Complaint marked as Resolved After return product quality check failed the product had been sent back to me, then I requested their customer care to connect me to the higher officials. After about 15-17 hours they called me and told me to keep that package with me & they are looking into that matter and also told me to wait for 7 to 8 days. But After 2 days the delivery boy picked up my package and after 3 or 4 hours after that pickup I got a message and got my money back to my account. I suggest you guys to get your money back to your account directly if you don't want to exchange that product.

Updated by manojit234 the delivery exicutive returned that same trouser back to me yesterday 24th Sept, again I requested for a return the very same day, they are going to pick it up again today and still
got no calls or support from myntra.

Updated by manojit234 got a call from myntra just a moment ago, they told me not to give that product to the delivery man, and to keep that package. They told me they have registered a query and told me to wait till 1st october, they will let me know what will happen next. I'm confused right now.
