Got a new shoes through Myntra .Pathetic packing by Myntra team. They took a new carton and. Plastered a torn piece of the shoe cover on top of that n send a shabby shoe to the customer. When I asked for exchange even their delivery boy refuses that Order ID # 1181364 [protected]

I ordered 2 products from Myntra for which I have done the payment through online mode but my delivery status shows delivered but meanwhile I haven't received my order yet . Neither the delivery person contacted me nor I get call back from customer care after requesting multiple times. Also when I searched customer care number in Google, I found one n contacted them they said they were from Myntra company n asked me to do many thing at last they were fraud n took my 2078 cash .I never expected these things from Myntra .I want the refund of my order .please help

Absolutely pathetic quality products sold by this company and then won't even return it saying its a non-returnable/non-exchangeable category.

Mr. Sameer from the same company working as a consumer helper wasn't even helpful, no help from his side too.

I ordered a Mynta e-card (gift card) worth Rs 2000/- on 10th August 2021 but till today i have not been able to use that card.Whenever i try to redeem the gift card it shows already redeemed and shows some random person’s email id everytime.Even after numerous complaints to customer care, they have not been able to provide a refund or activate the gift card.I am feeling helpless and not able to recieve any help from myntra.They have ben asking to wait and wait and provide no solution.Its 20 days now

I requested for a size exchange for a product, what was delivered to me was a different product. I complaint about the same and exchanged for the right product the 2nd time. At the time of delivery, the agent said that he cannot provide me with the product as its different. He was not notified about the same.. and this is going on from a month now.
Very poor service. Everytime I lodge a complaint it gets closed without any solution.
I'm still waiting for a reply from them about the product. There is still no solution from the company's side. Very poor service.

At first they send a product of mast & harbour sandals which i order of size 8 but unfortunately the size is not came as expected and it is tight so i return the product as it is, the return courier partner check the product thoroughly and all brand tags were intact now they put hold on quality check and no matter how many times i contact they never respond, myntra is fraud stay safe

Hello, I am Divesh Pimple.
I purchased 2 Campus sutra sweatshirt, each ₹622. And I returned it on 3 August. I’ve not received my refund till now which is 27th August. I talked 3 to 4 time with Myntra help support. But nothing happened.
I am attaching my myntra profile details.

Myntra sent fake item with tags just sitting on shoe. I have made a video of it as well while taking delivery and hence raised a return request.
The return person checked the shoes and tags and only after then he picked up the item.
Now myntra is trying to stick this fake item to me by saying tags missing which is not possible at all from consumer end.
I have sent them video as well which clearly shows tags were there and the condition they were in.
Please help me get my Rs 6000 back.

So I ordered flats from Myntra on 20/7/21 and received it on 25/7/21. I had some issues with the item as it was looking very old and worn out so I made a return request the same day. The pickup guy took my item the very next day and said everything was fine. I even asked him to update in the app and he said I am doing it right away. I never returned any product from Myntra so this was my first time. After that I got a msg from Myntra of successful pickup of my item. Since then alot of time has passed and I didn't get any refund msg or notification from Myntra so I checked the app and it's saying return on hold, USED DIRTY??? Like are you serious? I didn't even used the item as it was already looking bad. Why will a remove the price tag or brand name when I have to return it? It's cheating and totally not fair. How can such a big online shopping company do such cheap frauds? Please kindly do something and get me my 664rs back. They have put my return on hold and is not answering me back. Please do something.

I purchased YK sneakers shoes from Myntra app.I received them on 8th August and found both the pairs too small for my 6 years old, although I had ordered the size for 7-8 years.So I immediately secured all the tags and packed them back and placed a return request.Both the pairs were collected the very next day.Myntra account now shows that the products have failed the quality check so the products will be shipped back to me as it is.I am an Army wife.We r mostly depended on online shopping due to outing restrictions as per covid protocols.Then this kind of things create unnecessary trouble.It's 26th August today and I have received one more pair of shoes from the same brand...YK from Myntra.This time I ordered the size for 8-9years age category and size that fits my child correctly but today I received the product and again it's too small . There's something terribly wrong with this company's size idea of shoes and when we return them back, they simply declare that it failed the quality check..I mean how come! Please help me to sort this matter..I again ensure that the products were returned exactly the same way as I have received them.

Why is myntra not delivering items on PIN:790104.Earlier it used to deliver but not now. There are a lot of customers in which myntra is loosing out. And also we want to order items, but since it is not being delivered, we can't order. Kindly look into it and deliver products on this pincode.
