I bought a nike shoe on myntra and it gets delivered on 18th of august i didn't like the shoe, coz the image quality and front quality have had huge difference so i've dicided to place a return i did the very same day on 18th august, then on 19th of august collection guy come and he picked the shoes he himself confirmed that every thing is ok and he took the shoes i waited for wholeday didn't recieve my refund waiting till now didn't recieve it on myntra alplication showing put on hold because price tag was missing they are making k ## story coz collection guy has checked then only he accelted the return, contacted myntra CUSTOMER service they asking me to wait kindly look into it and refund my money

I placed an order on 30th Jun 2021 with order id[protected]-3844601. However, I found the deal started on 2 Jul 2021 thus I have canceled most items from this order.
So, I was expecting all canceled items should be refunded to me. However, there are three items for which my refund was not initiated and they keep gives me bank reference # [protected]. The refund issue with three items with amounts are :

I ordered crocs from myntra and i want to return it since the size is too big for me but they asked me to self ship.

Pick up failed many times when I order for return the product and finally cancelled myntra teams are very irresponsible

I ordered Highlander speakers from Myntra on 9th August and it was delivered on 19th August. I got bigger size and small size is not in stock. I called customer care they told me to check size whenever it comes in stock within return period.

But I am unable to return as it shows insider points claimed. I don't about insider points and it uses. Even I didn't claim it.

Now, when you go to pay PVC charges the same problem may occur that occurred earlier in paying security deposit, that site payumoney will not accept your payment again.

Now you contact again your HR for this, and he will again give you terms and conditions letter.

In that letter you will be asked to deposit 5000 as a security deposit again because company is not accepting upi or any small payments and they will promise you to refund your 4880 back after deducting 120 PVC charges in 1 hour.

And finally when you pay 5000 more and think that money will come back in 1 hrs then now it is never going to come back.

I want the company to take some action on this. Because this man can do fraud with many peoples by putting the name of myntra company and please guys beware of such scams.

I ordered casual sustainable shirt and received the same between 20th July 2021 to 22nd July 2021.

But instead of receiving the shirt I did received another material or product . I on the same day informed the customer care regarding the same . They said the pick will be made.

But, as the pick up man came to my place, he did not accepted the return as it was not the product as per the ordered shirt.

This way, I connected with customer care many times with the complain that I did received the wrong product and also shared the photo of the material received .

Still I have no solution for the same.

Request the authorities to take action as soon as possible and revert back with the solution .

Some days back I was trying to order from Myntra when it showed that my Cash on Delivery option has been deactivated. I complained several times but they did not get it right. In fact, now when I call them, they say that my account has been disabled and that my Myntra Credit balance of Rupees 1081 will not be given back to me. This balance was from a purchase I made, which I returned. It is solely my money, which they have kept and are not returning.

Now when I try to login, they say that the account does not exist.

I have purchased a product from myntra... That product is delivered by 17 Aug 2021...because the product is not up to mark so I decided to return the product which delivery was scheduled by 18 Aug 2021..so delivery boy called up at 2:33pm and I gave product to him.. But he didn't update the pick up status and same day at evening approx 7:20 pm, I received a text from myntra that your product's pickup is failed and it's has been rescheduled.. I called up to myntra customer care but I didn't get any positive response..

I had ordered an unisex NOISEFIT watch which delivered to client today (18 Aug 2021), the tracking number is MYNP[protected]. But the envelope seemed to be tampered and there was no watch inside the case. I have read similar complaints about Myntra but never expected to happen to us. It definitely looked like somebody had opened the bag and removed the item and retaped it back. Please look into it urgently.

I have ordered few products from leading lady camisole and bra on 10 july 2012. After even waiting for a month i didn't receive the product. i tried to contact several times with the customer care but they didn't gave me a proper response. Still there is no update on the app.

