I ordered few items a week back and i have not returned any of it . Suddenly my myntra account got locked as confirmed by customer care. With no notice they have locked my account . i have not done many exchange as well.
Please get my myntra account unlocked

    I had purchased hrx track pants from myntra the items returned by me (returned 🆔 [protected][protected] for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 984 respectively but till date 3.010.21myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
    Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

      Received damaged wallet from lino perros ordered from Myntra. Put an return request but it is kept on hold. Instead of keeping the issue on priority the return is kept on hold. Very disappointing and worst experience. I request to solve this issue and return should be done as earliest as possible.

        Hi,

        I have placed an order in Myntra using icici credit card, and while placing the order it got failed in payment section showing as webpage not available and Myntra order haven't got placed, but money got deducted from my credit card and I haven't received it back.
        Please help.

          Respected sir
          I had ordered AND black coat medium size which got delivered to me on 28 September 21. Since the size was small to me, I asked for an exchange of the product with large size. The exchange request was placed on 29 September, the very next day.
          The delivery person visited on 1st October and has put the exchange on hold due to unknown reasons. I checked my app and it says original tags missing. The product that I have is unused and with original tags. Also the exchange request was placed the very next day.
          I would request you to please send a senior person for inspection and help me with the issue. Also now I don’t want to exchange the product, I want it returned. Highly Dissatisfied with myntra services.
          I am a regular customer of myntra, never faced such a issue before.

            I m a regular customer of myntra. I m trying to logging in my account from 5 days and unable to log in. Now it's locked and i have called customer care they also don't helped me, i have money in my myntra credit, please help me i really want my money. I can't afford this loss.
            Myntra is looting there customer like this. Please take some action against this

              I ordered "HRX by Hrithik Roshan Men Black Woven design Runner shoes' 'Size -10.
              order date - 21 September 2021
              It shows that the product was delivered on 25 september 2021 but it has not been delivered yet .
              I did not get any call from the delivery person before delivery and i also did not get an OTP for the delivery that means that delivery person did not deliver to the right person.
              I payed the bill for the order through online payment so anyone could have taken the order or company might not have even dispatched my order.
              I tried to contact them via call but my problem has not been resolved.

                They don't deliver
                They don't allow to cancel

                They don't provide prompt support

                They just hold back your money

                  They asked me send bank details. I did. Now they are saying refund is done. Its been more than 5 days. It is not reflecting in my account. The refund was for pack of 2 roadster tshirts. Order ID # 1183656 [protected]was the order Id.

                    I ordered yuris pink and white kurta with palazzo and dupatta xxl size(Order ID : 1184046 [protected]) for my mother in Patna. The item got delivered on 21 sept. I requested a return as my mother didn't liked it...on 29th sept the pick up person came but refused to take it saying the tag on the product should be of amount 4299/-...but the product which i received was having a tag of Rs 3499/...its a silly mistake from the seller's end for which i m facing the problem... I registered a complaint regarding the same and the customer care person told me that my problem will be addressed before 2 oct... today i saw my myntra account where it is mentioned that my query is resolved and closed but i have not received any mail or messages informing when the pick up will be done or what decision were taken by support team... i m attaching the image of tag which is there on product received for reference...

                      Ordered a watch on 1st September n received a different product on 14th September 2021. I registered a complaint regarding this. N its 16 days now n yet no updates. Everytime I call customer care, they tell me to wait for 24 to 48 hours but no results.

                        I am unable to login in my Myntra account since July. I am an icon member on Myntra, which is the Highest privileged user in Myntra loyalty program.
                        I shop alot from Myntra.
                        How such things happened to my account?
                        I lodged complaints for so many times but no response is there from its side.
                        I am really really disappointed with Myntra now.
                        An email that I received from Myntra is that we have restricted your account after I reported complaints so many times.
                        When I am trying to login it is showing a message that this account doesn't exist.

                            Hello Sir/Mam,
                            I'm Ankit Dey from Khatra, Bankura, West Bengal. I have purchased 2 sets of Kurta Pyajamas of Benstoke Brand from Myntra.com on 12th September, 2021 . The order ID of the Green Colour Kurta with Churidar is 1183313 [protected] and The Order id of Purple Colour Kurta with Pyjama is 1183312 [protected].
                            Both of the Products didn't come with Any Price tag . Both of the Parcels contained only the Products and the Invoices, I have also seen that the products are low quality and not upto the Mark. So, I immediately placed exchange request on Myntra.com. As the products doesn't have any price tag the delivery boy refused to pickup the products . I have contacted customer care of Myntra several times they are only saying- Don't worry delivery will be attempted but every time the delivery boy refused and the delivery failed.
                            Then i have decided to return the products, Today is 30th September, 2021. 3rd attempt has been made by Ekart Courier. Same thing is happened. The Courier boy refused to pickup the products.

