I had ordered a Dhoti kurta set ( Here&now Flare of fusion dhoti kurta set) on 2nd september from myntra. It arrived early (4th sept). I tried the set out but due to fitting issues I decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day and it was successfully picked up on 5th September.After the pickup, I received a message stating the pickup was successfully completed. Post that I received another message saying my return request was declined as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called the customer care, they said I have to call again post the product is reshipped to me. The product has not been received by my till date i. e. 15th September, 2021 which ideally should have been reshipped to me within 48 hours as per the customer care. At this point, they don’t even know where the product is, neither have I received any details regarding the same. It’s been 2 weeks, and they say quality inspection has failed, they can’t even trace the product at the moment. I clearly remember the product being perfectly fine with all the tags and invoice, still the quality inspection failed and now there is no tracing of the product, at the end if anything goes wrong with the product, they are supposed to take the whole responsibility. It’s been 15 days, neither have I received the refund nor has the product been reshipped to me.