I have ordered items worth of 15k few days back. Today when I opened the Myntra application it showed that there is no orders. And when I try to track order from email it required login. But when I attempted login I was not able to log in my account and suddenly my got blocked. God knows what they are doing. Please look into it and do the needful.

I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . 15 days back my account was locked by Myntra without any prior information to me and that too in the middle of my order which got shipped by them. I called their customer care 4 times and spoke with them but none of them told me the reason for blocking my account and also they could not resolve my problem. Only thing the customer care used to tell me that my query will be resolved in 2-3 days and for that I will get a message. When I had got the message from them...I was unable to open the link showing my query since the same was linked to my account and my account is blocked by them. I have balance of Rs. 2235 approx in my account with Myntra Wallet which Iam unable to use since my account is locked. The customer care refused to transfer my money from their wallet to my bank accounts. I want my hard earned money back which Myntra has deliberately forfeited and also not communicating me as to why they have locked my account.

My Orders are not visible on Myntra.com and as well as on app. I have placed order 3 days back and I received email confirmation on my registered email ID that my order is placed. But now there are no orders showing to track. I already paid the amount. There is no any customer care live service to resolve this issue. How to resolve this issue..

Actually, my order was dated to be received on 20 Aug but I received it today i.e., 18 Aug and I want to exchange my product as I am not satisfied with this so I went to the order history I didn't find any of the orders in my history and I was unable to exchange or return my product.

The senior customer exec from the Myntras team called me. He did not respond or tried to resolve the issue. The exec said he verified with the Myntras pickup partner, who came on 26th July 2021 to pick up my return. The hilarious part here is that the Customer service team is ready to believe the version of their courier/delivery team, who might say stuff to save themselves from getting fired/grilled by senior management. I still do not understand why the Customer service team believed the oral version of a pickup partner who himself said the product was intact (with brand and price tag) and it was eligible for a refund while picking up the order from my home.

After the whole experience, I feel disgusted about Myntra and their customer relations team management. The senior customer exec who called me yesterday assured me I would get a call back from his senior, which I did not where it is already past the 24 hours promised by him.
First, the order delivered not being the size I ordered. Second, the customer service team saying they couldn't do much about my case and marking my case multiple times as resolved. I understand now why the Indian E-Commerce space cannot expand into other parts of the world and need some American giant to gobble Indian eCommerce to make them better companies.

Hey peeps at Myntra, I haven't heard from you for 2 days. I understand your incompetency in resolving the matter regarding the refund status of my return. This kind of decision paralysis will only destroy your brand's reputation. Still waiting to hear from your super senior customer exec, LOL !!!

I still did not receive any reply from Myntra yet. They neither sent my package nor did they process the refund. Myntra has pathetic customer service. Myntra peeps don't even have a basic protocol in place to follow up on customer grievances. Hey Myntra, improve your grievance redressal system to retain customers.

Issue IN[protected] dated 11 August [Issue Closed]

The case manager from Myntra's Escalation desk has called me after several calls from our side. The case manager named Vishal has assured me that there was a fault at their end, they have found the brand tag of the jeans, and the refund would be processed to my bank account.

Issue IN[protected] dated 17 August [Issue Opened]

The case manager named Savitha has opened another issue related to my return request. Now, she asks me to wait for another 2-3 days for a resolution. Meanwhile, I get a mail which states that the product I returned is on its way back to my home since it has failed quality check.

I am confused about how a company as big as Myntra can have miscommunication within its own department. It's is mind baffling. One day-case manager Vishal says they will fully refund the amount, and on the other day, Savitha, the case manager, asks for some more time and re-opens a closed issue with me getting a mail that says my return will be "re-shipped." It makes 0 sense to me, coz the whole issue has been dragged for over a month with no resolution. The incompetence from the side of Myntra is clearly understandable, and the way they made the whole experience of returning a perfectly fine product is unpleasant.

This would be my last time shopping on Myntra. The whole experience was awful and would always make me attach a bitter taste to the brand name of Myntra.
