I ordered a shirt from Myntra, got it delivered on 23 Aug 2021 but due to size issues, I placed the return request . Next day(24aug) the the delivery person called me but due to some reason I didn't pickup the call, after a while when I saw the missed calls, I called that guy immediately and he said sir I'll pickup your order tomorrow . Then the next day that is 25 aug, I got a notification that quality checked failed!
How can be this even possible !

I purchased supra sneaker from myntra last November which had 1 year warranty now the lace hook just came of after 6 months o[censored]sage i cant claim my warranty on myntra

I ordered nike shoe from Myntra.com, i received package but i did not find shoe instead i found dusty papers inside the box. I reported it as soon as i received/open the package to look for product.
Myntra team said, they look in to the issue and get back. Surprisingly I received response saying we are declining claim as we delivered the product.
What sort of service is this ? Making ads with movie stars doens't make Myntra a star ecommerce site. Providing genuine customer support/delivering genuine products within short time makes it so.

I ordered a pair o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton’s flip flops for a friend but the ones they received had the brand name Benellon written on it, with the United Colors of Benetton brand tag. The flip flops my friend received were completely different from the one I ordered, design and all.

I have ordered a top and saree from Myntra.there was no tag for saree and I told the same to delivery agent...he misunderstood that and put the return on hold for top instead of saree...I have been sending images of the top which show all the price tags intact...the customer care people are not at all responding since 2 weeks...I need to return the product now...but the return request is on hold...I have mailed the support teams with the necessary images also but no one is responding promptly..
Please revoke the return on hold request and change it so that I can return the product

Hello Myntra,

I purchased a Puma track worth 4999/-
The product received is fake and a duplicate item. It has an incorrect logo and used cheap product. I raised a return request as it is a fake product but my request was closed mentioning in the comments as correct product was delivered after quality check. This is completely incorrect. Please provide me with a solution.

this is yamini suri one of your very regular customer, i keep on buying lot many products since pandemic has begun and i got one heels purchased from you in dec'2020 which i wore hardly 5-6 times and i go to work on my own car which you can evaluate that minimal walk is there of mine . And today i came to work and saw that pasting of my footwear is badly came out from toe side.. Never expexted such a bad product quality and want that you should consider it and get the refund initiated for the same

My money got deducted but order was not placed. Rs. 1977 got deducted but order was not placed. I tried to contact myntra but my wait time is 24 hours. I want my money back or my order placed as soon as possible. Or I'll have to knock the door of consumer court for fraud and scam.

What kind of a joke is this, the product has not been picked up and the tags are intact as u can see they are as it is as they arrived in fact I should b the one complaining that the box u gave was damaged.. The order has not been even picked up and no one even has come to receive it and how can u freaking say it has been picked up and quality check has failed which says it is been used or without tag I received it in tha same way and u r the one who didn't even bother to pickup just denying ny amount.. I want it to be picked ..

I added complaints multiple times but the issue is still not solved. I want to return the product.

Delivery Agent arrived --17 August (refused to take product back by saying color did not match with the photo of the product)

I have ordered few shoes from myntra.com 2 were from adidas original and 1 was from nike i liked it when i saw it on myntra but when they deliver i didn't like it .

They didn't pack there shoes properly as there were no price tags is the shoes and the container condition was horrible might be because of its coming from another state, when i saw all the shoes i didn't like it so i've dicided to return it, next day myntra collection boy came and pick the shoes as per schedule, myntra guy checked and confirmed that all good and he took the shoes its been 2 days now they have putten my return on hold and haven't release my money as of yet. return id :- [protected]

I've contacted customer support she took my almost 15 min and instead of solving she messed up with raised ticket ..

I want this thing sorted Asap. coz my blood is boling like any thing u people have puten my refund on hold for no reason .

I have raised return for 3 products around 2 month before but still pickup guy didn't come to pick, I have raised so many queries and call customer care but every time I got a new pickup date but still my query didn't get resolve, now Im not even getting return option only my return cancelled by Myntra.very bad service they are offering and this is a very bad experience with Myntra.

I placed a return request and the order had been picked up 2 weeks ago and the refund is pending ever since. I entered the correct bank details but they are saying to update it even though I updated it again. I was told to log out and then again log in so I followed it and now when I am logging into my myntra account, there are no previous orders being displayed and despite calling several times at the company no one is able to help me out. I told them that I don't need the account just process my refund but no action has been taken. I can't recover my account via gmail because the gmail I'd is deactivated. I don't understand what should I do.

I purchased a product in lockdown and I returned the product due to some issues.Firstly, i got the refund in so many days. And now the credit has expired before the expiry. I didnt use the credit amount due to lockdown issues as there is delivery problems in my location. So i need myntra to give me extend expired amount for few more days so that i can use it to the best....

I have ordered my product and on the said delivery date it didn't get delivered after the it was updated to be delivered on the next day then also it didn't and after that there is no update. Apologising on such issue will not do good to a customer, resolving the issues means something. Even if it's getting delayed in the delivery centre there has to be some way a customer can contact them. I was supposed to gift that product as a surprise on her birthday but this is the service I got this time. Pathetic experience . have been a regular customer of Myntra would not like to order in the future anymore. I want my order at place if after requesting there is no proper response bad services where customers are just cluless, highly disappointed

I had ordered a top (SCORPIUS women yellow soild crop top). I tried the jtop out but due to fitting issues i decided to exchange it. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product.
the courier guy said that the "price tag is missing".(brand tag was there only) Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not able to replace it? I want to replace it back! Stop duping people like this. i received message from myntra to contact customer care but I have not received any number in that, only one link was there which is not working

The issue that I have experienced was: My brother gifted me a kurta set on the occasion of Rakhi. Myntra status is showing that the package is being delivered however, I never received the product.

On raising the complaint with Myntra they are being ignorant and denied any kind of assistance, claiming that as per their logistics the item is delivered.

It's a prepaid order which can easily wrongly delivered at a different address or to a wrong person or not delivered at all. Myntra customer care is rude enough to not only acknowledge this fact but also disconnect the call to avoid any kind of discussion.

It occurred on: 14/08/2021
