I had ordered an item on 30th July, Its delivery was promised by 9th of August. First, they delayed the delivery citing some technical issues and after speaking to the customer care, they had told me that the issue would be resolved, but instead, they canceled the order and initiated a WALLET refund which I had got no information about until I checked the app to get an update of the scenario.
I had completed the payment through UPI and I should have got a refund in my Bank account itself, instead, they refunded the money in myntra wallet.
While speaking to the customer care executives I made it very clear that I want the product and not any sort of refund.
1. They delayed delivery by a very long period of time
2. They have the item in stock and for a higher price.
3. They refunded the money into the "myntra" wallet without my authorization.
Please resolve this issue!
