    Where is my money.. they say the refund has been initiated and credited INSTANTLY but it is not reflecting in my bank account.. they only send me a message saying that it takes 1 day to refund to upi.. I know that.. it says credited INSTANTLY. I cancelled another order with this one and the refund money of that order is reflecting in my account. Please resolve the issue asap. Such type of discrepancies from myntra are highly disappointing.

      Ordered a fossil watch Order ID # 1179210 [protected] and I am not happy with the product, its quality and also the package was already open from inside when I received the parcel. I had raised a return request and it got cancel, although while buying It is clearly mentioned 30 days return is possible. I had contacted customer care 3 times and they says they cannot help me and I have to contact brand, brand says they cannot help me since I bought this watch from Myntra. This is clearly violation of myntra policies. I want the complete refund of my money and this watch to be returned.

        I order a T-shirt from Myntra of Rs 498
        Order ID # 1179666 [protected]
        Which was delivered to me in demage condition and when I made a return request they rejected my request and left me with that damaged product. And said that they delivered a correct product to me when I asked for proof on which basis they said that the correct product delivered to me . They refused to give any information and rejected my request

            I had ordered a t shirt for my grandson aged 7, full sleeves, grey colour. I received a t shirt blue colour, 3 to 4 year old, half sleeves on 11th august. Immediately i sent a request to return and wanted it to b returned before 14th as I'm leaving station. The courier boy came to pick up, but refused to take it back as the product ordered is different. I contacted the bangalore office several times. Everytime i had to explain the whole story.
            It is their mistake and they ask for all photos of the product etc. The product ordered was 560 rs and the one I got was 399.
            The customer service is utterly disappointing. I have been purchasing from myntra since several years and now no more . I need my money back whether they collect the product back or not. Disgusting to talk to them.

              I ordered from Myntra.com on 6th August 2021 and when i was at payment gateway,
              The payment failed in first attempt then in Second attempt it.was successfull.

              But the amount was debited twice from my account and I haven't got my refund till now.

              I mailed myntra and also tried to reach them in other ways but I'm not getting any response.

              Below are the two debit receipt i recieved at same time for just 1 payment.

              The amount was supposed to be deducted once but it has been debited twice and there is no response from myntra to any of my mails or writings.

                  Hi i ordered a product from myntra and received it in bad condition of poor quality n it wos dirty so i placed return for the sme on 3rd of augest but it wos rejected by the pickup boy as he gave a reason that it doesnt pass quality check and after that i raised a complaint and i must say the custmr care servce of myntra ia pathetc they are giving the sme rply im every msg that i have to w8 for 24 hrs to get update after every 24 hr i get the sme rply lyk what is this servce for the prodct which is delvrd wrong frm ur side n u r making ur custmr suffer alot, i made almost 20 calls and every time sme answer mam u have to w8 we apologise for the delay

                    I Ordered a t-shirt from Myntra( Order ID # 1179666 [protected]) but unfortunately the product delivered to me in damage condition so I made a exchange request with a smaller size because it was a demage product and also the size is too large but they cancelled my exchange request by saying that it's a damage product so it can't be exchange. Than I made a refund request against that damaged product but they again cancel my refund request by saying that a correct product was shipped from their warehouse. But my question is that how can they ensure that they delivered a correct product. Is their delivery boy showed me the product at the time of delivery by removing the cover. If not than how can they reject my refund request while I made it before the expiry of time.

                      On 4th Jul on getting multiple intimation of End of Reasons Sale (EORS) offer from Myntra I placed couple of orders for 10 Items. The order was placed because I was getting a good deal on these product and to make the payment I bought myntra vouchers of approx. 2750. The order was packed and dispatched had reached Local delivery office on 8th Jul as per the tracking provided on myntra.

                      On 8th Jul late evening, just 30 mins before the offer ends I get an email from Myntra that the order has been cancelled as “Item cancelled as it was lost”. Refund of the amount was credited to Myntra wallet. On trying to replace the order for the exact same item I got a shock as Myntra was now asking for 2500 extra.
                      All the product were available on Myntra when the order was cancelled by them. Rather than Cancelling the order they could have simply re-dispatched.
                      Calls to customer care were futile as the Agent kept repeating that I would have to pay the price mentioned on the site now. I asked for the money back in my account and they refused stating vouchers once credited in wallet are not refundable. Multiple call (3 calls over a period of 2 weeks) requesting supervision call were again futile as they would take down the request and promise a call back in 24 hours which never happened.
                      Now I’m stuck as I can’t purchase the same items without paying additional 2500 nor can I take my money back.

