I have ordered a spyker t-shirt from Myntra but due to size issue I have place a exchange request for smaller size of same t shirt . However, in exchange they delivered a ladies sleeper instead of t shirt . Now they are now accepting it and neither they are delivering the correct product nor refunding the money. Instead, they are blaming me that I am lying .Without resolving the issue they are repeatedly closing the complaints raised by me. They are not ready to provide any investigation proof. I want the issue to be resolved and they have to compensate the loss of my time and piece of mind.

    Myntra app suddenly gives an error that this pincode is not serviceable whereas I got one order delivered last wk and current order is in transit.
    I stay in very much residential and accessible society in Goa (403515)
    Nobody at customer care is able to answer me on this. Kindly help look into it.

      I have purchased 32 size shorts and the label, tags etc.. says 32 but the shorts turned out to be 3 inches bigger than the given size.
      Myntra is refusing to take it back as I have removed the tags. my question is what kind of quality check have they done?? why is this bigger that the said size??

          I ordered a 3/4th sleeves shirt dress of only from myntra. Instead of the shirt dress I received a sleeves peplum top of the same colour and design. I opted for exchange and wrote the reason being wrong product delivery. Still, they again sent the same product. Now when I decided to return the product, the pick up guy refused as certainly it isn’t the same product. I wrote to Myntra, I must say they have a pathetic customer care service. I was asked to wait and then I got a message saying that my issue has been resolved. On clicking the given link I saw the reply that the product has failed the quality test! I mean what quality test guys?? The product is intact, I haven’t removed the tags, infact I have touched it just twice for taking the photos! Now today I re-opened the issue which was closed within few hours without providing any solution. I have again opened it now, let’s see how it goes. Otherwise unfortunately I’ll have to report it to Consumer Forum.

            I ordered a woman’s tights/lower from myntra (Order ID # 1178244 [protected]) but found the quality of the clothing extremely poor so placed a return immediately. The delivery guy came the next day to pick it up.
            After 2 days a delivery guy came and returned the material saying it was not accepted and they asked me to give it to you back. I then got a notification on Myntra that your return is rejected due to quality check failed and now my money will not be refunded.
            Im filing this complaint to get my refund, i do not wish to own that tights and want to return it.

              My mother bought a dress for me and it was too tight for me . So I decided to return it but I was not able to, becaise my mom already collect insider points . Now I'm stuck with it and it's pretty expensive. Myntra should give an option for returning or cancelling insider point. I have been ordering from Myntra for so long but now I feel disappointed after this incidence.

                I ordered Bannos Swagger Women Blue & White Checked Night suit on 7th May 2021 bearing order number[protected]-9540103. I ordered this product using my mobile number [protected] and OTP, no email id was used to loggin. I received the same but return due to size issue and product quality. it was informed me that I will receive the refund of Rs.899/- in 48 hours. but till date I have not received the same. I called customer care and informed them about the incident and after that they ask me about my bank details vide a mail 25/05/2021and the same was provided on the same day. after that also I have not received the same. many times I have raised the complaint though my mail id i.e Poonam.[protected]@gmail.com. they told me that account logged with only ph number is not recoverable hence I used mentioned mail id and the same ph number to create another and after that they are saying no such order is place though that account. I shared them a screen shot of the product also. Henc refund of Amount of Rs.899/- is to be done by Myntra.

                  I ordered two shirts on 15 July (one was for Rs.510 and the other one for 532). I paid online via net banking .They said that refund was to be credited by 25th July . But I didn't receive any refund . I have also written to them but haven't received any response yet .

                    The issue shows its been reaolved but as customer who raised the issue i am confirming the issue isnt resolved and we were told to be connected to senior executive. Its been more than 48 hrs and yet no response and to my surprise the app shows the complaint is resolved.

                      Hi Team,

                      Initially the women yellow floral dress which i received from myntra, the price tag was not attached with the cloth..after that i raised a return request. But the return request was rejected. Also the product was reshipped to me without price tag. When the item was re shipped to me there was no price tag with the product. I have called several times and also i informed the delivery guy about the price tag which i did not received from myntra. Myntra is claiming that they have send the product with price tag which is not true. And they are not accepting return request. The Incident No. is IN[protected].