                            Sir, It's so much frustrating, Everytime I'm calling the customer care of Myntra and they are saying Don't worry, your products will be picked up. Neither they pick up nor they refunded me. Kindly Resolve this issue. I'm tired Sir.

                            I have received a call from Myntra Escalation team +912067174800. They were asking about the problem that i have been suffering. They have accepted that it was there fault and asked to provide details to arrange another pick up for the products. I have refused because it's too late for me to again order and wait for another 7 days and for Refund process. Because After 4-5 days we Bengalis have Durga Puja Festival and If i agreed to pickup the products the. It will be too late for me. So i told them Not to arrange any pick up rather than i will give the products to my family members. Thanks to the Consumer complaint Website to help me in this bad situation .

                              When I am writing this email not satisfying of your services

                              Please be informed that, I have placed return order #R[protected]MY however the delivery come to pickup he was not coming to my place and he was argument with me and even he not pick up my product.

                              Still that return product in my hand only, could you please help me to get this product return.

                              Note: please improve your services and train your delivery boys to speck with nice language with costumers

                                I am not sure what is happening at Myntra but why exactly my account has been suspended?

                                It says due to the violation...

                                I shop once in 6months as per my need. Is that the violation.

                                I dont understand what has happened but seems as we place an order dey are blocking the account.

                                I dont have any issue... Good for me only dat now i dont have to go these scumsters for shopping.

                                But still need to know the clear picture of the violation which a customer does immediately after placing the order.

                                Delivery guy asks for feedback but how to give those poor souls feedback even after a good job ??

                                  I placed order for HRX shoes on Myntra along with many other items. I received multiple packages in a span of 2-3 days, sometimes multiple things in one package and sometimes individual multiple packages from 2-3 different delivery guys.

                                  Obviously no one opens the packets on the spot to check the contents of package.
                                  I was not delivered these particular shoes so when I opened app to check the delivery status on 29...

                                  1.I purchased Wrogn Men Black Slim Fit Mid-Rise Clean Look Jeans from myntra for Rs.1028 and due to the size issue i returned my order .Order was picked up on 10/09/21 and they said that refund was initiated too on same day by paytm UPI(same source) .But it is been 20 days now i didnt get my refund. They provided me a reference no. but it is invalid when i checked with my bank.

                                  2.I purchased Wrogn Men Navy Blue And Green Printed Espadrilles from myntra for Rs.923 and due to the some issue is returned my order .Order was picked up on 12/09/21 and they said that refund was initiated too on same day by paytm UPI(same source) .But it i been 18 days now i didnt get my refund. They provided me a reference no. but it is invalid when i checked with my bank.

                                  Please help me with these two payments mentioned above.
                                  Everytime i call them they ask to contact bank with this invalid reference no. they have given.
                                  A reference no. is a combination of digits only.
                                  But they have provided me this 50ef8695-ba91-4f66-b95f-3b7287fac2cf for Rs.1028 order.
                                  Please Help!

                                    Hello sir, my name is abhijeet.my account has been suspended on Myntra without any prime notice. I am contacting to Myntra from 45 days but they didn't provide any valid reason and tell that I had told them to suspend my account. I have approx 700rs in my Myntra credit. Then why I will ask them to suspend my account. Myntra is making so much fraud. I had ordered product on Myntra on 10 July 2021.but they give wrong parcel on 13 aug2021.After compain they take that product and promised to give full refund but they didn't provide full refund. On asking they told that some refund is missing and solved by 11 sept but they suspend my account on 9th sep 2021 without any notice. I had contacted them at least 30-40 times but they didn't solve my problem yet.

                                      I tried to place an order from Myntra. Payment was done via Mobikwik. The entire amount got deducted from my bank account and from Mobikwik the amount was sent to Myntra. But Myntra didn’t place the order.
                                      Now they are not refunding or reverting my money and not giving any concrete answer to my complaint.
                                      Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Myntra has provided any updates even after the complaint raised here. They are still asking me to wait for 24-48 hours.
                                      If the order was not placed, they should have initiated the refund immediately.
                                      Mobikwik also has put the matter on Myntra itself.
                                      I am not able to see Myntra’s response to this issue.
                                      I am expecting an email stating the refund status. I don’t know what is so difficult in doing that! If the order has not been placed, money should be immediately reverted or refunded in this case, since the issue is from Myntra’s side.
                                      What do they gain by harassing customers !
                                      I have not yet received my money. @Myntra had asked me to wait until 72 hours and it has already crossed 72 hours. It feels like Myntra doesn’t really care about it. They are giving all generic answers and so does @Mobikwik.
                                      Neither Myntra nor Mobikwik has provided any concrete proof of refund initiation. They don’t give a damn about consumers. Please escalate this issue. They should pay for this wrongdoing.
                                      Finally money got refunded after so long.
