Ordered a product from Myntra with some accessories missing and raised a complaint and never asked for return request, still Myntra support initiated a pickup request. I denied twice when the pickup person came. I had another pickup pending from Cilory. So when again this person came, I asked him whether he is from Cilory to which he replied Yes and I handed over the product to him. Since then I am following up with Pickup executive, Myntra support without any resolution. Myntra lost my high valued product and are ready to either trace it back or provide any compensation. Worse, they keep closing the query without providing any resolution. I had to explain the same thing to all the executive who call and have almost stopped picking anymore considering they dont have any resolution to my issue. Its the pickup party, reseller and Myntra at fault, why should I bear the loss here?

    Iordered the product from myntra that was prepaid. On 17july2021 (Saturday) I got notification regarding the item being delivered but I didn't got the product. I tried to complaint about it and I have written it on their portal 3-4times but they were not accepting it. After that nothing was heard from the delivery executive for next 2days. Later when I got my other part from my order from myntra then I found out contact details of that delivery guy. I called him and recorder his call from then. He didn't deliver my order then also, later he did not pic my call also. On fifth day when I called him and told him that I have recorded every conversation between us and I'll talk to your manager but he didn't bothered.

      I placed an order on myntra.com on 19th july 2021 first i tried paying through my debit card the money got deducted but order placement failed so i tried placing the order through paytm this time it was successfully placed but it’s been 3 days I haven’t received any update about the refund of the money that deducted from my debit card this is the order id 1178555 [protected] and the Ref number of the transaction i made through my debit card is[protected]

        I received a fake product from Myntra which is a Black Tommy Hilfiger bag (a0bwb153) OS . The price of the bag in sale was around Rs 3700. The bag has cheap PU outer material and cheap quality inside of the bag for lining. Also the threads on the logo are coming out which is a trademark sign of a first copy. The bag also came in a flimsy packaging, so disappointed by myntra. the zip on the inside is also cheap without the actual logo.

        The manufacturer of the bag is PVH ARVIND FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED

          I received my product on 14th July 2021 but I initiated the return request. Delivery executive from xpressbees came and picked up my product on 15th July at around 1:00 pm in the noon and he didn't provide me any receipt.
          In the evening I received a message that the pickup of the product has failed.
          I talked with the delivery executive and he confirmed that this is a technical error and no need to worry it will be fine in some time.
          Till now I am talking with Myntra customer support on a regular basis.
          No solution has found till yet. They said we didn't receive the product on our desk. We are unable to refund the amount. The status of the product is delivered despite that It has been already picked up by xpressbees person.

            I have ordered biba sharara set from myntra, that was a prepaid order, but I get the same sharara set on offline store in less price, because that was a prepaid order my brother recieved that order because I was not at home, when I came back I simply put that order on return, without even opening the package, pickup is done and now my return is on hold due to quality check did't pass. How can quality check did't pass when even I didn't open the package, isn't it impossible? What's my mistake here, I think this is all done by pickup boy who was very rude, he must have gave wrong information in the company, I want my refund that was of cost 6000, what's my mistake here? What's the policy of quality checking in Myntra? How can quality check failed when I didn't even open the package?

              Myntra Order ID # 1177807 [protected] A week ago I ordered 3 leading lady Camisoles at a discounted price of Rs 126/- and it was to be delivered on 25th July. However yesterday 20 July my package was delivered which contained a single white underwear of the same brand i.e Leading Lady. I submitted a return request of wrong product delivered and Myntra sent me the delivery boy to pick up the camisoles order. This is so appaling, first you sent me an underwear instead of what I ordered and now you sent the delivery boy to pick up something that you didn't send in the first place??

                Placed an order on 17th july 2021 on myntra worth rs.2076, but the order did not get placed for some reason, and the website stated that they will refund the money in 72 hours but it's been 4 days now and I haven't got my refund yet.

                  The delivery man did not call me and was even declining my calls and now he blocked my number please help me regarding this and the message came that the order failed but I didn’t even received the call

                    I ordered Nike shoes White quest running shoes at rs 3129 and another one is Nike men black air max advantage shoes at rs 3397 . I cancelled white Nike shoes order on July 7th and I returned Nike black shoes ..but I didn't get the refund yet. I called customer care they said they will refund it before 17th July 2021.today is July 21st I didn't receive any refund amount yet.please send my cash

                      I have place an order on 18th July around 5:40 pm. Amount Rs 3107 was deducted from my ICICI bank Credit card but order was not processed. Also 2 days has passed and still I not received the amount back in my credit card.

                            I had ordered a leather jacket in LEATHER RETAIL brand from Myntra.com on 8th July & Jacket delivered @ my address on 12th July.

                            When I opened and checked the jacket, got to know the material is not Leather at all..instead it is PU (Fake) material but on myntra.com, website is showing Leather jacket everywhere ... it is even mentioned that leather in Material & Care detail too on website.

                            Myntra.com and Leather retail Brand (NK enterprises) both are misleading customers they are selling fake material product in the name of Leather, therefore we request you to consider this application immediately so that no other customer is being cheated again for this misleading approach of the seller, I demand for damages for this to the amount of MRP of Rs.3999/-

                              So, i want to say that the refund of 99rs each should be given to me.

                                I have ordered dress on april 21 st not sure when it was delivere and i was away from my location and now when i opened it saw one of the main threads is missing on it they delivered the dress wth out the thread really really disapponted as it is wrap dres every thread is importany.                                   I had bought a US Pollo Shirt (Order ID: # 1178129 [protected]). I received this on18th July evening, and when I opened the parcel, I realized it was a linen cloth and not a cotton one. I immediately raised a return request, and it was picked up by the boy on 19th July. He opened and checked the entire shirt for stains and if all tags were intact. He said it looks good, and went away.
                                  Later after some time I got a message from Myntra that tags were missings and wuality check has failed as tags were missing! What the hell is this! Why would I remove the tags?
                                  I didnt even open the shirt, it was done by the pickup boy to check.
                                  This is extremely unprofessional, and I need my refund back ASAP.

                                    I am very upset with the service that myntra provides to its customers.
                                    I am unable to return a product only bcoz i clicked to collect the insider points by mistake. They do not even have the provision to reverse those points and enable customers to return/ exchange. This is just about a bad trick to retain customers money and not return them.
                                    I connected with their customer support over calls and twitter but they keep saying they can’t help as point collected which is not acceptable as in the same order i had 2 more items of smaller value for which points were also collected but still giving the option to return.
                                    When i pointed that out, they even stopped responding on twitter.
                                    What a fraud company.

                                      Hi, I am Nidhi Joshi a registered and regular visitor of your online shopping website. Your discount offers are totally great, but what's weird is why are you offering such exquisite discount on items which are out of your stock. I mean what for is this discount for when you don't have it in your stock. I added some items in my cart, and surprisingly all of them were not in stock. This is really disheartening. Kindly work upon it or else you'll end up loosing your customers.