                        This is regarding concern i am facing with myntra.com

                        I have ordered a product from myntra.com. and and since i did not like the product i requested for return. But without picking product they are simply cancelling from there end the pick up.

                        I have made multiple request for return since 6th july 21 but they are not coming to my address and picking up.

                        The customer care is troubling like anything telling about there rigid policies.
                        When i am requesting for a call back they are not even responding to the call back.

                        Customer. Care is disconnecting call right in between when i am speaking to them. It has almost happened 4-5 times in this long period of time.

                        Kindly could you help me return and refund of my product. It is a complete fault from companies side. They are troubling customers like anything.

                          I wanted to return a dress since had fitting issues. N these days since Myntra is charging more for returning products chose to exchange. The exchange guy comes and denies to take the return since the product had no tag!!! Now, when it was delivered to me it did not have any price tag, only some tag not sure of which dress kept inside seperately, not even attached to the dress. When the same has to be returned you deny it stating failed quality!!! Seriously!!! For ### 750 rupees that too with a dress, what do you think a CUSTOMER is going to achieve keeping the price tag with them???? Or point of returning??

                          When u call CUSTOMER care, they as usual raise complaint and ask me to wait for 5 days for the order to be verified and to pick up the return... Hahaha... Seriously.. is some kid from running the company!!!

                          Extremely disappointed with Myntra... FYI this is the first time I called CUSTOMER care after placing so many orders.

                          This is really a very unpleasant experience to the CUSTOMER... That's why you guys are not able to compete with other apps!

                            I returned a product which i received cost Rs. 242/-, the app is showing refund completed, but i didnt receive the refund. I contacted customer care but they told the refund is already processed. Its 3 months over now, buyt still i didnt receive refund

                              I have placed order for 3 trousers through myntra. 2 trousers were not fitting me, so i placed a return request, but its not picked up still. 1 trouser I received a wrong product, return request was placed as i received a kurti in stead of trouser. Return executive who came for pick up told its not trouser so i cannot pick it back. I contacted customer care minimum 15 times, but still my issue is not resolved . wasted lot of time calling them and following up. no solution yet.

                                I had ordered Roadster women's pack of 2 solid pure cotton round next cropped T-shirts, size M. I got something entirely different. I have raised 2 issues on the app till now, and uploaded the picture of the wrong order too. Both my issues have been closed and tagged as resolved, but that isn't the case. They keep saying that the correct product was dispatched, and so nothing can be done. But looking at the picture, one can clearly see that it is the wrong product. Even the address on the bill is of someone else's. I have been complaining since 11th July. Nothing has been done, and so I am here. Absolutely horrible and slow service!!! I will never order from myntra again!!!

                                  I purchased a Woodland sandal from myntra.com. They delivered me a brown paper bag having the information of shipment and inside the bag I received the box of woodland containing all the same information that I have shopped for and after opening the box there were a cheap companies footwear that I haven't heard before. When I registered the complaint they provided me with the message that the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition. Your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodate. Please Do NOT CHEAT People like that. Give me the Product that I have shopped for or else return my Payment. Thank You.

                                      I ordered a puma shoe on Myntra during a sale. They delivered the product in a very damaged packaging. Due to size problem I filed a return request. But the pickup agent came and told that the shoe is used and the return request is declined. I have only tried once at home to know wheather the shoe fits me or not. The shoe is perfectly the way I recieved from myntra. But they refused to take back the product inspite of their 30 days return policy. The customer care executives are also so pathetic as they keep the call on hold for several minutes and fail to understand the issue. It is very difficult to solve my problem. The shoes are of high price and if they dont take it back, it will be a waste. Kindly look into the matter.

                                      These are the replies from Myntra after I complained about the return to customer care. They have claimed that the package was sealed. But when I recieved the box was completely torned inside the packet. And the shoe was not used. I dont know why they rejected. Customer agents are difficult to reach and there is no one to look after customers genuine complaints.