                          I ordered a Mark and Spencer tregging on 31st july on myntra.com and received the order on 6th August. On opening the packet, I found that the product sent to me was actually to be delivered to Bangalore...in brief I received a wrong product. On the same day, I initiated a complaint through the customer care. Even after so many days I haven't got any response from Myntra and their app is showing 'Exchange Delivery Delayed'. I called so many times to the customer care to know when the packet will be picked up by the courier boy. They are neither initiating return nor exchange and have kept me on the hold. Instead of giving me any solution, they show their inability by saying we are working from home and we can't connect you to our seniors. What a disappointing experience!

                            Yesterday, I have received my product that is dressberry heels, the product is already used by someone else, some strains on it nd the size is small for me, within 5 min after received my product I have requested to return my product, delivery boy put my request on hold, he said myntra call you but it's pasing 24 hrs no one response me, I want my money back immediately thats not the way, I have received a damaged or used product that's not my fault ...

                              I ordered a straightening brush from Myntra. I was not happy with the product so I put a return request. After cancelling my return twice, I talked to their customer care person and put a request again. They picked up the product on 31st July and asked me to wait for the refund. They asked me to take a follow up after 10th August and on 12th they are saying that the product cannot be returned as it has been used. Did I not tell you guys that before. And even the product is intact and I didn't even throw away the bill Or packaging it came in. These guys are so frustrating. they won't give me my refund back. It is not a small sum of money. Is this how you treat your customer? Do all the quality check you want but just give me my money back. So sick of this company

                                I got this jwellery in broken condition...when I tried to return it they told me it's self shipped product and we will refund you the courier charges too...I have tried to courier it twice totally according to their instructions but it cake back both the time...as they refused to take it...it's been more then five months...I have tried calling them n solving it but every time they tell me to courier it again ( I have allrdy paid twice for courier and dnt want to waste my money again by doing so as there is no point) I have request to speak to senior consultant and they said I will get a call back but I never got one...resolve my issue now pls

                                  Team,

                                  I picked up a kurti for my friend however she allergic to this particular fabric (polyester) hence, I asked for an exchange & they are not ready to do it. If it was of my size I would have kept it but its not. The team raises an issue & offered a call back but then the case is closed.

                                  I have the product as I received. I haven't used it. But still the case is being closed as the product is damaged. Please collect the kurta get it checked & only then you send the exchange one or refund I have no issues.

I should have gifted that to my close friend on her marriage but due to this issue, I couldn’t; that hurts me. I enquired about the same by calling Myntra customer service, after that they cancelled my order without my permission. Again I enquired they told it happened due to some technical issues. I had made payment through credit card. They have not refunded yet. Everyday they are telling to wait for 24 to 48 hrs from last 15 days. I have sent an email to CEO and he is also not responding. The last date for refund was Aug 6, 2021. Please help me to get the refund.

                                      This is a very big sellers of dress and i really surprise to see there is no single way to reach a human to address a customer issue. I feel this is very weird and my issue is with a return of my Mitera Saree which i recieved by 9th of Aug and I found the product is not upto the mark as they have mentioned in the selling page. The third party pickup person belong to ecommerce came and said that there is no Tag available with the product and i didnt received any tag with this product. They asked me to change the reason for return calling customer care. But there is no direct support available in Myntra to contact them is an impossible task now. I have sent a message through the app and waiting for their response. If 7 days has completed without any resolution they will not accept my return also. I am looking for a solution to this issue, please help me on the same

                                        I have put return request on 29th July at first as the product was defective.
                                        I contacted Myntra costumer care after that .
                                        I have been continuously said that return will be picked up in 2 days but no response.
                                        I have lost the patience for this kind of service.
                                        Reason may be the seller is taking all the money by giving us defective piece.
                                        This is a serious case of negligence from Myntra
                                        It's just a pathetic condition and service given by myntra.
