I had ordered a specific product from Myntra online app, which was delivered to me on Thursday, 26th August 2021. Due to an issue with the product, I had initiated a return the same day itself, and the product was picked up on the next day, Friday, 27th of August 2021, in an unused condition, with all intact price tags (Return ID: [protected]).

The payment was done via the paytm wallet, and as is mentioned in the return and refund policy, any refund to the wallet takes about 1 business day.

Since this is not my first time on Myntra, I'm aware that most refunds are done instantaneously, as soon as the product is received by the company.

However, this time, it has been over 10 days, and I am still awaiting my refund.

The first time, I raised a complaint on the app itself (IN[protected]), but they sent a generic reply, stating how much time it takes for the refund to be processed, and marked the issue as resolved, which it wasn't.

The second time, I gave them a call, but was told to wait for 7 business days, as the product was under quality check.

On the 10th day, I have written to them as well as called them, but again I've been told the same, and to wait for another 5 days (IN[protected]). When the weekend comes, they say they're not functional on weekends, and like this, time is passing by.

I am unable to understand what kind of a quality check is being done since 10 days.

Hope to get a resolution soon.

    I ordered two items worth 938 on 3rd aug through gpay .out of those I returned roadster black t-shirt worth 274.it was picked up on 13th aug and I received a msg saying refund has been initiated. Usually I get refund by the end of the day the item was picked.this time I didn't get any refund. I contacted Myntra customer care and she told me wait for 10 days
    Ok I waited then I called them once again and the person told me to wait till the end of that day. Ok I waited again the next when I called the person told me to raise a complaint asking for bank reference number. With that I went to bank they told it they haven't received any amount and they can't claim. Today morning I called Myntra customer care and her name is "Sakshi" she told me that she can't help it .sooo rude Myntra . What's the use in waiting these days . I need my refund

      This complain is in regards to my return request for Order ID # 1181711 [protected].

      ***##MYNTRA##CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION ###PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE###

      Issue: unable to return product since I didn’t receive the price tag of the under armour shoes.
      I want to return this product and MYNTRA is rejecting my return request due to missing price tags which they have not even sent!!!

      I am attaching all the proofs of shoes label images and label in myntra box I have received! I am sent this to Myntra and have asked them to verify these with details in the MYNTRA database in end and confirm to proceed for return.

      I have reached out to customer care multiple times and just get one answer “sorry your return is rejected” without any proper justification which doesn’t make any sense and no proper resolution to customer. I had a call with one of the supervisor today and when I asked him why I didn’t receive the brand shoe box and why I am receiving shoe in a Myntra box without price tag, he says that the price tag was given before delivery!! On asking him to provide me the proof in his end, he just says this is internal to us!!! I mean what they hell is this??? Is this a customer service you provide?? I didn’t even receive any price tag nor the brand shoe box and they are saying they have sone quality checks!

      I have all the shoe style number and product Id in the shoes matching with the label I received in myntra box! The shoe quality is also exactly as same as how I received the product! Then what is the reason for return decline?? Just because myntra didn’t send me price tag??

      Please find attached all proofs and screenshot and VERIFY ALL DETAILS (shoes style number/product id/barcode scanner) of both shoe and box labels with database details in your end and provide APPROVAL for RETURN!
      Only issue is I didn’t receive price tag from MYNTRA.

      This is just not done and it’s really a CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION !!! Literally a CUSTOMER FRUSTRATION!!!

      I WANT PROPER RESOLUTION!!!
      THIS IS COMPLETELY FRAUD WORK

        I made a online payment of ₹4365/- for a dinner set. But Myntra delivered wrong product.the delivery partner wasn’t taking the wrong product back after which I tweeted & then they took it back. Even after a week the local delivery partner tries to give it back to us only & there is no remote possibility of refund.all I get is fake customer care call & assurances that too after tweeting only.why should I suffer if I trusted them & made prior payment & they delivered wrong product

            Hi,
            I had ordered online on Myntra for Mast & Harbour
            Women White & Blue Floral Printed A-Line Dress. They had delivered on my address on[protected] and the same day I processed for return the item online due to the Size fit issues. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying This address is not elligible for pickup.

            they are saying self ship the item. means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed.

            This is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door.

            My request is please collect the delivered item from my door and refund the amount immediately.

