I ordered a puma shoe on Myntra during a sale. They delivered the product in a very damaged packaging. Due to size problem I filed a return request. But the pickup agent came and told that the shoe is used and the return request is declined. I have only tried once at home to know wheather the shoe fits me or not. The shoe is perfectly the way I recieved from myntra. But they refused to take back the product inspite of their 30 days return...

Myntra clearly says that the product has exchange and return policy and i purchased 5 bags . but when 2 bags came to be faulty i asked for exchange which myntra never agreed due to courier issues. i got the bag delivered on 22 july and asked for exchange on 21 july, then also such cheatings happened by myntra. truly cheater...Order ID # 1177531 [protected]...

In the last 20 days myntra eors sale is going on so i ordered many items but now myntra has blocked mine account and they denied to unblock it. I am a regular shopper of myntra. I have some myntra credit that is stuck in this process. Please opt me out...

I was ordered one kurta sets and one kurta both are from same seller.i received only kurta sets and i didn't receive my kurta but in myntra application my orders shows that kurta as delivered....

I received a fake product from Myntra which is a Black Tommy Hilfiger bag (a0bwb153) OS . The price of the bag in sale was around Rs 3700. The bag has cheap PU outer material and cheap quality inside of the bag for lining. Also the threads on the logo are coming out which is a trademark sign of a first copy. The bag also came in a flimsy packaging, so disappointed by myntra. the zip on the inside is also cheap without the actual logo.br...
