Product delivered without tags & wrong size & not accepting return!

I ordered Anouk women jompers from Myntra with few other dress and I received the product on 20 July 2021. On opening the package it was clearly visible that the dress was very small in size. I had ordered large as it usually fits me but it did not in this case. I did not even try these dress as they were clearly very small.
I placed a return request in soon after receiving the product but it was cancelled for some reason and placed return order again, it was picked up on 31 july. The customer service is also not giving me any reason for this. I returned the product as it was without any alterations. I ordered half a dozen clothes from Myntra this season as I really trusted them but this incident has changed my outlook. I've read the return policy and I did not tamper with tags, wear them or do anything and returned the package as soon as it arrived. It's their word against mine. It seems like fraud or scam. Please help me!
I request Myntra to give me the refund or send a size larger or atleast send back the first dress I bought
I have cctv footage of delivery guy picking the dress. Mytra help centre just marks my complaint as issue resolved without acknowledging me.

    Myntra.com send me a package without price tag.I received a product which i didn't liked and thought to return it. But the delivery man said that it didn't had the price tag and how can i return it.

      I have placed an order on July 24. The expected delivery date was Aug 1. But The product is not yet delivered and the status is still shown as shipped. Many times after contacting Myntra, they have raised an issue regarding this and an executive called me and he suggested me to wait upto 14 days for an update.
      It is really a bad experience from Myntra and the product can neither be refunded nor cancelled.

        I order this item 21 july 2021 order no #117874056425821293201. i gated this product 26 july 2021. after gated i checked little bit defect size is small also. i generated request for return this product.
        after i gated a message today regarding pickup my product.
        i waited next day but nobody came and pickup return product.
        i check on myntra site then i checked my order return shown hold on pickup.
        after that i called [protected] then arrange a back call. i waited 1 hour but nobody called me. after evening time again i called same number near 7.00 pm that time also arrange a call back in 7 minute. after final i gated called near 11.00 pm. customer care executive told me our delivery agent called me that time no response by me and delver agent send feed back wrong product.
        but really is nobody came and nobody call me.
        so that time customer care executive told me your issue will solve in 24 to 48 hour and he said you pickup is near 2 Aug.
        finaly i gated message regarding pickup again. i waited 2 Aug no body came again.
        i waited also nexy day but also nobody came again after i called agin in myntra they arrange call back again.
        after i gated call by myntra again i tell her all issue.
        she said we need some pics us polo shoes which was gated by our company.
        next day i shared all image 24 to 48 hour i got message regarding issue solved your pickup is today. but i wated again 2 days but no body came again.
        today i called again in myntra. they said to me your product is hold.
        i faced this harassment. but issue still pending.

            On 1 Aug around 12:50PM my order for Talisman earrings arrived. It came in a brown paper package. I opened it right away and found that the jewellery box was unwrapped from its bubble wrapping. And inside the box, the earrings were missing. I requested a call back from customer service right away. They called at 01:09PM and I vividly described to them stating that the earrings were missing from the box and that the package seemed to have been cut open from side with a razor and retaped again with Myntra logo tape. Shared the images on the Help Center chat link too. They registered my complaint and told me to wait till 4 Aug for resolving the issue. And yesterday surprise surprise, they informed that they found no fowl plays on their service from warehouse and logistics. So my complaint is denied and stated that the issue wouldn’t be entertained further.
            Wow Myntra! I didn’t know you guys send packages in tampered state and also dismiss customer’s grievances based on negation from few of your thousands undocumented workers! Way to go!
            Reading similar cases on consumer complaints proves that Myntra don’t give a ### about customers’s grievances. It’s like “Once delivered even if you get a block of brick, it’s no longer Myntra’s responsibility”

            The cost of the earrings is a price I have to pay NOT TO TRUST your brand again.

