure Cotton Joggers( Size 15-16 years)
The total cumulative amount was 984 Indian Rupees only. The amount was deducted from my UBI bank account but the order was not placed. I have tried to contact Myntra customer support multiple times for which they have been telling me that no money was received by them but I have a valid legal proof in my pass book update that the money was transferred to Myntra.
Instead of resolving my case, my complaint was stated as resolved when they were incompetent to solve the issue and didn't escalate the issue or let me do it
I want my issue to be resolved at the earliest without any further delay

I had placed an order on 20th September which was meant as a gift for my younger sister The very next day of delivery when I checked the status it said that the item went out of stock during processing. While till the morning on 29th, it was still in stock but was available at a higher price and in the afternoon after I checked my status, it was out of stock. Just because I had ordered at a discounted price, my order was cancelled. I feel cheated and when contacted they said that they can remind me again when the product would be available again and can do nothing about it! Is this the way customers should be treated? I was very disappointed and angry at the same time. Myntra is cheating with the customers and they have to be taught a lesson. I will take this issue across platforms and even to the court if they do not come up with a proper resolution.

Hello sir, I ordered a "boat rockerz 235v2 M blue wireless neckback". On 13th september, the product had to be delivered so i directed delivery agent to please reach me after 1700hrs but, he knowingly reached me at 1500hrs without intimation. After receiving the product when opened it, i found that the main product(i.e. boat rockerz 235v2 M blue wireless neckback) was missing. I immediately called the delivery boy to check, he replied it is not my concern contact MYNTRA. So, i placed the complaint that i received the empty parcel, the asked me to wait till 16th september. On 16th september they updated that correct parcel was delivered so your claim is denied.
I requested them to understand the circumstance and placed complaint again with images but, my complaint was marked as resolved without any resolution.
I told them to stop deciding it by yourself that every claim is false claim but no steps were taken rather they said correct parcel was delivered so your claim is rejected.
I paid my hard earned money for the product but, money is not the matter. The matter is people are getting cheated like this and then they are told that correct parcel was delivered so no claim stands.
It is not mentioned anywhere in myntra to make video while opening the parcel. So, i have been cheated.

I have purchased Myntra Gift Card from directly Myntra worth Rs 3499 on Sept. 17th 2021 and when i placed an order worth Rs 448 only through that gift card, Myntra automatically added whole 3499 balance to my Myntra account and on September 28th 2021, Myntra deactivated my same account with Rs 3216 balance without any sms or email, Now Myntra isn't letting me use that gift card balance and even not refunding my money to bank account. Either Myntra should activate my account or my gift card balance should be refunded to my gift card or bank account.

My myntra account got locked due to multiple attempts, could you please help to unlock it.

It's funny that my order was about to get delivered today but Myntra cancelled my order saying they have done it due to some internal issue. Now the prices of same products i had ordered before, have shooted high. I ask myntra what were they thinking?
