I am anandu,
I have ordered a shirt from myntra.com through cash on delivery but the sent product was not in good quality. But they are not showing return option in my pincode but also they can deliver to this pincode. I need to return this product and getback my refund as fast as i can

    Money debited twice from my account and 15 days I didn't get my money back

    On 28 I made a double payment from my account and it successfully debited from my account and it's been 15 day the only response coming from Myntra is to wait for 24hr, Anouk saree the which cost 1949 I give them bank statement and screenshot of the payment in help center but they didn't work on that

      Hi. I have been a customer of myntra and so far I liked it. But today it was disappointing when the delivery guy refused to exchange the product because of no.price tag. When I received the product there was no.price tag in the first place. I went for exchange due to size issues. But now they are not taking my calls or have heard anything from ear support. Mnytra has to check whether there is a price tag or not? Did the delivery boy know that there was a price tag? They have put my exchange on hold. My other product a shirt had a price tag. Why would I lie?

          I ordered a Black Tommy Hilfiger wallet from Myntra. I instead received a different product in a different color. I put the product on return and registered the complaint 3 times, but the each time the customer service marked the issue as resolved saying they cannot return the product as they had shipped the correct product according to their investigation.

          It is not the customers fault if the packaging outside says black but the product inside is instead brown.

          I asked them to connect to a senior person who can handle such issues but they did not call back or listen to what happened from me. They just marked the issue as solved saying we cannot return the product.

          Extremely bad customer service. They have pre written scripts which they say to every customer.

          I have completely lost trust from online shopping and will never order from Myntra again. I will also spread this to other potential buyers bcz this is not expected behaviour from a website like myntra. You do not mark the issue as solved without even knowing the grievance of the customer.

          You can collaborate with multiple brands but nothing will work if your customer service is degraded. Perhaps recently a lot of people are experiencing the same issue with Myntra.

          I will be expecting a refund of the product from the website along with a apology note for their extremely unprofessional behavior.

          Today I received a call from their supervisor. He also said we can neither return the product or exchange the product. This is how they loot their customers. They delivered wrong product to me, still saying that right product was delivered and not accepting any proofs which clearly show that wrong product was delivered to me.

          Worst website and worst people ever. I hope their business goes down and they lose all money they have.

            I received this product on 7 september 2021 when the bag arrived i gave it directly o my nephew for whom i had ordered, he obviously being a kid, in excitement opened it and tore the tags but later i noticed that the bag for which i paid around 1300 rupee for looked nothing like the photos and overall it felt cheap like it was fake, the printing of the nike logo was a bit weird and the stitching was very bad it is bag that if you see in real life you would know in instant that the bag is not original but moreover i wanted to search into this bag so i went on the internet and searced Nike BRSLA bag some came up but mostly had the name brasila intead of BRSLA so i searched the bag on the official nike website but it wasnt there also the other sited like flipkart which had the name BRSLA, the bag shown there was totally different from the one i got like i dot know what the hell is happening all i know is that i am pissed for being made and paying 1300 for a fake nike bag and now that my nephew has torn the tags myntra woudnt take it back all in all 1300 wasted on myntra ...really pissed

              I have received foothpath quality t shirt instead of duke brand T-shirtvery disappointed as I paid for brand Iam not going to accept this types of fraud and I don't think duke brand gives cheap quality. After first wash it colour becomes very dull and there is clothes balls on t shirt. Can't believe this is duke brand . I was not aware that even Myntra is also selling n filling there customer this types of foothpath quality.

                  i had received the puma sneakers on 26 th of August, i wasn't happy with the product finish(the product was new not used but the wasn't happy with the design and finish) so i placed a request for return within half n hour, i have attached the images for the same, there was a black mark on the lace as well when i received the product which is evident on the first image(date and time also shown), and after placing the return request the product was picked up in 2 days and the very next day i got a message saying the return was rejected as din pass the quality check. i had made around 15 calls to myntra since them spoke to their managers multiple times, i was promised that i would get a response by 6 th of September and when i contacted them i was asked to wait for 48 more hours . i never got any response from them. i had send them photos of the product showing the condition when i received the product and the present condition of the product when i received the return parcel. Moreover, when i received it was showing made in India. I am very disappointed with their service. Kindly see to this matter and take the product back as soon as possible.

Myntra has delaying to provide the refund and only giving assurance via call though they have registered the complaint. Expectation: Consumer wants to have desired refund

                      I ordered a jeans and a cargo on 26th of August. I received the jeans on 31st of aug, but I raised a return request on the same day as the size was way too big. Also the cargo pant was not good with the quality., So I raised a return request on that too. The labels on the products was intact and nothing has been changed and not used. But now the status has been updated as quality check failed. I called the customer care number on Myntra, and they said they'll just reship the product to me. I don't want the product back instead I want my money back. This is my first order from Myntra and I've been totally disappointed with this online shopping. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO ME!!!

                      They've been just scamming with the same thing, saying that they have received wrong product., And will be reshipping my product back to me. It's been 5 days already since when I've returned the product, and haven't received my refund amount nor the product back to me.

                      The refund amount with one of the product mentioned above has been received from my end., While with the other product, they're saying that they'll not be refunding my amount, without even providing proper reasons to me.
                      Please help me with getting my refund amount back.

                        I ordered a sports bra, but I received a completely different bra, different in color, model, it doesn't just have a different color, it's just a different product, that is, it's a completely different product! I didn’t even try it on, because it’s not what I ordered at all. So, 5 minutes after receiving, I issued a refund on the site. The next day, the courier picked up the goods, but the return has not yet arrived, moreover, yesterday the request was rejected because the goods did not pass the quality check. Nobody specifies what this means. It seems to me that they are trying to trick me into buying a product that I have not ordered! I am attaching a photo of the product that I ordered and the one that I received. Compare, you can immediately understand that these are completely different sconces! Now the company has sent it back to me, but why do I need something that I have not ordered? Please help with this. Thanks!