              I ordered a white MANGO top and I received it on 3rd August, 2021 at 8:56 A.M. The top seemed like it had been badly used and washed. There was a slight yellow stain on its shoulder and had a strong fragrance of ladies perfume. At 9:07 A.M on the same day, i.e., just after 11 minutes I placed the return request and approximately at 1:00 P.M the delievery boy picked up the product. Now, they have rejected my refund and are blaming me that I used the top and returned it. How can someone wear a top, wash it, dry it, and then return it within 11 minutes? I have called them several times since then. The customer care agent tells me that I will receive a revert from them after three days, sometimes after 24 hours but, everytime they close down my query and in this way I am being harrassed. I am the one who received a second hand product. Looks like I am not being heard. It is highly disappointing.

                I placed an order with Myntra on 4th August, 2021 for the amount Rs 3, 358. There was a payment gateway failure the amout was debited from my account but the order was not placed. I have not received any refund of the amount. Please help me in getting the refund of the debited amount back to my account.

                  I raised request to return a product, product is as it is, even price tag and all labels are as it is.

                  Delivery boy is not accepting the product saying its not matching the color, and this was the reason i wanted to exchange and also size issue. I complaint myntra support for same. They told me they will take feedback.

                  And next day same boy was on my door again and he even not mentioned me about exchange of this product. And he canceled return request on its own.

                    I had ordered this pair of shoes on 24th July. I received them in a "myntra" box rather than a "nike" box. It just had a barcode of the product and no price tag. Now, these shoes don't fit, and they aren't accepting exchange/return because there is no price tag despite the fact that the product I received had no price tag originally.

                    I have attached the photos of the box and the barcode. I request to arrange pickup and refund the amount.

                        Hello, I have ordered CROCS Tulum Women Grey Solid One Toe Flats Size: 36.5. on for rs. 3495/-, But the product you have sent is totally different ( White clog). There isn't any other product, which we have liked, So we asked for the refund. The pick up boy had came to pick up. But he told us to get approval for that. So we have tried to contact customer care but that is not happening. I am adding both the images what we have ordered and what we get. Pls. arrange our refund to keep smooth relation between us.

                            I received a dirty and stain product so I placed a return request selecting the same option I was facing with the product .. “Quality issue product is dirty and has stains on it .”

                            I handed over the product with the tags and the belt which was attached to the product
                            The delivery person opens and checks the product and take the snap of the product and take the product with him .

                            Now my product status shows that the return is on hold as it failed the quality test and stains found on the product and also the tags where missing .

                            While placing the return I have mentioned the issue I had with the product and also the tags where attached to the product.

                              I ordered one night suit of I Like me brand on 25th July 2021 and received it on 29th July 2021.I received a wrong and damaged product and the image didn't match the actual product. I requested for a return but the delivery agent didn't take it back and put it on hold.I am unable to upload the video or pictures too. I request you to kindly resolve this issue and refund my money

                                I ordered a pack of 2 H&M Tshirts from Myntra on 21st July 2021, and it was delivered on 28th July 2021. After opening the package, I noticed that Myntra had delivered only one T Shirt instead of the two that I paid for. I raised a complaint the same day and requested return of the product. The next day, the delivery partner visited and put the return on hold, as he found only one T shirt in the package, which was actually the result of Myntra's error. On 30th July, they closed my complaint stating that they have delivered the complete product(s) and there has been no issue in the logistics or the packing process and the claim stands declined.

                                Update: 3rd July 2021, I received a call from a Customer Care executive from Myntra and she closed the issue once again, citing that internal investigation had revealed there was no issue from their end. As for me, this amounts to cheating and forgery. Myntra has duped me by delivering just one T shirt instead of two. Please follow up on this complaint.

                                    Recently I ordered 4 items from myntra, and all of them have been received, but i’m not able to collect insider points from 3 of the products out of 4. I called help center and he helped to resolve my query. I followed the steps he told me to do so ( clearing cache and re-installing the app). But nothing worked.

                                      I ordered Shae by sassafras women peach coloured & pink anarkali kurta ...they delivered it...but kurta colour doesn't match with the image colour ...there is no peach colour in it ...it contains pink colour only ...and also buttons on that kurta have not evenly stitched ... material also low quality... first time totally disappointed with you ...