              I have ordered the attached sweatshirt on 25th July .I thought of washing it before wearing it and in the first wash itself, red colour got spread over whole sweatshirt. I got very disappointed as I had to wear it the next day itself.

                  I had ordered an item from Myntra and had done prepaid payment on 3rd Aug 2021 and it was showing delivered on 9th Aug but I did not receive any calls or texts. I tried reaching out to Myntra executive but they refused to help and told me that it was delivered from there end. They won't even share the details of the delivery agent so that I can ask them. Somehow, I got to know that e-kart logistics do the delivery service for them and got one of the agent's number and he told that he knows the guy who had gone to do the delivery of my package that day since I told them the package number. But the next day he started to avoid my calls and said that it has been lost and it's your fault that we could not reach you on your mobile, and you should not have ordered online. He was drunk and talking very rudely to me. Myntra is not at all helping and since it's a prepaid order, they don't care also. I have also recorded the delivery guy's phone call what he was telling me. I even threatened to lodge an FIR against him but he refused to give back the package. By default, when the customer is not able to receive the package for whatsoever reason, the delivery boy is supposed to make 3 attempts and then take it back to the warehouse instead he stole the package and now won't give back. Myntra is such a company which does not care about its customers and the harrassment they go through for the order they bought from them.

                    My account has been deactivated since 2 days. Without any information as to why.. i m highly disappointed with this. Myntra is simply the worst customer satisfaction site. I just want to know the reason.

                      I have been trying to place orders and use my Myntra credit since a lot of days.
                      Everytime I use the Myntra credit, the order is cancelled after a few days due to internal issues. This happened six times now.
                      Why do you guys give us credit if you do not want us to redeem it?
                      Please make sure the same does not repeat with my most recent order.
                      Being such an esteemed shopping site, this was expected in the least from you.

                            My friend had ordered a dress for me- Marks & Spencer, Women Red Solid A-Line Dress. However, I wasnt happy with the product hence, we requested for a return, when the delivery man came to pick up, he checked for possible damages, tags are intact or not etc. However, the return got declined because apparently the tags were missing, how is that possible. The delivery man in front of me had checked for tags, and if I wanted to return the dress, why would I have tampered with it. This issue is between the company and the person who was responsible to pick up the dress. I dont want to take the fall for this. So please make sure my friend gets his money back. Also- this isnt the first complaint I have read online regarding myntra's stunt of playing the missing tag card. Stop fooling the customers for money, remember we can always stop ordering from you all.

                              I ordered one saree from Myntra which was delivered to my delivery address on 18th Aug, but before the delivery I fell severely ill and due to my ill health I couldn't stay here in Mohali as there was no one to take care of me here. For one week my health condition was very bad and I had to take off from my work as well and couldn't come back to Mohali. So, on 18th Aug someone else received the parcel from Myntra on my behalf. After two days of delivery the return period got expired. But untill then the order couldn't reach me so it was no way possible for me to open and check the product for quality and fit. Last week, I got better and came back and I tried that saree but it's quality was so poor and I had ordered two size less(XS) than my actual size(M) but still it came out to be so big in size that it could only fit a person with 2-3 size bigger than my size. So, it's a total waste product for me because I cannot wear it with such big waist size. So I contacted myntra's customer service several times but instead o[censored]nderstanding the issue and helping me out they kept on delaying and annoying me so much. Their customer service is so pathetic. I first contacted them on 28th Aug via call and the executive said she cannot help so I asked her to connecte with the senior executive. She told me that I will get a call back in 24 hours from the senior executive which I never received. So, I raised the same issue through Myntra app where I explained the whole case and requested to help me place a return request. I send them so many messages but everytime got the same auto generated reply that return cannot be placed. No executive from Myntra ever contacted me. So, I again contacted them via call and tried to explain the problem but their executive didn't waited to listened to my complete case and disconnected the call in between which was so rude and unprofessional. Then again the next day I contacted Myntra via call and again explained the whole scenario but again the executive said she will arrange a call back from senior. But when I told her what happened last time and I don't want to get fooled around by their call back trick and want some direct solution so talk so rudely and disconnected the call again. I was shocked to learn what pathetic and unprofessional kind of customer service Myntra provides. Instead of helping the customer they keep on fooling them around with their call back tricks which a customer never receives and when a customer Reach out to them by their own then they either don't listen to you or behaves so rudely and hang up on the customer which is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