                          Sir,
                          I bought a Nike Sports shoes with Order ID # 1181587 [protected]. I create a return request & pickup person was come on 30.08.21, but told me that he has to take approval as tag was not available with the shoes. however i informed him that no tag was available at the time of delivery.

                          Since 30.08.21 myntra told me that issue was resolved upto 04.09.2021. After this date when i asked them they again told me it takes another 24-48 hours. now today i.e. 06.09.21 it all over but still I dint received any response from them.
                          All time they just copy & paste the earlier Msz.
                          this kind of after sales service I didnt expect from a Online retailer like Myntra.
                          I again request please look into it and refund my money.

As per the Myntra customer service advice I went to sbi bank for refund money from Myntra to my account but sbi bank did not received any refund or money

                              I received defective bag that also without tag. Order number[protected]. When I raised request for return, the delivery person told to again raise request for pre approved return. I called customer care and they told they have raised a complaint. I want my refund of money on priority.

                                I am following up with myntra on the misplaced order since last one and half month which reflects as delivered but is not been handed over to me till date.
                                There is no response from any of your executives/help desk. I have ordered many items in past from myntra app, but never expected such kind of ignorance from myntra organization.
                                The parcel status for complaint number IN[protected] reflects as delivered whereas I have not yet received anything till date.
                                I have been trying to reach Myntra customer service guys on call, but now I am not been given an option to talk to the on call executives.
                                Expecting an immediate response from your end to maintain the trust on your pp and organization.now they blocked me on app..for further communication

                                  It's been more than than 6months all the Myntra parcels are collecting from a km away from the delivery address Very worst delivery service, what's is the point of giving full delivery address, definitely not to go and collect where delivery person ask to

                                    I had ordered a specific product from Myntra online app, which was delivered to me on Thursday, 26th August 2021. Due to an issue with the product, I had initiated a return the same day itself, and the product was picked up on the next day, Friday, 27th of August 2021, in an unused condition, with all intact price tags (Return ID: [protected]).

                                    The payment was done via the paytm wallet, and as is mentioned in the return and refund policy, any refund to the wallet takes about 1 business day.

                                    Since this is not my first time on Myntra, I'm aware that most refunds are done instantaneously, as soon as the product is received by the company.

                                    However, this time, it has been over 10 days, and I am still awaiting my refund.

                                    The first time, I raised a complaint on the app itself (IN[protected]), but they sent a generic reply, stating how much time it takes for the refund to be processed, and marked the issue as resolved, which it wasn't.

                                    The second time, I gave them a call, but was told to wait for 7 business days, as the product was under quality check.

                                    On the 10th day, I have written to them as well as called them, but again I've been told the same, and to wait for another 5 days (IN[protected]). When the weekend comes, they say they're not functional on weekends, and like this, time is passing by.

                                    I am unable to understand what kind of a quality check is being done since 10 days.

                                    Hope to get a resolution soon.

                                      I ordered two items worth 938 on 3rd aug through gpay .out of those I returned roadster black t-shirt worth 274.it was picked up on 13th aug and I received a msg saying refund has been initiated. Usually I get refund by the end of the day the item was picked.this time I didn't get any refund. I contacted Myntra customer care and she told me wait for 10 days
                                      Ok I waited then I called them once again and the person told me to wait till the end of that day. Ok I waited again the next when I called the person told me to raise a complaint asking for bank reference number. With that I went to bank they told it they haven't received any amount and they can't claim. Today morning I called Myntra customer care and her name is "Sakshi" she told me that she can't help it .sooo rude Myntra . What's the use in waiting these days . I need my refund

                                        This complain is in regards to my return request for Order ID # 1181711 [protected].

                                        ***##MYNTRA##CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION ###PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE###

                                        Issue: unable to return product since I didn’t receive the price tag of the under armour shoes.
                                        I want to return this product and MYNTRA is rejecting my return request due to missing price tags which they have not even sent!!!

                                        I am attaching all the proofs of shoes label images and label in myntra box I have received! I am sent this to Myntra and have asked them to verify these with details in the MYNTRA database in end and confirm to proceed for return.

                                        I have reached out to customer care multiple times and just get one answer “sorry your return is rejected” without any proper justification which doesn’t make any sense and no proper resolution to customer. I had a call with one of the supervisor today and when I asked him why I didn’t receive the brand shoe box and why I am receiving shoe in a Myntra box without price tag, he says that the price tag was given before delivery!! On asking him to provide me the proof in his end, he just says this is internal to us!!! I mean what they hell is this??? Is this a customer service you provide?? I didn’t even receive any price tag nor the brand shoe box and they are saying they have sone quality checks!

                                        I have all the shoe style number and product Id in the shoes matching with the label I received in myntra box! The shoe quality is also exactly as same as how I received the product! Then what is the reason for return decline?? Just because myntra didn’t send me price tag??

                                        Please find attached all proofs and screenshot and VERIFY ALL DETAILS (shoes style number/product id/barcode scanner) of both shoe and box labels with database details in your end and provide APPROVAL for RETURN!
                                        Only issue is I didn’t receive price tag from MYNTRA.

                                        This is just not done and it’s really a CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION !!! Literally a CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION!!!

                                        I WANT PROPER RESOLUTION!!!
                                        THIS IS COMPLETELY FRAUD WORK
