ORDERED A PRODUCT WITH THEM, BUT RECEIVED A WHOLE DIFFERENT USED FAKE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY TAGS ATTACHED TO IT.. COMPLAINED WITH THEM BUT RESPONSE WAS NOT GOOD THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH FAKE PRODUCTS,
original produc ordered : SPYKAR Men Blue Skinny fit low-rise highly distressed Jean.

ORDER ID : 1180285 [protected]
product received : a fake gym indigo pepe jeans which is used and had OIL stain marks.
seller did sent the fake used/product, don't know whether person who packed done this fraud or the company but its the company's responsibility to deliver the product ordered for the price paid. paid amount : 1959 and received a fake product which they are denying. please help me with this.

    Received a china made product in name of dorothy perkins brand which is originally UK based
    Purchased a bag from myntra order id - Order ID # 1177115 [protected] for rupees 1494/-
    Cheating in some brand name n taking higher amounts, this kind of fraud should be stopped

      The pick up of my product(Anouk kurta set with dupatta) is completed at 18 August at the 2:33pm but at the time of 7:20pm myntra send me a text and mail that your product's pick up is failed... What do I do??

        I had ordered an item on 30th July, Its delivery was promised by 9th of August. First, they delayed the delivery citing some technical issues and after speaking to the customer care, they had told me that the issue would be resolved, but instead, they canceled the order and initiated a WALLET refund which I had got no information about until I checked the app to get an update of the scenario.
        I had completed the payment through UPI and I should have got a refund in my Bank account itself, instead, they refunded the money in myntra wallet.
        While speaking to the customer care executives I made it very clear that I want the product and not any sort of refund.
        1. They delayed delivery by a very long period of time
        2. They have the item in stock and for a higher price.
        3. They refunded the money into the "myntra" wallet without my authorization.

        Please resolve this issue!

          I requested return of my fablestreet black skort on 31 July 2021 and Roadster shoes on 28 July 2021 at first I got 9 August as pick up date.
          Since then the pick date is extending everyday, every new day I get another extended pick up date now today it showing 26 August 2021.
          I tried to contact myntra several time through toll free call mai message but my problem was not solved, even the canceled my pickup without asking me, then I rescheduled the pickup.
          This is disgusting, how can a this big company be so careless.
          I'm trying to contact the customer service from last many days but I all seem worthless
          No one I available to talk just a computer feeded messages that too gives the incorrect information.
          I used so many online sites but never expected this kind of extremely poor service from myntra.
          I just regret why I choose myntra for online shopping.
          One is to listen to the problem.
          And I doubt that after period of 30 days myntra will cancel the return procedure.

                    I had ordered a pack of 5 CENWELL masks on Myntra.com on 29th July, 2021. I was incorrectly delivered a wrap top on 8th Aug. After finding the discrepancy I called customer care and they started a query and asked for a return. Next on 10th night I was asked to upload images of the wrong product. I uploaded the images and next they resolved the query by declining the return and stating that the product went through mandatory checks and was not tampered. I re-opened the query stating that the reasoning doesn't make sense as the product that went through the mandatory checks is itself wrong. Then they again replied the same by declining and giving similar reason. This is very bad customer service. They should take responsibility of their mistake and correct it.

                      My parcel was not picked up saying the product didn't pass the quality check. But the product was exactly the same as shown by Myntra to me.
                      The return window closed after 7 days of delivery of product. While as the courrier boy itself came to pick up the product on 6th day. Which I believe was the courrier boys mistake.

                        COD not available for all my orders

                        I have been a loyal user of the app for quite some time now, but recently I've been running into this peculiar issue. Initially Cod was available upto for 1000 rs. Then 500 and now upto rs 115. In what world does this make any sense? Please rectify the complaints at the earliest.

                        I had purchased Samsung galaxy Watch Active 2 LTE 44mm from Myntra which was delivered to me on 3rd of August 2021. As after using for 2 days i got to know that the watch was having issues and the battery was draining rapidly it was not working even for more than 6 hours so i had made a replacement request to myntra customer care on 5th of August as they told me that i had to visit Samsung Service Center for this issue. I went to Samsung service center 3 times but due to their time limitations and non availability of that product they not accepted my request, so on 9th August i went to Samsung service center at Vile Parle and explained them the issue they told me that the replacement would be done by Myntra only as the watch is purchased by online platform and not by any local store so i was guided by them to get the watch replaced by Myntra before the return policy period ends. As of the Samsung return policy for defected product will be returned within 14 days of purchase. On same day i had again escalated to Myntra customer care for replacement they told me that i will receive the update before 18th of August, i told them that the Samsung return policy will end on 17th August so to update me for replacement befor that. However today on 12th August 2021 i received an update from Myntra that for replacement i had to contact Samsung support so i had again visited Samsung service center and requested them to inspect and confirm that watch is defeated or not so today on 14 th August 2021 samsung service center had inspected the watch and confirmed that it is a defected watch so to make a replacement request and get the watch replaced or as per brand policy i can return the product.

                        So request to myntra kindly replace my watch or refund my money back before i file a cass against myntra.

                            Where is my money.. they say the refund has been initiated and credited INSTANTLY but it is not reflecting in my bank account.. they only send me a message saying that it takes 1 day to refund to upi.. I know that.. it says credited INSTANTLY. I cancelled another order with this one and the refund money of that order is reflecting in my account. Please resolve the issue asap. Such type of discrepancies from myntra are highly disappointing.

                              Ordered a fossil watch Order ID # 1179210 [protected] and I am not happy with the product, its quality and also the package was already open from inside when I received the parcel. I had raised a return request and it got cancel, although while buying It is clearly mentioned 30 days return is possible. I had contacted customer care 3 times and they says they cannot help me and I have to contact brand, brand says they cannot help me since I bought this watch from Myntra. This is clearly violation of myntra policies. I want the complete refund of my money and this watch to be returned.

                                Which was delivered to me in demage condition and when I made a return request they rejected my request and left me with that damaged product. And said that they delivered a correct product to me when I asked for proof on which basis they said that the correct product delivered to me . They refused to give any information and rejected my request

                                    I had ordered a t shirt for my grandson aged 7, full sleeves, grey colour. I received a t shirt blue colour, 3 to 4 year old, half sleeves on 11th august. Immediately i sent a request to return and wanted it to b returned before 14th as I'm leaving station. The courier boy came to pick up, but refused to take it back as the product ordered is different. I contacted the bangalore office several times. Everytime i had to explain the whole story.
                                    It is their mistake and they ask for all photos of the product etc. The product ordered was 560 rs and the one I got was 399.
                                    The customer service is utterly disappointing. I have been purchasing from myntra since several years and now no more . I need my money back whether they collect the product back or not. Disgusting to talk to them.

                                      I ordered from Myntra.com on 6th August 2021 and when i was at payment gateway,
                                      The payment failed in first attempt then in Second attempt it.was successfull.

                                      But the amount was debited twice from my account and I haven't got my refund till now.

                                      I mailed myntra and also tried to reach them in other ways but I'm not getting any response.

                                      Below are the two debit receipt i recieved at same time for just 1 payment.