                              In this whole scenario my only fault was that I unfortunately fell ill and had to reach out to my family for their support otherwise I wouldn't be able to survive here alone. Despite of the fact that I was willing to provide myntra my medical certificate still I had to go through such pathetic and annoying experience and so unprofessional and unmannerly behavior of the customer executives from Myntra in name of the customer support. And after all this what I got is such a poor quality product whose XS size is so large that it can only fit to a lady with atleast XL or XXL waist size. I spend 2480 bucks for such an undesirable and useless product and I cannot wear it or gift it to someone else. In all this my hard earned money got wasted also the time and energy I wasted is unreturnable. Moreover the humiliation I had to go through is such a shame.

                              I just want them to place a return request for the product as it is of no use for me and is such a low quality and no fitting product. I'm willing to show my medical to unsure that I have genuine and unavoidable circumstances under which the product should be eligible to return. Moreover, 2 days return policy is itself problematic and not enough if someone has some unavoidable circumstances and there can be case where the product got delivered but didn't reach the actual person within 2 days return period. And also I request Myntra to work on their policy and customer service as anyone can face any kind o[censored]navoidable health issues so their should be a policy to accept the return after the return period is over, atleast in case of products which has such a short return period as 2 or 7 days, in case of genuine problem. Because if a person's health is not well, if a person has met with some unfortunate mishappening, he/she is bed laid so there's no way they can first come and try your products to check their quality and fit and to raise a return request within the specified time limit to serve your return policy. A person's life cannot be returned once lost but your products can be and should be.

                                Initially when my acc. Was Iocked . I tried several times to login but it did not work out. I did not have any idea about locked account like why it has been locked suddenly or there is something like this exits. I experienced this kind of glitch for the first time. I tried to find about this on help centre but they did have any query related to it nor did they have option to search about your problem. Then I search it on Google. I got the many results and consumercomplaint.in was on the top of them. (I'm not promoting them..this is true story I'm describing what happened to me..I trusted the site due the fact that it has .in in the end.. I know it doesn't make sense here but just a personal experience) then I opened it. I have seen people submitting their problems and even some of them are getting resolved. So I also submitted my complaint. And then I don't know what actually happened after 4-5 hrs I tried to log in. And it worked :) later I was thinking may be my account was locked because I logged in chrome then suddenly in the app..that otp sending system got some glitch and locked my account. Just trying to figure it out but did not get the exact reason why it happened though. Well now I'm happy that it worked and I'm able to log in. But the price of items added to my cart has been increased as I saw it after log in. Ok ok so this why Myntra has locked my acc. to increase the price..

                                    I bought few jeans from myntra, i recieve it on 1st septem i didn't like the fittings i returned the same.day on 1st of september without even delaying for 1 hr, carrier guy collected jeans and he went away, then later on i come to know that i have just recieved refund for 1 jeans another three they put it on hold without any reason i would like you people to release my fund Asap.

                                      First of all, I had ordered for a number of products from Myntra on 21.08.21 amounting to 15, 759. The payment got deducted from my bank account, but the order did not get placed. Later, on the same day (21st Aug, 2021) I posted this issue with their help center and the response received by me mentioned that for such cases the money is refunded to the account within 7-10 days. Thereafter, I contacted the customer support by phone and I was told that the payment had got stuck in the payment gateway and I need to contact my bank to retrieve the amount. Thereafter, when I contacted my bank they asked for a letter from Myntra saying that they had not received the amount. When I called back to customer care for the letter, they mentioned that they cannot issue such a letter. It is already 11 days and my money is still stuck. Neither is Myntra taking any responsibility, nor are they allowing me to coordinate with the bank by giving me the said letter.

                                      Another issue is with an order that I had placed later on the same day (21st Aug, 2021). Amongst all the other orders was an earring I had ordered for. I received it on the 27th of August, 2021, but I received a wrong product. I have been trying to return it since 30.08.21, but every time the pick up partner is cancelling the pick up. Hence, till today, I am still stuck with the wrong product and unable to return it.

                                        I have recently bought a kalini black and white bandhani saree for my mom but the cloth was not the same as shown in the picture so we decided to return it back but as per your policy the product should have a price tag but our product didn't have the price tag so the agent refuses to take it back. Now how will I return the product. We have bought it on 27th August for rs.531
