I have ordered 5 jeans on Myntra out which I received 3 and other 2 jeans I have not received . From 1 week I was getting messages from its courier as delivery failed and will retry next day this gone till 15 days and later after 15 days I get message out for delivery and I don't receive parcel nor call from the delivery agent and I dint got any messages from Mntra as the item delivered and till today I have not received the product and all...

I ordered Royal Son sunglasses and received an empty box. The box was had original seal tampered and retaped. I immediately called the delivery guy on noticing this but he declined my call. I called the customer service after that and explained the issue. After that they responded that they have asked theor logistics team and the issue is resolved and won’t be further entertained.

I ordered a black invictus shirt. After then I applied for return request but the return request was not available, then i applied for self ship return option and i shipped my package at the given address but it came back after asking the company they are not giving any response about that, and then i am asking to cancel self ship return request so that, i can apply agin for return request from different locatiln but... still no response...

I did not recieve the package but it shows delivered and I have called myntra 4 times but then they are not answering at all....

I had ordered an item on 30th July, Its delivery was promised by 9th of August. First, they delayed the delivery citing some technical issues and after speaking to the customer care, they had told me that the issue would be resolved, but instead, they canceled the order and initiated a WALLET refund which I had got no information about until I checked the app to get an update of the scenario.

I had ordered a pack of 5 CENWELL masks on Myntra.com on 29th July, 2021. I was incorrectly delivered a wrap top on 8th Aug. After finding the discrepancy I called customer care and they started a query and asked for a return. Next on 10th night I was asked to upload images of the wrong product. I uploaded the images and next they resolved the query by declining the return and stating that the product went through mandatory checks and was...

My parcel was not picked up saying the product didn't pass the quality check. But the product was exactly the same as shown by Myntra to me.
The return window closed after 7 days of delivery of product. While as the courrier boy itself came to pick up the product on 6th day. Which I believe was the courrier boys mistake....

I have been a loyal user of the app for quite some time now, but recently I've been running into this peculiar issue. Initially Cod was available upto for 1000 rs. Then 500 and now upto rs 115. In what world does this make any sense? Please rectify the complaints at the earliest.

Where is my money.. they say the refund has been initiated and credited INSTANTLY but it is not reflecting in my bank account.. they only send me a message saying that it takes 1 day to refund to upi.. I know that.. it says credited INSTANTLY. I cancelled another order with this one and the refund money of that order is reflecting in my account. Please resolve the issue asap. Such type of discrepancies from myntra are highly disappointing....
