I ordered a 3/4th sleeves shirt dress of only from myntra. Instead of the shirt dress I received a sleeves peplum top of the same colour and design. I opted for exchange and wrote the reason being wrong product delivery. Still, they again sent the same product. Now when I decided to return the product, the pick up guy refused as certainly it isn’t the same product. I wrote to Myntra, I must say they have a pathetic customer care service. I was asked to wait and then I got a message saying that my issue has been resolved. On clicking the given link I saw the reply that the product has failed the quality test! I mean what quality test guys?? The product is intact, I haven’t removed the tags, infact I have touched it just twice for taking the photos! Now today I re-opened the issue which was closed within few hours without providing any solution. I have again opened it now, let’s see how it goes. Otherwise unfortunately I’ll have to report it to Consumer Forum.
