With reference to the Vero Moda women white solid top I bought.
The order I received was on July 9. But the order I unpacked was on July 22 because of some personal issues, I was out of Delhi for a quite a few days.

As I placed order of T shirts pack of 2, it was delivered on 27.07.21, I feel the quality of t shirt is not good so I placed exchange and order for higher quality t-shirt with additional payment of rs 496.40, after payment it didn't reflect in the exchange, this happened twice is. 496.4x2 = 992.8 paid still it didn't reflect in the orders, it shows only, exchange not confirmed and not visible the new paid order.

My money not credited in my account. Myntra has provided me the reference number which bank is not taking as the transaction was done through Gpay not credit/debit card.
I have contacted the Google pay and they told me no refund was initiated in your account. As google pay is not a wallet or bank who can store money.

I have ordered a spyker t-shirt from Myntra but due to size issue I have place a exchange request for smaller size of same t shirt . However, in exchange they delivered a ladies sleeper instead of t shirt . Now they are now accepting it and neither they are delivering the correct product nor refunding the money.
