I had ordered saree, the product didn't get delivered however the status is shown as delivered on Myntra app. No delivery person reached out for delivery

I am unable to use my gift coupon as its been assigned to some other user ID. when raised query with myntra no proper response from customer care. The complaint i raised in App is being closed asking me to raise a complaint in cyber cell and no further update on that. when i tried contacting customer support i have been told that my call will be kept on hold for 2 mint and call is being disconnected after 12 mins. same is been done 3 times in a row

I want to exchange my recently purchased jeans with a bigger size but product details are not showing in my myntra account

I bought 2 kurtis and prepaid for it. Myntra delivered only 1 kurti with a bill of both and app is also showing both have been delivered. I complained but they are not taking action.

My myntra account is locked since 3 weeks.. Everytime I call customer care they are asking to wait for 24 hours. I have so much of money there in myntra credit. This is really not the way to forfeit customer's money.. Atleast myntra should inform about the actual issue.. They can't fool their customers by saying everyday that we are looking into the issue

They have temporarily blacklisted my Myntra account without being informed to me...I want you fix this asap...I want to return few items, ii have placed orders worth rs 15k, but they are not returning it...plz help to fix this...they said they can't help...it is not fair at all .they can't do the same without any prior notice, this is fraud to customer..plz fix this else I have to raise police complaint

It’s been two months my orders always delayed and sometimes cancelled automatically.. talked many times with Myntra executives. Some are very careless. Don’t give proper response except sayingy sorry.

They keep my money for 20 days without reason. I need money back with interest.

Worst service ever. I ordered an item from myntra, an electronic item. And raised return the very next day because i didn't find that appropriate when i opened. I was not happy with a product as i found it was duplicate and the flaps were used. It is unused completely.
Its been more than 2 months they haven't picked up return yet and didn't get my refund. I have called myntra customer service several times they told me that they will get a supervisor call back within 24 hours and they called me after a month. For my return and refund issue They just ask me to wait for another hour to get an update but 24 hours passes and no update.
My money is stucked and i cannot use the product too. The return pickup date extends everyday. 2 months and product is kept packed. Atleast they should give my refund if they don't want to come for a pickup. They got worst customer service as well as products are not authenticated.
Also i wrote a review under this product but they did not post it. Customer reviews must be posted without there interference so that other customers can know the honest review of thier service. They mark my issue as "closed" and "resolved". without any communication. How they can close the issue from their side without any resolution given? It is the customer who decides that. I have placed the return immediately so they must accept my return and refund me. They say if it is unused you can hassle free return under 15 days. I did within few hours of arrival. And the product is unused.
I am fed up to call them again and again for the same thing. I hope my complaint get to them and resolved as soon as possible.
I want my refund.

.Today I tried to login to my Myntra account but it is not accepting password..even tried for account recovery to email they are not sending reset link...I spoke to their customer care they are telling it will be done...I have credit money in that account... please help me

My myntra account has hot locked for no reason..I was just trying to log in but firstly I didn't get any verification code to login and after some time when I tried it was showing that your account is locked...so I request you to fix this issue ASAP...because I need to buy something

I received a product without its tag. I have placed a return request due to size issues and also it didn't look good on me, the delivery agent didn't pick up and later after numerous calls myntra rejected my return request by saying myntra never send untagged products. I don't have any records video as i never took one. Because i thought myntra is a trusted app and this is the first time i had this issue. I want to return the product or at least exchange it. Kindly resolve my issue and help me in returning the product.

I have placed an exchange request but i have misplaced an item. People at myntra denied my request as i have misplaced the tag.
NO SHOP OR ANY OTHER ONLINE SHOPING PORTAL ASKS FOR A TAG TO EXCHANGE.
I have never been asked for a tag at AMAZON.
I want my money back because i have not even used that bad quality item.
AMAZON has never made me face such issues that tag has to be there.
Its pathetic at your end.

I'm a frequent user of myntra. Today I opened the myntra app . It showed session expired on the screen so I tried to log in again but I was not able to login because it showed that my account got locked. I've money in myntra credit please help me out.

My account has been locked and there were 3 items on the way.
I even had some balance on the mantra credit.
So I'm not able to log in.
So, please resolve this problem asap.

One of the item we returned back to myntra which they rejected with comments - tag missing.
When courier partner taken product from us every thing was in place. It was missed by them and now myntra is not returning money. Please help.

The box in which my shoes came had a different price tag (and it was cut by pen), presumably the box was for a different shoe. However, the bill invoice inside it was of my shoe. Everything is in proper shape with original bills intact. Still my pickup was rejected because the box it came in was of a different shoe.
I am attaching a picture of the box. The details on it were cut before it was delivered to me.

Account locked of Myntra. Though price tag was not there when the product was delivered but I did not notice it. The delivery man refused to take it back and give exchange. I also have points in myntra account. but now the account is locked
