I have ordered few shoes from myntra.com 2 were from adidas original and 1 was from nike i liked it when i saw it on myntra but when they deliver i didn't like it .

They didn't pack there shoes properly as there were no price tags is the shoes and the container condition was horrible might be because of its coming from another state, when i saw all the shoes i didn't like it so i've dicided to return it, next day myntra collection boy came and pick the shoes as per schedule, myntra guy checked and confirmed that all good and he took the shoes its been 2 days now they have putten my return on hold and haven't release my money as of yet. return id :- [protected]

I've contacted customer support she took my almost 15 min and instead of solving she messed up with raised ticket ..

I want this thing sorted Asap. coz my blood is boling like any thing u people have puten my refund on hold for no reason .

I have raised return for 3 products around 2 month before but still pickup guy didn't come to pick, I have raised so many queries and call customer care but every time I got a new pickup date but still my query didn't get resolve, now Im not even getting return option only my return cancelled by Myntra.very bad service they are offering and this is a very bad experience with Myntra.

I placed a return request and the order had been picked up 2 weeks ago and the refund is pending ever since. I entered the correct bank details but they are saying to update it even though I updated it again. I was told to log out and then again log in so I followed it and now when I am logging into my myntra account, there are no previous orders being displayed and despite calling several times at the company no one is able to help me out. I told them that I don't need the account just process my refund but no action has been taken. I can't recover my account via gmail because the gmail I'd is deactivated. I don't understand what should I do.

I purchased a product in lockdown and I returned the product due to some issues.Firstly, i got the refund in so many days. And now the credit has expired before the expiry. I didnt use the credit amount due to lockdown issues as there is delivery problems in my location. So i need myntra to give me extend expired amount for few more days so that i can use it to the best....

I have ordered my product and on the said delivery date it didn't get delivered after the it was updated to be delivered on the next day then also it didn't and after that there is no update. Apologising on such issue will not do good to a customer, resolving the issues means something. Even if it's getting delayed in the delivery centre there has to be some way a customer can contact them. I was supposed to gift that product as a surprise on her birthday but this is the service I got this time. Pathetic experience . have been a regular customer of Myntra would not like to order in the future anymore. I want my order at place if after requesting there is no proper response bad services where customers are just cluless, highly disappointed

I had ordered a top (SCORPIUS women yellow soild crop top). I tried the jtop out but due to fitting issues i decided to exchange it. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product.
the courier guy said that the "price tag is missing".(brand tag was there only) Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not able to replace it? I want to replace it back! Stop duping people like this. i received message from myntra to contact customer care but I have not received any number in that, only one link was there which is not working

The issue that I have experienced was: My brother gifted me a kurta set on the occasion of Rakhi. Myntra status is showing that the package is being delivered however, I never received the product.

On raising the complaint with Myntra they are being ignorant and denied any kind of assistance, claiming that as per their logistics the item is delivered.

It's a prepaid order which can easily wrongly delivered at a different address or to a wrong person or not delivered at all. Myntra customer care is rude enough to not only acknowledge this fact but also disconnect the call to avoid any kind of discussion.

I ordered two kurta and cancelled bcz of some reason and i didn't received refund and calling to customer care they were just saying 24 hrs wait nothing is going to change

Today while placing order on myntra, i was shocked to see that they are not delivering to my pincode 192231, where all my orders have been delivered since last 2-3 years. Even last october, i got my products delivered here. I called up myntra customer care and they clearly told me that they dont ship to these pincodes. I tried asking them if they stopped delivering here recently but they didnt want to admit any such thing and repeatedly said that they dont deliver to this pincode

Sir I ordered adidas shoes on 12th August from Myntra app, the delivery was done on 16th August at 3:00 PM. When I opened the box, I did not see the shoes in the box. I have given wrong for delivery.but the delivery boy is refused to give my product as he says OTP will come.so what is the next process please say.

I was trying to track my orders but my order list was showing "You haven't ordered anything yet". I tried logging in again. It didn't work. I again installed the app and tried. Still I wasn't able to see my orders list. After trying to again login.. my account got locked. Now I don't know how to get access to my account.

My order history has been completely cleared. I can't view anything. Some items I ordered are on their way, some just got delivered. But nothing is visible to me for tracking, or exchange or record purposes.

I ordered a sweatshirt from myntra on 20th august 2021 and paid through my UPI but after due to certain issues I cancelled my order immediately, but I didn't get my money back.

Guys ..don't trust the Myntra platform..
They are were cheap ..
They have blocke the account without any reason.and intemation ..

And ihave been placed order and suddenly account has been blocked .. and one day after the account blocked ...the order also got cancelled without any reason intemation .. so don't use ...

I bought a nike shoe on myntra and it gets delivered on 18th of august i didn't like the shoe, coz the image quality and front quality have had huge difference so i've dicided to place a return i did the very same day on 18th august, then on 19th of august collection guy come and he picked the shoes he himself confirmed that every thing is ok and he took the shoes i waited for wholeday didn't recieve my refund waiting till now didn't recieve it on myntra alplication showing put on hold because price tag was missing they are making k ## story coz collection guy has checked then only he accelted the return, contacted myntra CUSTOMER service they asking me to wait kindly look into it and refund my money

I placed an order on 30th Jun 2021 with order id[protected]-3844601. However, I found the deal started on 2 Jul 2021 thus I have canceled most items from this order.
So, I was expecting all canceled items should be refunded to me. However, there are three items for which my refund was not initiated and they keep gives me bank reference # [protected]. The refund issue with three items with amounts are :

"RARE Women Black Printed Fit and Flare Dress" - 801.48
and "Mast & Harbour Men Orange Printed Round Neck T-shirt" - 446.92

I have raised many complaints from the same and they give me the same reference # and If you see, the amount in questions is not reflecting on given reference # in below reply.
